The Best Breakfast Restaurants in Dallas | Eater Dallas

"This little brewery in Lake Highlands recently expanded its offerings to include breakfast. The new menu adds dishes such as the Fowl Habit, a jalapeño cheddar biscuit with fried chicken breast, sausage cream gravy, and hot glitter honey drizzle; a breakfast sandwich on focaccia with eggs, bacon, Provolone, vegetables, and pepper aioli; and avocado toast on sourdough with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and pickled carrots. It serves Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters espresso all day and night. Eat inside on the family-style picnic tables, at the counter, or on the large covered patio. Parking is easy, especially in the morning." - Courtney E. Smith

Best Breweries in Dallas | Eater Dallas

"Like much of Lake Highlands, this spot is family-friendly with brews on tap but also a kitchen pumping out sourdough pizzas, sandwiches, and chicken wings. Bands perform with regularity, and trivia nights are a blast, and the covered, turfed patio is a fine place to camp out when the weather’s nice. Vector recently added breakfast service, with tea and coffee, so you can swing by even when you’re not drinking beer." - Courtney E. Smith

I swung by Vector for a pint and a four pack to go and got reminded about what an incredible beer community we have here in North Texas. Tommy and John were such great hosts, welcoming me with warm smiles and friendly conversation. I don’t make it up here too often as an Oak Cliff resident, but Vector Brewing is a gem with top tier brews. Pints of IPA, and a four pack of crowd pleasers to go made me SOOOO happy I made the trip up here. If you haven’t been lately, or at all, make a point to do it soon.

I love Vector and miss it now after leaving Dallas. The bartenders are always so so nice and helpful and the food is good. Lots of kids so just be prepared for that. It kind just comes with the area they're in though.

Google
Great, family-owned shop perfect for our nook of Dallas. I love that their pizzas are creative and offer some breaks from the traditional options. That’s not to say their pepperoni and cheese isn’t killer- my kids LOVE Vector. Yes they can get busy and their patio has kiddos roaming, but that’s the point of a neighborhood spot. Everyone is welcome and there is space for them to exist. We particularly love a lunch on the patio with the whole family or cozying up at the high tops for adult time. The owners, Craig & Veronica, truly care about what they’re doing and have brought so much to Lake Highlands. They’re heavily involved in the community and always sponsor great events throughout the year. A spot not to be missed.

Google
I love Vector. They have a great selection of beer and wine on tap, their food is delicious, and they have some really great events. I'm tempted to dock one star for the Hamburger Pizza not being a permanent fixture. It was so good! Anyway, I love how inclusive they are. I've been to a couple of their drag show events and they never disappoint. My friends with kids love bringing them for their patio. Vector has a rule of no kids after 6pm (I think) which is a nice accomodation for those of us who want to visit without kids running around. My friends with kids say it's not a deal breaker since that's about the time they're getting ready for bed anyway.

Love the bar! Great vibes and good food. The trivia host is REALLY awful, though. We've been multiple times, and his questions have tons of typos and incorrect answers. He literally said, "Whatever, who cares?" When asked about questions that he made mistakes on. There are literally 5+ mistakes per evening. To answer his question, people who come to a trivia night care about accuracy and to respond like that to over 30 people is crazy. Wish they had a new host who wasn't so clearly depressed, apathetic, and unqualified. Management, PLEASE look into this. Otherwise, we LOVE this bar. They constantly host events to support the community and are very family friendly.

Amazing avocado toast! And, my hubbie had the Fowl Habit and texted our besties that there is a new contender for best sausage gravy. And the beer - 🍻

Google
I love this place! The pizza is amazing! The wine is top notch and their events are the best in the ‘hood!

We had a great time at Vector for a 30th birthday celebration. We rented out the Barrel Room and enjoyed pizzas, appetizers, and brews while watching March Madness! Highly recommend Vector for your next event 😊

Yelp
The drag brunch is amazing! Food is great! Drinks are even better! Such a cool patio and vibe!

