Las Vegas Lands Galettes and Crepes from Brittany - Eater Vegas

"Las Vegas lands a taste of Brittany at the new The Real Crepe. The westside French restaurant brings a menu of crepes, galettes, croque monsieurs, quiches, and a $15 deal that combine galettes and crepes. Savory galettes for $8 feature Swiss cheese, mushrooms, ham, chicken, eggs and more, while specialized versions span bacon, onions, and creamy mushrooms, Swiss cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, and creamed leeks; or Brie, onions, potatoes, and sausage. Crepes start at $5 for combinations such as butter sugar, lemon, caramel, chocolate, Nutella, or fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or apricots. I’ve been coming here for years! Sadly I don’t live in Vegas anymore but when I visit I always make it a point to come here. I absolutely love everything I have ordered and have taken many people here and they love it too. I even came here for breakfast the day of my wedding and most recently on my birthday and got a little ice cream with a candle! Everyone is so friendly as well.

Google
loved everything we ordered. my cappuccino even had whipped cream in it YUM!!!! the reason I gave it 4/5 for food is coz my son got ice coffee and it didn't taste of much and was not palatable (he used other words😄). VERY tasty quiche - not fat and loaded like the American ones. owner came to us and I got to chat a little in my broken French. love the atmosphere.

Google
Pretty cool place. My wife was next door getting a crown and I stopped in for a quick bite. This place is cozy, Great Artwork, and I ordered the Mediterranean crepe with a side of bacon. Very reasonably sized and delicious! Not a over filling meal but size wise was perfect. The Coffee was actually good and not overly expensive. I would come here again and next time try something different.

Google
Our first time in real crepe— clean and welcoming environment. I love that their menu is not too big but have a variety of things for everyone to enjoy. It’s a small dining room, so it’s easier to sit smaller parties (4 and under). Our hostess and server were very attentive and kind. Food came out quick and hot.

Google
Grandma was in town and she loves crepes so decided to take her here. I saw this place when I went to get my laser treatment done right across. The place is small and homey. Its not a huge place but its so inviting. The staff is very welcoming and it really feels authentic. The portions are large and everything is made to order. The crepes were light and tasty. You can pick from a few options or make your own. If you don’t want crepes there are also other options such as waffles and more. Definitely recommend you give this place a try you won’t be disappointed!

Google
Found the cutest French café in Las Vegas! The crepes are amazing! I had a delicious quiche Lorraine. It is owned by the sweetest French couple. It does feel like you're sitting in a café in France. The tables are named after French actors and singers. C'est délicieux!!!

Google
This was a very nice, cozy and romantic breakfast spot for my husband and I. The food was delicious and light…… and the coffee was delish. The service was pleasant as well.

Google
The prices may seem a bit high, but they are totally worth it, One of the best crepes I've ever had, the las vegas crepe had fruit/Nutella/almonds inside all with the perfect amount of sweet. The avocado bread was also great along with the awesome tasting Croque Monsieur, The atmosphere was very calm and chill good place to dine in. The total price we paid for 2 was around 40 bucks. Great place!

Yelp
Name is right- these are the REAL crepes. This cafe was such a lovely experience all around. Staff are so incredibly kind, and the inside is calm and welcoming. I ordered the hazelnut latte and the lemon curd crepe, both were amazing. I've never had a crepe like this, it's my first time trying an authentically made crepe. Huge difference. Will def be back - my mom would love the calm vibes here. 100/10 also seems like it's family owned!! Love

Yelp
I personally wish to give a shoutout to the family behind The Real Crepe - maintaining and honoring their culture whilst still catering to a lighter degree to the American pallet. I don't prefer overzealous seasoning so eating the Ratatouille was a perfect way to warm my tummy and also allow me to feel light enough to finish their beautifully refreshing in-house [nonalc] apple cider! I recommend this place to also extend my support to bringing more authentic cuisine of the French culture as much as the family business that runs this lovely set restaurant. The ambiance was peaceful enough for me to read and write poetry as much as also have a lovely conversation with Charles and Sylphie [I hope I spelled that right! ] Thank you sm for such a lovely encounter and plentiful experience ~ Cheers to the business!! I shall be back with my mother next time

Yelp
What a wonderful Crepe eatery. The service was fantastic and the decor was on point. It was my wife and I's first visit and we will be back. We've already recommended it to family. The portions are just right, so enjoy something to share as well.

