"This cozy wine bar has an extensive selection available by the glass or bottle, plus small plates like pimento cheese and four varieties of open-faced tartines, with nearly everything priced under $15 and most snacks ringing in under $10. The walls are lined with old movie posters and signage in French, complemented by white subway tiling, while black and white films often play on mute.
