10 Solid Bets for Boston’s Restaurant Week

"This modern spot that fuses Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisines is taking part in Dine Out Boston for both lunch ($32) and dinner ($46). Now’s your chance to try their hot pot delights at a discount, or opt for a sashimi deluxe platter. Note that Saturday is excluded from the deal, and on Sunday only dinner is offered." - Nathan Tavares, Erika Adams

Best Chinese Hot Pot Restaurants in Boston | Eater Boston

"Q is legacy hot pot establishment in Boston, with a style leaning heavily Mongolian, which tends to feature a clear broth and a lot of sliced beef and lamb. But diners can also get Sichuan-style spicy broth, Malaysian satay broth, Korean kimchi broth, and more at the Q — there are over a dozen broth styles available. Whether you’re dining alone or with a small group, the set menu options (under the “combinations” heading) are a solid go-to, coming with various proteins, vegetables, tofu, and rice or noodles for a relatively affordable price. The restaurant, which has impeccable service, also offers sushi, so there’s something for everyone." - Valerie Li Stack

Q Restaurant - Review - Chinatown - Boston - The Infatuation

"There are a lot of things happening at Q - a full sushi bar, steamer baskets filled with dim sum, and the kitchen also makes a variety of noodle soups. All of those options are fine, but we normally come here for the hot pot. There are a number of broths to choose from - 14 to be exact - but we’re partial to the classic mala and signature Szechuan chili. They’re both spicy and flavorful at the same time. Be sure to order a few plates of the handmade noodles to go along with your choice of sliced meats." - Joel Ang

This was one of the most recommended spots to try when visiting Boston so I had to give it a try. The decor inside is really nice and really gives off a great atmosphere. They have a huge selection of food options, which has its pros and cons, kind of overwhelming to choose from. I went with the spicy noodles with ground beef. It was good, but I kind of regret not getting a different meat like beef or chicken as that was what I normally get. However the spice level, meat, and noodles were still very delicious . And to top it all off it wasn’t expensive at all. Definitely worth it for a quick bite to eat or with friends!

10/10 service. Everything from greeted when we walked in with no wait time to great hospitality service with our server. We came in for hot pot and his recommendations for sushi and broths/meats were so helpful and probably the best hot pot I’ve ever had. And that’s with various hot pot restaurants in mind (Miami, NYC, Montreal, + more in the Boston area). Can’t wait to go back!

Google
Absolutely the best Asian American style Chinese food in Boston if not New England. Ive tried perhaps 200 spots since COVID got me WFH full time 5 years ago. The only knock, it's always fairly crowded and it's noisy. Wait staff is superb. Good fresh and flavorful. However, their are couple of slightly better authentic Chinese style spots in Boston Chinatown with more true to mainland China menus. However if you want a true Asian fusion kind of menu with Sushi and some Thai dishes in the American vain of Chinese food, this is the place. Did I mention the service is superb.

Google
We were looking for a great chinese place to eat and wandered around Chinatown until we found the Q on Washington street. Unfortunately we got lost returning and arrived 25 minutes late for our reservation. Abigail (Manager) and Hao, greeted us at the front door and were very understanding, consider it was a Saturday night. I would have expected to be given a time restriction as we were so late, but were seated promptly and told to relax and take our time. Luan P was our server and he was amazing with his menu knowledge and food descriptions. Luan was extremely accommodating and basically selected our dinner for us after we described what we liked. The food flavors and presentation were outstanding along with the timing of the food coming out from the kitchen. The Q is beautifully decorated with plenty of space between table to allow conversation without overhearing others. We were only in Boston for a week (from Floirda) and actually cancelled our reservations on our last night at another restaurant to go back to The Q. As soon as we walked in two days later, Abigail greeted us with a very sincere "Welcome back". It was another great meal and we were lucky that Luan was working that night, so were able to have Luan walk us through the menu to select more amazing dishes. If you are looking for the BEST Chinese restaurant in Boston , look no further than The Q. Dined 7-14-25 and 7-16-25

Five stars all the way starting from the menu so rich in options, a lot of vegan rolls, drinks so well balanced in flavor and with a good amount of alcohol, no scam! The bartender was amazing and friendly and the location is very clean and curated. Definitely the perfect spot to dine or just to get a drink at the bar!

