The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies In NYC, Ranked - New York - The Infatuation

"Winner’s cookie brings to mind a malted milkshake at a state fair in summer. That's probably because this Park Slope bakery uses malt flour in their delightfully chewy cookies, which have chocolate peeking through the cracks of their golden brown exteriors." - molly fitzpatrick, bryan kim, willa moore, will hartman, sonal shah

Stopped in here for a quick coffee and cookie during a morning walk. It’s not in the best neighborhood but I would definitely come back to try some of the hot food. Love the concept!

Google
Every now and again I'd be eating somewhere that had the Uncle Chips cake cookie, and I'd always get it. Shoot, sometimes I'll even stop through and grab one from their brick and mortar location. The other day I was walking past and popped in to grab that cookie but this time I decided to order a sandwich. I ended up getting the Embassy of Turkey and chips, plus two cake cookies (one for now and one for later). Now I've been known to disparage ciabatta bread but this sandwich changed my mind. The ingredients were fresh and it is a lot of sandwich. The bread wasn't as tough as other ciabatta's I've had. The sandwich was delicious and the price is right. I can't emphasize this enough. It can be hard to find a well priced meal in this city but Uncle Chips fits the bill. I'm looking forward to trying a different sandwich on my next visit. You should check them out.

Google
Genuinely, some of the best sandwiches in DC. Friendly service, quick, and always hits the spot! I love the Embassy of Turkey or the Bates Street. Delicious! Always a go to lunch spot crave.

Google
Was looking for a spot to grab a quick breakfast, and ran across this spot! While I wasn't expecting them to have many breakfast options, they surprised me! They have a number of bagel/bagel sandwich offerings and a few other breakfast items. Not to mention fresh teas and lemonades made in house, as well as coffee. Service was friendly and prompt, and we loved eating our bagels inside their dining area. And while we haven't tried their famous cookies yet, we'll definitely be back!

Google
As a boutique business owner and event producer myself, my goal is to support other locally owners, small businesses as well. I’m so glad we found Uncle Chip’s Cookies! I can’t say enough about how amazing Shannon and her team were. I was panicked and they helped pull together a huge order for a client within a week. The cake cookies were absolutely delicious. I didn’t know what to expect and trusted that Uncle Chip’s knew what they were doing. We crushed a lot of cake cookies in a week. I would definitely recommend this bakery and order that yummy cake cookie! Thanks Uncle Chip’s for making this happen!

Google
The bread on these sandwiches is absolutely incredible. The owners are so sweet and helpful. We go every week!

Google
I am very disappointed with my experience at Chip’s, unfortunately. I ordered Polenta; I was informed it was equivalent to grits. It sounded good; on the menu, it was 6 dollars. The cash register rung me up at 7 dollars. I inquired and pointed to the menu, but the clerk insisted that’s what the computer system had. The food was no where worth the cost. When I saw her make it, I was instantly overcome by skepticism. It looks like these are basically instant grits with a microwaved egg and cheese on top. The egg was rubbery and when I got to the bottom of the bowl, the grits weren’t cooked all the way. Not salted enough. I really wanted to try out this place because it’s a local business; I am doubtful I’ll be returning again. There’s nothing like getting ripped off to ruin a good Sunday mornin’...

Google
I’ve been waiting to try this Uncle Chip’s cinnamon bun for a very long time. Uncle chip can be seen from North Capitol road based on its teal color. I’ve seen many ads for the cinnamon bun. I’m thankful for experience. They have a friendly team and an AMAZING cinnamon bun. Off the charts. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I don't write many reviews, but Uncle Chip's has been my go-to choice for great sandwiches in this neighborhood for years. And even though I'm not vegetarian, my favorite is the Caesar, Meet Kale. I'll be there today.

Yelp
Uncle chips is a staple! I love the chocolate chip cookies to the point where I would buy the premade dough and bake them at home! Nothing touches their ovens though. When they bake, it comes out magically chewy with crispy edges! The service is quick, and my orders are always correct. It's a casual place mostly for take out, but there are places to sit if you prefer to stay. I love the Turkey embassy sandwich!

Yelp
I was so late to finding out about this place but it's a hidden gem for sure! Their caesar salad is delightful as is the sweet tea lemonade. Would definitely recommend for lunch!

