Titu - Review - Mayfair - London - The Infatuation

"Titu is one of the best value for money spots in Mayfair. This tiny gyoza specialist on Shepherds Market will feed you extremely well for around £40 including drinks. Obviously there are cheaper gyoza out there, but remember that this is Mayfair, and so the gyoza in question are filled with wagyu beef and foie gras. Just don’t go here for a quiet or intimate conversation, unless you want everyone in the restaurant (including the servers) to get involved. RESERVE A TABLE WITH RESERVE A TABLE" - Sam Collins

12 Mayfair Restaurants For When You Don’t Want To Spend A Lot Of Money

"Specialising in anything is a feat. Apart from, like, picking your nose. But specialising in gyoza is really something. Imagine someone asking you what you did and replying “well, actually, I’m a gyoza specialist”. Power. Move. Anyway that’s what Titu, a little corner restaurant in Shepherd Market, is. Five chicken and foie gras (it’s Mayfair hun) gyoza will set you back just under £10, while other options are cheaper. There’s stuff like tacos and miso aubergine too, and it’s decent choice for a very chilled and inexpensive meal." - heidi lauth beasley, jake missing

The Best London Restaurants For A £50 Dinner - London - The Infatuation

"You know the video of a kitten yawning that you come across when hungover and get a little teary eyed? Titu is almost as cute as that kitten. Almost. This Japanese spot in Mayfair, yes Mayfair, is not only a top date option but is also surprisingly affordable. It specialises in gyoza, but not just any gyoza. We’re talking gyoza filled with miso kimchi lamb, foie gras, and wagyu beef. " - Heidi Lauth Beasley, Jake Oliver

So... overall I am glad I visited but do not think I will return for the following reasons. The place is just too cramped. Really small venue with too many tables to comfortably be seated or to receive service. Service was friendly but the food is almost tapas based and you have very little space to place your plates etc. Gyoza were decent enough, my wife had the aubergine which she said was too sweet and I had the lamb chops which were delicious but very pricey for two pieces. Overall, while I didn't have a bad experience and the food was ok I am not sure I would recommend it unfortunately.

The truffle scallops are exceptionally fragrant! The lavender-flavored soft drink has a surprisingly delightful taste.

TITU is exceptional, quite tiny, but amazing vibes . Waitress was very nice and friendly. Playlist is chosen well. Can definitely recommend this place for lunch or early dinner. My choice is tuna 🍣 tacos , aubergine miso and mochi bolls

Nice restaurant next to Green Park. From the moment you walk in you are captivated by a nice décor, warm lights and the gentle sound of house music in the background. We started with multiple starters and then proceeded to a few main dishes. The food is rich in flavour and the menu is quite exhaustive. I had as drink a beer but I'd personally recommend going for the teas because they are really good (my friends took them). The hibiscus was my favourite one. Overall the price was not too bad and I'd say to stop by if you are nearby

Ok, the location means you know it will be pricey. But 13 pound plus service for half a small grilled aubergine? Flavour ok but I recommend to avoid and order more gyozas ore anything just not that. Gyozas were good. The place is tiny and crammed.

Hands down amazing gyoza - get the truffle! I also loved my whisky and hand roll! No photos as it was too good!

Really tiny but cool place tucked away in Mayfair that had surprisingly very tasty food. Been lots of misses in London when it came to pan Asian food but Titu did not disappoint. We loved the veal ribs, tuna and wagyu tacos, lamb chops and lamb bao but the other menu items were great as well. Very tight and cozy spot so definitely make a reso before you come.

The food exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend this panasian place especially if you like the 'tiny but cosy' atmosphere. The owner/ manager offered us some drinks while we had to wait outside (the day was glorious) for our table to be ready and everyone was nothing but polite the whole time. Due to it's size it is sustainably run and at full capacity it was hard to find clean glasses for a drink, so we had to wait a bit for them to be cleaned. However, the rest of the experience and the food makes up for it. We'll visit again!
