So good! I rarely attempt delivered sushi and I was so glad I did this time. I got a variety of sushi pieces, a roll, tuna dumplings and a miso soup. The fish was delicious! Tuna dumplings were interesting— it’s literally a thin piece of tuna stuff with avocado and some other things including panko I believe. It was good, just not a typical item I would go for. Employees were friendly when I called to confirm utensils etc. I had everything I needed when it got there.

Google
vics has incredibly fresh sushi. I have been eating lunch here for months. tuna dumpling (pictured below) is a must order. service is extremely fast, and the quality of fish is great!

Google
It was so delicious! The best sushi I’ve had in Philly by far. I’ve been eating sushi since I was a kid and I wish I had come here sooner. The rolls are small and delicate which is authentic Japanese sushi, a perfect bite. I will be coming back!!

Google
The food is amazing, and we have been coming here, of and on, for more than a decade. And the food has been consistent. Traffic was low the last time we visited and we requested omakase, which is not on the menu, but the chef obliged us. We had a assorted array of delicacies that he served us . BYOB, so you will have to get your own sake. Small and cozy, it is much bigger than it looks. You will come again, I can assure you.

Google
We have been ordering sushi from Vic’s for the past two years and it is reliably amazing!! The fish tastes incredibly fresh, and the rolls are delicious! We typically do takeout but they do have a small dine-in counter. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high quality, reasonably priced sushi!

Google
Small restaurant with a few tables and a counter. Good sushi, made fresh right in front of you. We ended up here by chance, and were not disappointed. Prices are really reasonable, service is friendly and fast. We got the 3 roll special. There are steps up to get inside and not much room to maneuver. Soda/tea/water is serve yourself.

Google
I went to grab dinner really quick before a show at Helium and this was the best service I’ve ever received! I sat down at the sushi bar, looked at the menu and the sushi chef asked what I wanted to order. He instantly started making my rolls and had it (2 special rolls) ready in less than 2 minutes. It was DELICIOUS!! I ordered, ate and paid in less than 15 minutes. It was exactly what I was looking for!! Would highly recommend if you want fast and amazing sushi!

Google
This is a “no frills” kind of sushi place. The sushi is reasonably priced and, importantly, fresh tasting. I tried six different rolls and they were all good. For the price, it doesn’t get better than this.

Yelp
vic's has always been my go-to spot for a quick bite of sushi, i've been here so many times... i can't believe i haven't written a review until now! i always order pretty much the same thing here, i get the 3 roll special, typically with spicy salmon, spicy tuna, salmon, or salmon mango. my friend also likes the yellowtail scallion roll here. if i'm feeling extra hungry and wanting to splurge, ill get the best friends roll too. what can i say? i'm obsessed with salmon. vic's is a reliable spot for a solid bite of sushi. the service is fast, no frills. their rolls are basic, nothing fancy, but the fish quality is solid. the only seating is around the sushi bar. it fills up quick, but the turnover is fast as well. when the craving hits, vic's is my go-to spot. but i will say, if you're looking for fancy sushi or small talk with staff, this is not the place for you.

Yelp
Vic is my hands-down favorite sushi restaurant in the entire world. I've been going here for years now, maybe for almost 10 years, and the restaurant has consistently beautifully crafted, reasonable priced sushi in a quaint environment. I did take out on the weekend and the sushi was done within 15 minutes, despite all of the restaurant seats being full. The sushi melts in our mouth; the rice and fish ratio is fantastic. Service is quick and no-frills, just the way I like it.

Yelp
Great spot to check out before a comedy show. We went here for lunch. The place is pretty small with a few tables and small bar seating. I don't think the place has a restroom. The restaurant does have a small sink to wash your hands at. The server took our orders really quickly. I got the miso soup. The soup was delicious. I also got the 15 dollar 3 roll special. I got a cucumber roll, futomaki roll, and california roll. The futomaki roll was made of crab stick, egg, avocado, cucumber and some masago.

Yelp
Vic is hands down THE BEST sushi takeout spot in Philly. The ingredients are so fresh and the portion sizes are massive. The most reliable place for both quality, taste, and speed. A true Philly staple!

Yelp
Best sushi in the city! Very reasonable and fast service. Great for takeout, there are only a few seats to eat in. It's byob as well. I always get the rainbow roll, it's my favorite roll. Tried the tiger roll last time and that will be a new favorite! So fresh and delicious! Miso soup is always so flavorful too!

Yelp
You know a place is great when you go back to it time and again. You know a place is great when you can sit and enjoy the perfect meal at the perfect price with no pretense and no distractions from the usual hustle and bustle of the city. This is what Vic Sushi is and always has been. It is not the typical Center City sushi restaurant that tries to be more showy than delicious. When people come here, they know they are getting good, solid sushi made with attention to detail. I know there will be many people who will espouse the virtue of places around the block or that have dishes revolving around on a conveyor belt. The former is more expensive and you're paying for it because of their location. The latter will not produce the kind of quality sushi you might want. Case in point: The salmon belly and red snapper nigiri sushi at Vic blows most places' equivalent sushi right out of the water... and that's a strong statement coming from me. This is a BYOB place, but please check out the interesting variety of drinks that are offered in the non-soda refrigerator.

