I honestly had to dig deep into my memory to recall the last time I was this surprised by food. With every course, my eyes grew wider and my taste buds danced somewhere between amazement, happy giggles, and learning something entirely new. We felt embraced and completely cared for. This team – incredibly present, focused, and beautifully connected through the stories behind each dish – didn’t just cook for us, they moved us. So much love and perfection, yet never cold. And the playlist… just brilliant. No star??? Michelin, seriously?! The only thing I’d accept here is two stars, straight away, no discussion. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Dining at Tres Rotterdam is a revelation. With over 10 meticulously crafted dishes, each one celebrates the finest Dutch ingredients. The intimate setting, with just 12 seats, makes you feel like a cherished guest at a private feast. The chefs' passion and creativity shine through in every course, blending tradition with innovation with an amazing knowledge of wine pairing with each course if you opt in. It's an experience that feels both exclusive and warmly personal—definitely worthy of a Michelin star.

Hi I Had a wonderful experience! The staff took the time to get to know us individually, and their innovative non-alcoholic wine menu truly impressed. It's a unique experience that I'd highly recommend. I even accidentally took a photo, but it captured a lovely moment with the chef, so I had to share it x" Dessert stole the show for me ( I am a dessert girl hehe) and surprisingly, the unique fish-infused treat was my absolute favorite! Who knew fish and sweet could mix I’ve been to a 3 star Michelin in the netherlands that should get training from these guys 😉 From Nisha ( the one with the brummy accent)

I am far overdue in writing this review, but Tres was such an amazing experience that I couldn't leave these things unsaid. I had the good fortune to dine at Tres in June. There were 3 of us that were traveling from the US across a few cities in Europe for a couple of weeks. We ate at multiple restaurants with Michelin stars or comparable, and Tres stands out far above the rest. From the unique dining experience in multiple stages throughout the restaurant to the thoughtful wine pairings (which were outstanding), and most importantly the exceptional preparation of the menu. I had the regular menu while my wife requested vegetarian. Often we find the vegetarian menu is just the regular menu with a vegetable in place of the meat. Not at Tres, where each dish was obviously contemplated with as much care as everything else in the restaurant. All this with incredible genuine hospitality from the whole team in a truly remarkable setting (the room is stunning). Tres stands out as one of the best dinner experiences I've ever been fortunate enough to have.
