Ordered through Uber Eats, from True Flavours Caribbean Restaurant Brixton, a large Brown Stew Fish with hard food, steamed vegetables along with Curry Chicken, white rice and pasta on 1/11/2025 for dinner. The Curry Chicken came as ordered but the Brown Stew Fish with hard food and steamed vegetables arrived without the Brown Stew Fish. I was charged £14.95 for the large Brown Stew Fish with hard food. But on reporting the missing Brown Stew Fish to Uber Eats they state that a refund of £2.74 will be refunded to my original means of payment. Wf do they both Uber Eats and True Flavours Caribbean Restaurant expect me to spend £12.21 for just 2 pieces of yam, 2 cornmeal dumplings and a bit of steamed vegetables, an incomplete order. Is that fair to any customer to be paying for a terrible incompetent service received? As of today I’ll no longer be ordering from this Jamaican 🇯🇲 restaurant ever again and I’m deleting Uber Eats APP off my phone for not doing the right thing.