Yelp
We came here for a close friend's birthday party and had about 12 people in our party. There's a main room, a small patio area outside, and an outdoor space with closed off plastic "curtains". Bar food menu with fancy pizzas and Sammie's, plenty of beer/wine options. I started off with a flight and really enjoyed the Santa Aurora which was a coffee flavored ale. The beers are very light and enjoyable, as I'm not big on ciders and strong flavors. To each their own!! I also tried a strawberry mead which was great!! The curds looked amazing and everybody raved about their craft pizzas. Very thin crust FYI. Loved the curled pepperonis. Only gripe I have is, the birthday called ahead of time asking if his brother could bring his kids because there's a stipulation on their website that states no children past 8 pm, and they responded that they do enforce that rule, so brother didn't go. We got there at 8 pm, and the place was PACKED with all sorts of children, including babies until we left at 10:30 pm. Also included a huge party of middle schoolers. Other than that, very cool little place in Dallas with good brews and decent food.

Yelp
Terrible service. Ordering system is extremely cumbersome. We had to get our own plates, silverware, water, etc:.. Brussel sprouts were good, but that's all. We left without ordering food and went to El Vencino, which was outstanding.

Yelp
A great morning for a yummy breakfast. I love the outdoor seating so our crumb catcher can join us. The "order at the counter and it will be delivered to your table of choice" works well. The cinnamon roll had a tasty icing but it was a little gooey in the center. The jalapeño sausage roll had the right amount of mild heat but the Fowl Habit jalapeño chicken cheddar biscuit with bacon, sausage gravy and honey drizzle was the WINNER. Unlimited refills on coffee made the morning complete. Everyone seated around us was happy and enjoyed the piped music and casual atmosphere.

Yelp
Location West Highlands, off Walnut and Audelia Parking Large open lot Atmosphere Brewery, family friendly Seating High tops, large low tables/ benches, great for groups, large families Service At the counter or QR The table WR covered the wifi password Menu Salads, pizza, wine, beer, large water tank, soft drinks We had the cheese pizza-crunch thin crust-perfect, cheesy with the right amount of sauce-not too much. The salads are huge-you can choose already made or from a variety of greens-arugula, spinach, spring mix, and pizza toppings. We had the caesar that was good but our friend had the arugula with Brussel sprouts and chicken which looked better. Great wine and beer selection. Note-weekly specials and cooking classes offered-check calendar. Summary Our son and family like to meet up here-dependable healthy menu, great food, awesome beverages. Very family and group friendly.

Yelp
Delicious pizza and beer, amazing service. We ordered the squeaky cheese (aka cheese curds) and a pizza with prosciutto, pear, Gorgonzola, arugula, and fig sauce. So tasty. I had a seasonal cherry mead and a cinnamon pumpkin latte (yes, they have caffeine) while I was there and they were also delicious. Their service was super friendly and quick too. We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Let me start by saying I frequent all the breweries in DFW but first time trying Vector. The place is an absolute dump with zero redeeming qualities. It's tucked away in a strip mall and the parking sucks. The bartender, who looked like she stepped out of a low end strip club with tattoos on the backs of her legs, was extremely rude and inattentive. I love craft beer and love to support local breweries but out of 6 beers not even one was remotely decent. The pizza was greasy and crust was soggy. They can't even be bothered to put a tarp over the patio area, where we were forced to sit due to them not allowing pets inside despite advertising as a pet friendly venue, with the rain pouring down, so even that was garbage. Hate having to give these kind of reviews to local spots but this is hands down the worst brewery I've ever visited out of hundreds. Would avoid at all costs, especially with much better options in the area.

Yelp
I thought the food and beers were great here. I really enjoyed the outside patio, which was dog friendly and very welcoming for all ages. My favorite dish was the mini beignet like sweets with honey. The decor in the inside was also super cute and welcoming. I can't really rate the service because there wasn't much interaction with staff except for dropping off food. We ordered everything through the QR code in our phone and even paid the tab on the phone. So little to no interaction with staff. I'd definitely come back though. I'd love to try their order beers. Their beer names were so unique and fun!

