Absolutely incredible! Tried the Caribbean Roast and Palomilla Steak. Every bite was delicious and jam packed with flavours. Fantastic portions, especially for this price. Can’t wait to try again on my next visit to Seattle!

One of the best sandwiches I’ve had! The baguette was perfectly toasted -not too soft, not too crunchy- and the grilled onions were sooo good. I got the Palomilla Steak and the Caribbean Roast. I’m usually not a big fan of pork, but the Caribbean Roast completely won me over! It didn’t have that strong pork flavor I normally don’t like -just super tender and flavorful. The jalapeños do have a bit of a kick, so if you’re sensitive to spice, you might want to skip them. Even the chips surprised me! At first, they looked like regular bagged nacho chips, but they had the perfect crunch and saltiness -not dry at all.

It really really lives up to the hype. I finished my sandwich an hour ago and still can't stop thinking about it. I was licking up the last of the little meat pieces on my wrapper just to savor it more. Got the steak one. It was so incredibly juicy and the flavor of the sauce is unbelievable. It had a little kick from the jalapeños. They were out of roasted corn :( so I got a Bien salad which was pretty mid, only get if you're really desperate for vegetables or something. Maybe it's better with some meat added. It was definitely a good portion though. Though line was only ~4 people deep when I arrived on a Saturday night, it took ~25 min from entering the line to getting my food. Already dreaming of going back.

I absolutely love Un Bien, especially this location. They have a winning formula. I'm writing this as I'm INHALING the steak sandwich (pictured). Normally, I get the #3 - pork loin as I generally prefer my sandwich meat to stay intact as I eat it. And I love it. I get it every time. It's the best sandwich I've ever had, and I get to have it over and over again. But, I felt like changing it up today. I'm glad I did! It turns out the steak sandwich is every bit as amazing as the pork loin. What a golden age we are in to be in such close proximity to some of the best sandwiches ever made! I'm definitely going to try other items on the menu now and round out my experience.

I get why others say this is the best sandwich they’ve ever had. I got the Caribbean roast and every bite was extremely flavorful. The crispy bread creates a satisfying crunch that gives way to melt-in-your-mouth marinade. The sandwich came out in two minutes on a busy summer Saturday. I would try everything on the menu if I had time!

Un Bien on Queen Anne delivers one of Seattle’s best sandwiches, hands down. I ordered the Caribbean Roast, and the pork shoulder was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The sandwich was made to order with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can really taste the care the cooks put into every bite. The crusty yet soft bread complemented the well-seasoned pork perfectly, and the layers of lettuce, jalapenos, and cilantro brought an amazing balance of heat and freshness. Un Bien’s attention to detail and commitment to quality make it one of the top five sandwich spots in Seattle. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this spot is not to be missed.

Insane. This sandwich could out-Zen Buddha. This sandwich could cure all diseases. This sandwich could end wars. Guy behind the counter was cool, too.

My favorite Caribbean food place in Seattle. The sandwiches are to die, for I go here as much as I can. If you haven't tried this place run, don't walk to get there. You will thank me later.

It's literally so good. Must try!!! I always get the chicken sandwich. Not a lot of space inside however so don't plan on eating-in if it's busy

So I mean. It's Queen Anne right so the space is pretty cramped. It's a grab and go kinda vibe. The service is okay. The guy working the counter definitely has a "your existence is an inconvenience to me" vibe. But the food... I wasn't expecting much out of a sandwich shop to be frank but.. the food. Ooohh boy. The food is the little devil on your shoulder... absolutely sinful. greasy, sloppy, disrespectfully delicious. 100% would be back.

Amazing food every single time!! A cute little shop in Queen Anne, they have other locations across lake union too. Vibrant pink interior with a few seating options. Mainly limited bar-type seating in front of the window. I've only ever gotten takeout, each time it's awesome. The Caribbean roast sandwich was literally so good, and even just their classic rice, beans, steak, and onions are so flavorful. Always hits the spot. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful! This is definitely going to be a new usual spot for me.

These sandwiches are soooo delicious. Juicy, flavorful, and hearty! What more could you ask for?! Grab one (or two) then head to Kerry Park and enjoy a stroll. The Press won me over and this location is right next to Molly Moon ice cream too.

