If I could give 10 stars, I would! Up & Adam Eatz absolutely lived up to the hype I’ve seen all over social media. Yes, the wait was about 45 minutes—but with the steady crowd, that was expected, and let me tell you—it was worth it. From start to finish, the experience was top-tier. The Saint Germain mimosa was superb and set the tone for a delicious brunch. I tried boudin balls for the first time and was blown away. But the real star? The catfish and grits—seasoned to perfection and tasted like Momma was in the kitchen! Pure Southern comfort on a plate. The décor was a true tribute to New Orleans—artsy, vibrant, and full of personality. There were grass walls perfect for photos, and a playlist that had us dancing in our seats. A special shoutout to our server, Joel, who was incredibly kind and attentive—he really sealed the deal on our visit. If you’re ever in NOLA, this spot is a must-try. From the food to the atmosphere and service, Up & Adam Eatz delivers an unforgettable experience.

WOW!!!!! We have been to dozens of restaurants across New Orleans and this place has by far some of the most consistent service and food. The catfish and grits were incredible and the service was a rare sight. Everyone was so nice. I would come here once a week. 10/10

Google
First time visiting this restaurant and it will not be the last. We only went for breakfast (no drinks) and we were not disappointed. Everything was fresh and made with love.i enjoyed my food and everyone I went with were satisfied and talked about how much we loved it, even hours later. Don’t walk…. Runnnnn here!!!

Google
Great great food! I came TWICE on my trip. The wait was about 30-35 minutes. I truly have no complaints. I ordered the catfish (fried hard), and grits with eggs and a honey biscuit, then the shrimp and grits. I will be back for my next trip!

Google
The catfish and grits along with the fluffy pancakes and service from the wonderful staff made for an unforgettable experience. It's the hype that lived up to the hype for me! 😁 And prices are very reasonable as well. Other places closer to the French quarter were so over priced and underwhelming. This place is worth it. Take the trolley 47 to get there easily.

Google
Amazing food! Great first stop in our New Orleans vacation. The pancakes were my favorite! Bloody Mary was also perfect!

Google
I’m sitting here and had to do a review before I finished lol. The food is amazing. If you visiting New Orleans and want some breakfast outside of the French Quarter this is it. This is ok school cooking. Everything was excellent including the staff. Will definitely be back when in town.

Google
Absolutely amazing! From the moment I called to confirm wheelchair accessibility to the very last bite, everything was superb. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, and the food was beautifully prepared. My catfish and grits were outstanding, and the spicy virgin Bloody Mary was just perfect. The ambiance was inviting, the service top-notch, and the food came out quickly. I also appreciated the accessible elevator on the side—it was both convenient and accommodating. Anytime I’m in New Orleans, this will be one of my favorites and an absolute must-visit!

Yelp
Quaint little breakfast/brunch spot on Canal Street near Carrollton Street. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Canal and Bourbon and across from the street car line. Inside it's very homey with a wooden interior. We were seated promptly and greeted by our server shortly afterwards. I ordered the pancake trio (comes with two eggs and choice of bacon or sausage). He ordered the up and Adam breakfast (comes with two eggs and choice of meat and grits or seasoned potatoes and toast. You can sub the toast for a biscuit for an extra $2. The pancakes were so good! They had crispy edges just the way I like yet the inside was light and fluffy. I tasted a hint of vanilla as well. Eggs were standard but the bacon was the kind you get on a farm lol. Thick and flavorful is best way to describe the bacon! His food was good but he loved the biscuit. I had a bite of it and despite its looks, it was very airy and tasted great! Very egg nice spot for breakfast.

Yelp
Up & Adam delivers both my loves locally owned and breakfast. This place never disappoints. On this day, like many others, My new Mama, Ms. Yvonne and I ventured across the river from the point to enjoy another great meal. We went early, this place can fill up real fast. I usually order straight off the menu, so many great choices, last time Ms. Yvonne ordered the fish and couldn't stop talking about it. Now Ms. Yvonne used to work in the school cafeterias of so many local schools, they cooked everything from scratch. If Ms. Yvonne likes it, you know it's good, actually...It's great! We ordered simple breakfasts this morning and Yvonne created her own choice by ordering a la carte. The staff is always very friendly and happy. I will say this is one of my favorites for breakfast....get yourself self up and head on over!