Yelp
This is a great place for pizza and beer. The place is spacious inside and they have a nice patio on the side. Although, with the recent storm, I think it lost some of the covered shade. They have a variety of beer and wine to try. The most recent time we went I tried the Digital Magic and it was great. The squeaky cheese appetizer is tasty. The pizzas are fantastic. Try the Fine Swine or Angry Bee if you are looking for something unique. They have live music some nights as well as trivia. The staff are friendly and give great recommendations. They have a convenient mobile ordering/check out system as well.

Yelp
What a great place! My kids and I arrived in Dallas from Philadelphia to visit our Texas family and this was the spot my sister chose for us on our first night. This is a really good place! Big dining room, rustic with high ceilings and tables spread out including a couple of velvet chairs with a long coffee table (this is the corner my twenty-something daughters chose for us to settle in). We ordered fried cheese curds, pizza (the fine swine) and drinks all around. The beer list is strong! They also offer wine and a variety of cocktails. The food was delicious and service was quick and friendly while our table was periodically cleared as we enjoyed a couple of drinks and caught up on life. There is a delightfully huge outside area but Texas with its 100 degrees has put that on pause for the time being. Order any of the pizzas! The crust is so good! Sturdy and chewy! I definitely would recommend the fried cheese curds. We gobbled them down. I am in Texas quite often because as I said... this is home to very dear family members. I am definitely coming back here. This makes for a good time with a great place in which to hang, drink and eat good food.

Yelp
I absolutely love Vector!! The folks here are so welcoming and it feels like home! My dog and I come weekly after the dog park. The beers are legit!! They are also open from breakfast and coffee which is great. Their pizzas and salads are fantastic- never had a bite of food that wasn't delish! They do fun events at - trivia nights, drag shows, cooking classes! They are so extra in the best way! If beer isn't your jam the wine list is extensive and really well curated. Something for everyone!! Check them out!

Yelp
Beer was tasty. Very busy establishment the night we went but they got to everyone quickly. Pizza was huge and fresh!

Keely J.

Yelp
Love this place, staff is always great and inviting. I bring both my dogs there and they are both treated like kings. Took one on a cold rainy day, sat under the covered walkway out front and still had staff brave the cold to say hi and make sure I had what I needed. The pizza is superb, love the crust and the vast variety of toppings. Also, the chicken sandwich is on some amazing sourdough bread so that alone is worth the trip. I honestly have zero opinion on the beer sadly since I am not a beer drinker, but I have heard the IPAs, especially the seasonal Top Cut are to die for, but that is all just hearsay. Anyway, fun place, only issue at all is parents tend to let their kids run wild on patio, but that isn't a Vector issue, that's a parent issue. Totally worth the trip to go see them! Employees are like a family and the food will be sure to delight.

Yelp
I loved the beers and wine. The lady at the front just was not very nice. It is very nice inside and in a good area though. The food smelt good.

Yelp
I can't really speak to the ambiance because we picked up this order to go. But the service was great! Our order was ready on time and it was super rainy when we got there so the guy offered to walk it out the the car for us which was very much appreciated! We ordered the chonkers cheese bread which was delicious and so was the dipping sauce. It was like a slightly cream based marinara, but not heavy, it was really good and nice and hot. The rotator pizza when I went was the elote pizza which was good but didn't quite hit the spot like I expected it to. I think the brisket may have been a bit much, and it was a bit dry. The concept was good but it just got a bit lost in translation. We also got the Curry pizza with fried tempura. The flavors on this pizza and the creativity and concept was amazing, absolutely delicious and I don't even like tofu but my sister promised me it was delicious. And it was! The only thing that was a bit awkward was that the tempura fried tofu were cut into cubes the size of old school bubble gum, I think if the pieces were jut a bit smaller and better spread out it would've been easier to eat. Maybe in little sticks instead of cubes?? I don't know how easy that would be to do, but regardless, the flavor was amazing!