Yelp
Gladis and her Latino staff are always friendly and helpful. The location is the nook of the city where it's blended well with original Washingtonians and newcomers. The food and deserts are usually fresh and tasty. The prices are reasonable as well. Visit when you can! - TC of DC

Yelp
The perfect addition to my birthday celebration this year. I don't usually like icing on cookies but this icing was good and the cookies were DELISH!!! A huge hit with me and my friends.

Yelp
Horrible service. They could improve their ordering process. Loved their lunch breakfast isnt the best.

Yelp
Uncle Chip was the last stop on the cookie excursion in D.C. This was a small quiet storefront with a decent selection of cookies. We grabbed a chocolate chip cookie and a oatmeal cookie to go. Again I wasn't impressed with the oatmeal cookie and I do love a good soft chewy oatmeal cookie. The chocolate chip cookie was pretty good with a nice flavor, texture, and pleasant chocolate chip to dough ratio. I would say it took a bronze (3rd place) in all the cookies tried. I wouldn't be mad if I had more of their CC cookies.

Yelp
I've been here more times than I can count and this is my first review. My husband works near by and gets his sandwiches from here. After eating his food against his will, he finally began bringing me my own sandwiches. All I can say is everything is good. They have a sandwich for the vegetarian and the meat lover. The cookies are huge, sweet enough and yummy especially the oatmeal raisin. Also, they are quick! Usually when we call 5-10 minutes a head our food is done when we arrive. Most recently we had the polenta bowl, which is polenta with an egg and a medley of cheese. My husband adds bacon to his which adds the perfect texture and saltiness! They have a few breakfast items as well. Lastly, try the hibiscus tea or a half and half. House made and delicious!

Yelp
Store has legitimately one of the best peanut butter cookies I've ever laid my hands on. All the ingredients used are wholesome, fresh, and delicious. It has the perfect texture of hard and chewy deep in the middle. They have perfected their craft of cookies. Business owner is super generous. Always nice to support small businesses like this one. Visiting this cookie shop is a no brainer. All cookies are really great but I'm a sucker for peanut butter. Will have to try the hot foods one day.

Yelp
Great local spot! Good sandwich's that are relatively cheap compared to other spots and high quality. I like their vegetarian sandwich options and breakfast sandwiches.
google avatar

Yelp
It was brief walk to the location. The embassy of Turkey is EVERYTHING! And the short bread and chocolate chip cookies were delicious. When you go, don't forget to try the hibiscus tea.

Yelp
the service and the packaging of the items was excellent. I had 2 cinnamon rolls ($13.50 total) and it was pretty good. The pricing for the cinnamon roll is solid for $6.75 for one. The packaging was very neat and well organized. Would return and recommend to anyone.

Yelp
I've always noticed this spot when I drive past, likely because of the amazing seafoam paint color! Funny enough, I learned it was a happy accident to land on that color. Uncle chips Instagram roped me in -- I love their behind the scenes footage and daily goodies share. I always heard about their cinnamon rolls but surprisingly didn't see them on the menu when I went in. I was still able to order one though! I was a little disappointed how hard it was, I'm not sure how freshly made I got mine. They had a great selection overall and I'd be excited to go back and try something else. I also got a brownie, which was quite delicious! They seem to have a great rewards program. Definitely sign up!

Yelp
WE LOVE UNCLE CHIPS! and I say "we" because everyone I work with (Flock DC!) loves them too. Their ingredients are fresh, the sammies are creative and delicious, salads are crisp and yummy, and OH MY GOODNESS THEIR COOKIES. I have no words other than order all the cookies. All of them. We order catering from them frequently for meetings and they deliver in perfect little boxes and everything has that wonderful fresh and handmade touch. Never once been anything less than thrilled. They support the neighborhood, are friendly and easy to order from, and just one of the best things you can find on North Capitol Street. GO GET YOU SOME! I hear they have some killer cinnamon rolls on the weekends. Guess I'll have to start coming in on Saturdays.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem! I haven't had something from here I don't like. The breakfast sandwiches are huge and delicious as well as the lunch sandwiches for a super reasonable price! Also the cookies are soooo good, specifically the ginger snap!! Definitely check this place out if you haven't been!

Yelp
This spot has been on my list for awhile so I was excited to pickup a dozen cookies which offers a 10% discount - woo! I ended up demolishing an entire peanut butter cookie while driving which almost had a buttery toffee flavor. The exterior had a nice crisp and the interior was soft and chewy. I can't wait to come back to try their other flavors: chocolate chip, double chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin are next on my list!