Yelp
Bad Bad Bad!!! Denied entrance because of a service animal. On Thursday morning 7/18/24, we were greeted by a young male behind a podium. He stated "you can't come in with that dog". We stated that she is a service animal and he reply it does not matter no dogs are allowed. We went there on a recommendation of a friend. I thought it was a law that service animals were allowed everywhere. Here is the law. Under Louisiana's service animal law and the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), people with disabilities may bring service animals to all "public accommodations," which includes stores, businesses, motels, restaurants, theaters, schools, and more. Below, we explain which public accommodations are covered, which animals qualify as service animals, and some rules you may need to follow with your service animal.

Yelp

Yelp
From the vibe to the food, Up & Adam is a must try while in NOLA. Located in the mid-city area, Up & Adam is neighborhood establishment serving up authentic NOLA style cajun flavors. As a first timer, I went with the Tchoup Bowl and let's just say it didn't stand a chance. Flavorful, filling, and decently portioned, the Tchoup Bowl is a great way to enjoy breakfast while adding some NOLA flare. The house sauce OMG!!!! Needless to say, I'll be back to explore the menu more. Shout out to our server who was celebrating a birthday and made the trip to Up & Adam a great one!

Yelp
I simply love this hidden gem! It's a quaint spot that is warm, inviting, charming, and the food is amazing!! It's located on Canal with street parking, but there's plenty! There may be a short wait to be seated depending on the time you arrive; it's definitely worth the wait! I chose the Catfish Tchoupitoulas I will be going back this weekend! Stay tuned......

Yelp
This is where the locals go and for good reason!! Parking is easy, service is friendly and quick, the atmosphere is very inviting, and the food is delicious. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
Breakfast was so good. Service was a little slow, even though they were empty. It was a Wednesday maybe at 11/12. But the food was tasty and I'll definitely come back.
google avatar

Yelp
The best breakfast I've ever had in my entire life. I mean it. Grits, toast, eggs & pancakes. Exceeded my expectations. Will be back!

Yelp
This place is amazing! The food was so delicious and fresh. The staff was friendly and really seemed genuine and caring for their product. We plan on coming here again and enjoying this quaint little breakfast stop.

Yelp
Now the food here...incredible! I had the catfish Tchoupitoulas it was full of favor and maybe the best meal I had in Mew Orleans. The only thing is the service. I was solo at ft rushed And she also took my plate and I was still eating. Yes this food was too good to rush and eat. You have to savor the favor okay!

Asia W.

Yelp
Food was good and flavorful . I can't wait to go back to New Orleans to try new items on the menu.
google avatar

Jenna T.

Yelp
Service was friendly, no doubt. Their menu has changed since they didn't have a lot of the things from previous photos. Portions are relatively small considering the price you're paying for the plate. BF got the crawfish omelet and had no sides with his meal, just toast. He was disappointed. I ordered the small plate, chicken and biscuit sandwich which was very yummy. The chicken was moist and the biscuit was soft and flavorful. The ambiance is chill and not touristy, which I love. The vibe is very homey. I'd come back again and maybe try something different.

Yelp
Let me tell y'all something....... Up & Adam started our day off right! Best breakfast we've had so far & it was day three when we went there. Their catfish & grits had a crawfish cream over it. Wow. I've never had crawfish before but that cream was so good. The catfish was seasoned well & the grits were a good consistency. I was full halfway through but I couldn't let it go to waste. (I know, I know). I also ordered a mimosa with pineapple juice. Our server was efficient & checked on us regularly. You're allotted 90 minutes to dine so the food comes out pretty fast but it is so fresh! The inside is very antique looking - which is a NOLA staple. Overall, you can't miss here. Listen to me when I tell you. We have to go back before we leave.

Yelp
This place was awesome!!! One of the best brunch options in New Orleans. Not too pricey either! Service was impeccable. Food is delicious and flavorful. Such a sunny and welcoming atmosphere. I'm 10000% coming back again AND I'm bringing the family. Tip: if what you order doesn't come with the tchoupitoulas sauce, order it on the side. You won't regret it!

