Definitely my favorite spot in Hollywood to have breakfast. They are so nice and can offer a wide range of possibilities, from salty to sweet ones. People are always kind and the food is perfect. Try their pancakes: they’re amazing!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing—without a doubt, the best we’ve had in California throughout our entire trip. The presentation was stunning, and the meal itself was incredibly nourishing, rich in various components, and packed with healthy ingredients. There was a lot of fresh greens, pumpkin seeds, and the salad was perfectly dressed. A huge thank you to the chef and the owner for providing such delicious and high-quality food!

Hands down my new go to spot! I was craving crepes but found this place for their pancakes and it was the best. Loved the atmosphere and music. The people were very nice as well ❤️ try it out if you’re visiting or live in the neighborhood.

If palm trees, disco beats and unbelievably tasty coffee is your jam then this be your spot. I'd be as bold as to suggest that no other outfit in LA does this trifecta better. In the rare case that they did, Tiago slides in with the perfectly executed breakfast burrito to remind everyone who's boss in them parts. Personally I didn't even know disco paired so well with the drip coffee first thing in the AM but they were here to guide me. Learning a little bit more about myself everyday. Thanks Tiago!!

It’s a fun, colorful coffee shop located on the corner of Hollywood Blvd. They have validated parking in the back. The food was really good. My friend got a salad and I got the omelette. Both were tasty and clean. The music was a little loud for my preference. I would note that despite 80% vacant seating, someone came up to us within seconds of sitting down saying “we would like to reserve seating for paying customers only.” As a small business supporter, I have no problem with this, but from a customer service view, I think that was unnecessary. I feel unwelcome and will not be returning. They also charged my friend for a black coffee refill.

Absolutely delicious breakfast sandwich (one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had!) and mocha coffee. Friendly service and nice outside sitting area. Totally recommend!!

Chilaquiles were great, they were a little spicy for me but if you’re into that this is perfect for you . Burritos were great as well !

SO underrated! This place is an absolute gem. The owner is genuinely one of the kindest people you'll ever meet--if I found out she runs this business just to spoil the pups who visit, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised. On top of the amazing hospitality, they serve a mocha that ranks in the top 1% of the 200+ coffee shops I've visited. It's that good. If I had one tiny suggestion, it would be to consider opening at 7 AM and transitioning their rewards system to a digital format--because honestly, I'm just looking for more reasons to stop by!

The service was great! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. This is my first time trying this place and I literally ordered everything from recommendations from the cashier. Breakfast burrito- the flavor is there, the beans were a little off texture wise. It's almost like they went soft enough. Vanilla iced latte with oat milk. Very very tasty!! Overall great choice for a work spot. They do have music playing, but it wasn't too loud or distracting.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the vibe was very relaxing with cool music and a nice outdoor space. Everything felt clean and comfortable. Came in on a Tuesday, around 1050am, dining room 1/2 full and we were the only ones at the counter. Asked for no ice, in my cold brew, got a good amount of ice. Latte with only almond milk took 9 mins to make. Staff wasn't rude or anything, just really uncommon service.

I love the soup here and the entire menu doesn't ever disappoint. Christopher is a very kind person who I see before or after my yoga class and always lets me sit drink coffee and journal before or after my yoga class. The creative interiors and murals remind one that we are almost out of Hollywood and the crazy that happens there but West Hollywood where everything is cleaner and kinder.

