"A bubble-tea brand opening its third Las Vegas outpost in the food hall, known at this location for selling brown sugar boba beverages." - Janna Karel

"Tiger Sugar uses an eight-hour method for cooking its syrups and tapioca pearls. The result is a rich brown sugar syrup that marks the inside of cups with signature “tiger stripes” and boba pearls in varying sizes for a delightful texture while sipping. Go with the signature offering here — with black sugar milk tea, boba, and cream mousse." - Katie Swalm

"Already serving beautifully layered boba milk teas in Chinatown and Resorts World Las Vegas, Tiger Sugar will have a stall inside the H-Mart food hall." - Janna Karel

"The original Spring Mountain counter-service store, located between Lindell Road and Hauck Street, currently offers no indoor dining space and only enough waiting room for customers to pick up hot or cold boba, pearl, latte, and cream mousse beverages. Staff prepare each sealed cup with fresh milk and boba pearls coated with black sugar, and customers are advised to shake each cup about 15 times before breaking the seal with a straw to release the aromatic sensation. The franchise lured crowds to its opening day in Chinatown but has operated almost entirely under COVID restrictions since its debut last spring." - Bradley Martin

"I saw the Instagram-famous Taiwanese boba shop debut in Las Vegas on Chinatown’s Spring Mountain Road on March 7, with long lines forming to order its syrup and fresh mousse cream tiger-stripe dessert drinks; the three-year-old international brand’s first Las Vegas expansion takes over the former QQ Tea space in the commercial center next to Sweet Talk and The Noodle Man. During the grand opening they planned to hand out prizes to the first 100 customers in line. Their specialty drink combines brown sugar syrup, tapioca pearls, and fresh milk shaken up and down a recommended 15 times to create the unique tiger-striped pattern, and the counter-service spot offers a full range of hot and cold boba beverages plus black and green tea lattes. The shop lists phone 702-272-0442 and is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily." - Susan Stapleton
