This Place is Amazing!!! We been coming here from California 5 yrs in a row, and our server Jose has been the one who always welcomes us. It’s always a good time having him be our serve highly recommended this place and food. ◡̈

Delicioso! The lechon asado was tender and flavorful, and the arroz con pollo was cooked to perfection. Service was warm and welcoming, just like abuela's house. Can't wait to come back!

I love they say open 24 hrs. There cafe con leche good. The beef empanada are way better than the chicken. My breakfast was aight. But my favorite park was they have a nice walk up eat out side type vibe and I love sitting outside drinking my coffee. Update 6/27/25- Back again!!!! I absolutely lovvvve their cafe con leche!!! They make it perfect every time!!!! The ladies are so nice too! I'm glad to be back! Try the fresh, squeezed OJ, too!!! omgosh sooo good!! Good food, plus great service all day long, you can't beat it! I'll be back again!

I love this place so much. I used to come every morning before I moved to California. I just came home and this was the first place I came to. LIEN & ALI are the most amazing people. They deserve a big raise for how much they care about serving us. Thank you always ❤️

I recently moved to N. Miami from Manhattan and was told this place had the best Cuban food, and it’s never disappointed…I try and go at least once a week it’s that good. The grilled chicken w/ rice and beans is the best!! Open 24 hours and offers indoor and outdoor seating.

LOVED everything about this restaurant! The decor, service, food, everything was great! Very "acojedor" atmosphere here with a warm, friendly service staff that you can tell care about creating a memorable guest experience, and care about how you are enjoying the food. The owner Mayelin took an active role in making sure you're taken care of, our waitress Elvira was great, everyone here was warm and friendly. The grilled chicken breast I had was cooked to perfection! It was tasty and tender. The only thing that could use improvement are the black beans which are such a key ingredient in a traditional Cuban meal. They could've had a a bolder flavor. Maybe more cumin or something? Despite this, highly recommend this neighborhood type Cuban restaurant! Restrooms are clean and nicely designed too!

I remember stopping by the Three Palms to have coffee on the outside not knowing there was a full restaurant behind. This was my first time last Sunday meeting with my group from church to have a wrap up meeting. I was very surprised, thex restaurant was quaint, the waiter was attentive to us once we were seated. We did have a reservation. Our waiter Juan did a excellent job in keeping the food, and drinks going once we were seated. I will be back. I was very pleased with the price, and the food was great.

Ordered a pick up order. They gave me old rice that was moldy in a styrofoam container wrapped in plastic wrap. Must've been sitting in the fridge for several days. Was not fresh fluffy rice. It smelled bad and was hardened in clumps. I regret eating it! Gave me diarrhea for four days.

If "Nighthawks" had a Cuban food equivalent, this would be it! Located right on Biscayne Boulevard, Three Palms is not fancy but it's given me a solid spot for Cuban food when I've working late. They have both a dining room that's open until precisely 9:50pm and a 24 hour ventanita (takeout window) with a few tables on outside. The crew at the ventanita has been pleasant and helpful when I am picking up croquetas, empanadas and a cortadito when I've needed fuel for round 2 working from home. I've also enjoyed their chicken soups on those freezing 60 degree days; their media noche sandwiches are served with the baby fries (tiny crispy potato sticks), a decent amount of ham & pork but a little too much cheese for my preference. They could also put a little more butter on the bread. Their pollo a la plancha with moro y maduros (black beans , rice and sweet plantains) hit the spot as well. Depending on how late you go, service may be a little slow. But eating outside you might see anyone from firefighters grabbing a snack to an ertswhile Miami celebrity..to an engineer getting out of the office.

BREAKFAST REVIEW - this spot is a hidden gem, or at least it was to me. The wait staff is super friendly and energetic. They had some amazing passion fruit and traditional mimosas. The breakfast was on point, so good I forgot to snap a picture lol. It's a homey feel in regard to appearance but let's keep it real, we're here for the food and the drinks.

I love this local Cuban spot just 5 minutes from my house - a definite plus! Their breakfast always hits the spot, with friendly service and speedy delivery of delicious food.

Food is ok. The service is also ok, not super fast, but not too slow. The ambiance, there is not even need to talk about it, is on a mayor, so there is no ambience at all, is very loud and uninviting.

