"The Rib Co. sits poised on the Twentynine Palms Highway. This two-lane road serves as the main artery through the Joshua Tree area and begs desert travelers to pull over for some brisket. The staff serves baby back, St. Louis style, and Tennessee whiskey glazed ribs, to name a few. It’s an all-around meat fest with burgers, brisket sandwiches, and build-your-own plates served with a choice of meat, two side dishes, and corn muffins loaded with honey butter." - Mona Holmes, Matthew Kang

The food was pretty good here, we ordered a sampler and enjoyed everything except the dry rub ribs. The beef ribs are delicious and highly recommended. The sides are good especially the coleslaw. Portions are big and the price value is great. The atmosphere is ok, it’s very smoky inside the restaurant so better venting would be great.

Inexpensive hole in the wall BBQ joint but oh my God this food was delicious. I was able to eat my ribs with a fork and left no meat behind because the bone was trying to escape. Brisket was moist and1 flavorful. We had good customer service..They have an outdoor patio where we sat with the dog. I'll be back!

The ribs are amazing and portion sizes are HUGE! (Even though we arrived hungry from a day of climbing) I ordered the Babybacks with the Triple Threat sauce. The meat was really tender and came off the bone easily. will be back next time I visit this area!

One of the best meals we had on this road trip! Highly recommend visiting if in Joshua Tree area. We had the steak and the ribs, both of which were barbecued to perfection and tasted smokey and delicious. Portions were huge and good value. Service was great too!

Excellent dinner at the Rib Company in Twentynine Palms, California. Delicious and flavorful barbecue and desserts. The staff members were all outgoing, friendly, and informative.

I went to the Rib Co today on a whim and I am so glad I did! Taylor our server really made our experience so enjoyable. And Jenn the cook did an amazing job on our food. This whole place makes you feel like you are family 💕 11/10 I will return!

I wasn’t planning on eating out on my trip to Joshua Tree, but when my Airbnb fridge broke, I had no other option. I’m so happy I tried The Rib Co! It was getting late after figuring out the fridge issue, so I called in a to go order. The entire staff was so friendly and was already packaging up my order when I arrived, even though I got there 10-15 minutes early. They double checked my order, separated the cold and hot items, and asked twice to make sure I didn’t need plastic utensils. I am usually a bit skeptical of BBQ on the west coast, but these ribs were amazing, completely falling off the bone. Thank you for the great food and service!!

I had dinner here last night and it was great, both food and service. Thank you to the chef handling the smoker outside in the heat, you guys keep up the great work. I will return when in the area. Sirloin and rib combo was the best!
