The food was delicious. So delicious. Even the vegan cheese. They had more traditional pizza toppings but also Indian and other unique flavors. 10/10 recommend. And everything can be made vegan

My gf and I are from Brooklyn, NY and we believe this is one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had! Friendly and wonderful service as well! Update: Visited recently and brought back 2 large pizzas to Brooklyn. We reheated them and the pizzas still taste so good. We are huge fans!

They have a pretty good and unique pizza selection! My family really liked the Indian inspired pizzas as they were very flavorful. I really liked the paneer tikka masala pizza. Their curries were okay but the pizzas are the real stars.

Good food, although tables could be cleaned better between customers. You can have all cheese items with regular non-vegan cheese. Note that they tend to go heavy on the garlic.

This isn't consistent with the quality at other branches. The pizza appeared either overcooked or poorly prepared, as the cheese came off in strings and completely separated from the base. Kindly take this into consideration for approving the service.

Far and away the best kosher restaurant in Boston. When they say spicy, they mean it! We have only ordered from the Indian menu, and it does not disappoint. The only downside is the small, bland dining room. Last time we were in town, we got takeout and feasted in the house where we were staying.

My wife and i both really enjoyed eating here. They serve traditional vegetarian Indian dishes & vegetarian pizzas with many unique Indian inspired flavors. We only got their Indian dishes which were all so delicious! Great service and clearly defined menu for those not so familiar with Indian cuisine. They are also certified kosher by KVH which is CRC approved.

I generally either get delivery or pickup, but there are tables there to sit and eat at. They have a bunch of specialty pizzas, all vegetarian with vegan options. They also have Indian food. I most recently had the impossible sausage pizza and added caramelized onions and jalapenos, it was so good.

Any place that uses fresh jalapenos instead of pickled ones on a pizza is already a winner for me. Service: Ordered delivery, and come to find out they aren't using ubereats fleet of drivers so it was their own. I was hesistant ordering at first because expected high delivery time, and for pizza well it will come somewhat lukewarm and expect to microwave it. This is more a 4.5 star rating, rounded up to a 5. I give them credit for trying to do a whole wheat crust, which is what I ordered. Good balance of sauce, cheese, and fresh jalapenos. Crust was a bit dry, but again its whole wheat crust so its good for what it is. I do wonder if eating there personally is better, so will try that one day. I was surprised at how thin they got a whole wheat crust, which is the style I like!

We got the Cauliflower Manchurian Pizza with pineapple and OMG......... yeah this is it. They are so it. It's honestly incredible - the dough is crispy, chewy, cheese is MELTED, cauli is crunchy, and the sauce is just something you already know and love. They could definitely make it spicier but tbh not a problem as I'll just order next time with jalapenos added. Comfy homey and sensational all at once, can you tell we had a blast! 10/10 - this will be our trusted beloved neighborhood pizza spot from now on.

Unbelievable pizzas! One of the best pizza places I've ever been to, anywhere. The place is cute, clean, and the staff are extremely help too. I got half Tikka Masala and half beyond pepperoni. It was amazing! No holding back on spice either, it is so fresh and delicious.

Not much to look at, but don't be fooled. The Indian food is fantastic: fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and just the right amount of heat. The lunch special is a steal with a sampling of different dishes, rice, naan, pakoras and creamy rice pudding. Also got the baingan bhartha (eggplant) which was excellent!

The vegan pizza is really really good. Someone else had ordered catering from here for me so I can't speak to the service or environment, but the food was delicious and I'm really impressed by the vegan options.

Wow! NY style pizza with Indian flavor profiles - my friends, this spot is a slam dunk. Some of the best pizza I've had in Boston. Got that nice, crispy crust, generously seasoned toppings, perfect balance of sauce and cheese. The cauliflower Manchurian pizza floored me. Just had the worst pizzia experience ever. There was a mistake in my order. The staff refused to correct it and kept the $ paid. Service here is abysmal. The previous time I went here, i was mistaken for a food delivery driver and the cashier tried to give me a delivery. I can make a few guesses as to why this was but ill spare y'all the pain. Bottom line: avoid this spot at all costs. PS the table I sat at while waiting for my incorrect order was covered in OPPC (other people's pizza crumbs)

Extremely disappointed with service I recently received. I walked in 12'inutes before they closed to order food and they turned me away saying the kitchen was closed. Immediately after walking out I saw four gentlemen walk in and place an order and sit down to wait for it. I walked back in and the gentleman that turned me away said to me "if it's just pizza you want then that's ok". Initially I wanted pizza anyway because that's what I always get but I was never given an opportunity to notify him of that choice. Upon waiting for the order I noticed him bring outfood other than pizza for the gentlemen. I won't go back which is sad because I actually enjoy the food but selective treatment shouldn't be tolerated anywhere and it won't be by me.

