I’ve been here many times with friends and family, and every visit has been a consistently fun and relaxed experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and upbeat without feeling overwhelming, making it an easy place to unwind and enjoy yourself. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which really adds to the overall experience. Whether we’re celebrating something or just stopping by to hang out, it’s a spot where you can comfortably spend a few hours laughing, talking, and having a genuinely good time.

Food was OK for what it was priced—and very small portions. If you come here, maybe eat before and just get drinks here. Now as for the service, it was great! Staff was friendly and helpful :) The atmosphere was the best part. We love to go to the driving range so this was a fun, elevated experience. We loved playing the games, testing our aim and range—fantastic 4, sonic, and angry birds are all must tries. We’ll be back!

The atmosphere and the game play itself is entertaining, and the food was pretty good. The service could be improved however. Had to remind 3 different servers that I had ordered a beer - so for a 90 minute reservation, it took about 20 minutes for 1 beer to come out, which is kind of insane given the business model.

I visited Topgolf in El Segundo with someone, and I was amazed by how exciting and energetic the entire place felt. The moment I walked in, I noticed how many teenagers were already there, either playing at the high tech driving range or relaxing in the lounge area. The service at Topgolf was excellent because the staff were friendly, quick to help, and made the whole experience feel smooth and welcoming. The quality of the technology and the setup was impressive, with bright screens and comfortable seating that made everything feel modern and enjoyable. The selection of games and food options was perfect for teenagers because they could play, eat, and take pictures without ever getting bored. As I walked around, I felt a sense of excitement that surprised me. I did not feel rushed or pressured to move quickly. I had time to look around and appreciate the details of the space, like the way the lights reflected off the golf balls or the way the laughter of teenagers filled the air. It reminded me of how important it is to have places where people can be themselves and enjoy the moment. I have lived for twenty four years, but sometimes I feel like I am still discovering what makes me feel young and connected to the world around me. Being in a place like Topgolf brought out that feeling in a natural and refreshing way. I have only visited this location one time before writing this review, but it felt like one of the most exciting and teen friendly places I have been to in a long time. I would highly recommend that teenagers go there because it gives them a place to have fun, take pictures, feel creative, and enjoy an atmosphere that supports their energy and imagination.

We were excited to show our friends from London a good time and brought them to Topgolf but unfortunately the experience was anything but welcoming The manager Sai refused to accept their valid passports as ID for drink orders even though they are legal government issued documents. We were having a great time golfing and this really killed the vibe To make matters worse our play time started before we even began and when we asked to extend our time and offered to pay we were told they were fully booked and could not give us another booth. They claimed they were too busy to accommodate us but we saw multiple empty booths sitting unused For a place that markets itself as a fun social hangout the lack of hospitality and rigid policies were a huge letdown.

Came here with family, and everyone had a blast. Our host, M Jay, was very sweet and attentive. He even made sure our nephew (3 year old) felt included by getting him a club his size. If I had a complaint, its the food portions, they weren’t exactly “family size”. They weirdly didn’t have napkins too. Overall a very fun activity for beginners and professionals alike.

i had a great experience at Topgolf! Angel provided amazing service and was super attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The drinks and food came out really fast, which made the experience even better. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere was fun and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and hope to get Angel as a server again!

This was a cool place, love the vibe. Had a great time with friends. The main gripe is staff that takes far too long to chat about the menu, take orders, or settle the bill......all while the clock is ticking on our time. It really felt like they were intentionally using up our time to prompt buying more time. We lost about 25 minutes (out of two hours), along with losing the first ten minutes, as there was a mixup with the notification.

Our first visit to a Top Golf and it did not disappoint! We had such a great time! They had the Rams game on in the bar areas (bars on all 3 floors) and a giant screen behind the bar on the first floor - like so giant you can stand on all 3 floors and see the screen perfectly! The weather was great and the food was decent - we ordered buffalo wings, cheese fries, and fried Mac n cheese bites. Truly the perfect place to hang out with some friends, eat, and have some friendly competition. The employees were all so kind and helpful also!