Yelp
Oh, buckle up for a wild ride because Up & Adam Eatz just catapulted my taste buds to another dimension--5 stars, no kidding! Picture this: a Sunday morning adventure where the promise of a table for two unfolds in just 20 minutes--cue the victory dance! Our guide through this flavor expedition was none other than a server extraordinaire, the maestro of attentiveness. Now, let's talk about the edible wonders that graced our table. The seafood biscuit kicked off the feast, a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate. My partner in culinary crime opted for the shrimp and grits, a revelation of non-salty perfection that left my taste buds applauding. As for me, I embarked on a journey with the tchoupitoulas omelette--paired with honey biscuits that tasted like a slice of heaven. I mean, my goodness, the flavors were doing the tango in my mouth! And who could forget the supporting cast? The hot coffee, a companion so perfect it needed no sugar, and the St. Germain mimosa, a bubbly elixir of joy. The atmosphere? Oh, it's not just a restaurant; it's a homey haven where I felt like family, surrounded by good vibes and even better food. So, if you're on the hunt for a breakfast or brunch haven that's not just a meal but a carnival of flavors, Up & Adam Eatz is your golden ticket. Five stars? No doubt!

Yelp
Went here very early on a Saturday Morning, and the restaurant was busy when we arrived but there was still no wait. My friend ordered the catfish and grits, I ordered the catfish tchoupitoulas, we also ordered the seafood biscuit and a mimosa carafe. This honestly may be the best biscuit I've ever had, but the seafood sauce that they put on it is very thick and MSG heavy. This sauce is also on most of the menu items and had the tendency to cover up the flavor of the food itself. I'm also just about positive that the "catfish" that they serve is not catfish but instead a swai filet. This fish didn't at all have the texture, or flavor of actual catfish and it was salty. My friend and I are both in the restaurant industry, so we understand that things happen and places have off days. So even after all of this, I would've been willing to potentially give them another try until out of no where our waitress who had been nice up until this point very loudly and rudely told us that we had overstayed our welcome and were past the time limit that wasn't previously mentioned. We were still ordering food the whole time we were there, speaking to her and finishing the mimosa carafe. If they needed the table then that's absolutely fine and all she had to do was mention it instead of letting us sit there and continue to order food. The biggest issue with this aside from her very rude and loud announcement was the fact that there was literally no one in line waiting to get in. Not a single person. Customer service goes a long way, and if this is the way that this establishment treats patrons then I'm good on them.
google avatar

Maia S.

Yelp
The place is on canal, it's a cute little place. The only wheel chair accessible part is in the back. That was blocked by workers cars, and stopped working when we were leaving! The service from the hostess was great, but the waitress forgot about us in the back where they put us because of having a wheelchair. So that was disheartening. Had to chase her down a few times to either pay, ask for coffee refill, to place our order! So I'd say customer experience isn't a priority! But the food was good, it came out quick and hot! It was a very good meal!
google avatar

Magdaline L.

Yelp
Visited NOLA for the second time and was adamant about eating where the locals ate. It was a great decision to eat at Up &Adam. Arrived around 10am, the late time was minimal. The hostess and server were pleasant and welcoming. Highly recommend go here.

Yelp
Alright! Up & Adam! Wait, it's up & at em! Either way let's get this show on the road lol First, thanks Donovan for providing quality service from start to end. Very hospitable staff and the hostess immediately sat me down upon arrival. This place is so warm and cozy, reminds me of having breakfast at the home of a family member that can throw down in the kitchen, because that is exactly what happened here! Coffee: I think NOLA has the secret recipe to amazingly brewed coffee. I only had 1 bad coffee encounter but all of the others were freshly brewed. This was one of those fresh brewed restaurants and they kept the refills coming! Food: For my entree, I ordered the seafood biscuit with a side of grits. From latter to former, the GRITS were creamy! You can tell that the kitchen staff knows how to prepare grits to perfection. It was delicious and I told myself that I should have ordered another bowl lol Now, moving on to the seafood biscuit, whatever the ingredients in this sauce....sign me up to eat more! This sauce, the seasoning, the addition of shrimp and crawfish-I'm having a nostalgic flashback!!!!!! It was AMAZING! Placed on the most buttery soft biscuits, these biscuits and the seafood goodness won my heart! After breakfast, I was full for a couple of hours and my mind continuously reflected on how enjoyable this meal was. Add this place to your list of restaurants to visit, I promise that you would be glad that you did.

Yelp
Up&Adam service was great but the food I had was lackluster experience. At 10:30 AM they were out of lemonade and tea. I ended up getting the apple juice. They no longer have the chicken and waffles on the menu. I ordered the stone ground grits and the waffle. Just skip them both. The grits I had to season with salt and pepper, they were a good consistency though. The waffle, honestly I could have mixed up some bisquick at my friends house. Tasted some of my friends biscuit it was excellent, flaky and sweet. My friend enjoyed her omlette, it looked great. The table next to me enjoyed their pancakes. I'd look through pictures on yelp of items before ordering.

