WORST COSTUMER TREATMENT BY THE MANAGER!
I have been going to this place for years now, and ever since this new manager stepped in, things have changed a lot.
Today I decide to give it another try, and I go there and order "2 cold brews, LIGHT ICE". The manager who takes my order pours the cups full of ice, and I ask her: "excuse me, is that my order?" She replies yes, and I say: "I ordered it light ice!" Rolling her eyes at me, she says: "this is light ice, and if you want less ice I'll have to serve you in a smaller cup", showing me this tiny plastic cup. I said, sorry, this is not light ice! As she looks at me with this angry and annoyed faced!
I tell her in a very calm way that it's about time for her to step down from her management role, and she completely flips! Saying that she is going to give my money back, and that I need to step out of the establishment immediately! She then agrees that the coffee shop is a dictatorship ran by her, and that she is the only person I can talk to. A barista next to her, comes to me with an angry face, that made me feel like he could attack me, and said in the most rude way: "leave right now or I'll call the police!".
I wonder what the owner is thinking when leaving a person unprepared like this to lead his/hers coffee shop? Is this the culture of their company? To impose on their clients what this manager believes to be right and kick a loyal costumer that has been going there for years, every Sunday after church! What type of manager looses a client over ice quantity?
What has this place become?
The worst costumer service and treatment I have ever received. Treated like a criminal by a gang. I felt violated and unsafe, on a place I should find enjoyment! I went there to buy coffee on a Sunday morning!
NEVER ente this place, if you see that this manager is around!
I'm still shaking and cannot believe that this happened to me!
Please see the pictures attached with what the manager considers "light ice". Complete joke. Complete lack of costumer service or capability to deal with people and receive feedback or criticism. Not ever ready to be a manager.