First time at a Topgolf location. Was in the South Bay having lunch and my nephew wanted to try this place out. We didn't make a reservation and just walked in. It's a bit pricey, unless you have a coupon or gift card. There are several games - you hit targets and earn point and score the most to win. They have in-house clubs and drivers. They come in 2 lengths. You have the option to bring your own clubs if you'd like. We ordered a couple of their desserts. it took awhile for them to come out - I have a feeling it's a scheme to keep you renting the lane... The food was ok. I wouldn't get it again though. There was plenty of parking and they have EV chargers on premise too. Check your bank/credit card offers to see if they have a cash back offer. It's definitely cheaper to just goto a normal driving range. But if you want the games and atmosphere, this may be for you.

Today we returned to TOPGOLF and it was a totally different experience. We would like to thank Gino and Brandon for their hospitality and time to bring us back. The food was pretty darn good. We had the following Buffalo chicken dip - yummy. Not too spicy with corn chips Fries were fresh and warm. Shared a Smokehouse smash type Burger. Very nicely cooked. Drinks was a Mango virgin drink. A little sweet but good, Lemonade and Waters. We were taken very good care of and thanks to the staff that greeted us as well. Also want to thank them for setting us up with 2 hrs of golf. The place is always clean and ready. Look like everyone was having a good time. We even purchased hats

I came here for a company event, and we had a private room on the third floor with great food and drinks. Even though I'm not really into golf, I still had a blast. The energy here is contagious, with groups celebrating, competing, and enjoying the vibe. Unsurprisingly, this place is always buzzing--definitely a top choice for a fun and social outing!

I had fun, but it's really a mixed bag experience wise. The games are fun, but it's pretty expensive, especially if you're not in a big group. The food is decent, but the portions are really small, the drinks are very hit or miss too. The service is super inconsistent, we had a waitress that was very attentive and doing a fantastic job, but she was only filling in for someone. Once the waitress switched, the other one never came by except towards the end, and never looked our way when we tried to make eye contact or wave her over. Pretty disappointing when you spend over $100 per person, I think I would only recommend it when the group size is four or five people and you've already ate somewhere beforehand.

Enjoyed the day with friends and coworkers. This place is so special, definitely on the pricey side, be prepared to pay. The staff were very helpful and wanted to see you learn the game. I am a newbie, John R was awesome took his time and made sure I understood everything. He was pleasant and fun to work with...overall it was a great experience

We had a fantastic time today at topgolf. We did not have reservations, but we were able to play right away. We played for an hour we ordered champagne and two beers. We also ordered the nacho average nachos with steak. Our server Emily did a fantastic job. She was very attentive and kind. The environment was very clean, which made the experience really nice.

First time at TopGolf. Went for a work party. Had no idea what I was doing lol. It's really fun. I'd totally come again with friends or family. They have different games to choose from. We played one that gave you points based off where the ball went. The food was meh. We had the fajitas and the beef was tough and the chicken was so dry. The service was excellent. They had people explain how to set up the games and stuff. They also were around to refill the drink pitchers. They were super nice. We were a group of around 20 and there were two workers helping us. TLDR: Golf is fun. Don't get the fajitas.

I've been to many TopGolf locations nationwide and I like this one. Staff was friendly. Got to love the weather. Stayed by the airport and this was close. Had a company event with 200 people and all was smooth. Food was fine and drinks were good. You know what to expect here.

Top Golf is always a fun experience, if you can overlook the wait times. Getting reservations should be your top priority for weekends. Otherwise be prepared to wait for a looooonnng time. They have a decent bar area for waiting along with some merchandise on sale. Our server at the bay was very knowledgeable and friendly. She even helped get some clubs for left handed players. Typical bar food fare which would get a 4/5. Place was apparently booked for an event but I guess it's big enough to still make it not look too busy. The water treatment plant next door could sometimes hit you with some unpleasant smells but was happy to get a big complimentary parking lot and not have to find paid parking.

Top Golf is an amazing place to have a networking event and this is what I attended. Food was ok , drinks were delicious and the Golfing was so fun! Fun for the beginner. I'm sure people who play consistently on a course probably wouldn't have as much fun. However today was about hanging with Bankers and Brokers. These guys were so good. I haven't read the comments but could almost guess that people are complaining about the price because the parking and service are excellent, good and drinks are good! If you bring a family for food drinks and fun it's going to cost you. Prepare to pay $75- $100 a person for 2 hours with tip an and tax. Not cheap at all. I love this place and will keep coming back when....I get my commission.