Yelp
Amazing eats.! That biscuit was amazing!!!! When I say melt in your mouth.! It's delicious.! I usually only eat omelets from my Favorite eats NolaCraves..but y'all this was hitting.! Great place to do brunch with girls..or ya man.!

Yelp
Went here while on my birthday destination girls trip 2/15-2/18. Was referred by my coworker Jamal to go visit his friend Adam, the owner while there in LA. Food was GREAT. He played Stevie Wonder, Happy birthday song while bringing out shots with a candle lit. Then, he covered my meal. Everything was great from the ambiance, our waitress Bailey, to the outdoor seating area. Will definitely be going back when I visit again

Mandy M.

Yelp
Food was delicious and service was great. Went on a Sunday morning and only had to wait about 30 minutes w/ a party of 5 to get a table. Really nice seating inside and outside. Can't wait to go back!!

Leon W.

Yelp
The food was prepared well. It had very good flavor and was mouth watering. The service was very attentive and friendly. The ambiance was very inviting.

Yelp
The Hollygrove Hot Chicken biscuit is perfect for a quick, filling, and delicious breakfast. Service has been prompt both times I've been as well.

Yelp
Food was 10/10 and you can easily catch the trolley from canal street! The ambience is very homey, like eating in someone house and I actually enjoyed that!!
google avatar

Destinique D.

Yelp
When I walked to the door there was a gentleman there to open the door and greet me. That's a very nice touch. I was seated quickly. The waitress was warm and very friendly. I loved the atmosphere and architecture of the building. I want to start with the biscuit it was bomb I could have taken a dozen or more home with me!!!! I order the Tchoupitalous omelette, biscuit, and seasoned potatoes. The potatoes were hot and fresh, the omelette was good just missing something I can't put my finger on it. I wanted strawberry lemonade and they were out I was there first thing that morning a few after they opened so I was a little bit disappointed. But overall I was happy. Parking is the only thing I had an issue with just trying to figure where I could park. But I'll definitely return to try something different and to get more biscuits!!!
google avatar

Tunicia W.

Yelp
Yes yes yes! This restaurant is a small black owned gem located on Canal street, away from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter. Everything was amazing. My friend and i were going to just get mimosa carafe but the waitress talked us into trying the flight with different flavors. Best idea ever! The food came out fresh and hot and was very delicious. We also did not wait long for our food at all. I saw someone order a biscuit at the table next to us and the waitress kindly added it to my order. Talk about heaven on a plate! I was very pleased. I can't wait to come back!
google avatar

Sophia N.

Yelp
Weird vibes. Portions are small, catfish was slightly chewy, iced coffee was 99% water and milk, 1% coffee. Omelet was good but nothing memorable, especially for the price and portion size. Biscuits were delicious! I would return for just a singular biscuit (takeout) lol.
google avatar

Priscilla W.

Yelp
The wait was about 35 minutes to be seated. The service was outstanding. There was R&B playing in the background. The fish and grits were good but could've used a bit more sauce. The honey butter biscuit alone was worth the drive from Metairie. I can't wait to return and try a few other dishes.
google avatar

Jessica W.

Yelp
I am not usually one to leave a review, but I was truly blown away by my experience at Up & Adam today. The service was so quick and my server was very attentive and helpful. The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD! I had the seafood biscuit and finished the whole dish in 10 minutes. For a dish this good, I was amazed at the affordability. A coffee and a full dish only cost me $20! I will definitely be back and 100% will recommend this spot to friends and family.
google avatar

Kaci L.

Yelp
This was my first time at this establishment, and they didn't disappoint. The food was well seasoned and absolutely delicious. My family and I shared the fire cracker shrimp as an appetizer. My girls had the pancake trio with a side of grits, my husband had the Downtown breakfast, and I had the catfish with rice and crawfish and crab cream sauce ( I forgot the name of my meal ). The service was good and the food came out quickly. The space is quaint but comfortable. This restaurant is a must try, you won't regret it. The food that is coming out of the kitchen is exceptional! Keep up the good work!
google avatar

Amanda L.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing brunch. I can't say enough good things about the food, service and ambiance. It's such a vibe. We loved the music and the waitress was so great. Get the chicken biscuit. The sauce on it is INCREDIBLE. I'll be craving this place!

Lisa G.