Google
We stopped in The Q before a Sarah Millican performance at the Wang Theatre and we were very glad we did. It was the best Asian food we have had in a long time. The bartenders’ service was nicely attentive. The sushi was very well prepared. The pad thai was fresh and hot but next time, we’re going to ask for extra spicy. We will definitely be back!

Google
Tried The Q today and it was great! I've never been served on so quickly in my life! Order the food and literally no less than 5 min our food was at our table. Portion sizes are big and price is decent! Love that they have regular chinese cuisine options, sushi and hot pot. The food profile was a little cumin heavy for some of the sauced foods so be aware - not bad but if you don't like cumin just a heads up. We tried: Korean iced tea Chicken wings Bang bang tots Mongolian beef Shrimp tempura Dragon Roll Miso Soup Left satisfied! And the staff was super friendly and attentive!

Google
This hidden gem serves up some of the most mouthwatering dumplings I’ve ever had! From the moment you step in, the ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a casual meal or a night out. The dumplings are the star of the show here. Whether you go for the steamed or pan-fried, they’re always packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The pork and chive dumplings are an absolute must-try, with a delicate, tender wrapper and a savory filling that bursts with every bite. The spice level is just right, too—enough to add a little kick but not overpower the dish. Service is always friendly and attentive, and the dishes come out quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s clear that this place truly cares about both the food and the experience. If you’re in the South End and craving some delicious Chinese food with top-tier dumplings, this place should be at the top of your list! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Best hotpot broth located here! Get the black bone chicken and crazy mala for your meat! You can park at garage next door and they validate it for discounted parking Love how you can order hotpot to go also!

Yelp
Came here on a weekday for a work happy hour with a reservation, however the place was pretty empty around early evening time - we probably could've done without the resy, but it was nice having a guaranteed table. The ambiance felt very modern, sleek, and clean - definitely felt upscale as well. The menu had a good mix of various Asian dishes; we didn't get hotpot, but I've heard pretty solid things. We ended up going with their happy hour-esque deal which was discounted apps as long as we ordered enough drinks - with a large party, that was pretty easy. We got a sushi boat as well as several appetizers which made it very easy to fill up. Everything was very solid. I enjoyed all of their appetizers - my favorite was probably the scallion pancake and crab rangoons. Sushi was also very good, albeit a bit expensive. Overall, service was very good (although it did take a long time to get the check, but other than that, very quick and attentive) and the food was decent. I wouldn't mind coming back in the future to try their hotpot. Thanks, Q!

Yelp
Had a wonderful experience here on a Friday night! We walked in without reservations and were seated within a 15 minute wait. This was the perfect place for us, since it had hot pot, sushi, and other asian dishes to meet all our cravings, and managed to execute well on all of them. We started with the sashimi sampler (7 pieces for $15), which was fresh, delicious, and a great texture. Would recommend. We also got the spicy cold noodles starter, which was cooked to the perfect soft texture with spongy tofu and flavorful spicyness. Would recommend. For hot pot, we got 1/2 clear basic broth and 1/2 guizhou red suantang, which was a spicy tomato-based broth. It was definitely pricier than all-you-can-eat hot pot places, but the ingredients were good quality and delicious. Would recommend. The service was very attentive, checking in at regular intervals, refilling our waters, and taking away finished dishes. The high ceilings, booth seats, and seats at the sushi bar make this a good place for date night, families, or an outing with friends. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
*** SOLID 4.5 STARS *** Delicious black bone chicken broth! So def order this for your hotpot. Mala and mushroom broth were also yummy. Pls refer to pics on this posting for my order. All the proteins were of high quality EXCEPT the beef tongue. Kids complained that it's rubbery, hence the 1/2 star deduction. Service was friendly and courteous. It was quite a busy night and we were lucky for scoring a table with only less than 10 mins wait. Highly recommended!

Yelp
I wouldn't usually put "trendy" and "hotpot" together in the same sentence but Q Restaurant is well worthy of this description! High quality ingredients, all very fresh and beautifully plated. Our server was terrific, personable and very helpful in navigating the menu. A very satisfying meal - AND our clothes didn't smell like hotpot when we left!