Came here on a Wednesday around 10:30am for a reservation to celebrate a birthday. Food/mimosas were pretty good. -Hot honey pepperoni flatbread -The scramble (for breakfast/brunch) -2 bottles of mimosa -Wings bone-in -Steak nachos. Weirdest nachos I've ever seen, but they were kinda like perfect nacho bite chips -Mac bites Experience was fine. It was very very empty for the first 1.5 hours there, so I feel like service could have been better, and it was just decent.

Way too much fun for a date night! I highly recommend you put your name down early, as on a weekday, we had a 2.5 hour wait (which ended up being quite pleasant with the variety of restaurants and bars close by). Staff is kind and attentive even under such busy conditions. People can get rowdy, but hey, "golf" is serious!

I have to give credit where it's due. Everytime i visited here, I always had awesome service. While golf really isn't my thing, I do enjoy the venue since it's a good spot for you to hang out with your friends and do something active. I like how there's a video game integration with the golf too. They are a bit spendy since its over $1 per minute, but split between a group of friends it's reasonable. If you have an EV, shell recharge allows you to charge your car for free!

First time here and overall a good experience! Staff were friendly and proactive on the service ! They gave us a 5 minute warning when the food was about to go away which was nice . Only negatives : no possibility of doggie bags and my drink was snatched away before I could finish it ! Felt a little bit rushed once the time was up .

Came here for my husband's birthday and everyone had a great time. I reserved 3 bays for 3 hours and spent about $30 per person for the Premium Bites and unlimited soft drinks, which came to about $2k for 18 people. The appetizers included were buffalo cauliflower, boneless chicken wings, charcuterie, hummus, veggies, chips and spinach dip. Average bar food. Soft drinks are available upon request. I had to pay half for the deposit and the remaining balance prior to arriving to confirm my booking. We invited more than 18 people, so our poor server was a bit overwhelmed at first. The manager had to have a word with me asking extra people to hang outside in the patio. I asked my extra guests to do so and order from the bar, rather than our server. Things settled and they didn't say anything after that, although I was bothered that the manager practically threatened to close the bays on us. Our party enjoyed the various games available, which didn't require any skill to play. People who barely knocked the ball over the ledge earned more points than more experienced golfers hitting the ball further out. Lol! All in all, I appreciate the staff's patience and service for our large party. Wish I saw a review like this when I was looking into booking. Hope this helps others interested in planning a large party here.

Very fun bday celebration here! I've been w couple times and I love night time vibes. 2nd or 3rd floor the temp is perfect. Always clean here and packed but it's a lot of fun. I wish you could hear more of the music. I love the food! Tasty and seasoned

First time coming here last weekend! My friend said we were going "mini golfing" so imagine my surprise when it was anything but MINI. It's a fun place if you're not a golfer because they have virtual games on the screen like Angry Birds where you can hit and breakdown their forts just like on the app itself. There are also other games. The food is pretty great as well! We had mainly starters including: guacamole and chips, Tator tots with sauces, hummus with pita, and Mac and cheese balls with a dipping sauce. All were pretty great! I enjoyed the guac the most because it's hard to mess that up and it was very fresh. Overall it was a super fun time. Wether you like golfing or not it's a great time and watching other people golf who are good and hit the ball far is also fun. There are three levels and we were at the bottom floor. I imagine being on the top 2 would make for an even more fun experience because you can see the holes and where your ball lands but all in all still a good time. It is a pretty penny but with a large group you can divide the bill and it ends up being about the cost of a night out with drinks and dinner and it has a club type atmosphere at night like other trendy restaurants and bars so it's worth it to me.

I went to Top Golf a couple of weeks ago, as part of a work event. Since I am handicapped, I did not take swings and just ate, drank and socialized. But I think I could have possibly taken some swings. The atmosphere was stellar. Now, if I was getting a group of friends together, and had to choose between boring bowling and Top Golf, I'd certainly choose TG. I tried four different drinks (I had a DD!) and all were amazing. We were served a Mexican fajita buffet which was quite tasty , and they had these amazing donut holes. Parking was super easy as it is in the South Bay area, and place was readily accessible for those on a wheelchair.

It is my grandsons 9th birthday and he wanted to come to Top Golf, this is my first time here, I'm very impressed with the staff and the food! Overall a great experience!

