"Opening Monday, April 30 at 8 Cypress St. in Brookline, Veggie Crust is launching its second location and will offer vegetarian- and vegan-friendly pizzas with dairy-free and gluten-free options, plus dairy-free, gluten-free ice cream. The Somerville pizzeria first opened near Union Square in August 2016, having taken over the former A4 Pizza space next to Dosa N Curry. The owners will provide dine-in, takeout, and delivery service, and the Brookline spot will operate daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The menu includes preset pies — notably a paneer tikka masala pizza topped with marinated paneer, red onion, cilantro, garlic, and ginger — as well as fully customizable pizzas (choice of sauces, crusts, and toppings), plus panini, pasta, and salads." - Dana Hatic
