I had one of the best Michelin dining experiences. The menu is a journey of flavors, with each dish crafted with great detail. The presentation is stunning, and the flavors are bold and innovative. The cocktail menu looks very interesting—I wish I could have tried more of them. The service is impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to make the experience special. Every course tells a story of Indian cuisine and culture. The attention to detail is remarkable. This is not just a meal but an unforgettable experience. If you are in Dubai, this is a must-visit restaurant.

Presentation was impeccable, really thoughtfully executed from start to finish. Service excellent throughout and attentive. The food was delicious and well crafted, just most dishes were a little too spicy for my personal taste. Portions were good and appropriate considering it was 17 courses. We did the drink pairings which was very fun as they come by to offer a different drink with each course with an explanation on the ingredients used and the connection to different regions. Loved the finale at the end with the dessert and the little memento that we got to take home with us as well.

I requested to go and went. I thought it would be a wonderful memory, but it wasn't. The food was very strong and I didn't think it was tasty. The staff performed with confidence but we were not satisfied. It must be hard to have to eat 20 different foods that you don't like. My husband is allergic to coriander so he could barely eat it. I'd like to see more variety and creativity in the dishes. This is a restaurant that focuses solely on performing for large groups. Maybe it's okay if you just want to take photos and videos? I didn't understand until the end why it was a Michelin star restaurant. This is a good restaurant for people who just want to take photos and videos. If you can get a Michelin star at this level, you can't trust the stars.

Best Michelin star meal of my life for sure and top 1 or 2 meal of my life. Amazingly paced, with each dish bringing surprising and bold flavors. Taste was never sacrificed for creating something unique as I find often happens in Michelin places. The shapes, textures, and visuals of the food were exciting in every case, but the taste was still the priority. I am amazed by the variety of broths that came with some of the dishes. They had a very authentic, comforting and homely taste to them. The menu never slacked and stayed strong throughout the entire course. The cocktails were great too, I particularly enjoyed one with coconut milk. They used Indian influences in very clever ways that make a lot of sense in a cocktail. I feel lucky to have been invited to this place by our friends and it was an honor to meet the chef as well. Thank you!

Outstanding dining experience in Dubai, with delicious food. The restaurant offers a tasting menu which comprises of 21 courses, with some additions. The menu is a beautifully orchestrated journey around India’s four main geographies. The staff really bring the menu to life with props and the performer of serving the food. There were a couple of sublime dishes, including the buttermilk ice cream and the cheesy donughts, but there wasn’t a bad dish on the menu. My husband enjoyed the turbot curried so much, he had two. The staff offered to bring him a third, but we didn’t ruin the flow of the dishes. I was not looking forward to the deserts, as while Indian cuisine is my favorite, I usually only enjoy the savory courses. However, the deserts were also absolutely delicious. The level of service and staff elevated the entire experience. This is a real gem in Dubai and we will definitely be back.

A few months ago, we had the pleasure of meeting Chef Himanshu at the Gault & Millau event in Dubai and were blown away by his creative take on Pani Puri. That small taste left such an impression that we decided to experience the full Tresind Studio experience. On December 28, 2024, we visited — and I must say it surpassed every expectation. The tasting menu was nothing short of spectacular. Each course was a masterpiece, perfectly balancing traditional Indian flavors with innovative techniques and modern presentation. Every bite told a story, with highlights including dishes that surprised us with their complexity and artistry. The ambiance elevated the experience even further. Tresind Studio exudes elegance and intimacy, with its dim lighting, sleek decor, and a cozy yet upscale vibe. The open kitchen added a special touch, allowing us to witness the artistry and precision of the culinary team in action. It felt like dining inside a beautifully curated gallery of gastronomy. Chef Himanshu’s humility and passion truly shone through, making the experience even more special. His warm and approachable demeanor made us feel like honored guests in his culinary home. This was hands down the best elevated Indian cuisine I’ve ever had. Tresind Studio is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine dining and the art of reimagining traditional flavors. We will absolutely be back and can’t recommend it enough!

Very good service and explanation about the concept. Some innovative dishes. A suggestion would be to have an Indian theme decor like their restaurant Avatara. Maybe light Indian instrumental music will enhance the overall experience. Also please play a nice Indian song instead of Sinatra😊.

For someone who is interested in fine dining, the buzz around Tresind Studio is massive, they have a long list of accolades. Last year I visited one of their other restaurants in Dubai, Avatara and I absolutely loved it. My expectations were sky high for Tresind Studio. Did it meet those expectations? even though I loved the experience there were some small things that are the difference between a amazing experience and the flawless execution to what I set my expectations for. The restaurant itself is a bit plain, just a few simple tables and all pointed towards the kitchen. They obviously wanted to remove most of the distractions so the focus is on the plates. We had the last table and so we were served last for each course. Everyone has the same menu so you lose the surprise when the course arrived at our table, as we had al ready seen it and got some of the explanations and presentation. That can happen to some level in other restaurants, but with such a fixed schedule and how the tables are placed, it is more of a problem and you feel like you get a lesser experience than those on tables closer to the kitchen. There are many courses and they are themed around regions of India. Every regions gets a different prop for the table. Some absolutely stunning and others, not so much. The prop for the coastal region was felt a bit out of place and did not match the beauty of the plates and those plates are seriously beautiful. Everything included there were 17 courses and they follow each other in a blistering pace. I loved most of those courses, some truly unique spins on well and lesser known dishes from India. A wide array of techniques used for those dishes. My only point of critic is the overuse of broth that was combined with multiple dishes, that felt a bit repetitive. I also didn't really like the course with noodles made from mushrooms, mostly a texture thing and probably specific for me as I don't really like noodles anyway. You can choose to do a cocktail menu that matches the courses. It is very reasonably priced (for Dubai), not that heavy on the alcohol and they also have a non alcoholic pairing that is very similar or uses very good alternatives. There is still a lot to process after experiencing a night at Tresind Studio, so many different flavors and impressions with very little breathing space in between. Unlike most fine dining in Europe, you  don't come here for a good conversation or take it slow. This is a 2 and a half hour show, so sit back and enjoy the experience.