Yelp
Wow. What a gem in New Orleans! Black owned breakfast and brunch spot. First, it is located in an old New Orleans style home. It was small but quaint. The staff were friendly and attentive. Of course the best part was the food. I had the tchoupitoulas omelet. It was a mouth watering blend of flavors that I find hard to describe. Shrimp, crab and cheese with an egg? It's the sauce that makes all the difference. The pancakes were fluffy and full of flavor. Most of all, I couldn't say enough positive things about the grits!!! Perfectly seasoned and buttered. I'm usually adding all kinds of stuff to most restaurant grits, but not here. Absolute perfection. We didn't try the biscuits but they looked amazing. All in all, go early to miss the crowd. But more importantly, when in New Orleans, go!!
google avatar

Anthony M.

Yelp
My partner & I just finished the best breakfast we've had in a long time here! I had the Up&Adam breakfast, eggs over medium, grits w/cheese, bacon & sausage links with a biscuit. Everything was phenomenal, the biscuit was definitely made in-house. The waitress was sweet and attentive and everyone was smiling and welcoming us, which means a lot to me personally. Also, LOVED the music and decor. 5/5, great start to our last day on vacation in NOLA.

Yelp
Stopped by Up & Adam Eatz this morning. I was so excited to try this BOB because I've read & heard many reviews. Our server was nice. We started with drinks first , I had a lemonade & my husband had a sweet tea ( wasn't sweet ). We ordered our meals next I had The Who Dats Chicken & Waffles & my husband ordered the Tchoupitoulas Omelette. We both disliked our food my waffle was hard & the chicken tenders were frozen not freshly made :( . The sauce on the omelette was okay , it was lacking flavor. And needed more seasoning. We had to get up and ask the bar service area for cutlery & syrup. When our food was bought out to us I think they probably forgot because the servers had so many areas to attend to. If I could rate the food it would definitely be a 1/5.
google avatar

Brandon T.

Yelp
Have you ever just went out of town just for food & drinks? Well I did lol. Went to New Orleans for two days just to enjoy their food. Those two days were not enough. One of the spots I enjoyed was Up & Adam off Canal. Katrina was a great server even while managing multiple tables. Due to being slightly hungover, I wasn't able to enjoy the mimosas, but they looked great. I'll be back for more.
google avatar

Daezha B.

Yelp
I'm a fan of Up and Adam! I've been here a few times and each visit has gotten better and better. I love how it is always easy to be seated here and never an awfully long wait. Overall, the waitstaff are nice and knowledgeable about the menu items. For some reason, every waitress suggests everyone should try the homemade biscuit, however I'm not really a biscuit type of girl so I'm not able to vouch for its quality. However, I CAN vouch for the Tchoupitoulas omelette! It is simply amazing! It's loaded with shrimp, crab, and crawfish with the most delectable sauce ever! I always pair it with a side waffle which adds the perfect amount of sweet to the savory omelette. I have also had the "pink drink" here. It is decent, not very sweet and also not strong at all. It's decent!

Yelp
We tried to get a table for Mother's Day a few months ago, but had no success. They had so many people on the waitlist that they weren't accepting any additional customers. Today was a different experience. We stopped in for breakfast on a Friday morning and were seated immediately. We arrived just in time because the crowd started rolling in about 15 minutes after we ordered. I had the shrimp and grits and my wife had the pancakes and a side waffle. I was surprised by the serving size of the grits. It was a huge bowl of creamy, cheesy grits with plump, juicy shrimp. It also had a sprinkling of crawfish. The sauce was good, too, but I have had better. The pancakes were fluffy and buttery. Unfortunately, the waffle was flabby, but it smelled good. My wife brought it home and planned to throw it in the air fryer. Our server Jocelyn was great. She was sweet, fast and attentive. You know how half way through the dining experience the server goes AWOL? Well, Jocelyn checked on us throughout the meal, from start to finish. We loved the ambiance. It's clean and airy. It's how I imagine a bed and breakfast to be. The restaurant is located in a renovated, two-story New Orleans home. It has a similar vibe to many of the restaurants in the Uptown area that were previously residences. Think Atchafalaya restaurant. The Spotify station was on point with classic R&B playing in the background. Can't wait to return so that I can try the chicken biscuit.
google avatar

Rona W.

Yelp
The food here was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed the fish and grits. Full of flavor and the fish fried to perfection. I will definitely come back to try other things on the menu. The service was excellent! The ambiance was nice also. This place has an authentic New Orleans vibe! Love it!