Yelp
First, the beer is great. Very creative and diverse offerings, so there's certainly something to appeal to all beer nerds. BUT, this review is to praise Vector in breakfast mode. Coffee - just great. Breakfast sandwich - even greater (the only bad thing I can say about it is that it's on the menu as a "Brekky Sando" or some such nonsense). Overlook that, and you've got a beautiful, savory, eggy sandwich on the most light and delicious bread I can imagine. I assume it's focaccia or something related, but it's so much better than anything similar anywhere. The chilaquiles are also killer, but my heart belongs to the sandwich. Do yourself a big favor, get out of bed RIGHT NOW (assuming it's before 11 a.m. RIGHT NOW), and get to Vector. Pronto!

Yelp
A local spot for family and friends in the Lake Highlands area! Both indoor and outdoor seating makes this place an easy choice when deciding where to eat on a nice day. The QR code outside on the patio tables is REALLY helpful when it is busy in the inside line or you are sitting with kids outside and want to place an order. The pizza is delicious! Lots of created ones to choose from the menu or create your own. Other items on menu as well that are good! Great place to come!

Julie C.

Yelp
Very pricy food for what you get--$12 for a large Caesar salad which consisted solely of a bowl of chopped romaine, a few croutons, and some loose cheese. You get a side of dressing in a small cup and have to dress the thing yourself. Quality was fine but not worth $12 under any way you look at it. We also ordered a mushroom pizza. $25 pizza and as I ate, I kept encountering sections of straight salt. Like table salt that had been dumped in sections on the pizza. It was kinda gross. Totally unimpressed that that particular pizza. Atmosphere was fine for a neighborhood joint with a live band and lots of young families. If you don't mind 20 toddlers/little kids running around unminded, you'll like it. It didn't bother me under the circumstances because we were with a big group and were there to see the band. But if I had been there with just my spouse, I would have been miserable. 2 stars did the food. 3 stars for the atmosphere. 5 stars for the interesting canned kombucha they sell. I'm now on the hunt to find a local retailer, so that find alone was worth the visit IMO.

Yelp
Came in for bingo this past week. We each got a flight. I drank ciders and mead both of which were very tasty. My boyfriend got a flight if they're beers and he really enjoyed them. The place seemed pretty empty for an event night compared to other breweries in the area. We ended up getting the duros to snack on which were great! Would love to try the pizza sometime as it looked very good! Bingo was fun but did not go to all the rounds due to lack of attendance which was a bit disappointing. The prizes were also very unconventional as we won a blueray dvd player other groups got a bread pan and alarm clock radio. Overall due to the beer we'd probably come back again to try out the pizza!
google avatar

Yelp
Been here twice. Great local spot. Beer is good and has a decent selection of other bevs if beer isn't your thing. Felt at home with a lively atmosphere and lots of kids around with attentive parents. All of our pizzas were good.

Yelp
Wait, what????!!!! Italian style coffee beverages & tasty breakfast at our neighborhood craft brewpub?! Yes, chef! Please and thank you. They started serving yesterday as I saw in the newsletter of goings-on, so me and hubby headed over around 9:45 am today (Wednesday 8/7/24) since they serve breakfast from 7-11 am if I recall correctly. Heart-broken for SoCal but Vector is filling the gap in the Walnut Hill/Audelia SE corner shopping center. Order from the register right now vs. QR code for lunch/dinner. They said they will expand into online ordering in the future for people on-the-go. Nice varied menu and specialty Italian-style coffees to put a skip in your step. Hubby got the Chilaquiles - tender scrambled eggs on spicy special pepper salsa (forgot the name) on special chips...mmmm...and I got the Brekkie Sandwich on Focaccia bread and it was also "fire." (Sorry no photographs, I was distracted). I got a Croissant for my Cappuccino because when I tear off a piece and soak it, it's a little bite of heaven from France & Italy. Paris Olympics on the TV's and soothing music playing in the AM. They told us today's coffee is temporary until they get their shipment in, and it was good and intensely flavorful. They have the high-end espresso machines here. This is not your large latte in a paper cup kind of thing, but around 4 oz. shots served in big ceramic cappuccino cups. ***But here's the tip: On my 2nd Cappuccino, a staff member asked if I wanted to try a flavor syrup and I heard "LAVENDER" so I said, "yes please" and YES, LAVENDER!!! It's going to be my new go-to. Sweet but not too sweet and if you haven't tried Lavender Cappuccino, expand your pallet.**** Brava and Bravo Vector, appreciate a new breakfast & coffee destination in my neighborhood.