I'm gunna preface this with the fact that my partner and I both usually love this place - he gets the Dal and I get a VEGAN Cauliflower Manchurian pizza. Today, because I'm going to a family party tomorrow in CT where my parents are serving pizza, I called like I usually do and said I wanted a large Vegan Gobi (I forgot it's called cauliflower rather than gobi) manchurian pizza. He said cauliflower Manchurian, I confirmed and he then confirmed I wanted a large. I got there, paid, left and discovered when I got in the car it was not vegan. Now I'm not only vegan but lactose intolerant so I'm not one to let milk slide. I walked in and mentioned it was supposed to be vegan. The guy who took the order came out and told me, that I never said I wanted it vegan, he got kinda annoyed so, not wanting to deal with it - I left.

So far I've tried the garlic naan, Baingan bartha and saag paneer. I like my naan a little doughier, but the other two dishes were delicious! The only problem is that I asked for them mild and they were more like medium/spicy so I couldn't eat much. I would definitely try the pizza though.

Understated exterior and interior with super delicious food. We had the lunch specials, which were a complete steal with 4 curries, rice, naan & dessert. Also the GF pizza was excellent. No soggy bottoms here! Highly recommend!

Not sure why this place doesn't have 5 stars! They have a very diverse vegetarian menu with everything being able to be made vegan. The pizza selection is really unique and was really good. I like that they had the option for a whole wheat pizza crust. I highly recommend the cauliflower Manchurian pizza. They also have great indian food and fresh naan. The impossible biryani was great too. Delivery was fast and easy. 10/10

The Indian cuisine is quite good. I personally like the yellow dal. The staff could be a little more helpful; one gets the feeling that the counter help really doesn't know what's going on but they are kind and friendly. The restaurant itself is a little cold and unwelcoming; better for take out.

OH. MY. GOODNESS! We have been longing for a flavorful, spicy, authentic Indian dining experience and after 21+ yrs we have found Veggie Crust! Outstanding dishes, packed with an amazing level of authentic Indian flavors. Absolutely delicious and a take out that we will go back to again and again. Thank you Veggie Crust. I can only say mmm apologies that we didn't discover you sooner.

Phenomenal service with an eclectic selection ranging from truly authentic Indian cuisine to pizza and pasta. We ordered a wide selection representing this range and every dish's flavor range was perfect.

Great place to get tasty vegetarian AND Kosher items (that even meat eaters and non-Kosher-eating people would enjoy). During the beginning of COVID-19, as a treat to ourselves (and one of my coworkers is Kosher), we would order from here (our own individual dishes) and Veggie Crust always delivers on deliciousness, portions, and value. My peers loved getting: Veggie samosa Samosa chaat Gobhi Manchurian Baighan Bhartha Any of their pizzas (but I think we really enjoyed the paneer tikka masala pizza) Damn I'm getting hungry now.

What more can you desire in a restaurant that serves pizza! a) fast service b) delicious food -- had cauliflower pizza -- insanely good c) prices less than Stoke pizza. Highly recommend getting food here, this will be a go to place in Brookline.

We love this veggie crust location. The gobhi 65 is our absolute favorite! They always check the notes on your order if you want modifications and the service is so quick - even on delivery!

Fusion pizza! When I saw it wasn't traditional italian pizza I was intrigued. And the fact that it's all vegetarian gets bonus pointa from me! We decided to order delivery on July 4. We decided on 2 pizzas, pav bhaji and the vegetable Manchurian. The pizzas took about 45-60 mins for delivery. The delivery guy mentioned they were very busy. So the pizzas arrived warm but not hot. No problem, we simply toasted the pizza on the stove (I like the crispy crust anyways). And boy, were the pizzas tasty. I liked how you an taste the ginger in the veg Manchurian (the pizza sauce was sweet, not spicy). Overall, flavors were authentic with a fusion twist compared to traditional Indian food. I didn't try any appetizers or pastas because they didn't seem as popular at this and the Somerville location. Overall, food was good. I'd come back to try different pizzas.