I ordered an espresso and the cuban sandwich. The tuna melt was brought up instead. I head back to the register to have it replaced. I'm holding a phone by my ear as I was getting connected to the party I had business with. The lady behind the register Taiwan, did not apologize for the mistake. She got offended that I didn't give her enough attention given that I was on the phone . She raised her voice and called me rude. I had to drop the call. I got upset because A. I was hungy B. I was finally connected after a long hold while waiting for my food and had to drop just because the queen Taiwan needed attention. C. She did not apologize D. She made be to be the bad guy. After I had to drop the call, I gave her my full attention and let her know how upset she made me but she didn't like it either. All she had to do is to replace the sandwich no questions asked but I believe she wanted to charge me for the cuban sandwich because it was more expensive and they charged me for the tuna melt. I said no, your mistake. So you fix it. She asked me to leave. I did. Hungry. Flabbergasted. Infuriated. I was going to write this review but I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. So I emailed to the management. Brittney Valles responded and in a polite and courteous manner she thanked me for reaching out before writing a review. My ask was simple. A. Refund. Can you imagine? I had to ask for it. B. Personal apology. C.Cuban sandwich on the house so I can focus on the new customer experience and the food in my new review. Brittney promised for a full refund and two weeks later it was still not processed. She said personal apology goes against the company policy. And offered a $25 gift card which I declined because it means nothing to me without an apology. She claimed that she addressed the issue internally. What was interesting that she never inquired the name of the lady who I had an argument with. Or how she looked. The other day I was passing by and stopped at the cafe. Taiwan did not remember me. I asked her if Brittney Valles reached out to her and she said no. So it was apparent to me that no investigation was conducted. Bottom line. They screwed up. They blamed me. Did not apologize. No refund. I believe restaurant businesses arent just about food but also about making you feel home. Customer experience. They seriously screwed up. And refused to fix it. With so many great small businesses forced to leave LA because of the competitive market, my only hope is that ugly businesses like Tiago close their doors forever

Food was great and so was the coffee. Cute place. Would go again. Only downside was guy taking the order not very friendly but also not rude. Just kinda there. Felt like I was inconveniencing him by being there.

Ambiance is nice and relaxing. Service is nice and there's plenty of seating. Menu is pretty simple and easy to read. I opted for the breakie burrito ($13) and the healthy hoe ($16)... because balance. I also got an almond mocha ($7) for my bf to try. Food looks great and it tastes great as well! The breakie burrito is pretty good, with the tortilla layer being thin and lots of ingredients in there. I wouldn't say it's the best I have ever had nor would I say it's super special but it was decent and good. The healthy hoe was super good. I liked it but of course since it's healthy, it lacked my oh so loved carbs. I took it home and put a little bit of my leftover pasta in there (from the night before) and it was absolute perfection. The flavors of the chicken was all there and since there was a bit of excess oils/sauce, the pasta really complimented it. Overall, pretty decent place. Gets a bit busy and the to go order took about 15 mins.

Came here twice in 2 for breakfast The outside seating area is quiet and nice on a warm morning. The inside is very well designed. More of a restaurant feel than just a coffee shop For people who like coffee you will be impressed by the electric coffee roaster in the back - really sleek and cool looking Free self service bottle of water. Quite delicious sparkling and still Loved the cortado We had the stuffed French toast, Caesar salad (great dressing), roasted potatoes, and the brekkie burrito. All really good Must try

This place was ehh. The 3 stars is only for the food and coffee. I'd do 3.5 if I could. Not bad but definitely not great. The coffee: my iced vanilla latte was pretty bland. I didn't taste vanilla at all. The food: I had the avocado toast, which was a little lackluster. It was a little bitter? Like too many pickled toppings, and definitely not enough avocado. Inside: The aesthetics inside are cute. Chandeliers inside are cool looking, and the overall vibe and service were good, so 4 stars there. Location: right on Hollywood Blvd, so very busy area, though mostly away from the main strip.

Food was delicious, I devoured the croissants. The breakfast burrito was a bit spicy but not too much . And the sandwich was far gone :)

I thoroughly enjoyed my Healthy Hoe. It was even better than the unique description, full of protein and healthy. I also admittedly had a delicious almond croissant and a iced honey latte and it was enjoyable. Not the cleanest place, and finding parking (like all of hollywood) without pay is basically impossible. They do validate for the structure but it's another latte worth... They were very patient as we kept changing our order but we got through it and they helped guide us.

What lured me first to Tiago was it's aesthetic. Decorated with pastel pinks, blues, oranges and yellows with an undercurrent of a sort of industrial architecture, this little safe haven at the west end of the Walk of Fame was always very intriguing but I never went in. When I finally ventured inside I found out it's a coffeeshop and a diner inviting customers to either have a hearty brunch (max 4 in their booths inside, more capacity outside if you push tables together), or work in silence depending on your needs. The coffee is actually good compared to many of the nasty coffee spots in the neighborhood (shout out to Starbucks) and they actually know how to do coffee art (shout out to Cassandra). There's a few electric outlets inside and outside for you to plug in. The clientele is a mix of all identities which is normal for Hollywood-- young, old, Black, white, queer, able-bodied, etc. They bust out their food and drinks quite quickly. From the aesthetic to the menu options to the clientele this spot is an example of how seemingly disparate things can be in harmony. I like their coffee and location. The staff is a vibe. I fucks with it. You probably should too. But don't fuck with it too much... I don't want long lines lol.