This past Saturday Oct.19 we celebrated my son's birthday and we invited 5 of his friends. Our appointment time was 1:30pm which was EASY to reserve online. This was a great time of day because it wasn't busy, we saw other adults bring their kids, and there was ample parking. (They also have EV charging stations.) The staff at the front desk were very nice, our bartenders on the 2nd floor were great, and our BAY HOST at 227 was amazing!! She made sure we all were taken care of. I wish I would have remembered her name but she was professional, helpful, and polite during our time there. There was also a nice young man from Washington who provided our party with the rules of the bay. He even assisted us with a left club for one of our guest. Our son and his friends never golfed before so this was the perfect activity for them. They played the Angry Bird game to make it more entertaining. It took them some time to warm up as they joked about missing the hit a few times but by the end of the day, I'd believe they were Golf pros! The vibes are always amazing at Topgolf. The place was tidy and restrooms were clean. I love the mixed crowd, great food, drinks, and music! We ordered the tasty nachos, chicken tenders and fries for all the kids, and macaroni bites. It all came out very quickly!! We also had the Happy Birthday Donuts with filled vanilla! Unfortunately I didn't take photos of the food this time because I didn't want to invade the boys space and be "that mom" hahaha.

**My 1500th review** Had a blast trying out Topgolf for the first time recently! Pro tip: try to come Mon to Wed if you can. They currently have a promotion where if you book for 2 hours through their app Mon to Wed, it's half off. We paid a little over $60 for the gameplay itself, which I thought was a fantastic deal. The promotion is clearly listed on their website, so you can easily check whether it's still available. My party of 4 came on Memorial Day to do some top golfing. We were all new to Topgolf and only one person had golfed before, but we still had a lot of fun. After check-in, the folks at the front will direct you to your bay. We were on the 3rd floor off to one side. There will be someone there to walk you through some of their most popular games and explain the different clubs they have available, and then you're good to start! We tried 3 different games: Block Party, Topgolf, and Angry Birds, and my favorite was Block Party as that rewards you for hitting consistently more than accurately. Angry Birds was interesting, but I struggled to figure out where to aim for. The time passes by so quickly when you're playing. I was shocked when the 2 hours was up. We managed to fit in 4 games within that time, but just barely. They also have a good food and drink selection, but I didn't get anything as we had plans afterwards for dinner.

Oh my goodness!! This is the second time we have been here with family who hadn't been here yet coz we loved it so much the first time and wanted to make some fun memories with them! This was the best family outing! The service was amazing with lively and welcoming faces!! The food was delicious!! And playing as usual was so much fun!! Best time post-Christmas activity for sure! 'Specially after all the food haha! Thanks SO much you guys for the best time! It was uch a blessed day indeed at Top Golf!! Especially the pizza ( ^ _~)/~!!! Shout out to Phil, Jalen and Caesar!! Make sure you make an appointment!! We made an appointment for Friday right after work. If we hadn't, the wait time was going to be 3 hours there is a bar, food, TV, and an outside area so waiting for a but it's not bad But For 3 hours that's way too long lol If your not the best golf player, choose the games and select the Angry Birds game. It really evens the playing field lol Service was great. It doesn't hurt to have a few drinking in the parking lot to be easier on the wallet.

WOW, what a great experience! This was my second time at TopGolf (the 1st time was in Florida), and I was really impressed! A friend wanted to celebrate his bday here and I came for the food lol. I knew I wasn't going to embarrass myself by playing. So while my fiancé and everyone else played, I ordered a whole spread and enjoyed myself. I was soooo in awe of our server Ming. She was so attentive! Each time someone asked her for something, you would think she didn't write it down and forgot? But she'll come within 5 seconds with the thing you asked for. Water, coke, extra napkins, you name it! She was also friendly, patient and helpful. She even applied a discount for celebrating a bday here. Love that. It makes you feel appreciative and wanting to come back for other celebrations. The whole staff was actually very welcoming. No one has a bad vibe and all seemed happy working there. Everyone helped each other out and I loved seeing that. The food was also delicious!! I was really surprised on how affordable everything was. I would come here just for the food (LOL). Ohh, the portion size is also veryyyy generous. The only thing I would recommend is having hand sanitizer near by. Just because there's food involved, and everyone's playing golf, so it's back and forth of touching items and food. Other than that, 10/10! IG :cantbetam_ed

A wonderful small Birthday party was planned here for my grandson and his friends. We had never been, but seen it many times. It is super pretty. There is tons of parking and Topgolf has reasonable prices. There is more to do than just hit golf balls. I am sure that is great practice and the place to huge for that, but there is more. There is this great area where you can play with your friends other games, all with a golf ball, but they are fun and some are easy, some not so much. They are designed for those that gold and those that don't. You can plan a full party there if you want. We only had 5 or 6 kids so we did not have to pay for a party, we just rented the space. Do all of this ahead of time. This place books up fast and if you want to practice your swing, call ahead and make a reservation or you will find yourself waiting for hours. The food we all ordered was great, all of it. We had sliders, mac and cheese balls, little pizzas, donuts and all sorts of sodas and other Birthday party items. The service was exceptional. Everyone was so nice and friendly. All the kids at the party are Special Needs kids and the staff treated them with such care and kindness. Everyone had the most wonderful time. I highly suggest this. Have the best time.