Terrible experience. I've been trying to get in contact with upper management as well since Friday and no one has been able to help me. I emailed them - no response. Called them a bunch - no help. Certainly frustrating. Hopefully I can speak to them soon and they can better assist with the not-so-great experience I had

So glad to have Veggie Crust in Brookline! We used to visit their other location in Somerville but it was just a little too far. This location opened recently, maybe a few months ago. There are about 5-6 tables to dine in. You can walk in, sit down. They do have a counter but if you're dining in, they come to you to take your order as well as bring you your food. Food-wise, some of the best pizza I've had. We usually opt for a fusion pizza. For example, the paneer tikka masala pizza, paneer manchurian, pav bhaji pizza or the curry leaves pesto portobello pizza. We also get the regular crust. It's very light yet has a crunch to it. The topping to slice ratio is pretty solid. Their base sauce for the fusion pizzas is delicious, each one has a distinct flavor. Since they do half n half pizzas, we always get to try out two flavors! Other points to note: - The bathrooms are gender neutral - They accept cards - Many vegan options available - Also serve salad, pasta and ice cream. Haven't had a chance to try them yet - the pizzas are so darn tasty! - The pizza can take a while but arrives piping hot - Friendly staff The only reason I take away a star is that they use disposable plates and plastic cutlery. I hope to see them switch over to regular (e.g. ceramic, steel, etc.) plates/cutlery for dine-in customers. @VeggieCrust, you can do it!

Yay!!!! So excited to find gluten free and vegan Alfredo pizza!!! Ordered take out pizza was delicious ! My 4 year old loved it! Inside was super safe. Every employee had masks on . Felt very safe ordering take out here! I can't wait to come back .

Love this place, excellent option for vegetarians! Loved every Pizza, fresh juice I ever ordered from here. The bonus is that they let you order half and half pizzas, so you get to try more than 1 flavor in one pizza I travel about an hour to get to this place, that's how much I love this place. Finding parking has been challenging!

Terrific pizzas with an Indian twist. The paneer tikka pizza is just amazing. For someone from NJ (where good Indian food is so easily available), this place definitely ranks up with best of them.

Tried this place for the first time on Sunday. I really liked the inside- it's modern and minimalistic/ cute and very clean. They have a lot on their menu and many gluten free items you wouldn't get any place else around here. We got a basic cheese/tomato/ basil pizza. I got gluten free and my boyfriend got regular. I really liked mine, normally you cannot fold a gluten free crust and it falls apart. Here there was no problem. However! I wish they offered a large sized gluten free crust! Got the spicy fries and onion rings. Both were great and they gave us a giant bottle of ketchup which is premium because I need lots of ketchup They had several flavors of vegan ice cream available as well/ pasta dishes in both gf and regular. I can't wait to come back!

There's literally nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. I want to thank the owner for coming up with the genius idea of Indian and Pizza fusion! Having paneer tikka masala pizza is a blessing in my opinion lol. My favorites from here are the paneer tikka masala pizza and the cauliflower Manchurian pizza. They do half and half on large pizzas so that is my go to combination. I've also had the barbeque paneer and spinach/corn pizza which were both good! Also for vegan pizza fans- they do not use Daiya but rather a house made cheese substitute. And their vegan cheese is SO GOOD! It actually melts really well and takes amazing. I would highly recommend this spot!

The service was warm and thoughtful. The menu offers a wide variety of well explained dishes. There is food that can make both adults and children happy. We tried the cheese pizza as well as the roti and the tikka masala and they were delicious, fresh complex flavors. My kids who have been reticent about trying Indian food enjoyed trying my plate as well. The price is just right and they do not take too long in serving the plates. We highly recommend this place!

I've tried a few of the curries at Veggie Crust for takeout and have been delightfully surprised each time. I find the dishes very well balanced and the accompanying naan, samosa etc. has also been tasty and fresh. There are so many excellent veggie options that I have yet to try their famous pizza. Overall one of the best veggie spots or Indian restaurants I've tried in the area. The prices may be a bit higher than average but I believe this is reflected in the quality.

We ordered pick for two gluten free pizzas and the owner charged us for our pizzas and I verified that the pizzas were gluten free, when I was told they were not and he said no they are not and I said that I called and ordered two gluten free ones and the guy at the register didn't even apologize for getting our order wrong. Yuck! This food is disgusting to say the least and I am surprised about the positive reviews 1) during this crazy COVID time you expect people to be a little friendly on the phone but the person sounded angry when I ordered 2) the pizzas are like rubber and the paneer was stale 3) the parathas were like play doh and disgusting 4) horrible Chole 5) I gave this place another shot and the curries were worse. Owners, if your reviews are real then I would recommend that you really pay attention to this location

This place has great vegan/vegetarian recipes. I didnt order the pizzas but they looked great. I had the Plantsin Burger which, for my surprise, was missing the plantains... But it was still really good. The service was ok, they seemed understaffed, it looked like it was just the chef and the cashier at the time but they did what they could. The place is pretty clean and tiddy. It doesnt look fancy and there is a horrible cheese holes wallpper that activated my Trypophibia but I get that they arent trying to be this fancy restaurant but more of an approachable daily dinner. I hope to try their pizzas next time I come around!