Yelp
You can never go wrong with hotpot and sushi! Great food, service and vibes all around. Great for all occasions: dates, groups, family. Prices are slightly on the expensive side but well worth it! The uni handroll, and sushi rolls were super yummy and fresh. I wish I had ordered more sushi. Get the combo meats, seafood, and veggie platter!

Yelp
The appetizer stole the show! Food was delicious and establishment is clean and service is great. Will be back when in town.

Yelp
The best restaurant we went to on our trip to Boston, The Q is a must if you are visiting and in the mood for some Chinese, Japanese, Thai or Hot Pot deliciousness. The place was packed and we came here for dinner and the reviews are stellar for a reason. The staff is very friendly, great service, very accommodating, manager also very nice, talkative, and people were just in a good mood. The food was delicious, I had the spiciest Beef Chili and the portion was huge. We also had some bang bang tots (just ok, you can skip these) and 2 sushi rolls which were so good. 5 stars. Wonderful restaurant. Bravo

Yelp
Food was good. Service not so much. Our waiter barely checked on us. We ordered soup dumplings we never received them also he had a very poor attitude about it. Place is nice and food is good, but service left a lot to desire. Overall experience was meh

Yelp
Fantastic first time experience at The Q. We made reservations on Opentable and arrived a few minutes early. The place was hopping but we were able to be seated within 10 minutes. We had a party of 5 and got a nice corner booth at the front of the restaurant. The service was excellent with food coming to the table within minutes and our water glasses topped off every few minutes. The food was outstanding. We had kimchi, a paradise sushi roll and beef tongue for appetizers. For entrees we had more sushi, beef noodle soup, general guas chicken, kung pao chicken, and a mala soup. Hands down the best dining experience we had in Boston.

Yelp
q was very crowded when we walked in. there were lines of people waiting for tables but we were able to be seated at the sushi bar fairly quickly. our service was quite slow but i guess that's to be expected during such a busy time the food was not satisfactory. the "lamb fried rice" was simply hot pot lamb slices placed on top of regular fried rice, and the rice itself was not cooked properly. the seasoning was not mixed in well and it tasted very bland. the whole dish was almost cold as well, which made the whole meal even worse. same goes with the dumplings. we did not enjoy the meal at all we were quite disappointed with our visit. maybe we'll try the hotpot next

Yelp
This asian owned hot pot restaurant serves Mongolian hot pot, sushi, and chinese dishes with high quality ingredigents in a sleek lounge dining area with attentive service I love their original tomato broth and herbal broths the most and enjoy their high quality short ribAlthough the cost per person is pricey, the hot pot was delicious!
google avatar

Kavaragu M.

Yelp
They had a lot of unique flavor choices and most ingredients were a la carte which made it more pricey than many other hot pot places. The restaurant is super clean. The staff were super attentive and they had a small issue with an unhoused person who came in but they handled it pretty quickly and without too much fuss. I'd suggest trying this place out for the flavors alone. Bonus they had an alcohol bar and a sushi bar.
google avatar

Nikk S.

Yelp
This is a great spot! We had a group of 5 and got seated at a big table in the back. Our waitress was wicked nice. Our group got 2 different broths to try and they brought over two different bowls; one for each side of the table. The food was really good and the drinks were adorable. They are definitely picture-worthy drinks! The drinks are a bit pricey, so I only got one. Overall, very nice experience and I would go back.

Yelp
Great service! Our waiter forgot our hand rolls, it was no big deal, but instead he brought us a bottle of sake! On top of that, the service was so quick. Meats and veggies were fresh. Everything was quality.

Leana L.

Yelp
Amazing Experience! If I could give Q Restaurant 10 stars, I would. We were only in Boston for 24 hours and showed up with a big group, no reservation. They accommodated us right away and made us feel so welcome. We decided on hot pot, even though we had no idea what to order. The staff walked us through everything, explaining each item and how to cook it. They were incredibly helpful, even staying to help us cook some of it! The food was super fresh, like it came right from the garden. Everything tasted amazing, and we left so happy and full. If you're ever in Boston, definitely check this place out. You won't regret it!