The waiter was super nice and attentive! We never had to ask for refills or for our order to be taken. The ambiance was relatively clean but everything is outdoors. The food was a little but pricey but to be expected for this type of environment. The pretzel bites with the sauces were good! I loved how they wrote happy birthday on the doughnuts and a portion of the cost of the doughnuts is donated which is a big plus! My family also ordered flat bread and fries and they were okay for the price. Top golf was super fun and not that crowded on a week night!

My sisters birthday party yesterday = private room of 3 bays, 3 golfing areas, couch's, tables, buffet food, golfing on the 3rd floor for 4 hours $4,000 and we bought drinks open tab. Only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't take the left over food we paid for to go. We had a party of 20-30 people family and friends and it went really smoothly as planned. Everything worked out. We all had fun golfing! I just wish they put a sign up on each hole letting us know how much points you get if you hit the ball that particular hole. Golfing takes focus on the ball and your swing. Otherwise, so much fun! The location in Vegas has pools and I've been there but it's a good date idea.

This was my first time at Top Golf. Is it expensive; definitely. Was the food awesome ; definitely and the drinks were YUMMY!!! It was my brother's birthday so about 10 of us got together to celebrate. We had an absolute amazing time. All the food was delicious. Considering how packed the place was (it was a Sunday at 3pm) we were shocked at how fast the food and drinks were coming out. Our serving was amazing. I have no idea how she kept a smile on her face all day but somehow she managed. As for the golfing part, that too was a ton of fun. My only complaint would be that the balls needed to be cleaned up a lot sooner. When I asked the manger he said they clean them up about every two hours if the staffing permits. But other than that I have zero complaints. As I have already stated, Top Golf is pricey but it was a lot of fun and definitely worth the price. And prices vary depending on the day and times. So, go on out and have a blast!!!!!

Good spot for hanging out or chilling. If you have never been, they have different sized holes at different distances and the screens show where you hit. But overall, I want to shoutout the service from Ming. She was very kind and accommodating. I accidentally spilled my water and felt so terrible, I even wanted to wipe it myself, but she wouldn't let me. Super kind and said that we were here to hangout, so she didn't mind doing jt. I still feel terrible, but that was really hospitable of her!.

Great venue for socializing and for swinging some golf clubs. Came here for a birthday party recently and they are able to provide hot food and cold food buffet in addition to tickets for alcohol. It's a full bar. If you choose to come here not for an event, it is good for a casual hangout (day or night). You rent a bay and can do so by the hour. It's good for beginners and the systems are pretty intuitive. The service is a bit slow but nice. It did take 30 minutes to get my drink at one point. There's a lot of parking available and there's three levels of the place to golf. There is a bar indoors with seating if you're not golfing.

I have to admit, I'm certainly not a golfer but I still had a really good time at Topgolf. Basically try your best not to look foolish, although those were the really funny moments for some of us, and if you happen to make contact see how many points you get. Kind of reminds me of going bowling with a group. Drinks and food were ok but not really what I was going for, I wanted to check it for the golf/game aspect. Worth a try, even for the novice, heck it may even pull you in to the sport!

Top golf is actually fun and I really enjoyed it. Our server was super nice and the food is decent as well The only gripe I had was with the reservation process. My group had a reservation set a week and half in advance for the top decks but when we got there they only said the first floor deck was the only one available and we had to wait 3 to 4 hours without a guarantee if we wanted the upper decks. Definitely wasn't happy with that and I think that reservation process needs improvement. But we still managed to have a good time and made the best of what we had

If you are looking for some fun in the Long Beach area I would 100% recommend heading over to Topgolf. It's a chill environment (sometimes can get pretty busy), the service is great, quick, and very friendly. The food is a bar-style menu with some good drinks. The price is on the higher end, however, you definitely won't regret the fun you'll have.