Andrea C.

Yelp
Zero stars isn't an option. The absolute worst possible carry out system and don't answer phones when you call constantly for 20 minutes. Also when your order does finally go through it doesn't tell you a time.
google avatar

Brian M.

Yelp
Great neighborhood spot that just happens to have the best damn beers in Texas. They have built something truly special and Lake Highlands is lucky to have it.
google avatar

Dipesh P.

Yelp
5 stars for a micro brewery that's family friendly and 3 stars for the patio heaters that didn't really keep us warm! The pizza is pretty unique bc it's sour dough! The beers are super delicious and I love that they have flights as well which I personally love. The outdoor area is a family dream. Anyone with kids under 12 should make sure this spot is ok their regular rotation!

Karmen M.

Yelp
Always awesome pizza. Beers rotate often, and are tasty. Live music offerings are great, too. Love the typography-themed wallpaper!

Becca M.

Yelp
Terrific pizza. Really! And the Brussels sprouts are delicious. Really!!! We watched tray after tray go by. Had a MakeYourOwn pizza and next time, even if we order them as an app, the pie will include the sprouts! We actually put a large table together, specifically to hear Mark McKenzie. We've years of following him around Dallas, but it was everyone's first visit here. Can't wait to return.
google avatar

Reena G.

Yelp
This would be a fun place on a day when it's not a holiday. We came on Mother's Day and there was a live band which we would have enjoyed if it wasn't so loud. The person at the cashier wasn't in the best mood either. They do have good pizzas but some of the other items were just okay. They have craft beers and mead here on tap. The mead was really good. I would come back for drinks.
google avatar

Nety D.

Yelp
The restaurant has a nice chill vibe to it making it a good place for a friend dinner. A little loud for date night but could've been due to a bridal party going on at same time. Service was good and fast for amount of people at time we went! The actual Good living pizza was very good too and would order again. Only con is we wished it had more prosciutto as it wasn't a ton on it.
google avatar

Yelp
After more than half a day of shopping, we were in the mood for a family-friendly place where the kid could eat something and the adults could have a cold beverage. This place has been on our list and since we live in Lake Highlands, off we went. The bar/restaurant has an outdoor patio which is nice but there was kinda loud music so that was not kid friendly. They have a couple of kid things on the menu, but to me this is not a kid friendly place. Everyone was an adult and drinking. That's fine, just not what we wanted on this trip. I did not see other families. There was no table service when we were there. You order your beers in one line and if you want pizza, you order that in a separate line. There was no food choice other than pizza. We ended up having a beer and leaving because it was not what we were looking for. The wife and I will return, but I would not come here again if we are looking for family friendly.

Micky C.

Yelp
Super cute brewery and pizza place! Offering a variety of creative pizzas (eg the Angry Bee with glitter hot honey!) and BYO options. MY VEGANS! This place has great vegan pizza! Vegan cheese and plenty of veg options to customize your own. No liquor here but the michelada I had was really good (maybe just too much Sonic ice) - the right amount of spice. I would like to go back & try some of the brewery offerings for sure now. The QR code to order was a little glitchy so I ordered at the counter instead and the service was pretty good all around. They have a large outdoor space that was all enclosed when I went so you would probably be fine here still on a chilly night. Great place to bring your dog on the patio or a bunch of energetic kids. They seem to have quite a few events planned as well - trivia, etc. They also support their local community by having Girl Scouts come on the weekends during cookie season & sell cookies.
google avatar

Teresa L.