The food is usually great but the server (blonde hair) that was doing the midnight shift on 9/13/24 took over an hour of waiting in line with only two people infront of me also waiting to get served. You guys need to do better. Next time I see her by herself I will not be waiting

Great Cuban food at a reasonable price, and with great service, open 24 hours a day. They also have generous options for ordering group meals at home.

This is a great spot for awesome Cuban food with great service, they have daily specials and the prices you can't beat. Stopped by today got the chicken with grilled onions, white rice and OMG delicious red home made beans.. Wow the flavor was delicious and of course you have to get the side of ripe plantain bananas. I finished it off with a delicious Cuban coffee and as I said the service was great never went without water they give you some bread to start off with and the prices are awesome. They also do you have a outside window where you can actually pick up different types of Cuban, pastries and sandwiches, it looks like they have an amazing selection of sandwiches. If that's what you're looking for definitely recommend this place the ambience is cute comfortable warm not a very big location but enough space.

Three Palms Cuban Restaurant is definitely a good location to head for for a good Cuban meal. It has a simple yet pleasant ambiance about it. Nothing fancy, but still a pleasant place to gather with family and/or friends. I enjoy Cuban food and usually when I am in Miami, which has such a strong Cuban community, having at least one Cuban meal is always something that I try to do. I enjoy a good Cuban sandwich and here at Three Palms Cuban Restaurant, they have a good Cuban sandwich. They also make a good Cuban coffee. I really don't drink coffee, but I do drink Cuban coffee. All in all, Three Palms Cuban Restaurant is a good option if you are in Miami, Florida and seeking a decent Cuban meal. Overall, I would give it four stars and I would definitely recommend Three Palms Cuban Restaurant. If you are in Miami, Florida, I would suggest you try Cuban food and here is a good place to check it out.

I love it here. Especially late nights. You wouldn't regret your decision. They have a full menu.

If you want to waste your time feel free to come here. Where the waitresses chit chat for several minutes before taking your order at the window. I gave up and left even after getting their attention. Refused to spend money, strongly do not recommend.

We are visiting from California and wanted to try traditional Cuban food and we were not disappointed. Our waiter was amazing he took the time to explain the differences between the sandwiches and drinks. Ordered and werent dissapointed.

My review is based solely on the Cuban sandwich. I was not impressed and wouldn't recommend it to others. The pork was lackluster and flavorless which was really disappointing. The rest of the sandwich was alright but overall, the Cuban did not meet my expectations. It is really huge and I liked the straw fries it came with but definitely wouldn't order it again. I will say that my friends who ordered different menu items were very satisfied. One ordered the pork chops and the portion was huge! Very filling and tasty. So maybe it just all depends on what you order. The staff was nice enough and its best for take out (very limited outdoor seating).

I've been coming to this place for years and I can say this is a good place to stop quick and enjoy Cuban food. Service is great and the food is delicious also the coffee is great. The service is very good all servers will take care of you even if not the server that took your order. This place combine the core of a restaurant Service & Quality! Masa's de puerco is the best in Miami.

Ripoff: We ordered the $110 lechon asado party platter, "serves 8 to 10." What we got were small pieces of plantain and enough moros and lechon for 4 people. A terrible value!

I'm from out of state and tried this place and it's really good. I had Grilled chicken rice and a salad. For dessert I had rice pudding it was all a plus even the service was great. I will definitely be coming back here.

Was standing at the order counter outside and they completely ignored me, helping everyone else with orders who arrived after me. I was very patient too seeing as they helped at least 5 people who arrived after me, before I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere. They really went downhill this time, so sad!

Ordered a palomia steak to go and it had no seasoning whatsoever I feel like they cut the steak and just put it on the grill without anything had a butchery taste too it rice was not seasoned as well

Use to be a cheep place to come eat and get a quick breakfast, understandable circumstances after the COVID and inflation, but please just change your oil There's nothing worse then going somewhere for a meal and having the taste of old cooking oil in your mouth

