"Right across from the Canal streetcar, you’ll find some of the cheesiest grits at Up & Adam, a great breakfast spot in Mid-City. These have got an extra dairy edge with not only shredded cheese, but queso as well. Get an order of those with some catfish, a huge buttery chicken biscuit, and shake a little Crystal hot sauce on everything. The Incredible Hulk mimosa—with a potent combo of Hpnotiq, Hennessy, and champagne—is the ideal morning beverage here.
