I went there during happy hour [price was super good]and I was 20 minutes early and I had to sit there 😒 and wait The music was really good! It's a cute and quaint space. Optimal experience for intimate gatherings or maybe a date but not a place where can get work done on a laptop.Ice cream was good ! I had the mango and vanilla . I usually don't like mixing ice cream and sorbet but it was a nice Creamsicle vibe<3 Ingredients were high in quality!

*I was lucky enough to try Tipsy scoop during a free event and this review is based off of that experience* For this event we were able to try unlimited samples and then order one item from the menu to enjoy there or take to go. I tried 6! of the flavors: cake batter vodka martini, vanilla bean bourbon, chocolate whiskey salted caramel, tequila Mexican hot chocolate, raspberry lemoncello sorbet, and mango margarita sorbet. Every single flavor was amazing. They are silky smooth and you can't taste the alcohol. I think the Mexican hot chocolate was my favorite. For my special treat I ordered the whiskey dream: dark chocolate whiskey salted caramel ice cream with chocolate fudge, caramel sauce, and brownie bits. It was also delicious! The staff was amazing! I really enjoyed interacting with them. I'm so grateful to have been able to attend and will definitely be back! The inside is really cute and small, but they have some barstool seating inside. They also have two small tables outside.

Everything about this place is great! The atmosphere, the service, especially the ice cream. The flavor of the month was cotton candy vodka and if I had a way to store it I would definitely take it back home to me in Maryland. You don't taste the alcohol at all in the ice cream and the flavors are fantastic and can compete against even your favorite local creamery back home.

A must if you are in New York! The most amazing ice cream ever. Friendly staff and great service. Portions are massive, I had Whisky Dreams 😍😋 and had to share it. Don't leave New York without trying Tipsy Scoop!!!!!

After following them on IG and seeing all summery drinks I couldn’t wait to go and try them out once my son turned 21. The place was smaller than I expected but it is just an ice cream parlor so that makes sense. The vibe is chill with a chalkboard like menu displaying the drinks in color. The sales clerk was very nice and told us what drinks had certain shots. My older son loved his whiskey chocolate drink. My other son had a birthday cake one. My younger son and I thought our drinks were just ok. I didn’t really taste the liquor, my ice cream was rather bitter and overall didn’t really have any flavor. We didn’t really finish them and I guess it’s common for people to want to leave with clean glasses since they’re priced at $18.50 with the drink because the sales clerk offered to take our glasses back and swap them for clean ones. But after we got home we realized we were given three plastic cups, not the glass ones we paid $60 in total for.

One of the best stops when you're in NYC. They have the option for thise who cannot decide. Personally, I believe it's the best option. When you visit, choose the Flight of Four. They have incredible staff who give you ample time to look at all the options and make your choice without haste. Worth the money!

Small business with interesting ideas. Love their creativity, vibes and staffs are all very good I had their seasonal vodka cotton candy ice cream it’s just Wowww not too sweet and the vodka just hit right! And they have a lot of interesting flavors Originally I came for too good to go order but can’t resist their various flavors, I definitely come back for sure 😉

So this ice cream is unbelievable. Very rich and it’s also infused with alcohol. I had two helpings and felt nothing. But, I guess that’s subjective based on your size and weight. There is minimum seating, so you might be standing outside if it’s busy. Is it worth it…absolutely. Many different flavors and the attendant makes the flights impressive. No skimping. I was so enthralled with the fact it was alcoholic ice cream that I never bothered to see if they had any kid friendly bites.