Yelp
They are the real deal, but they aren't the creme de la creme. The Real Crepe is a small restaurant in the "not-really Summerlin" area, the corner of Buffalo and Washington to be precise. They appear to be a family-run joint, and the overheard conversations in French added to the atmosphere on a surprisingly quiet Sunday morning visit. I had to start with savory, and The New French ($13.99) crepe was a strong option. The cheesy bechamel and the mushroom made for such a rich combo, and the onion jam on top was also a treat. The ham is pretty good too. The default wheat flour was good, although buckwheat flour might have been really nice. The side salad was fresh, and both the traditional dressing and the new strawberry dressing which they were trying were pretty nice. I preferred the intense flavor punch of the traditional to the light tartness of the experimental dressing though. I also tried some of the Croque Monsieur ($13.40). It's a decent option if you want a little more crispy character in your life, but the bread seemed to be a bit of a distraction at times from the ham and cheese. It's a decent take on the sandwich, but other places around town have more interesting characteristics, whether it's a sourdough bread, gruyere cheese, or simply a more affordable price. I still had room for dessert, so I wanted to revisit the Vegas ($13.40) crepe. It seemed a bit lacking this time around for some reason, perhaps due to having fewer crunchy almond slivers? The Nutella and fresh strawberries and blueberries all still worked, the crepe itself was nicely chewy, and I did enjoy the creaminess and cold temperature of the vanilla ice cream. I just didn't find this to be as sublime a crepe experience as I did when I tried it before courtesy of Yelp. The Real Crepe is a solid neighborhood spot for crepe enthusiasts, but you can find some really great spots around town. That's why this isn't quite worth a regular drive from Henderson for me.

Yelp
My adult daughter and son and I ate breakfast one morning at The Real Crepe. They have gluten free and my daughter has Celiac disease, so we are always on the lookout for new places to go for gluten free dining. She ordered the crepe, my son-the French Onion soup and myself-the quiche with coffee. Their coffee is French pressed. We enjoyed every bite of our meal. The service was excellent and the ambiance: calm, and relaxing. We will return to try more of their menu in the future.

Yelp
It was ok. Walked in. Pretty quiet inside. Cute ambiance. Just wanted to try their crepes. The menu is pretty straightforward so just ordered Nutella crepe and customized one. There were two staff members. Only the guy greeted us. The other person didn't even say anything when we walked it. She was the chef I guess. Just wanted to try this place since I passed by here a few times supporting local businesses.

Yelp
The food and service were excellent. I had a real breakfast and a Tutti Fruiti Crepe, every thing I had was delicious. Even my turkey bacon was cooked perfectly. The setting is also very relaxing. I would definitely recommend The real Crepe.

Yelp
Tried the crepe with mushroom, cheese and ham. It came with a side salad. Order coffee and get free refills. Food was good, decent portion (enough for one, not to share), service was prompt, ambiance is trendy.

Yelp
This place is about a mile away from the house so we tried it out for breakfast. They have limited hours and don't open until 8:30 and are closed on Wednesdays. Limited seating but it was not busy when we went. The crepes were great and so was the traditional breakfast. Prices are very reasonable and it seems to be a family run place so it was very friendly and made me feel at home! Wish they opened a little earlier as I am an early bird but glad we waited and tried it out as it was a good experience and will definitely come back.

Yelp
The real deal!! The crepes are amazing, the ambience quaint and the owners are from France and do the cooking! Everything is made in shop, fresh and they import the flour from France. (We spoke with the owners) whether you are visiting Vegas or a local it is well worth the short drive!!

Yelp
The Real Crepe is the real deal. They serve authentic French crepes and have a nice variety of both sweet and savory crepes. The menu has a variety of other options including traditional style breakfast and desserts. They also offer vegan and gluten free choices. We had the avocado toast, the croque madame which came with a side salad and the Las Vegas crepe with strawberries, blueberries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Everything served was fresh and tasted fantastic. The vibe was chill and quaint. If you want to try something a little different in a comfortable quiet atmosphere where you can enjoy your meal and your company go try The Real Crepe. We can't wait to go back and try their French onion soup and the lemon curd crepe.

Yelp
Wow. Amazing crepes and Buckwheat Gluten Free! The Breakfast Crepe and the Las Vegas as a gluten free crepe. The lady that helped us was very French and very helpful and friendly. Great Ambiance, We will be back for sure.

Yelp
The service is very good. The servers (possibly husband and wife - owners) speak English as a second language, French being their first. They're incredibly nice and welcoming. The food was incredible. One of the best French restaurants I've eaten at. We ordered two crepes, quiche and a Croque monsieur. All of it excellent. The ambiance is very casual and calm. We came with two kids and the kids said this was the best breakfast ever!