Yelp
Finally stopped in over the weekend and enjoyed everything. Uncle Chip's has solid sandwiches for $9 (that are filling), great cookies/pastries, and the owner was super nice. Sandwiches are 4 stars, but throw in the cookies/price/friendliness and this place gets a 5 from me. They have a few seats inside as well as some tables outside, so this will be added to places to grab a bite while walking the dog. Sandwiches are served on ciabatta, which is not dry/hard at all and provides a great base for the sandwich (I'm usually skeptical of ciabatta sandos). Capers and red onion in the tuna were nice additions, and the saigon sam was delicious, although some of the pulled pork was a bit dry (the spicy peanut sauce helped there). There are a few other sandwiches and also bagel sandwiches I wanna try so I'll be back. For cookies I went with my favorite, oatmeal raisin. It's a really good oatmeal cookie, loved the flavor and texture, but there were only 3 raisins in mine which was a bit weird. Still, would get it every time. Also tried the cinnamon bun since it was a special for the day, and it did not disappoint. Had a more firm texture than others, almost like the outside of a biscuit, was delicious and huge with lots of brown sugar/cinnamon. Definitely plan on sharing this.

Yelp
This amount of stars is solely based on the food I got. I was not impressed by the service in the least bit. It seemed the owner or manager was there and her energy was very low vibrational as well as the lady who took my order. Anyway, I strolled into Uncle Chips today after seeing it for years and never going inside. I was surprised to see that they sold sandwiches and salads as well as the desserts. I got the Bates street special (YUM!!!) & a chocolate chip cookie (ALSO YUMMY!!!!). The ambiance was cool but there were a ton of flies, in addition to the low energy when I walked in. I would probably go again but just call my order in and pick it up for a quick in and out visit.

Yelp
Thanks for coming through in the clutch! Needed these cookies last minute because the other company that I ordered from did not show up, and I'm so glad that I made this choice. Thank you so much Uncle chips and to the woman I spoke on the phone to a few times thank you for your patience and graciousness!

Yelp
Hands down one of the best bakery/deli in the Washington, D.C. area. I have been visiting this location for years, and the owner Shannon has gone through great measures to keep up with the ever-evolving trends. While this place is in a very questionable neighborhood, please do not let it deter you from visiting. The sandwiches are to die for (I love the embassy of turkey), and the oatmeal cookies will make you smack your uncle chip (get it Uncle Chips). This place delivers and is excellent for office gatherings!

Yelp
Uncle Chip's is a DC classic located on North Capitol Street in NE DC. It's a close walk to Children's National Hospital and if you drive down North Capitol Street, you'll get a breathtaking view of, of course, the US Capitol Building. Once you get to the bright green row house, find parking around the corner and come hungry! They started out making some of DC's best cookies with no artificial ingredients. They are fresh and they are big and the chocolate chip cookie is perfectly chewy. Order one first. Then get to the sandwiches. They are a deli too making sandwiches that rival the best sandwich shops in the city. If you have a sweet tooth, I recommend the Bates Street Special- sliced turkey, cracked pepper, provolone, red onion, cilantro, crisp apple slices, mayo and balsamic reduction sauce. It's amazing and very filling! If you're in the area, there's no better place to have lunch. It's a DC classic!

Kristina R.

Yelp
I ordered one of each kind of cookie and had them shipped to me! They were so fresh and delicious! The packaging of each cookie was so great and the whole box was so well packed! I can't wait to try some seasonal cookies - I saw some adorable flower shaped shortbread pop up and I am ordering those too!
google avatar

Tawana H.

Yelp
I always get the Allison ... (tuna sub) I add capers, tomatoes and carrots to mine. They are very open to adding special items and the food is so good. I can't even begin to start talking about the cookies. OMG, the chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin are my absolute favorites. It's worth the trip! They have cozy outside seating too as it sits right on North Capitol Street! There is a lot to see! Enjoy!

Yelp
Lived in the neighborhood for 15 years. Stopped by the first year Uncle Chip opened shop. I was not impressed and didn't think to return until last week when my fav bakery was hosting an event and not open to the public. Uncle Chip's prices are decent and the goodies were delectable. Uncle Chip's will be my go to for baked goods. Stay tuned for an updated review once I try one of their sandwiches.