I can't stress enough how this place hits every time!! The sandwiches are so full of flavor! Highly recommend grabbing a sandwich and heading over to the park or a lookout

Come here and get literally anything in the menu, you will be happy. There's not much seating inside but I have dined in before and it's got really cute decor, kinda makes you feel you're at a beach bar. This is my go to take out spot I usually order the steak sandwich it's quick, easy, and delicious! The staff is always friendly and they seem happy.

We came here on a Wednesday evening. There were only three small tables in the restaurant, and most people opted for takeout. The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. The only downside, in my opinion, was the lack of alcohol. Parking was free and available on the street.

The interior is a photographer's dream. Bright, fun yet minimalistic. West Caribbean Bowl ($16) - mainly rice and chili but still hearty and spice forward. The chicken thigh was tender and a decent size but wish it came with 2 instead of 1.

Came here based off of a word-to-mouth recommendation from a friend of mine. She said I absolutely had to come here during my trip to Seattle, so I did! I came with a friend to place a take out dinner order. He got the #4 which is a steak sandwich... and let me tell you... that was the fan favorite! I got the #2, and while it was good... I really wish I had gotten the #4 instead also! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to grab an amazing Caribbean-style sandwich. Still dreaming of it!

Super good sandwich / plate restaurant. I really enjoyed everything I hate. Super flavorful. Good portion size. Lots of street parking. There's only around 4 tables total here, so I recommend going to Kerry Park to look at the beautiful view while eating good food OR assume this is a good takeout place!

Service is fast, friendly, and accurate. Food is super tasty. Can order ahead of time online but they do ask for like 24 hour notice for larger orders. I walked in and ordered 5 sandwiches and they were able to complete the order in a timely manner. Street parking only. Little space to sit and eat there. Definitely not enough space for groups larger than 2. Definitely recommend getting food then walking to Kerry Park to eat.

If you're debating between Paseo and Un Bien. This right here is your winner. Un Bien keeps getting better and better the longer they've been in business while Paseo is going the opposite direction.

Great quality just like the other locations. It's located next door to a pizza place, ice cream shop, and a couple cafes. Never busy, always quick service. We always do take out because the inside space is quite small. Recommend sticking with the classic and getting the Caribbean roast sandwich. The grilled onions are just perfection. Our friend also got the Caribbean roll which looked good (similar to the sandwich but in burrito form with rice and beans). It was a ton of food, larger than the sandwich for sure, very heavy. Probably could split one between two people. Sandwiches are very messy, make sure you take lots of napkins.

Still thinking about this cubano sandwich. Happened upon this place on a walk in Queen Anne after. As a PNW native, I remember Paseo's being "it." Upon further research they're related. Anyway, get a sandwich here, it won't disappoint-- even the firefighters were waiting for it.

A Must-Try Sandwich Spot!! If you're looking for incredible sandwiches, this place is a must! We arrived just after 11 PM and were lucky enough to avoid a wait. We ordered the #1 Caribbean Roast--tender pork shoulder marinated and slow-roasted to perfection--and the #4 Palomilla Steak, featuring thin slices of marinated Grade A top sirloin seared to juicy goodness. Both sandwiches were absolutely delicious and packed with flavor! The highlight for me was the caramelized onions; they were simply divine! While I personally preferred the Caribbean Roast over the steak, both were outstanding. I can't wait to come back and try more! The service was impressively quick--we had our order within about 10 minutes. By the time we finished, there was already a long line forming, so I recommend arriving before 11:40 if you want to beat the crowd!

First time at this specific location! As good as it should be :) I tried the palomilla steak sandwich for the first time and was so good! Love the thin cut steak, the perfectly crunchy bread, and the pickled jalapenos. I think I mighttt still like the classic caribbean roast more, but this is great if you're craving some beef!

Great food! My boy John at the front is the goat and knows the whole off the back of his hand has some good recommendations. Overall good vibes great guy working the cash register and awesome food.

Still thinking about this Cubano sandwich I found on a walk through Queen Anne. As a PNW native, I remember Paseo being the spot. Turns out this place is connected to them. Definitely grab a sandwich here, it won't disappoint. Even the local firefighters were waiting in line for it!

