Tiger Sugar opens in Chinatown | Eater Vegas

"I saw the Instagram-famous Taiwanese boba shop debut in Las Vegas on Chinatown’s Spring Mountain Road on March 7, with long lines forming to order its syrup and fresh mousse cream tiger-stripe dessert drinks; the three-year-old international brand’s first Las Vegas expansion takes over the former QQ Tea space in the commercial center next to Sweet Talk and The Noodle Man. During the grand opening they planned to hand out prizes to the first 100 customers in line. Their specialty drink combines brown sugar syrup, tapioca pearls, and fresh milk shaken up and down a recommended 15 times to create the unique tiger-striped pattern, and the counter-service spot offers a full range of hot and cold boba beverages plus black and green tea lattes.