Yelp
The chicken Sandwich cheese is outstanding, highly recommend if you are in town. I had it as a breakfast and I definitely enjoyed the experience.

Yelp
My company catered from Uncle Chip's and I loved what I saw! A sandwich, a brownie/cookie, and a small bag of chips were packed inside of a box. I got Meet Me in Malibu - Veggie which has Goat Cheese, Herb Pesto, Avocado, Shredded Carrot, Red Onion and Sprouts. For brownie/cookie, I chose Black Bean Brownie because it sounded unique. The sandwich was good but I wished there were more ingredients inside. The brownie was delicious but on the sweeter side. I really liked the uniqueness and gluten-free/vegetarian options!

Yelp
It's easy to let North Capitol's brightly colored apartments blur together without a second look. However, you'll need to look more closely to pick out the bright blue building that is Uncle Chip's, a spectacular eatery. Don't let its sweet name fool you, the bagels here are divine (and, sure, they're also sweet, but not in the sugary sense). Taking my first bite into the flavorful, juicy egg and cheese bagel was such a wonderful surprise given how very affordable it was. If you're cheap and toe the line between millennial and gen z (and, therefore, are not making the big bucks), this place is definitely for you. If you're a wealthy, middle aged person, I'm gonna say this place is also for you. Really, it's for everyone! I'll have to go back and actually try their desserts, but I'm sure they're just a spectacular as their bagel sandwiches:)

Yelp
I'm reviewing just from the standpoint of someone who gets their catering. I get a couple dozen boxed lunches catered into my office every single day since the pandemic started, so I'm dealing with caterers all over the city, big and small. Uncle Chip's is far and away the best one. Not just because the food is great (it is, but the food is great lots of places), but the ease and quality of their catering presentation, delivery, and packaging is really impressive. The food always comes on time, comes in these great easy to carry bags, is boxed in a really aesthetically pleasing way, and is well labeled so people know what they are getting. Everyone at my office loves the sandwiches and obviously the cookies, but just as someone who helps run a large office, I always can breathe a sigh of relief when I see that today's caterer is Uncle Chip's. Chip's even wrapped the bags in plastic today because it was raining. Little things like that can be so helpful to me. You wouldn't believe how many caterers just hand me a sloppy stack of unlabeled meals in cheap take out boxes, or give me a disintegrating carboard box full of wet meals in the rain. If you need food delivered to your office or party or whatever in the DMV, you really can't do better than this place. Great food that is easy to eat at a desk, packaged beautifully and covid-safe, and delivered perfectly. You really couldn't ask for more.

Yelp
A quick and simple review of this cute, Tiffany Blue colored-on-the-outside, cookie shop known as Uncle Chip's: 1. Fell in love with the building. My fiancé just knew I'd want to come based on the building color alone. Saw it on Yelp and he just knew! Took tons of pics outside of course. Being in the city though, you already know that parking is going to be tough. We luckily got a spot right in front of it! God Bless the folks of D.C. who have to parallel park on these tight and constantly busy streets! Bless you lots! 2. It's small inside, only has 4 tables, pretty tight actually, but perfect for what it is, a small bakery, breakfast/lunch sandwich shop. 3. Customer service is great! Shannon helped us the day we visited - very personable and answered all our questions, even gave us recommendations on where to go if we were to dine in the area. 4. Delicious and very affordable baked goods! This info is copied and pasted from their website- "CLASSIC $2 Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, Double Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter BLACK BEAN BROWNIES $2.5 Vegan + Gluten Free CLASSIC BROWNIES $2.5 Made with Real Butter and Dutch Cocoa SEASONAL SHORTBREAD $3 Mexican Wedding with Pecan MISC... $2.50 Blueberry Muffin, Fresh Ginger Scone" Not bad at all, right, especially for D.C. pricing! Pleasant visit, and we enjoyed all the goodies we purchased. My favorite - Chocolate Chip of course!