Yelp
I came here with a friend on my birthday. They have both a dish menu and a hotpot menu. I did however feel that the food was a little expensive for my budget. Our server was super friendly. When I told him it was my birthday, he offered me a free slice of chocolate cake.
google avatar

Eva A.

Yelp
I would rate this a ~3.5* for what we ordered, but it was immediately clear that people come here for the hot pot (and maybe sushi), not for what we got. Steamed chicken dumplings were bland, even with the sauce. Chicken stir-fried udon noodles flavor and quality were comparable to something from a food court, but they respected my request for extra veggies. Shrimp with snow peas was good, lots of sweet garlic. Crab rangoons were small/not very stuffed, mostly fried. The atmosphere wasn't the coziest, but service was very quick (food was brought out in ~5 min) and our waiter was very nice and patient with us. Ultimately, unless I'm coming for hot pot, I probably won't return.
google avatar

Sasha B.

Yelp
Everything is amazing here. The atmosphere is perfect for date night, friends, or just coming solo. I came here for the first time a few weeks ago, sat at the bar alone, and Todo was so amazing that he has brought me back every single week since then. He created such a warm and engaging atmosphere that makes everyone feel so comfortable. I've become a regular here. I always meet random strangers at the bar who speaks so highly of him whether they're visiting from town or come in just to see him. They say it's the best service that they've ever received and I couldn't agree more.

Yelp
I love hot pot, and in the cold Boston weather, nothing sounded better! We arrived with a group of 5 and were seated fairly quickly. The restaurant was very busy, as it was around dinner time. Our group ordered 1 split pot, with tonkatsu and spicy broth. We ordered a few veggies, meats, noodles, and rice as well. The spicy broth came out looking kind of empty, which made it a bit too spicy for some folks in the group. I do love spicy food, but the spicy side definitely needed more broth, as it was too concentrated. The meat and veggie selections were good, but I've had much better hot pot before. I also did enjoy the selection of hot sauces and toppings they gave, although I prefer to have a sauce bar when it comes to hot pot. One thing I did notice is that they do not only serve hot pot, they also have a variety of other dishes (like noodles, sushi, etc.). I generally prefer to go to places that serve hot pot only, as the flavors tend to be much better due to their specialization. Overall, I would say it's nothing special, pretty much your run of the mill hot pot option.
google avatar

Cindy M.

Yelp
Travelled to Boston and was craving hot pot so paid Raosu Hotpot & Sushi a visit. My hubby and I ordered the spicy & herbal broth hot pot with tons of veggies and meat. The spicy hot pot soup was ma la numbing and flavorful. Herbal broth helped balance out the spicy soup when we wanted something less fatty and less spicy - lots of umami flavor! We actually ordered a bit too much because we both felt quite bloated after dinner hahaha. Next time I visit, I will start off with less and add as needed. Our server was super chill and friendly. We asked him for sauces, cilantro, green onions and refills on these multiple times and he was positive and cheerful the entire time. The restaurant is quite large. It was packed when we arrived on a Saturday night. Luckily, we were able to make a same-day reservation and was seated right away when we arrived! One thing to note is that they had us split the table with another party.
google avatar

Andreas K.

Yelp
When I spent time in Boston for a congress, I went there to catch up with Bostonian friends. It seemed to be very popular but we still managed to get a table reservation. The concept seems to be a bit of a cultural fusion - and overall and not at last due to the rather extensive menu list, one might need a prep course or even a doctorate to successfully maneuver through the options and really choose the best ones. Like that, it was in the end a bit of a guessing game. But nonetheless, what we got was quite okay, but not stellar. The soup in which the various items were cooked at the table could have been a bit more sophisticated.
google avatar

Melissa L.

Yelp
Service was outstanding. Our bartender/server was friendly and knowledgeable and she deserves a big fat raise! Great atmosphere. We sat at the bar as we had no reservations. That was the best decision we made that day!
google avatar

Denise M.