So I came here on a date and was under the impression that it would be something like mini golf... totally wrong. Lol I had to take a picture by the sign that said "TopGolf" I mean it's giving "picture vibes". We sat at the bar at first, and that was the spot for entrainment. Anybody and everybody was coming in there. We seen people who were business men down to pregnant women trying to sit at a bar. Just wild! Once we got to our spot, there was a "rude" family of ten...( only one person was golfing) spread all out like they lived here and had the nerve to look at us like we interrupted them. We asked to be moved because "we didn't pay for ghetto special features." Once moved, we were able to enjoy our time. I'm left-handed, so my date asked the attendant for left hand clubs, and he came back with them before it was my turn. (Love those clubs) We ordered a pitcher of beer and wings, and it came out cold and hot. (Cold Beer and Hot wings) just how we wanted it. There is also a huge parking lot as well and its free to park there. Definitely will be going back...just not with the same person. lol I would of given it a 5... but I'm gonna lie it was a little too ghetto for me, especially some of the staff members.

For those new to this, this place is like bowling, but golf. This means you and your buddies take turns going to a stationary area and just hit the golf ball as hard as you can. There's a lot of game modes, a bunch of golf clubs to choose from, and there's 3 floors to this. Even on a Thursday night, the place is packed. Service is pretty good and I was actually surprised at the quality of the food for a chain place. It was fairly good. We tried various items such as a turkey avocado salad, tater tots, alcoholic beverages, and nachos. I do think it's a bit lame that their nachos are nowhere near as many chips as any other place, but at least chip is loaded with toppings though. I really like the novelty of "bowling" golf. The biggest issue with not just this Top Golf, but really all Top Golfs is that you get so much more disadvantages by reserving. First off, if you have a big party, they don't even make a 100% effort to ensure that your golf bays are adjacent. Unlike walk-ins, you are not allowed to add extra time to your play time. In this case too, we made a reservation only for them to call us to tell us that they failed in reserving our time so we had to push it back by an hour.

Golf lover or not, top golf is a good time. Each bay has clubs for men and women. There is also space if you want to bring and store your own clubs. There are different golf games. Coming here is the new bowling. Can be pricey, surge pricing - peak times cost more than off hours. Mornings are cheapest and progressively get more expensive. Night time is most expensive, the holes light up when it's dark and adds to the overall vibe. There are food and drinks, either at the bar or you can order directly to your bay.

This is a such a great place to hang out, work on your stroke, hit some golf balls (whether you're a pro golfer or an amateur), and grab some light food and drinks. It's perfect for a group of friends or family, a company work event or a celebration. It's a fave place of my friends and I when we want a change of scene. The service is great, the staff come by and check on us regularly. They have a decent menu of apps, snacks, typical fast-food fare and a variety of drink options. The food isn't great but we don't come here for the food. The atmosphere is fun and there are different golf "games" to choose from.

Topgolf is such a nice place to meet up with friends, practice your golf swing, and eat some light snacks! The crew is all attentive and kind. The service is fast and efficient, and the food is reasonably-priced! Parking is relatively easy, as the parking lot is massive and has plenty of well-delimited spaces. I feel like the 2nd or 3rd floor offer a better view of the driving range and a nicer experience, but I also saw most of the people in the 1st floor (this was my first time ever golfing so I'm not an expert, but I'm assuming the first floor offers a more real-life experience that then translates into actual golf skills in an actual golf course).

We came here for Mother's Day, and it turned into a delightful family outing. If you have a gift card, even better, as prices can be a bit steep. For a party of five, a 2-3 item meal with drinks and a 2-hour game session totaled around $300. It's worth the splurge for special occasions!

This Topgolf open in April 15 2022 in the city of El Segundo Ca, with lot's of free parking along with EV stations. The Lakes public golf course in right next door. They take reservations or you can just walk in and try your luck, there a golf shop there with nice Items as you enter going to the front desk, there were three staff working there at the time, I had a e gift card for a hour, and a $15.00 game play bonus card in a bay, so as they were trying to explaining the process to it was so confusing with young people speed talking, never the less we made our way to the 3rd. floor. Our waitress Alyssa was very nice, polite, friendly and took her time explaining everything to me where even a cave man would understand...take points front desk. This place is really large, bright plus clean, there are 3 floors, a cover patio with umbrelllas, a few bar's and resturant , there are large HDTV screen all over this place. This Topgolf is truly a one of a kind entertainment / venue for the whole family. The rates are $55.00 per. bay and hour from opening to 12 noon, $65.00 per. bay and hour from noon to 5pm, and $ 75.00 per. bay and hour from 5:00 pm to closeing.