Yelp
Mixed thoughts on this local brewery. Pizza, Duros appetizer and beer flight, $50. Pricey lunch, which I don't mind, but the food wasn't very good. Duro appetizer was very soggy and pizza was not my cup of tea. Heavy sauce and cheese. Paid $2 for a hot honey drizzle and couldn't taste it. Almost $20 pizza, $9 for soggy Duros. Beer flight of 4, 5oz beers - $2.50-$3 ea. Great service from a friendly staff and loved the beer. Would definitely go for a beer but not for food.
google avatar

Jennifer D.

Yelp
I really enjoy this place. Their options are great, their staff is usually pretty good, and they brew some good beers. I recently had a birthday here. At first, we were told that we could have the entire tap room but then it happened to be on the same night that they were launching some sort of Bingo. My party was only supposed to be 35 people, but it grew to 50 people, so we had to go outdoors. I made reservations in advance. It was cold outside, but the heaters helped a little. My party started at 8:30 pm and at 9:00 pm the restaurant announced last call for food. We had a great time but it was a little chaotic. If you plan a party, make sure it doesn't coincide with another event that takes place at the same time, and maybe keep it to 40 people tops. The noise from the indoor event will be pumped into the outdoor space and you will have a tough time hearing anything. Also, clarify with the staff how they want your guests to order food. We thought at least one person would come out to the patio to take our orders. We were wrong. Instead, between 8:45 pm and 9:00 pm my party made a mad dash to the counter and ordered their food. I think we may have overwhelmed their staff. Overall, this is my favorite pizza place in Dallas. They have the BEST Vegan pizza.

Yelp
Great place for a Sunday dinner night. Delicious pizza beer and wine. Good service, atmosphere and very relaxing. I highly recommend this place. Servers are friendly and always have a smile on their face.

Yelp
I seriously love this place, everything about it screams "Hurray Weekend"!! One is the most of the most perfect pizza and beer joints in Lake Highlands. Their Keep Calm And Curry On pizza is a work of art starting with a hand-tossed crust, a fragrant, red curry sauce topped with the Vector cheese blend, tempura fried tofu that's been tossed in a spicy agave, goat cheese crumbles and cilantro. To know my is to know that I'm a hardcore carnivore but this pizza here is perfection without any meat. I think they might have changed their recipe a bit because the first time I had it I recall it being a bit more spicy but I don't mind the change at all, I actually love it even more now. The drinks that I had tonight were where they fell a little short for me, the Trinity Cideboob is a cider made with fresh, watermelon juice that tasted of watered down here with watermelon juice and had a weird smell that I didn't care for and the Blackberry Mead I tried afterwards tasted like grapes Skittles with a tart finish. They weren't horrible but they weren't great either. They have a great variety of various other beers and pizza to suit all tastes so I highly recommend anyone check this place out. It's a really great hangout spot to meet up with friends, to have a fun date night and it's family-friendly and they have a dog-friendly patio too for well-behaved pups!!

Fishy A.

Yelp
This place used to be good. The staff is great and the owners seem great. However, the food quality seems to have dropped significantly. Dough quality varies drastically day to day. I understand humidity can alter proofing, but this crust seems to range from thin crust to a more doughy hand tossed on any other day. Sauce seems watery, and the arrangement of toppings seem to be put on haphazardly. Plus the toppings seem flavorless and mealy. The staff also seems quite overwhelmed for the business they have. Just seems they have some issues they need to work on.

T S.

Yelp
I want to like Vector, I really do! Their pizzas are good and so are their wines. They strive to be a neighborhood gathering spot which is wonderful BUT THERE IS NOT ENOUGH SEATING -- PARTICULARLY WHEN TABLES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM ARE BEING RESEVERED FOR PARTIES!! On several visits we've been forced to sit outside at uncomfortable picnic tables because of parties inside. This is Texas and it's HOT. A few times we decided to go elsewhere. Expand your facility or open a reservable party room in the back for people to enjoy but don't make regular customers scrounge around for a table among all the partygoers and their balloons taking up the entire restaurant! Thank you.

John J.

