I had to pick up two mobile orders from here. Sometimes I do Food Delivery. I arrived on Nov.18,2022 around 12:15 am. The employee I dealt with was a light skin Spanish woman with black long hair in a ponytail, she says she's the manager... I waited in line for about 10 minutes. When it was my turn, I asked her about the two orders and told her that I was there to pick them up. She told me the first order was ready, but the second order is not ready and that it will be a additional 15 minute wait so I said that is fine, can I get the first order and go deliver that one and then come back. She acted as if she heard me, but then ignored me and continued with other customers. I didn't want the first customers order to be cold. That was my concern. I waited a little longer and I realized she was not going to give me the order. I had to use the restroom so I went to go do that and got some coffee from across the street and notified the first customer that I had to wait for the other customers order to be ready. I came back to the store, waited in line again,.... She eventually handed me the second customers order but not the first customers order and then she goes and says oh I can't remember what was in the first customers order you marked it as picked up. I said yes...because you told me that it was ready so I marked it as picked up anticipating to receive the order and then she says oh what's in the order and then she says oh I remember it's two Sandwiches so she gives me the other order. When I get to the car I saw that the second customers order had two drinks, she didn't hand me any shakes so I go back to the counter to inquire about it. She says oh no I don't have any shakes and then says oh I put a note in so you have to talk to the customer or some thing so I said let me call the customer and maybe they want something different. She then goes back to helping other people. I call the customer and I ask if they want something different they say they want a papaya shake. I finally get her attention and then she says oh I don't have any shakes at all. I put a note and then I gave them one juice. It's in the bag, but she's rude about it and then goes and talks to other customers. I say to her I have to go back to work and she just repeats the same thing. I ask for a manager because maybe she's not understanding what I'm saying, then she tells me she is the manager. I realized I am not getting anywhere with her so I explain the situation to the customer. The whole time she's just giving me attitude and talking to other customers. I was there before them and she's treating them as higher priority without making sure I'm OK first. She was just really, really rude and treated me disgustingly. She wasted my time. She's working, I'm working, we're both working. She should respect others time, just as she would want her time respected. I don't understand why she would give someone, one juice if they ordered two drinks it makes no sense and then for her to not explain that to me in the beginning, when she gave me the orders makes no sense as well. Plus why even mention for me to call the customer if she had no intention of replacing both of the drinks with something else that they may like??? She doesn't even know if they are allergic to the juice that she gave them. She gave them no option. I ended up spending almost an hour there, waiting on these orders and she couldn't properly compensate or explain things. She just kept blowing me off so she could help other customers. I didn't get both orders until 12:51. Very rude customer service! It was not that busy for her to not be able to handle the situation with me, without being rude towards me, and disregarding what I was trying to say. Many others are saying that the customer service is terrible. Also, someone found a roach in their soup it is crazy that people still voluntarily eat there. Smh