Food is always amazing as always, but the guy at the front was incredibly rude. Really ruined the whole experience. Pretty disappointing.

So glad Un Bien finally has another location!! I came midweek and there was no line. Order came out quickly. And the sandwiches are delicious as ever. The Press is my favorite, followed by the Palomilla steak. Un Bien is one of those places that always keeps me coming back again and again. Hands down the best sandwiches I've ever had. Make sure you stock up on napkins and the wet wipes they offer, you're gonna need it!

I had high hopes after many years of good reviews. I'm a vegetarian, and they have one tofu choice. I ordered five stars. I like spicy food. The tofu con gusto came promptly, and the cashier brought water for my friend and me. Seating is outside, so save yourself one before placing your order. It's sparse but a nice treat away from the bustle of the rest of Upper Queen Anne. It was bland. Not just lightly seasoned, but the beans lacked flavor and any savory flavors associated with Caribbean cuisine. The tofu was firm and had a good mouthfeel but had no flavor, none of the promised garlic tapenade, and the rice was already too far gone. The salad that accompanied it was tasty and good size. After this experience, I can see a reason to return. For the meat dishes, your mileage may vary.

Delicious! The best little sandwich shop ever! If you ever go take pictures of the space needle take the short walk there! You won't regret it

Excellent sandwich from Un Bien tonight. I wanted "The Press" but they were sold out so I got the Pork Loin. It was JUICY. Great sauce and grilled onions. The pork was good though my wife thought it was a bit tough. I disagree! Prices seem reasonable and workers were kind and helpful. I predict there will be long lines here once the word gets out. So glad Un Bien is here on Queen Anne!

Hands down the best sandwich I've had in years. I keep thinking about our meal there can't wait to go back. The bread was perfect and so were the sauces. Super messy to eat but in a good way. Love the carmelized chunky onions. Had the chicken thigh and then the Caribbean roast sandwiches. Can't wait to go back. Super friendly staff as well.

Quite possibly the best sandwich I've ever had! I got the #2 The Press and it was the perfect combination of smoked ham, juicy roasted pork, gooey swiss cheese, and banana peppers sandwiched between warm and crusty bread. Super indulgent (and a little messy), but delicious. They only have 2-3 tables inside, so it'd be better to order to go, but eat your sandwich while it's still fresh!

I actually went here for the first time a few days ago with a couple of friends. I had been to the Shilshole Bay location and had liked it. This place is much smaller and, thus, more crowded. But this is part of the charm of this tiny stretch of Galer Street on Queen Anne, with its half dozen shops or cafes: you could practically be in the Marais in Paris or a town in Italy but feel much less claustrophobic. You leave your name but no one looked to see or call for us when our order was ready My friends liked it. I had a stomach ache so I passed on food.

It was ok. The signature pork sandwich was drippy, but the pork in it was dry, which impacted the consistency of flavor throughout the sandwich. This location doesn't have a line out the door as it's new, so maybe the meat had a chance to dry out? I stopped by about 6pm.

Amazing! Fast service and super delicious sandwiches! Casual atmosphere for eating there or just pick up and take home. We loved it!

Not sure what people like about this place. I didn't enjoy the food or the service. They made me feel very uncomfortable for asking questions since I never had similar food. Then the food came out and it was greasy and fatty.

Used to be a regular (the food is decent), but won't be going back due to poor customer service. I ordered a sandwich and requested extra meat to which i was told would be extra. Said no big deal and paid the three dollar upcharge. Two minutes later, my name was called and the cashier then asked me to pay an additional three dollars for the extra meat saying he spoke with the kitchen staff and it needed to be three more dollars. Would have been happy to pay the full upcharge had i been made aware upfront, but asking for additional money after i already paid is pretty ticky tacky and left a poor taste in my mouth. I had the cashier refund my order and left.

The Press is the greatest sandwich in the city! Delicious!! So happy to have Un Bien in Queen Anne!

Tried the grill chicken breast sandwich man words can even describe how delicious it was ! the location is a little far from where i live but i can say it was worth the drive. Service is amazing food gets to you pretty quick only downside is the seating; because there aren't too many seats and usually it's always packed.

Imagine complaining about the tofu at a Caribbean restaurant . Food here is always good, unless ur a Soyboy that needs every aspect of their life catered to.