Yelp
It's no wonder this neighborhood, kid & pet friendly, brew pup gets such great reviews, awards & positive magazine articles. The bartenders will happily bring you a generous sized taster for free to sample a beer. All of their beers are SO GOOD, one has a difficult time deciding which brew to imbibe! The pizzas are so thick & amazing, they shame all the so called, "pizzerias"! My wife & I order pizza there all the time & are stuffed after eating only two, three pieces & we always have to get a freebie box to take the rest home, without fail!! Their beer & pizza bar has the most expensive, comfortable barstools of any place in Dallas! Don't believe me? Go see for yourself!! Vector is our favorite place to go!!

Yelp
I love Vector Brewing's family friendly atmosphere and all-weather, dog-friendly patio. With good heaters and patio coverage, you can sit outside and stay warm and dry in most weather. They have trivia Tuesday evenings which is a fun way to experience Vector! When you arrive, it's first-come first-serve seating. You can either order at the counter or order via Toast Tab on your phone so you can just hang out at your table. Just beware, when it's busy the pizza can take a while so order an appetizer if you're hungry! Beer wise, I have quite a few favorites including the Roast Negligence, Kleinegeist, Bullpen Classic, and Apfelholz. You can order taster, half pour, or full pour sizes of beer, which is great if you don't want to commit to a full beer of one variety. They also serve wine, so Vector is friendly for your non-beer drinking friends. Food wise, pizzas come in 10" or 14". They taste like pizza from your childhood, but for the adult palate. I never would have selected the Angry Bee, but my friend ordered it and now it's my go-to pizza. Warning that the hot honey drizzle is not messing around so it's nice to have a beer and/or another flavor of pizza to help cut the spice.

Yelp
Tried Vector for the first time and loved the hip vibe in the neighborhood. We ordered the curry pizza, Brussel sprouts, fried onions and a couple brews. Actually, the Brussel sprouts came out by accident so we kept them (amazing!). Our server recommended the curry pizza and mentioned it's "underrated". He was super friendly and let us know he would give us another pizza on him if we didn't enjoy. It was good but heavier with a lot of chili oil drizzled on the top. Could use less of the oil and a bit sweet for me. However, all and all a great experience and exceptional beers brewed onsite! Highly recommend for families and they host special events. Next time I want to try a more classic pizza.

Yelp
The service has taken a turn for the worst. We visited on July 9th around 3pm. Light crowd, almost exclusively inside due to the sweltering weather. The beer and pizza is still excellent. The service, however, is not. Glassy eyed, lethargic, intoxicated, frequent trips into the walk-in to do some sort of intoxicant. Yawning disinterest in the customers seated at the bar top. We had to actively wave them down to order another beer and food. We met the owner, a female. She treats the staff like long lost friends, hence the lack of seriousness in the execution of their jobs. She didn't introduce herself, didn't give us her name, and look genuinely offended by the polite, but firm critical feedback Vector is a victim of its success. Convinced it cannot fail, regardless of the service. Sad. My prediction, given the severe downturn we are headed into economically, is that Vector will be gone in less than 24 months. Top to bottom, from the owner down to the front of house staff, no one seems to be the least bit worried by the horrid, inattentive, contemptuous service. Oh, and Carter L., you nosy busy-body, mind your own business. We had closed our tab and were on our way out the door.

Yelp
We're regulars. My wife and I came in for the rotator pie( Cheeseburger pizza) and some cold beer and some of their great wines. We're always treated well and eat here at least twice a month. The beers are creative and the pizzas are always stellar. Shout out to Josh for looking after us as usual and to the owner who had to put up with a couple of arseholes while we there. Kept her cool and showed them the door. Love it that they're busy even during the week and the weekends and that they have a toddler curfew for those of us who'd rather not listen to toddlers and dodge them while we're eating. Monotone Trivia on Tuesday nights is great, if you're a trivia hound and like pizza and beer, then this is your place. Highly recommended. Carter

Yelp
Wasn't impressed with this place. We came for the crawfish boil, they was no outdoor seating left, so we had to sit inside. I couldn't tell if it was waiter service or not, we just ended up going through the food line for beer, which made no sense. For some reason they chose to only serve 10oz beers, hey you have a crawfish boil going on, people want to enjoy themselves and drink, and you only gave me a sippy cup - no bueno. The crawfish was cold and bland, the only thing that was hot was the lone potato. There was another crawfish event going on that day but I chose Vector as they had sausage and shrimp too, which meant a little piece of sausage and two shrimps. Not impressed at all, the brewery is in a nice location, but our experience was terrible. The bartender pouring the little beers was rude. Won't be coming back here unfortunately.