Yelp
As you enter the restaurant, it feels homey like you've just entered your grandma's house. Old school jams were playing from a speaker near my table. I believe my waiter's name was Sterling, overall he was helpful. He answered all of my questions that I had as I expressed it was my first time dining there. I ordered "The Up & Adam Breakfast" and it was pretty basic. The "seasoned potatoes" weren't seasoned and wasn't fresh potatoes. The eggs were bland as well. The biscuit was homemade and drizzled in honey. Overall, the food was just okay and missed the mark for me in the the taste department. It reminded me of the breakfast that I was served in school.

Yelp
Up & Adam Eatz (BLABK OWNED) was good choice in brunch spot on a Friday morning. SHORT STORY Food was pretty good. It's a brunch spot, so breakfast and regular plates. Casual dress (tracksuits/ jeans & tshirt to sundresses) R&B music playing in the background. May be a wait, 15-20 minutes for a table just depends on movement, there is a 90 minute sit down time as well, may or may not be enforced just depends on the crowd. (reservations may be best) NO SPLIT CHECKS!!! It's a very small place roughy 11 small tables with about 8 bar seats and 2 outside seating tables. STREET PARKING ONLY but at the CANAL/SCOTT Streetcar (Trolly) stop. LONG STORY Arrived on a Friday morning about 11am. There was a 15 minute wait for table for 3 which really was a lesser wait time. The stag always came to greet you and ask how many in the party. There seem to be someone always working to get you table. When we got a table, we were greeted and informed that the kitchen was running slower than usual. Orders where taken and drinks coffee as we waited for our food. It did take the food a while to come to the table but we were notified before so it wasn't crazy. We had drinks and good conversation while we waited. I ordered the Hollygrove chicken biscuit and potatoes. It was really good! The potatoes were good as well. Also pictured are the boudin balls. I tasted some of the fried fish that a friend ordered as well and it was really good too. They also gave big portions.

Yelp
My new favorite breakfast spot in New Orleans! I went with the Tchoupitoulas omelette, and it was mouthwatering. Perfect ratio of fluffy egg and fillings, topped off with crab meat cream sauce. My spouse went with the catfish & pancake dish, which was a perfect combination of sweet and savory flavor. Wish I was a local because I would be here every weekend. Bailey and the staff at Up and Adamz were amazing. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Yelp
Tik tok did right by me on this trip. I am not too far out from Nola so I don't mind driving out for good food. Parking sucks but that is normal. The building is small but nicely kept up. If you have a big party be prepared to wait. We arrived to a quoted hour wait time and waited pretty much that full hour. Once inside service was spotty. Do not go if you are in a rush as it seems as if they are/were short staff. Only reason I took off a star because even with the advantage of knowing this is an issue we still waited for service a little longer than expected. But on to the good part. The food was soooo good. We decided to get a good bit of stuff to try. The boudin balls are ok (if you're a La native it's not high on the list of boudin. Might skip it and try another app next time). The downtown breakfast with the pork chop was seasoned very well and was yummy. The omelette my hubs had was also very good. He tore the plate up very quickly. He did advise the biscuit was a little dry but edible. The waffle was basic but perfect to top with the rest of the meal. They also have some cocktails (rum punch was really good). Highly recommend for anyone that wants to brunch in Nola.

Yelp
Omgggg I love this spot! So we went on a weekday. Got there as soon as they opened, so we were the only ones there. Such a cute spot! Service was very good. Attentive and gave great recommendations. We started with mimosas. Ordered the seafood omelet with the delicious honey biscuit. Shrimp and grits with pancakes! When I tell you everything was . Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Whenever I'm in NOLA I always try shrimp and grits from different places. I will no longer be doing that since I finally found a place that is definitely worth trying again. These were the best shrimp and grits I've ever had!! Not only was the food delicious the service was exceptional. Jasmine was our waitress and she was extremely attentive and friendly. We will definitely make this a regular stop when we are in town.

Yelp
Quiet and timely for a random Friday morning. The building is an old creole townhouse turned restaurant with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered coffee, the garden district omelette, and sides of grits and catfish. The coffee was distinct. With subtle hints of sweetness that reminded me of maple flavor. The egg omelette was large and packed with spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onions, and tomatoes. The grits were cooked perfectly. Creamy and just the right amount of salt. However a side of grits was $7! Seems a bit over priced in my opinion but I ordered and ate it anyways. The side of catfish was superb. It was fried lightly, with the right amount of crunch and seasoned well. I'll be back again to try some more menu items and have a cocktail or two. No parking lot. You will have to find a spot on the street or take the street car.
