I had an absolutely amazing dining experience at Topa Skulderia! From start to finish, the meal was a culinary delight. The shrimp tacos were a perfect starter—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The Topa cheese Iberian ham and the mushroom variation were also fantastic additions to the menu, offering rich, savory bites.
But the true standout was the Arepa with hake, a limited edition item that was simply divine. The sauce, texture, and presentation (served on a Tiki Head style plate!) were all top-notch, easily a 10 out of 10.
To top it off, the Lumagorri chicken was an absolute treat. It literally melted in my mouth, with its incredible sauce and tender texture making every bite memorable. You should deffo try cocktails, too.
Overall, Topa Skulderia delivered a perfect dining experience that I can't wait to repeat. Highly recommend!