Yelp
The Embassy of Turkey sandwich is one of my favorite sandwiches in DC. While the ingredients may not put your foodie sensors on high alert at first glance, it's the quality of the ingredients and the care put forth in making it that makes for a stand out sandwich. I'm not even normally a big fan ciabatta bread, but it's just so soft and fresh here that it's hard to deny. The bread is toasted and then piled delicately atop are layers of thinly sliced, hearty turkey, provolone cheese, ripe avocado, red onion, tomato, dash of cracked black pepper and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. It's perfection. The one caveat to that statement however is that it's utter perfection about 2/3 times I come here. Why? Well, there are two employees that I think take a lot of care and effort into making these sandwiches and there is one that doesn't quite do it justice. If that employee is the only one behind the counter at the time I drop by, I'll usually just pick up my fave hibiscus iced tea and be out. I've probably had the sandwich over a dozen times and that's really the only time my sandwich experience is a wild card. The small size is pretty hefty, so unless you plan on sharing I believe it's more than enough for most individuals. Believe it or not, I've never actually tried any of their cookies or desserts because I've been so turned out by this sandwich that I become laser focused when I drop by. I'll eventually make sure that I get around to breaking myself off with a piece of them cookies doe!

Yelp
The best sandwich/breakfast/bakery all in one!! I loved the meet me in Malibu sandwich (veggie) and bacon/egg/cheese bagel sandwich. All the cookies were amazing, including the special DC Shortbread cookies. Pro tip - order a side of frosting to dip your cookies in! cinnamon rolls are a weekend special
google avatar

Esther S.

Yelp
First of all I love cookies and am very particular about them! Uncle chips has freshly baked, ginormous cookies! They have a few flavors including peanut butter! I loved the chocolate chip, perfect amount of chocolate chips! Crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside! But don't be fooled they have amazing sandwiches and hearty salads! Really enjoyed the food and service was fast! Loved the interior and the outdoor seating was beautiful! The building is bright blue and can't be missed!! They cater and when you give cookies as a gift they box it beautifully with cute cards! Enjoyed my experience here! Only wish they had a dozen of cookies for cheaper.

Denisse B.

Yelp
OMG the Bates sandwich!!!! Salads are great too. Their kid's menu sandwiches are delicious enough for me to want to order for myself. My daughter says it's because of the quality of the bread. And the brownies!!! Pure decadence. This is also a business that supports the community and makes you feel right at home. Friendly service, cozy ambiance.
google avatar

Mercy W.

Yelp
I LOVED the chocolate chip cookie I had from there. Crunchy on the edges, soft in the middle, (could have used a few more chocolate chips though). I will be back for sure.

Yelp
We need more establishments like Uncle Chips in Truxton Circle. This place is a gem without the crazy DC prices and the food and staff are fantastic. The service is pretty quick and the staff are really kind. They don't have indoor seating, but have plenty of seating outside. The sandwiches are tasty but my absolutely favorite is their Tex Mex Salad - drooling. For the baked goods, I've only ever gotten their cookies and for good reason...my goodness they are amazing but I've not gotten their famous weekend cinnamon buns yet - I'm secretly afraid I'll become addicted to them... And can we talk about their Hibiscus Tea? Perfection! If you're ever in the area or close by, they're totally worth the stop. They'll continue to be my go-to lunch spot when I'm WFH!
google avatar

AJ H.

Yelp
Uncle Chip's does sandwiches? They sure do, and they are awesome! I got the Saigon Sam. The homemade carrot slaw was fresh, and it had plenty of pulled pork and the peanut sauce was really good. The ciabatta bread was soft and chewy. For only a $1.50 more, you get a delicious cookie (I'm a sucker for the double chocolate chip) with the sandwich. I added avocado, but I can't recommend that. The avocado was fresh, but just a silver off on the edge of the sandwich. If it was mushed onto the bread or something that would have made it better in my opinion. Overall, I was surprised to see this dessert shop had sandwiches, but the sandwiches were as good as the cookies, so you won't be disappointed!
google avatar

Yelp
UPDATE 8/26: Still the best sandwich shop in town. The owner Shannon is so nice and friendly. I brought my girlfriend who was visiting from out of town and Shannon hooked us up with free cookies. Thank you again!!! I drive an hour round trip every weekend to get lunch here. That should tell you everything you need to know. UPDATE: I'm super pissed as this place. Would it kill you to make a bad sandwich? I mean, just to see if it's possible? Your consistency is unnerving. I got another RIP today and it was the best sandwich I've ever eaten. Again. How predictable. (I love I'm not afraid of dying because I know what heaven tastes like. Chip's sandwiches become an addiction; I almost want to say don't start eating therbecause you'll never stop. The BEST sandwiches. Consistently. Every time. Support local businesses! Worth every penny. And grab a cookie-- they also do incredible desserts. My sandwich favorites are the RIP James Gandolfini and the Embassy Of Turkey. Phenomenal.
google avatar

Pete H.