Jared was super nice to us and very welcoming. Sandwich was really good. Latte was good flavor and the matcha was okay. It started to get busy while we were waiting for our food.

This place has a great vibe, great location, solid food (a little pricey) and GREAT Americanos! Big fan of whatever espresso they use!

Came in on a Sunday in the early afternoon, the staff were friendly and food came out quickly. I ordered the breakfast burrito and matcha latte, (both were yummy) and the price was fair for the location being that it was in West Hollywood. Would come here again for a quick bite!

Didn't have any food but the coffee was actually pretty good. Very friendly service a bit too friendly where customers talked too long and held up the line. Finally a manager or someone else noticed and asked the customer to step aside so others could order. Ambiance seems cool. Great to do studying or meetings. Overall not too bad!

We've always loved Tiago, especially the grilled chicken sandwich and the Cubano. However, today both arrived on ciabatta instead of the usual bun or Hawaiian roll. When I called to check if they were out of bread, I was told the switch to ciabatta was permanent. I politely suggested updating the menu to reflect this, only to be abruptly hung up on. It's disappointing, not just because the bread change ruins the sandwiches, but also because the dismissive response left a bad taste in our mouths. Such a shame for a spot we've always enjoyed.

This coffee shop has the absolute best breakfast sandwich in town. You're genuinely missing out if you don't try it. The staff is fantastic and the coffee never disappoints. All in all a wonderful place.

Yummy breakfast, i order using Postmates to avoid finding parking nearby and it always arrives fresh and is delicious. Love their vanilla latte.

This spot has been my coffee spot for over a year. I highly recommend the cortado and their avocado toast. Tip the servers well! They will treat you like family regardless!

I went to this place recently, and it was lovely! I had a cold brew and a sandwich and both were great and delivered quickly. The high walls surrounding the patio area were amazing for cutting out the sounds of Hollywood- lots of people posted up working on their laptop and I will probably do the same next time. They also were hosting a really cool little fundraiser for a small nonprofit while I was there, and even with what looked like a good turnout the place was chill and didn't get slow with the orders. The patio was set up with people writing and painting, and a local vendor with clothing over in one corner. Very cool!

The latte was okay but there was some bogus "Healthy LA" surcharge. With a 1$ tip, two lattes came out to roughly $17.

Coffee is good so 3 stars... that's about all that is good about this place. The omelette was well made. It looked nice in the box and the service was quick. We ordered some breakfast and were thoroughly disappointed with everything else. The stuffed French Toast was dry and definitely not stuffed. The toast was dry as a bone. This place left alot to be desired.

WORST COSTUMER TREATMENT BY THE MANAGER! I have been going to this place for years now, and ever since this new manager stepped in, things have changed a lot. Today I decide to give it another try, and I go there and order "2 cold brews, LIGHT ICE". The manager who takes my order pours the cups full of ice, and I ask her: "excuse me, is that my order?" She replies yes, and I say: "I ordered it light ice!" Rolling her eyes at me, she says: "this is light ice, and if you want less ice I'll have to serve you in a smaller cup", showing me this tiny plastic cup. I said, sorry, this is not light ice! As she looks at me with this angry and annoyed faced! I tell her in a very calm way that it's about time for her to step down from her management role, and she completely flips! Saying that she is going to give my money back, and that I need to step out of the establishment immediately! She then agrees that the coffee shop is a dictatorship ran by her, and that she is the only person I can talk to. A barista next to her, comes to me with an angry face, that made me feel like he could attack me, and said in the most rude way: "leave right now or I'll call the police!". I wonder what the owner is thinking when leaving a person unprepared like this to lead his/hers coffee shop? Is this the culture of their company? To impose on their clients what this manager believes to be right and kick a loyal costumer that has been going there for years, every Sunday after church! What type of manager looses a client over ice quantity? What has this place become? The worst costumer service and treatment I have ever received. Treated like a criminal by a gang. I felt violated and unsafe, on a place I should find enjoyment! I went there to buy coffee on a Sunday morning! NEVER ente this place, if you see that this manager is around! I'm still shaking and cannot believe that this happened to me! Please see the pictures attached with what the manager considers "light ice". Complete joke. Complete lack of costumer service or capability to deal with people and receive feedback or criticism. Not ever ready to be a manager.