This place has something for everyone with a plant variation. If your group has carb lovers - you have fresh pizza and pastas. There are beautifully tossed salads - I am loving the avocado corn vegan salad with rice vinegar and olive oil dressing. Then there is the vegan juice bar with single shots or creative concoctions like mango purée, cantaloupe, orange pepper, orange and a pinch sea salt. Then there is spicy and gluten free options. The space is clean and contemporary. Service is super nice and the prices are not hipster level. I will be putting this on heavy rotation.

Came here to get a slice of pizza - chose paneer tikka masala. It was a bit dry but the flavor was good. I'd recommend coming here for full pizzas instead since I imagine it would be more fresh. I didn't love the service - the guy at the cashier wasn't very friendly and didn't seem happy with the fact that I didn't have cash. He still let me use card though, so that was good. All in all, I'm always happy to support a business promoting more vegetables in our lives! The daily slices and service could use some work, but I'm glad to see a totally meatless business around.

Now Kosher!! I am so glad this place is in Brookline Village. They have a very fun menu with lots of exciting f vegan options. Even omnivores will enjoy the offerings here. Also have a vegan ice cream bar stocked with 8 or more flavors of FOMU. If you like creative pizzas and meat-free eating, this is a must

I happened to look on on Yelp in search of a different type of Kosher restaurant. Ordered the eggplant pizza with a couple of salads to go. The food was well prepared and delicious. Veggie Crust has an expansive vegan menu including Italian and Indian dishes. We will definitely go back to try some of their Indian food.

As a vegetarian, this is one of my favorite places in Brookline! Both the pizza and the Indian menu are great. And I love that almost everything can be made vegan.

Let me start off by saying I was skeptical. I am a real carnivore: the only reason I stepped into this place was that it came very highly recommended by someone who had eaten in their Somerville branch. And...it did NOT disappoint. The vegan pizza was possibly the best slice of pizza I have eaten anywhere in the world ( NYC, Chicago and Italy included). Every bite had me rolling my eyes like Meg Ryan in When Harry met Sally. Other than that: reasonable prices, very clean, super friendly staff, cool vibe. Parking is tough. We will be back. Oh yes, we will be back.

Only place in the area that serves paneer pizza. I like their paneer tikka masala pizza but recently yet again they have gone down on the quantity. I used to order pizza from this place every weekend but now I won't. I specifically told them that to ensure they put enough toppings because they are very inconsistent and stingy in putting paneer toppings, not sure when they charge so much money why they are trying to save money on toppings. I noticed their fine in orders aren't this bad but their take outs are pathetic. Despite my numerous requests they dint put toppings. Who puts one small slice of paneer on a large slice of pizza? This is bizarre. Very very stingy pizza outlet. Why do you open a pizza place if you are so frugal that you don't prefer putting toppings. Very very disappointed. Try the Somerville location they are very generous in their toppings.

The best part of this restaurant is not just that is an haven for vegetarians and vegans but that it has a wide variety of options in pizza. This is the first restaurant I have been to that has pizzas with INDIAN toppings like Pav Bhaji -- which I tried and was very authenticity spice and ACTUALLY tasteD last like Pav Bhaji on a pizza crust!!! I will definitely visit again and try Manchurian and Tikka Masala Please pizzas. I also tried the Avocado Corn Vegan Panini - very fresh and tasty. As well as the Fresh Limeade- the Fresh Mint and Blue Agave gave it just enough flavor and sweetness. I am so happy I discovered this vegetarian restaurant.

Nice concept of Indian veggie pizza! Our favorite is paneer tikka masala pizza. Most of the times we opted for delivery through Uber eats.

This restaurant deserves more acknowledgement! Their Indian dishes are delicious, containing an array of aromatic spices. Quote from my mom: "I'm addicted to this food; it's like every part of my brain is being stimulated at once!"

Great flavors, and really, really unique pizzas! I hope I experienced an off night though. I have been waiting forever to try this place (vegetarian, love Indian food, love pizza - perfect combo, right?) so my boyfriend and I splurged and got the paneer tikka masala and the sky barbecue pizza. The pizza was on time and like I said the flavor combos were delish, and delivery arrived on time. That being said, the pizzas were very very dry.. there wasn't much tomato cream sauce on the paneer tikka pizza, not much sauce or mozzarella on the barbecue. The soy meat was good though! I'm definitely willing to give this place another try though, maybe eating in will be a better experience.