Yelp
Pizza and beer was AMAH ZING!! The service was problematic which in turn made for my mother's week of celebrations turned a positivity exercise. Test 1 - Order ahead for to-go was unavailable. Test 2 - The cashier was rude and obstructive. My mom asked questions, to receive answers like "you tell me". She explained we would like to come back in 20 minutes and he said if you're not at a table then your food won't be served...we clarifiied again that we ordered to-go. He waved us away and waved on the next customers. Test 3 - We come to the counter to pickup our order. The cashier ignores us trying to get our order clearly on the bar. The appetizers are plated for the table, the pizzas are boxed, and the can of stout is in a glass. So we had to wait at the drink station, breathing and passing food over about 5 beers waiting for customers to grab ... because the cashier couldn't be bothered to handle the issue in a hygienic manner off to the side of the register. Sorry if my hair landed in your pint - the cashier was not cooperative

Yelp
Here's why we go to Vector: + convenient location + support local + we like the patio a lot + but the main reason is the Angry Bee pizza- it's delicious and unique Here's why we don't go more often: + lack of service + high prices ($17 for a cheese pizza, but I get it because rent there is STEEP, and supply prices just keep going up) + but the main reason we don't go more often is a soapbox issue of mine - tipping at counter service restaurants - and here, when they flip the screen to face the customer for you to sign, 20% is pre-selected for you. But ever worse, they won't even flip the screen and ask you to sign if you don't bring it up. They'll just close you out and put 20% on your tab without any permission from you. On past visits, I assumed it was the staff who collectively decided to do it this way. Tonight I asked the girl who was working the counter. She told me it's automated to be 20% (and that it used to be 25%, which she really liked) So two medium pizzas and water were $40ish with tax. And they expected $8 in tip when the only service given is the pizzas being dropped at the table and the table being cleared after you leave. You get your own waters and silverware. Get your own refills. Get your own to-go box. Which is all fine for a counter service place, because you're not paying for more than counter service. And 20% is the minimum I'd tip at a full service place. But there's a major disconnect here between the service and the tip. And it feels like a breach of trust between the customer and the establishment.

Yelp
Excellent brews and pizza! Family friendly with occasional live music and a few TVs to enjoy sports. The patio is excellent and very dog friendly. Vector is a local favorite for a reason.

Yelp
Worst service I've ever experienced in any restaurant. We went here before a daddy/daughter dance. Ordered a half cheese/half pepperoni pizza. After waiting 45 minutes, I went up to the bar to figure out where my order was. Wasn't acknowledged at all, it was as if I did not exist. So, I got in the order line and after waiting in that line for another 10 minutes I finally got somebody to acknowledge my existence. She went back to their iPad and scrolled and scrolled until she finally found my order they missed. She reached back and grabbed a cheese pizza and gave it to me. Which isn't what I ordered. But after waiting an hour for a pizza I took it. Also, no apology at all. Just here is your wrong order after waiting more than an hour for a 14 inch pizza. I understand things happen, but a little sorry could go a long way. We ended up being late to the dance. Wish I didn't have this gift card, otherwise I would never even consider going back.

Yelp
This is a really cute space with yummy food! The guys cleared our table quickly and with covid-thoroughness. We got the art attack nachos and they were delicious as well as the beer and pizzas! Morgan It was very family friendly and fun!!

Yelp
A nice place to hangout and have drinks and quick bites. They open early. We came on Saturday when they had the live music performance.