This place is so fun! You can have a total of 6 players at each bay. They have clubs for you to use or you can bring your own. I have never played golf before, so it took some time to understand how to hit the ball, but once we got it, we were hit it far. It keeps track of your score, you just have to be sure that you click on your name before you swing. They have bar food and drinks. Not too bad, but expect to shell out some money.

Great time to spend with friends. Make sure to reserve your time & sign in early to go straight into playing. Will be coming back again.

Maybe not the first choice to grab a bite to eat but it was late, it's near the airport so it's convenient. My colleague and I stopped in for some beverages and a late night snack. We were both in the mood for chicken wings so we gave them a shot. We ordered two styles. Buffalo chicken wings and lemon pepper chicken wings. The buffalo wings were rather small. You get six of 'em. The sauce was spicy but not too much so. It didn't drown the flavor. The blue cheese dipping sauce was OK. You don't much. They do give you a generous portion of celery and carrots sticks. I tried one of the lemon and salt wings. Not for me. The lemon was a bit overpowering and dominated the flavor. The bartender was attentive to us.

The food and service have always been great. They were very helpful to fix our plug that the ball sits on. Great place for group and family outings. Plan to have fun!!

Overall a fun venue but lots of room for improvement. Event booking process was a bit disorganized but we got there in the end. The original person helping either quit or got fired so that caused some delays. I didn't love an automated email the night before with some crucial details that were never discussed. I even called a week before the event to make sure we had everything in order so that would have been the time to mention in my opinion. Staff during the event were great, fun, attentive. Definitely will take a while for a drink, even basics like beer/wine/soda. Food portions were tiny for our event. Trays were super shallow and would feed a group half the size of our group. Honestly it was embarrassing to run out of food. So if I did another event there I would order at least 30% over the actual headcount so that everyone gets to eat. Overall not a bad experience, we had fun. But food portions and general event organization leave some room to improve.

So, this is an update, one year later, as we worked everything out. We reserved bays properly and the top golf staff killed it. Brandon and Josh took amazing care of us all night. The food was very good, delivered hot and with proper condiments each time. Our group of 10 had a blast and we would highly recommend this place for a party and just a great hang with friends. Thanks for making Joeys birthday a blast.

To be honest I don't know what to rate this place. I've had one absolutely horrible experience and one great one I'll be honest, I was a little nervous coming here. I thought people would be in your business and watching / judging if you are bad. NOPE! Everyone here sticks to themselves and is focused on their game! So if you have anxiety, this place is still for you. When my best friend and I arrived we checked in and they said they were running a little behind and to give them a little while longer. No worries! We went straight to the bar for a drink while we waited. The two girls working the bar were extremely rude and just kept standing there talking to each other. It was extremely awkward waiting for them to come take our order (only two other people were at the bar) they just kept standing there looking at us but not taking our order. They eventually took our order but was extremely slow and rude. We even tried making friendly small talk with them (complimenting their nails and asking questions about the menu) still, nothing. Just kept staring at us not responding. We ended up getting a text saying our bay was ready. When we walked to it the girl working here was still cleaning it up (weird since the text said it was ready) but no worries. She said she would come get us when she's done (said in a very rude way) We went and tried to find a place to sit down since her and I both have health conditions with limitations. We ended up getting a text about 15 minutes later saying it was ready. We didn't know what to do since the girl cleaning it said she would come and get us when it was ready. We decided to walk back over and the girl who was cleaning our area rolled her eyes and said- I was just coming to get you, I said I'd come and get you when it was ready I honestly have no idea where they find the people that work here. But if you aren't good with interacting with others, you need a different job. We ended up ordering a bunch of food and other drinks while we played. It was all brought out extremely fast, so that's a plus. Downside is, the portions are extremely small in my opinion. The workers here were so rude that I actually wrote an extremely long survey that they send you saying how rude the staff was. Honestly I'll still come here with my friends and family. It's still a lot of fun but can be very off putting when you have such rude staff. All in all, I'll definitely still return. I still recommend this place as long as you don't let the rude staff ruin your time. (This place is beginner and advanced player friendly)