Yelp
We went here for brunch by accident. The original spot we wanted to eat at was closed because their employees didn't show up. I wasn't even in the mood for crepes or sandwiches. What a happy accident this was! We were greeted by one of the friendly servers. Their front door was kept open so, it was quite hot - I was thinking being here was a bad idea. But I looked at the menu anyway. It was a simple 2-page menu: drinks, crepes, waffles, sandwiches, soup, quiche, avocado toast, tarte tatin, and crème brûlée. Croque Monsieur: Ham and cheese sandwich with homemade creamy cheese sauce, served with salad. Traditional. 4/5 Croque Madame: Croque Monsieur with sunny side egg on top. 4/5 Croque Salmon: Croque Monsieur with smoked salmon instead of ham. 4/5 Las Vegas Crepe: Nutella, strawberries, blueberries, vanilla ice cream, almond. The crepe itself was absolutely perfect - the texture, consistency, thinness, flavor were spot on. The best crepe I've had in Vegas! 5/5 Royal Chestnut Crepe: Chestnut cream, whip cream, meringue. If you like chestnut, you'd absolutely love this. Creamy and a light crunch that melts in your mouth. I had to look at the menu again to figure out where that texture was coming from - meringue! It was delightful! 5/5 Come here for breakfast, brunch, lunch, snack or dessert. The service was superb - friendly and attentive.

Yelp
Perfect place if you want crepes! Gluten free and Vegan options? What?! I had the Royal Chestnut and Lisa had the Tutti Fruti!! Build your own, mozzarella, bacon, pesto and spinach! All my current faves!! Love this place!
google avatar

Cecille L.

Yelp
This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! The service was splendid and very personable. The French Crepe made with béchamel and ham is the best crepe I've ever had in my life! The restaurant is nicely designed and feels comfortable. I would definitely come back here again and again. Thank you for opening this restaurant!
google avatar

Gozde S.

Yelp
THEIR CREPES HAVE TINY CRISPY MERINGUES NESTLED IN SCRUMPTIOUS CUSTARD!!!! Read. That. Again. My lemon crepe was out of this world and the goat cheese quiche did not disappoint. Every bite was like a slightly crunchy, lemony, creamy, chewy, buttery air. I was a bit confused by the giant armoire in the dining room, but we had comfy seating. I never got our server's name but I think she may have been the owner. She was speaking French to some others in the back while we were serenaded by French cafe music. Round the whole experience off with a fluffy cappuccino served in the proper mug, you got yourself a French bistro experience on a random Sunday morning! I'm looking forward to bringing my gluten free friend to try the buckwheat version of the crepes. I hope they're just as delicious.
google avatar

Yelp
Wonderful little French Bistro with a nice selection of authentic dishes and desserts. The French Onion Soup and Crème Brûlée were delish. Happy to recommend this place to others.

Yelp
Really great food and it has cool French decor. The crepe had an amazing flavor and I'm a huge crepe person. They had a perfect layer of fruit on the inside. My server was also very attentive and from France which made the experience feel all the more special.

Yelp
Best hidden gem in Las Vegas! The food is great! The atmosphere is great! The service is great! You got to stop by and at least try it!

Yelp
We came in around 10am for to-go order. Not a busy Thursday morning, we were the only ones there. Eiffel tower decor everywhere lol A few pastries in the display case at the register. French Onion Soup | Not savory, too bland. Could barely taste the caramelized onion. Somewhat on the oily side, too. Could've been better, maybe it was the stock. Virgin Mimosa | Refreshing! Sweet, citrusy and bubbly without the the alcohol. Build Your Own (Nutella, Banana, Strawberry) | The crepe was smooth and soft, but not too thin. It has that chewiness in every bite! Strawberries and banana were fresh. The banana was sliced almost paper thin, would like it thicker. Nutella was more than enough :) Service: The wonderful lady gave us a welcome with a smile on her face. She was always smiling the entire time, made sure our orders were accurate and even walked us out right after :) We need more of her aura lol Menu/Items: Small selection, but just enough to satisfy your sweet tooth lol Parking: Plenty in the parking lot

Yelp
The Real Crepe brought me back to my days strolling through France. From its savory aromas, to its hospitable employees, to the authentic food. It was a favorable post-hike meal and dessert. We ordered the chicken and mushroom with mashed potatoes and ratatouille and it was a nice, light eat with bursting flavors. We also ordered a crepe with strawberries, bananas and Nutella - it was loaded! The strawberries were sweet and juicy while the bananas and Nutella balanced the flavors for an overall satisfying crepe. They have very limited outdoor seating which was perfect since we had our pup. They were equally attentive to him and offered him a bowl of water, which was incredibly kind!

Ron W.

