Triniti is a chic, modern espresso bar with an inventive seasonal menu, perfect for enjoying delightful bites and Italian-style coffee in a cozy vibe.
"Triniti was the first place on this list we visited, and also the last place we added to the list. That’s not to say we didn’t really like this Echo Park coffee shop with fantastic food back in January - it was just easy to get distracted by everything that came after it. But after a recent re-visit that involved pole bean salad, chickpea stew, and a plate of incredible pastries, we remembered that Triniti was there the entire year, doing its own quiet thing, and we should all be paying attention." - jess basser sanders, brant cox
"What It Is: An Echo Park coffee shop that serves good food Perfect For: Lunch, Keeping It Kind Of Healthy When we dropped into this little coffee shop recently, we immediately thought of Destroyer. Similar minimalist menu, similar bowls containing hidden things, same coffee machine that looks like a spaceship. Which all makes sense, considering that the chef used to work at Destroyer. This place has more of a neighborhood hangout feel, with the added bonus of serving great food. The menu changes regularly, and is heavy on the fancy salads. We particularly liked the little gems with avocado and an XO dressing we’d happily eat on its own. Verdict: This is a great spot when you’re in the mood for a not-boring salad. We’ve added it to the Hit List." - jess basser sanders, brant cox, brett keating
"If there’s one thing that Echo Park doesn’t need any more of, it’s coffee shops. So when Triniti opened in late 2017, we weren’t exactly speed-racing over. But this tiny spot right on Sunset got it right - they serve good coffee and very, very good food. The menu is filled mostly with salad-y type things that don’t taste like typical salad-y things, like the tomato tartine with burrata and the beet salad with garlic yogurt. If you’re looking for a mostly healthy lunch that will actually satisfy you, head to Triniti." - brant cox
"The cafe restaurant ostensibly operated as a place for coffee, tea, and pastries, but with a couple of induction burners and a lot of produce in the back, Geiskopf managed to pull together an innovative neo-Nordic menu that expanded on his time working as a sous chef under Jordan Kahn at places like Red Medicine and Culver City’s Destroyer." - Farley Elliott
"Echo Park’s Triniti Coffee seamlessly merged cafe culture with an innovative weekly rotating menu in a modern setting." - Mona Holmes