For a mom and pop place, you cannot get any better than this authentic Cuban restaurant. The prices are better than reasonable, they're absolutely below the average price and you get a lot of bang for your buck. The cortadito was made perfectly, just strong enough and smooth enough to wake me up after a long morning ending in a workout. Definitely worked up an appetite and craving ropa vieja and eggs! I love a restaurant who doesn't blink an eye when having special requests! For all my KETO life stylists, I've modified the order and nixed the rice and potatoes for the split pea and ordered a side of eggs for a nominal surcharge! Let's talk about the taste- oh so YUM! Although I was disappointed they didn't have avocado, I was already full after eating just a few bites! Definitely a hearty meal and Keto compliant! Last but not least, Julian my server, was quite efficient and attentive without being overbearing! He checked on me more than twice and was visible throughout his section, just in case I needed anything. Excellent.

found a roach in my soup so disgusting!!!! never again SOOOO GROSS these people actually sent me a soup with a cockroach in it. I called them to let them know and they asked me to please bring back the soup with a cockroach for a refund or another soup the fact that they would even offer me another soup, after having a cockroach in my soup is unbelievable and so disgusting I'm so disappointed I will never order from this place again and I recommend anyone that sees us to stay away!

I had to pick up two mobile orders from here. Sometimes I do Food Delivery. I arrived on Nov.18,2022 around 12:15 am. The employee I dealt with was a light skin Spanish woman with black long hair in a ponytail, she says she's the manager... I waited in line for about 10 minutes. When it was my turn, I asked her about the two orders and told her that I was there to pick them up. She told me the first order was ready, but the second order is not ready and that it will be a additional 15 minute wait so I said that is fine, can I get the first order and go deliver that one and then come back. She acted as if she heard me, but then ignored me and continued with other customers. I didn't want the first customers order to be cold. That was my concern. I waited a little longer and I realized she was not going to give me the order. I had to use the restroom so I went to go do that and got some coffee from across the street and notified the first customer that I had to wait for the other customers order to be ready. I came back to the store, waited in line again,.... She eventually handed me the second customers order but not the first customers order and then she goes and says oh I can't remember what was in the first customers order you marked it as picked up. I said yes...because you told me that it was ready so I marked it as picked up anticipating to receive the order and then she says oh what's in the order and then she says oh I remember it's two Sandwiches so she gives me the other order. When I get to the car I saw that the second customers order had two drinks, she didn't hand me any shakes so I go back to the counter to inquire about it. She says oh no I don't have any shakes and then says oh I put a note in so you have to talk to the customer or some thing so I said let me call the customer and maybe they want something different. She then goes back to helping other people. I call the customer and I ask if they want something different they say they want a papaya shake. I finally get her attention and then she says oh I don't have any shakes at all. I put a note and then I gave them one juice. It's in the bag, but she's rude about it and then goes and talks to other customers. I say to her I have to go back to work and she just repeats the same thing. I ask for a manager because maybe she's not understanding what I'm saying, then she tells me she is the manager. I realized I am not getting anywhere with her so I explain the situation to the customer. The whole time she's just giving me attitude and talking to other customers. I was there before them and she's treating them as higher priority without making sure I'm OK first. She was just really, really rude and treated me disgustingly. She wasted my time. She's working, I'm working, we're both working. She should respect others time, just as she would want her time respected. I don't understand why she would give someone, one juice if they ordered two drinks it makes no sense and then for her to not explain that to me in the beginning, when she gave me the orders makes no sense as well. Plus why even mention for me to call the customer if she had no intention of replacing both of the drinks with something else that they may like??? She doesn't even know if they are allergic to the juice that she gave them. She gave them no option. I ended up spending almost an hour there, waiting on these orders and she couldn't properly compensate or explain things. She just kept blowing me off so she could help other customers. I didn't get both orders until 12:51. Very rude customer service! It was not that busy for her to not be able to handle the situation with me, without being rude towards me, and disregarding what I was trying to say. Many others are saying that the customer service is terrible. Also, someone found a roach in their soup it is crazy that people still voluntarily eat there. Smh

Steak sandwich smells great and taste even better. Comes with lettuce, tomato and onions. The steak was well seasoned. I added cheese to mine. Only thing was my bread got wet because of the thick sliced tomatoes and I hate wet bread.

Stopped by for a quick Cuban sandwich and colada and pastelito. Ordered at the ventanita. They were super friendly and the food came quickly! The pastelito was fresh and delish and the colada was good. Just didn't LOVE the Cuban sandwich, but it was still good. I'd come back. They have a parking lot!

Good morning and happy Monday! Wishing you a prosperous week. This is one of my favorite coffee shops to visit. This is Three Palms Cafe. They have amazing cafe con leche. I come here at least twice a week for breakfast and coffee.