Yelp
Great bagel sandwiches and super friendly people. You can order online and pickup through the window-so no worries about COVID. The Freddie Mercury style is top notch.
google avatar

Brianna N.

Yelp
We live across the street from Uncle Chip's and it's not healthy for how addicted I am to their cookies. There are days I swear I'm not going to eat sugar then end up at their window buying multiple cookies. Their cake cookie is hands down, without a doubt the best cookie ever. My husband is a chocolate chip cookie enthusiast and stands firm that Uncle Chip's chocolate chip cookie is the best chocolate cookie out there. I can't recommend this neighborhood favorite enough.
google avatar

Ashley S.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite sandwich shops!!! The turkey embassy is the only sandwich I've tried. I may eventually try the other sandwiches but the turkey sandwich is just so good It's just hard to branch off! Also the chocolate chip cookies are very good!! Note: The turkey sandwiches are huge!!
google avatar

Jessica W.

Yelp
My friend rants and raves saying that these cookies are the best things since slice bread. She hosted an event and had these cookies for us as party favors. Nope, these cookies are not your soft and chewy chips ahoy, they are hard. Albeit hard, they are actually pretty darn tasty believe it or not. I was glad she had some extras for us to take home because again, they were good.
google avatar

Juliet A.

Yelp
Dang. These cookies are amazing. Right up there with Captain Cookie for the best in DC, I'd say! The cookies are LARGE! While I tend to go with more traditional flavors (chocolate chip, double chocolate), they also have specialty sugar cookies that are seasonally themed (i.e., cherry blossoms). They also have a great assortment of sandwiches/lunch fare and more untraditional baked goodies (black bean brownies, anyone?!). I've seen their b.b. brownies for sale at Compass Coffee, and am hopeful that they will also start selling their phenomenal cookies at other locations as well! This is also a nice spot to come with kiddos. It is small, and the entrance isn't accessible if you have a stroller, but once inside there is a nice little nook with a basket of books to entertain kids. This seems to be a popular after-school-snack spot for neighborhood Munde Verde PCS kiddos. Thanks for feeding my sugar belly baby, Uncle Chip's!

Yelp
Two and a half stars. Street parking in the area. Very limited variety, okay quality, nothing that makes it stand out as a destination by itself. The employee was a little brusque at our indecisiveness, even though there weren't other customers to attend to. Got heckled by locals a bit sitting out on the patio, but nothing aggro enough to make us scoot lickety-split. The cookies were huge, and I was happy with my oatmeal raisin fresh out of the oven, gooey chips folded in and topped by oats; the double chocolate chip from the case was a little crunchier than expected and as sweet as one would expect. Worth the cost? Ehh, debatable. CC&M is keeping my loyalty so far in the cookie business category, but I might check out UC cafe's Embassy of Turkey or Mr. Havana sandwiches if the the savory spot down the block fails to satiate.

Yelp
Today I went to pick up my salad that suppose to come with chips as it states in the description. But as I check my bag they weren't there. I asked for them and I was told that I don't get chips with this order. I referred back to what the menu described and I was still told that I do not get chips unless 12 ppl or more have ordered. Romaine and Kale power mix. Chicken, Shaved Parmesan, Onion, Pecan Crunch and Toasted Crouton. Classic Caesar *no anchovy (x2) *Includes potato chips on the side! It doesn't state that online nor could she show me. She just kept verbalizing it. I asked if I could just get the chips sense the policy isn't clear nor write online so that customers will know before paying for their order. She said no. I felt very under valued!!!! I won't spend anymore money here. I will also encourage others to save their money as well. Maybe if I were white I would been given the chips. The chicken in this salad is also dry! I don't even want it anymore!

Yelp
I popped into this place expecting just cookies! I was happily surprised to see they offer much more!! I tried the Buffalo Bill sandwich and grabbed a cookie for my daughter. First I will say a tall woman behind the counter working was super nice and very attentive, something you don't see very often, even in smaller establishments. The Buffalo Bill sandwich was on the softest, warmest and most fresh roll I've had in a very long time. The BBQ meat inside was perfectly spiced with a very sweet and tangy sauce topped with delicious coleslaw. The chocolate chip cookie we shared was soft enough that it melted in my mouth but firm enough that it didn't crumble at my touch. I will return and bring friends next time because my sandwich was amazing.