I work nearby so this place has naturally become a staple . Coffee is good, people are kind, and I've never had a better steak sandwich. Enjoy

Tiago is always such a vibe--clean, bright, and full of good energy. Taiwan, the manager, is super friendly and brings this fun, upbeat energy that makes the place even better. The staff is so welcoming, and they're great at recommending pastries (which are bomb, by the way). The matcha latte was on point, and the burrito? Totally delicious, like the kind of good that makes you want to come back for it tomorrow. It's just a chill spot with amazing food, coffee, and people.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I try and help business around me out but this place is a straight up scam. The very first time I came here the smaller lady with the glasses kicked me out because I hadn't purchased anything. Little did she know I had purchased a pastry a couple hours earlier. I have come back since to purchase food since I work in the same building and the food is overpriced and mid in flavor. This is the place I come for emergencies when I don't have food but today all I wanted was some chips and guac. Took over 5 minutes to give me a bag of chips that I saw came out of a plastic bag so I know damn well they aren't fresh. Then the guacamole container isn't even filled all the way when just a couple weeks it was $6 and now it's $9 what a joke. I asked if they can please fill it up and the answer I got was "it's weighed". I asked again, lady went back to the kitchen and then came back and lied to my face saying they changed the container so it looks like less. I've been here and have ordered the same thing and it's always been the same container but I'm done giving my money to this shitty place and people with the worst customer service. Also definitely NOT recommending this place to our patients who always go down and buy stuff. Good luck to your failing business.

This is a great coffee shop, lots of choices for food and plenty of room to hunker down and get some work done. I had the Anaheim Chile Burger which was delicious and a side of coleslaw, yum! The service was great and everyone was very helpful and attentive. Some of the bad reviews are a little overwrought, not sure what that's about but I had a great experience.

This coffee bar is great, staff is attentive and pleasant. I am a regular here and my coffee is made before I even order it. It is our neighborhood hangout and couldn't be happier with their place in my life.

The coffee here is the best in town. The service is top notch and everyone is very friendly. I eat lunch here from time to time and the food is always great. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hollywood or working in the neighborhood. Wish I could give it ten stars.

Great coffee and good, healthy food. I got a Turn the Beat Around salad to eat on an airplane flight later that night. Very good and fiiling! Large beet chunks and arugula made for a great combination. Also got a coffee to take on my Runyon Canyon hike. Top notch! Good looking and friendly staff. I go here every time I come to LA.

I had the best freaking Berry muffin there and some really good coffee. I went there because the muffins and pastries look so good. Berry muffin was big and light and delicious. Only complaint is I wanted to sit outside but there are flies everywhere.

Finally checked out this spot after living across the street for 4 months. Super cute space with a chill vibe. Baristas were friendly. I ordered an oat milk latte and the brekkie burrito. Looking forward to coming back.

I ended up going with my kids right about closing time. Even though it was minutes from closing, we were able to order our food and finish without feeling rushed. The staff were super polite and welcoming. We had the Anahiem chile burger, the grilled cheese, and the albacore tuna melt. All three were delicious. Shoutouts to the staff and management. Special shoutouts to Jared, Guadalupe, and Henri, who were super friendly to my kids and me. The new management deserves props too. Thank you for staying open and serving us near closing. Oh, I love the Palm Springs cafe vibe the decor gives out. I plan on coming back anytime I'm in the area. Great staff, management, and more importantly, great food.

Ate here every morning on a recent business trip. The food is healthy, delicious and well prepared, the staff friendly and the ambiance inviting. If only it wasn't 3000 miles from home!

Good food and coffee. I really like this place. The service great. It's a cool hang on Hollywood Blvd. We came here because it said "dogs allowed" here on yelp. They are allowed on the outdoor patio seating but not at all inside. I came with a friend so she could go in and order while I watched the dog but it wouldn't have been possible if one came alone with their dog.

Not to be a bitch, but I really didn't enjoy my drink at all AND it was the most expensive cup of coffee I've ever paid for. So disappointing