Yelp
Food was good and we were surprised by authentic French bistro food. Portions were adequate. Service was excellent reflecting our hosts clearly a family owned restaurant. The ambiance is cute again reflecting our hosts French connection. If we're ever in the neighborhood again it's on our list to visit again!
google avatar

Melanie L.

Yelp
We were basically ignored from the moment we walked in, we were told the table we requested was reserved just to hear a walk-in get it minutes later. Food was ok nothing to return for after we had to flag them down for everything, water, a box, our check. Disappointed over all.
google avatar

Sherri H.

Yelp
Went for breakfast not knowing what to expect. We were greeted warmly and sat immediately. Table was set with napkins, silverware and menus. We had the Breakfast Crepe with mashed potatoes, bacon and cheese. It came with a salad and was delicious! The avocado toast was the best I have ever had. On whole grain wheat toast with a peppery taste that was delightful. I highly recommend this place. The Banana Split waffles looked amazing!
google avatar

Cassie S.

Yelp
A wonderful local crepe cafe with a cozy atmosphere. The service was attentive and the food was delicious. Would definately go here again for the serene cafe experience. Authentic french made crepes, so yummy!

Cynthia S.

Yelp
Terrible! Greasiest quiche with barely any egg in it. Rubbery crust sitting in grease. Owner refused to take it off the bill.
google avatar

Julie F.

Yelp
From the minute you walk in your taken on a little jaunt to France. The owners are delightful & speak on the most splendid accent explaining the dishes, which are absolutely fresh & authentic. We had such a great experience & the food was so good, we will definitely return

Yelp
We stopped in to enjoy breakfast as a family. My wife got the hazelnut latte and said it was good. I got the iced coffee because it was already hot and it hit the spot. My wife ordered the salmon crepe; smoked salmon, salted whip and cucumber. I got a bite and it was tasty. My order was a spinach and goat cheese quiche. Butter crust was yummy. The creamed egg milk filling and spinach goat cheese ratio was perfect. Both had side salad with some light dressing. Perfect for a morning meal. Our dessert was a seasonal jam crepe. The jam was chestnut which I have never had before but my wife and son agreed it was really good. They do have a big table inside for a larger group. We had friendly and fast service though we went after they just opened. We will be back!

Cc F.

Yelp
Super fast and seamless service and good! It's was quiet and the food was great. They had options from sweet to savory. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Dashed through the doors of this cute little crêperie close to their opening time. It was quaint and clean with nice wait service. Being the first ones there we were greeted and seated promptly at the location of our choice. The menu is substantial with some great options for the type of fare offered. It is different than the menus pictured on Yelp so be aware of potential changes. Decided on the onion soup, avocado toast, Las Vegas crepe, iced coffee, and waters all around for me and two of my tiny girls. Their onion soup had great flavor but, IMHO, a little too much cheese. Funny thing is that I'm a fan of heaps of cheese in my French onion soup. The avocado toast was fine was well. I would have loved a green salad with my meal which I believe should have come with my soup but that's alright. The true winner was that decked out crepe. Their LV special was topped with Nutella, blueberries, strawberries, ice cream, almonds, and powdered sugar. It was playful & tender which the kiddies and I enjoyed. Notably, the iced coffee was on point! Overall, a nice & relaxing type experience. I can definitely see myself returning with the girls "to lunch" or brunch ;)

Yelp
Closed 20 minutes before posted hours:/ bummer traveled all the way across town for nothing, another car showed up and was also let down..

Yelp
Locally owned by a cute couple authentically from Paris! My son and I were craving a cute spot to have brunch, and thought about having some Parisian food. As to our surprise, we step into a mini-Paris. The chef and his wife, were delighted and asked what we wanted. These crepes are excellent. Topped with ice cream, and it's a craving you wont resist. Its close to where we live and conveniently located w ample parking. Nice decor inside and clean.

Yelp
Lovely place! OK, maybe 4.5 stars (room for improvement). I can't help but get a very warm feeling about this place probably because you get a pleasant greeting from the staff/owner as soon as you enter the place. Bona fide French as it is French family-owned restaurant. ''Bon jour and 'merci' abounds. Real adorable setting. Parisian decors and, booth seating as well as white/wood tables and chairs. Cute art frames everywhere. Can't stop looking around, it was just an adorable place. I was in the area for an appointment and hubby waited here. He found the place to his liking as well. He had coffee and avocado toast. Apologies, no photo of his meal, however, he said it was a very vibrant dish, with huge toast, avocado and for an extra cost, side salad for greens. I had the crepe and OH MY! that was heavenly. The tutti-fruti crepe was delectable. The whip cream was not overwhelming. The fruits fresh and cut up just the right sizes, not overloading the crepe. Came to the right place for some crepe fix. I am definitely coming back...
google avatar

Marina M.

