Trèsind Studio

"The surprise multi-course tasting menu is a masterpiece of originality, intrigue and precision, featuring flavours and tastes from all four compass points of India. While the chefs work away with quiet diligence and focus in the open kitchen, the service team provide detailed explanations of each elegant creation. A little theatre here and there with certain courses adds to an unforgettable experience. There’s something magical happening here – and with just 20 seats and a rooftop location – you’ll feel you’re in on the secret." - Michelin Inspector

I have to say, for a three Michelin-star restaurant, this was disappointing. We opted for the slightly shorter and smaller tasting set menu, and the only part that truly felt worth the money was the mains — they were incredible. The starters were tasty but nothing extraordinary, and the rest of the courses, while good, didn’t quite live up to the reputation or the price point. The cocktails were well crafted and enjoyable, but again, not particularly memorable. What surprised me most — and took away from the experience — was the live serving aspect of the set menu. Several of the contraptions and trays brought out were visibly dirty, which was quite off-putting. Also, while they offer more than just their most expensive degustation menu, it’s not clearly shown on their website. It took some time to locate the other options, which should be easier to access. All in all, I’d recommend going à la carte for the mains, which were excellent. The rest of the experience felt underwhelming.

The place deserves its Michelin two star rating. It was a flavor explosion of Indian cuisine done in a very high end way. Service was impeccable. The nonalcoholic pairing was crafted with a-lot of thought and time. I would not be surprised if this place gets three stars very soon. Food, Service, and decor of the restaurant were all exceptional.

I had one of the best Michelin dining experiences. The menu is a journey of flavors, with each dish crafted with great detail. The presentation is stunning, and the flavors are bold and innovative. The cocktail menu looks very interesting—I wish I could have tried more of them. The service is impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to make the experience special. Every course tells a story of Indian cuisine and culture. The attention to detail is remarkable. This is not just a meal but an unforgettable experience. If you are in Dubai, this is a must-visit restaurant.

Truly amazing experience. 18 courses and 2.5 hours might seem a bit too much, but they do take you on a journey around India. Explanations and presentation is on point! The food is delicious - however after 10th course it’s hard to keep up with creativity. I loved that it was truly a fine dining experience worthy of 2 Michelin starts they have - and that the dishes interpreted Indian flavors perfectly. It’s not just a dinner, it’s a whole event. It’s easy to see how passionate the team is about delivering the best possible experience to the guests. Loved it. Highly recommended!

What a WONDERFUL experience we had last night at Trèsind studio. We had no expectations of the Indian food, which we weren't necessarily familiar with. However, the food was extremely refined. Admittedly, you need to be a little accustomed to spices, but the food is very tasty, the plates very graphic and aesthetic, worthy of a 2-star Michelin restaurant. The service was impeccable, with great professionalism in all circumstances and a communicative joie de vivre. We particularly appreciated the attention paid to my partner, who was celebrating his birthday. All in all, a memorable experience that you shouldn't miss if, like us, you're visiting Dubai and want to treat yourself to a really good restaurant.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Trèsind Studio in Dubai, and I can’t stop raving about the experience! From the moment I stepped into the intimate rooftop space at Nakheel Mall, I knew I was in for something special. The ambiance struck a perfect balance—modern yet warm, with a lush herb garden adding a touch of nature to the sleek setting. With only 20 seats, it felt exclusive without being pretentious, and the open kitchen let me sneak a peek at the magic unfolding behind the scenes. The 17-course degustation menu was an absolute journey through India’s diverse flavors, reimagined in the most creative ways. Each dish was a tiny masterpiece—bursting with bold spices, unexpected textures, and stunning presentation. The pani puri, served with a theatrical puff of mist, was a refreshing twist on the classic, while the tandoori chicken dumpling in curry brodo warmed my soul. I couldn’t get enough of the charred lobster tail paired with sweet corn curry—it was pure harmony on the plate. Even as a vegetarian option lover, I was blown away by how they elevated humble ingredients into something extraordinary. The service? Flawless. The team was attentive and genuinely passionate, explaining each course with stories that made the meal feel personal. They even surprised me with a little birthday touch—a hand-painted keepsake from their resident artist, Charles—which left me grinning ear to ear. The cocktails from Papadom Botanic Bar were a highlight too, perfectly complementing the food with their inventive flair. Trèsind Studio isn’t just a meal; it’s an experience that lingers long after the last bite. I’m already counting the days until I can return to this two-Michelin-star gem!

Presentation was impeccable, really thoughtfully executed from start to finish. Service excellent throughout and attentive. The food was delicious and well crafted, just most dishes were a little too spicy for my personal taste. Portions were good and appropriate considering it was 17 courses. We did the drink pairings which was very fun as they come by to offer a different drink with each course with an explanation on the ingredients used and the connection to different regions. Loved the finale at the end with the dessert and the little memento that we got to take home with us as well.

I went to the restaurant after hearing a lot of amazing reviews about the restaurant being a Michelin star restaurant, yet I was disappointed with the food. The food was seasoned to the max and i didn’t taste a thing other than mixes of spices I have a really good taste for food and new recipes but the 18 course meal wasn’t it at all, I can give recommendations of cheeper restaurants with better seasonings in their food and you can actually taste the flavor of the food. Honestly I would recommend the place for the ambiance and the service but not the food. Skip the place there are much better options in UAE