Yelp
Wow. I've been coming here for years and the hotpot combo has been great. Tonight I came and the new pricing is $16 for the base broth with added meat platters, the lamb/beef combo $29.00, for soup?! The competition is still $30, Shabu Zen. Missed the combined price so buyer be diligent. Service great but the prices no longer meet the quality and other places just have far more better options. So sad. Shabu zen and spring hot pot (all you can eat veggies/rice/dessert) are drastically less expensive and where I'll be going in the future. The price just isn't worth the meal.

Yelp
At Q Restaurant, diners are invited to experience the captivating tradition of hot pot, where they become active participants in their meal. They select their favorite morsels of raw food, cook them to perfection in a bubbling pot of flavorful broth, dip them in a sauce of their choice, and savor every hot, fresh, and tender bite. And guess what? They can even enjoy the delicious broth all on its own! Ingredients at Q Restaurant are a symphony of freshness, featuring an array of meats, seafood, vegetables, tofu, and bean noodles. Meat is sliced paper-thin to preserve its tenderness, while seafood offerings are diverse and mouthwatering. Diners can't forget the sauces! Soy sauce, vinegar, hot pepper, garlic, and parsley come together to create a perfect complement to their hot pot creations. Whether guests are seasoned hot pot enthusiasts or trying it for the first time, Q Restaurant promises an unforgettable dining experience with hearty broths and expertly prepared ingredients. Yelp
4 stars is pretty spot on. I'd say come here for the ambiance and wide selection of hot pot & appetizers & stir fry dishes. Love the alcoholic and beverage selection as well! For my party, we got to enjoy hot pot as well as non-hot pot dishes. So a little bit of everything. Our server was incredibly nice and accommodating. Honestly, kind of rare in Boston! Everyone was so nice, from the receptionist to the servers! While the hot pot isn't necessarily the "best" I've had in this area plus on top of the dishes with a "high" price tag, I'd definitely consider returning. The indoor air ventilation was very good during lunch hours (restaurant was half empty), around 700ppm for CO2. Also, I think it offers validate parking for the 660 Washington Street garage ($7?!), which I will definitely take advantage of the next time! The menu is clearly labeled with gluten-free and vegetarian options. The hot pot is family sharing style. I honestly also enjoyed the "regular" menu like the chicken wings and cumin beef! Very good!

Yelp
We found it!! The restaurants should always go yo before a ballet at the Boston opera house!! The experience was amazing. Let me start by telling you how incoherent our group was- one person was gluten free, another vegetarian, another one is a carnivore/ hates soup but loves super spicy food, another was a baby that needed attention and screamed randomly, and the last person- who was the birthday girl we were celebrating - eats everything but arrived last 15 minutes. Somehow it all worked out! The restaurant accommodated all of our needs and the waiter was quite amazing!! We wanted hot pot so trying to share a dish with different people who have different tastes was no problem at this restaurant. We ordered half spicy and have mushroom broths. Let me start by saying the menu was easy to navigate- meats, veggies, mushrooms etc... and er easily going gf and vegetarian dishes. The spicy broth (4 chili peppers) came with a warning by our waiter but my husband absolutely loved it and made him start liking hog pot- it was flavorful and had depth. Anything you cooked in came out delicious! It had to complement the soup with the non spicy broth to be able to eat it. So be warned! The mushroom soup had different exotic mushrooms in and was perfect for my 13 year old vegetarian niece! It had umami flavor she a satisfying saltiness. Highly recommend restaurant!! Go there! You'll love it!

Yelp
Delicious hotpot for lunch -- great service in a modern and clean setting. We ordered the traditional mala and Japanese tonkotsu broth with a beef and lamb combo and the Asian vegetable platter B. The lamb was the star of the show-- great quality and tender, especially flavorful in the mala broth. We loved the sauce and sauce additions that they gave us. Very hard to mess up when creating your own sauce. Great option for a lunch with veggies and good quality meat!

Yelp
Came here during Easter and it's still one of my favorite places to eat. Such friendly service, clean, modern and airy. They have delicious dipping broth! My favorite is the Satay. I got the $45 special with different cuts of superior beef. We ordered two orders because it was so good. I also ordered cuttlefish balls and I enjoyed my watermelon smoothie if you like hot pot this is a must. I highly recommend reservations.