Yelp
Got a coffee to go...$3 and half filled. Even if they are leaving room for cream there should be more coffee than that. Basically, I purchased an expensive cardboard cup. With this kind of half-assery I can't imagine you're getting a bargain for your dollar in terms of food. Be it quality or qua

Yelp
I love here so much. Especially my daughter... I love crapes from here like French style also bread, sandwiches too The owner she is so sweet every time and my daughter always ask me go over there for having girls time with me.

Yelp
WOW! My husband and I came here for brunch today and we loved it! The food we ordered (classic crepe of ham and swiss with a poached egg, croque madame, and custom Nutella, strawberry and banana crepe) were all fantastic!! The prices were good and the service was very friendly and good! There was just one chef preparing all the food and one waitress (seems like they were a couple) and they seemed like they were French. They did a great job of making you feel like you were in France despite being in Las Vegas. I am writing this review from the restaurant itself and I already can't wait to come back!!!
google avatar

Mark V.

Yelp
Service was quick and kind, food was poor. Asked for over medium eggs, soft bacon and was looking forward to their roasted potatoes. The server told me they make them in the morning and nuke them when ordered. They were mostly hard as a rock. The eggs were over hard and apparently they put the bacon inp the microwave too. Dry and hard. I've been here before with the previous owners and it was awesome. Upside... the ambiance was serene. Oh well, I'll be dining elsewhere. So sad.

Yelp
I think I just found a new favorite place for breakfast AND lunch in Vegas! The Real Crepe is definitely what I would call a hidden gem - it is tucked away in a shopping complex with Trader Joe's and could be hard to miss so keep your eyes peeled and you will see it. From the moment I stepped into The Real Crepe, I was warmly greeted by the staff and was able to place my order right away. There are tables there to dine at (and I spotted high chairs which is a plus for this momma). Seeing that I was taking a quick break from work to try this place, I had to take my order to go. There were only two other patrons there on a Thursday at 10 AM so I was able to sit and wait for my order - which came out surprisingly quick and hand delivered to me with a smile. The attention to detail in this place was amazing, from all the French decor to the name plaques on each table, you can tell the owners were dedicated to not only making good food, but a pleasant and unique dining experience as well. For my crepe I got the strawberries and lemon curd fillings and it seriously melted in my mouth. When I was younger and living back in Oregon there used to be a crepe place that I would frequent and nothing has ever been able to hold a candle to their crepes - until now. I am so excited to have found this place! I also ordered the ham and cheese Croque Monsieur for my lunch a little later in the day, but as soon as I finished the crepe, the amazing aroma from this sandwich drew me in and I just had to try a quick bite. It was so good I am seriously thinking about driving back and ordering another one for dinner lol

Yelp
My daughter used to live here in Las Vegas and she introduced this place to me. It is Located in a small shopping strip. Lots of free parking. We enjoyed our crepes. The owner is friendly and so are the staff. We would definitely come back here when we are in town.

Yelp
Cute new French cafe near Summerlin! Good sign walking in and the staff are speaking in French. Ordered the croque monsieur and it was delicious! I took it to go or normally I would do the croque madame because who doesn't love a runny egg on a sandwich. They have crepes that look delicious, quiches, a variety of other items as well. Interior is very quaint and cozy looking. Staff was extremely friendly.
google avatar

Larry B.

Yelp
Wonderful little French crepe shop, even to the point of them actually speaking French! We got one build your own, and one banana split crepe. Both were very delicious, very fresh and tasty. Nicely decorated interior. Good service.

Yelp
I had lunch here on a week day. Their lunch deal didn't make sense to me and by picking the 2 items I wanted it came down to about the same. They switched their menu to the bare minimum and boosted the prices. No more original combos offered as before but pick your toppings and pay accordingly. I think $9 for a crepe with cheese and mushrooms is a little much. It was good but I was not blown away. I've had better. The French onion soup was really good but please don't serve it with a desert spoon, I like to eat soup with a soup spoon (that doesn't fall into my soup). The soup is not served the typical way but in a bowl with croutons and grated cheese. I really enjoyed it. If it weren't for this soup I wouldn't have gotten 4 stars. Because it's not a cheap lunch for what it was. Friendly staff and enjoyable setting.

Yelp
Best place in town to eat a delicious crêpe, the owners are really nice and the atmosphere is so pleasant, perfect for a nice brunch or dinner date that will take you straight to France! Highly recommend the Norwegian Crêpe, so tasty, the filling feels like you're eating a savory cloud!
