I had a truly wonderful stay at Uma Casa. Every room is unique and full of thoughtful details. The decor and furniture are absolutely beautiful. It feels like a quiet little secret in the middle of the city. The breakfast was amazing, the atmosphere warm and peaceful. The houseowner is an incredible person — kind, genuine, and truly caring. The service is warm and attentive. One of the best stays I’ve ever had. Would recommend to everyone staying at CDMX.

Our stay at Uma Casa was absolutely wonderful. Blanca was the most incredible hostess — so warm, kind, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt completely at home. The design of the house was beautiful and inviting, with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel special. Our room had everything we needed and more. Breakfast each morning was delicious, including our favorite fresh made ginger/pineapple/turmeric juice. Blanca and her wonderful staff made every moment feel easy and cared for. I can’t recommend Uma Casa enough! Oh and the best part to a noise sensitive person like me- it was very quiet and tranquil. Thank you so much Blanca for an unforgettable stay- you are simply the best!

We absolutely loved our stay here and look forward to coming back again. It was exactly the relaxing getaway we needed, and the setting was perfect. We got to enjoy a delicious & healthy breakfast/brunch every morning at our leisure, and tried a variety typical dishes along with seasonal fruits and fresh honey. The aesthetic of the spaces are so calming and relaxing, and the details are so thoughtful and soothing to all the senses. It is a bit of a drive to all the sights, but for us relaxing was our main goal. Claudia gave us excellent recommendations on how to spend our time in the city, and we thoroughly enjoyed wandering as well.

I went to a fashion pop-up here, and they gave us a tour of the facilities. It is gorgeous. The owners Claudia and Blanca are so kind and care about their guests. They have decorated the place with lovely Mexican artifacts. The terrace is such a beautiful place to hang out and make new friends. It is a must stay!

Hands down one of my favorite hotel experiences to date, nothing short of perfect. Blanca (the owner) and her wonderful staff work meticulously to make sure every detail is cared for. The rooms are all comfortable and beautifully decorated, you will not be disappointed. The ambiance is similar to a home away from home, with a fresh breakfast made every morning, wonderful rooftop deck and just a drive away from some of CDMXs most vibrant neighborhoods. I selfishly wish this would stay a secret hidden spot, but I wish the best for UMAcasa and all its future hosting. See you very soon!

We recently enjoyed five nights in April at Casa Uma in this boutique home-like environment situated in a quiet residential area central to all that Mexico City has to offer.  Claudia, who owns the property was welcoming and we quickly felt at home.  The care that Claudia has taken to design this boutique hotel, and her knowledge of Mexico City and design are evident. Entering from the street, you arrive into a quiet plant-filled courtyard oasis and open-air lounge, and climb the stairs up to the rooms. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast , relax during the day and evening.  Lachos , Miriam and their team made a healthly breakfast each morning and we enjoyed a home cooked dinner one evening on the terrace.  Thank you Claudia and Casa Uma team for making our stay in Mexico City a memorable and homelike experience. We had a wonderful stay at Uma Casa. This is a beautiful, unique, and welcoming property in a lovely neighborhood, conveniently located to so much in CDMX. Sisters Claudia and Blanca have done an inspiring job turning their childhood home into a home for guests and visitors. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and very nicely appointed. The breakfast each morning is delicious and served on a gorgeous roof terrace. Claudia and her team made us feel so welcomed and cared-for during our stay. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Highly recommend this property and will 100% be going back again.

Uma Casa is a true hidden gem for a relaxing stay in Mexico City! The service was exceptional, and Claudia, the owner, showed incredible passion and dedication to our experience. The peaceful atmosphere and neighborhood make it a perfect zen retreat. Our room was amazing, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning!
