We specialize in providing you Healthy Vegan Cuban food for weddings, events and more!
"Among all the Cuban restaurants in Miami, there’s a gem dishing out time-honored favorites that are all vegan. Whether craving a papa rellena, ham croqueta, or the iconic “cubano” sandwich, husband and wife team Steven Rodriguez and Lismeilyn Machado deliver on flavor in their tiny restaurant." - Eater Staff, Juliana Accioly, Alona Martinez
"If you think the words Cuban and vegan cancel each other out, then you need to visit this spot on Sunset Drive. It's not only one of the best vegan restaurants in Miami, but it will remind you of any of Miami’s traditional Cuban cafeterias. It even has a ventanita. Except, the food is all plant-based and the seating is entirely outdoors in the parking lot. They make a good cubano with mojo-seasoned jackfruit and croquetas that taste like the real thing. But we love their “beef” empanadas the best, which are filled with a really tasty picadillo that can easily compete with the best non-vegan versions in town." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo, mariana trabanino
"As unbelievable as it sounds, the experience here feels like going to a real Cuban cafeteria—not a vegan cafe. The fried “beef” empanadas are excellent, and the croquetas are crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and deeply savory. Even their flan delivers the same flavors and textures as the traditional ones. The Cuban sandwich here, while not quite traditional with mayonnaise and bread-and-butter pickles, is very good and definitely an interpretation any cubano aficionado should try." - ryan pfeffer, mariana trabanino, virginia otazo
"You’d think that a vegan Cuban restaurant would be helmed by millennial hipsters, but most of the staff at this Kendall stripmall spot remind us of the tías you see taking orders and making coladas at any Miami cafeteria. And that’s probably why the experience feels like going to a cafeteria—not a vegan cafe. The “beef” empanadas here are on par with some of Miami’s best fried empanadas (yes, even the meat ones), and the croquetas are crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and super savory. Even their flan delivers the same flavors and textures as the traditional ones. The Cuban sandwich here, while not quite traditional with its mayonnaise and bread-and-butter pickles, is addictively good and is definitely an interpretation any cubano aficionado should try." - ryan pfeffer, carlos c olaechea