Yelp
My partner and I came for lunch on a weekday and was greeted with excellent customer service. There is plenty of seating inside the restaurant with a very hip atmosphere and also a sushi bar. My partner and I ordered the sushi tacos, seared toro roll, spicy tuna hand roll, and spicy avocado ball for our appetizers. We were blown away the extensive sushi selection, as well as the quality and presentation of the dishes. All of the fish tasted extremely fresh and the sushi dishes are well balanced. The spicy avocado ball was filled with spicy tuna, topped with creamy and fresh avocado, and delicious spicy-mayo based sauce. The sushi tacos were light and crunchy with huge chunks of fresh. The seared toro rolls were our favorite, as it was topped with seared toro and filled with toro. The paired sauce was acidic and refreshing, and the seared flavor was explosive with every bite. The hand roll was filled with spicy tuna and the nori wrap was separate from the rice so it stayed very crispy. For hot pot we got 1/2 tomato and 1/2 spicy bone tallow. The broths were both very flavorful and the spicy broth was indeed very spicy, including numbing szechuan peppers which added an extra kick. We got the premium meat platter, vegetable platter, and additional side orders of quail eggs, fresh tofu, and enoki mushroom. I like that they bring the sauces directly to you as it is more sanitary than a buffet-style sauce bar. The hot pot was very delicious and the perfect amount of food. A great location to bring large parties and friends to socialize.

Yelp
One of the best hot pot restaurants I've been. We did place an order for hand rolls that took a while to bring out, however one of the staff members, Lu, came out and apologized and compensated us with a bottle of Sake for the wait. Quality of meats are A1 and handrolls were top notch. Cocktails here were also A1; my favorites were the lychee martini and dragon cocktail. For sure will be stopping by here again next time that I'm in town

Yelp
Dining method: Dine-in (bar seating) Item(s) ordered: Aurora Sunset cocktail, veggie sushi roll, tuna avocado and cucumber roll, vegetable Chow Fun (GF) Speed: Very fast, food came in under 10 minutes Value: The main dishes and hot pot are somewhat expensive while the sushi is reasonably-priced (6 pieces per roll)! Drinks are also reasonable for the area, with many at $11. The review: The vibes are right at The Q! It's a fun spot for a drink at the bar or a hot pot dinner. The ambiance is a bit dark and moody in the front, and light in the back/main room, so you can choose. The staff are very friendly, and the prime location downtown/on the edge of Chinatown make it very accessible. The sushi was delicious and well-priced. The Chow Fun was very basic, consisting of stir-fried noodles and veggies. My only comment would be that the food was not spicy. I'm not sure if I just looked like I didn't want spicy, or it had to be requested. Make sure to request spice level! Gluten accommodations: I'm recently gluten-free and had to request gluten-free items. The restaurant was prepared to accommodate, and even the waiter/bartender was extremely knowledgeable, down to the fact that the fish sauce had gluten. Yes, they make items gluten-free but they completely forego any sauce (minus one star). It doesn't make sense to me because they do have GF soy sauce and could add some garlic and chili. Take note, Q!

Yelp
Q is for Quality! What an exceptional dining experience! We received a warm welcome upon arrival. Comfortable booth in a well designed dining room. The staff work together as one hospitable, friendly & approachable team. Although Q is well known for their hot pot, we opted for Asian tapas. Their food & drinks are excellent. Their Q wonton soup w/a slight kick is the best I've tried and their golden buns, aka Asian fried dough, were scrumptious fluffy little pillows. Unlike Napoleon Dynamite, Q will give you some of their tots, for a reasonable cost, served with a slightly spicy bang, bang garlic sauce. Reference below glamour shots for more detail. Already planning next visit.

Yelp
If you come to Q, ask for Johnny!! He will make your experience a literal 10/10. We had 2 birthdays on our table and Johnny made sure the birthday boys were super taken care of. Our hot pot was DELICIOUS. We had the schezwuan chili and Tom yum. Insanely good broths and then we ordered 2 different noodles and the rices. For the meats, we ordered a beef platter and chicken slices. Everything was phenomenal! I can't wait to be back.

Came again when a friend from LA was visiting. They loved the flavor and quality of meat. Definitely a hot pot place to take your guests!