I really, REALLY wanted to love this place. So close by, so convenient, so apparently authentic. I ordered the pork chops (chuletes de cerdo) for takeout for $10 -- good price BUT it turned out to be an old menu or lunch menu so I paid $16. So I opened the box and saw two very small, tiny chops. The pictures are the bones from two microchops. C'mon people - a Cuban restaurant in Miami that can't do pork chops?! Nope.

Croquetta was dry and flavorless. The pork sandwich tastes like they used left over pork from the day before. Never again. There are better choices.

I ordered through UberEats yesterday and all I will say is that it was decent. It wasn't the worst Cuban food I've had, but it also wasn't the best. If I'm perfectly honest, I prefer Little Havana slightly more than this place. I ordered the Breaded Chicken with mixed rice, and plantains. My rice was extremely dry. The flavor also was a bit dodgy--I can't quite put my finger on it though. The chicken, however, was quite tasty. I liked the plantains, they came cooked perfectly. My Mom ordered the skirt steak, medium rare, but she said it was a bit tough to chew. She said the flavors were good, but it wasn't as tender as Little Havana's skirt steak. On the other hand, the white rice she ordered was super moist and not dry in the least. I don't know if I'd order from here again, I'm a bit up in the air.

The food is really good, even if you don't have time, just pull up & get a few pastries & coffee from the walk up window. I always bring people here for coortaditos & appetizers.

Very good coffee probably the best in the area great Cuban sandwich and great empanadas also they have a lot of good daily specials at affordable prices and the food is very good. Service is excellent staff are always nice especially Scarlet who always take care of me.

After driving for 15 hours, we were looking for a spot with goood coffee and food and Three Palms did not disappoint. The service was so friendly and made awesome suggestions that didn't disappoint. We had "Man of the house?" Steak sandwich, #4 Cuban Burger with Sunny side up egg with onion, and Cuban Sandwich. Waiter also threw in a fried yucca like fritter that was DELICIOUS. The coffee was strong but not too strong. Food came out quickly and we devoured it just as quickly. Will definitely be back for more!

Real authentic Cuban food in North Miami. The service is always great and the food fresh and delicious. The daily specials are also amazing. So happy to this gem close to home and support a local small business.

Stumbled across this restaurant when we were looking for coffee. Nice that you can order and grab coffee/pastries at the outside counter but when we realized we wanted food we took our coffee inside. Coffee took a while but was good and strong! Space was pretty big and not too crowded- we were able to get 2 tables of 5 very quickly. The service was friendly and quick and the prices for food very affordable for large portions. I got the Cubano which was okay. There was a generous meat portion but besides for the toasted bread, everything was still cold. The cheese wasn't melted and it didn't have enough pickles/sauce. It was more like a cold ham sandwich. There were crispy shoe string/potato chips on top which was a nice touch but the sandwich itself was not what I was expecting. Fine for a quick, cheaper bite in the area.

This place is great I've been here for breakfast lunch and dinner and have a never been disappointed the service here is great and friendly and the food is amazing the prices are pretty good however I can't deal with the fly problem it's very annoying other than that the place is a nice cozy spot minus the flies

I did not like this place at all. The service was slow and/or non-existent. My server walked up, grunted hello, took my order and disappeared. Someone else brought out my food, and no one ever came back. The Cuban sandwich was tasteless. The bread was chewy and greasy (probably because they dumped the French fries on top of it). The black beans and rice came as a pre-mixed blob that didn't have nearly enough of the black bean part. It tasted like soggy rice with the soupy water that's left over from a pot of black beans dumped over the top of it. I tried to be good and ordered a salad. It was seriously a bowl of lettuce with two slices of tomato in it. They don't have any other dressing besides a bland vinaigrette. It was like trying to slog through a bowl of wet sawdust. I'm sure they have things here on the menu that are good. I didn't see any of them, but the place can't be all bad. But like a rib place whose BBQ sauce sucks or a Mexican place with cruddy salsa, don't come at me calling yourself a Cuban restaurant if your Cuban sandwich isn't good and you can't do black beans and rice right.

Service was bad and I'll probably not go back because of it. Felt like three servers ignored us because we look like kids. Chicken soup was good and lettuce wraps were a decent portion.