Yelp
This is my favorite restaurant in Boston, first among much great food. The drinks are simply outstanding, especially the Mai-Tai and the Lychee Martini. They have a great collection of Japanese whiskies as well. The hot pot, which seems to be their most popular dish, is backed by some of the best broths in the city. Quality of meat and vegetables is always first rate, as is the sushi. The noodle dishes are fantastic, all having a wok seared flavor. The servers, bartenders are fantastic; there is always a manager/owner on site. All make you feel special. You simply cannot go wrong with Q, and the prices, given the quality, are most reasonable for Downtown Boston.

Yelp
I went here with my friend for hotpot. What I really love about this place is the broth for hotpot. My friend put me on the tomato broth and it is hands down one of the most delicious I've ever tried! Even after I finish with the meats and veggies, I'll still be scooping some of the broth into my bowl to sip on as soup. They have a solid selection of meats and veggies that are pretty good relative to the price. You can control the heat for the hotpot which is great because usually towards the end of dinner, you'll want to turn it down. The ambiance is nice. Definitely has a more modern and sleek interior. When you walk in, you'll definitely get a feel as if this is a fusion restaurant. One plus is that the heat source in the middle of table doesn't take away any legroom which can happen depending on the hot pot place. The servers were pleasant and professional. I never felt like I waited too long and they always made sure to check in on us. Overall, I would recommend if you're looking to scratch your hotpot itch!

Yelp
The flavors were good but it was a little pricey. I had one meat and veggies and a tea and the bill was 45 dollars. The location is clean and sophisticated. I was sat close to the kitchen which was nosiy but fast.

Yelp
I've been here twice in a month and a half with a friend who is a regular. To be honest, I've probably walked by this place 100 times and never took notice. I'm so glad I'm on the "inside" now! The first time I went, I came with 2 friends and we had JUST eaten dinner. That didn't stop us from getting a few dishes including the amazing fried chicken (so hot and crispy). My focus was on the Japanese whisky. We started with a flight and then each got a straight pour of our favorites. They have a great selection! The second time I went (last week), we didn't have a reservation and the place was packed as diners tried to fit in a good meal before seeing Hamilton at the Opera House. Luckily, they were able to fit the 3 of us in at a hot pot table. Good thing, because that is exactly what we wanted. My friend did the ordering and we literally had to set up another tray near our table because we ordered so much - 2 kinds of steak, fish, shrimp, mussels and various types of veggies. Yum! We had 2 broths - one spicy and one "regular". Everything was fresh and delicious. They even topped up our broth at one point. The service has been amazing both times - attentive and friendly. I love that you can park in the garage there and they'll validate for 4 hours. It's super convenient when you think about trying to park in the theater district. I would come back on my own, but I think my friend would kill me! I guess we'll come back together!

Yelp
Great Sunday night dinner we were very lucky to walk in right before 8pm and get a table within 15 minutes. The hostess was so lovely and greeted us immediately when we walked in the door. Our server he was great with educating us about the menu and decided to try the hot pot for the first time and it did not disappoint. He was thorough with explaining how to choose your broth, to your vegetables your noodles to your proteins. We loved how he did not try to oversell us but just wanted to educate us on the endless possibilities of the menu. My husband order a few alcoholic beverages that did not disappoint and I had a great mocktail. Just a. Very nice, clean and affordable restaurant with a great ambiance and vibe.

Yelp
I cannot recommend the Q restaurant enough. I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT! The food here is beyond amazing and their customer service is EXCELLENT!!! I've been here with friends, Valentine's Day, birthdays and more! Q restaurant has delicious hotpot and sushi! I highly recommend getting the Golden Fish Roe Fish Balls and the wide bean noodles. They are two of my favorites! Honestly, nothing at the Q tastes bad, everything is sooo tasty! They are a tad bit pricier than other hot pot places but 10000% worth it! The meat we ordered was around $12 per dish and the veggies ranged from $5-10 per dish. The waiters and waitresses here are super friendly and talkative. Special shout-out to our waiter Koh, he is the best!!

Yelp
Always excellent. Great atmosphere. Fresh and delicious. Service was spot on. The choice selection was great and we did a combo hot pot and appetizers.