Yelp
Just a normal sushi bar nothing special. It provides urchins but when we came we were told it was not available that week.

Yelp
The sashimi is fantastic. I'm not a sushi snob, just a regular person who honestly doesn't love fish that much, let alone raw fish, but the sashimi was silky and tender. The salmon especially marbled with fat was exactly as good as it looks. Definitely ordering again. The 3 roll special is filling. The sweet potato roll is a must get as always, it's sweet and crunchy like a dessert. Tuna scallion was pretty good. I didn't like the texture of the spicy salmon roll (it's like a very soft tartare, which someone else might like), so I'll try a different one next time. I love Vic's! It's a treasure.

Yelp
Vic Sushi Bar is a must-try for anyone who is looking for quality sushi in the city. To start, the restaurant is small with only a handful of bar seats as far as indoor seating goes. However, I've never had trouble getting a spot during the 1-5pm time. From sitting at the bar multiple times for our meal, this place definitely gets busy with takeout orders throughout the day. Ordering online is easy, quick, and food is usually ready to pick up within 20 minutes. Service here is very attentive and quick. All of the workers are extremely friendly and helpful. I can say I've easily ordered here (takeout or dine-in) probably 8-10 times in the past few months and it never disappoints. The sushi quality, size, price, and varieties are some of the best in the city. Always very fresh tasting, and hard to not keep ordering more! We usually will order the three regular roll special ($15.95) and a couple of special rolls to share for two. The regular roll special is nice for ordering the classic favorites, while also leaving room to try a new roll here and there. Top 3 rolls we've tried: -Diamond roll -Salmon Mango roll -Best Friends roll Overall, Vic Sushi Bar is my number one go-to for takeout and is seriously worth every penny. I highly recommend trying any of the special rolls while also getting some classics. Vic Sushi Bar is amazing!!

Yelp
Really expected better given all the hype online, but I found this to be a typical over-hyped non-authentic Japanese place with uninspired sushi rolls, and a lack of engagement from the sushi chefs, even though I was seated at the sushi bar.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a real neighborhood dive not a destination restaurant but WHAT a neighborhood dive! If I lived here I'd be at Vic once a week, easy. Fast, good food, quick service, great price. The three roll special is a screaming deal. I'm a fan!

Julia B.

Yelp
I ordered delivery, which was very prompt and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious! The tuna combo, which comes with a tuna roll, six pieces of tuna sushi, and miso soup is such a great value! The tuna was very high quality! The miso soup was delivered hot and was so tasty. I also ordered the shrimp shumai which were excellent! I would definitely recommend and look forward to ordering again!

Yelp
Picked up take out from Vic Sushi Bar a couple nights ago after leaving Helium Comedy Club. Their 3-roll sushi special for $15.95 is by far the best 3 roll sushi deal I've had in the city, price wise and quality wise. The fish is fresh and they don't skimp on the ingredients. You only get the 3 rolls, no soup or salad, but that is not a deal breaker for me.
google avatar

Alyse J.

Yelp
Wow! The sushi is fresh and delicious! I wouldn't say it's the best quality out of all of the places nearby, but it definitely is one of the best value! We ordered the 60 piece sushi platter and I was thoroughly impressed. The pieces were a generous size and everything was very delicious! We were a hungry bunch and it was perfect to feed 4 of us. There were no leftovers! Overall, highly recommend Vic Sushi-- I will be back!

Yelp
Delicious sushi, place is nice and clam, service is friendly and fast! Don't forget to get the tuna dumplings!

Yelp
This is a little spot which is popular for pick up orders. Small inside with some sushi counter seating to watch the rolls being made. Prices are very good, and the rolls are decent quality. Overall pretty good if you're hungry for sushi. Thanks
google avatar

Sophia I.

Yelp
Great prices, fresh fish, decent rolls. BYOB, very small counter seating, no tables. Perfect for neighborhood takeout or a quick lunch if you can snag a seat! We enjoyed our meal and the prices.

Yelp
Authentic sushi joint on Sansom. On the higher end of casual / takeout sushi. Good attention to detail. The sushi rice was perfect texture and fish was fresh. Sansom role (4/5) - pretty standard specialty roll Salmon/tuna (4/5) - fresh ingredients Tuna dumplings (3/5) - tasted good and look so cool but overpriced and overrated

Yelp
Recently tried Vic Sushi Bar since my regular local sushi spot was closed for the day. The portions aren't as ample as you would hope but the rolls are still delicious and fresh. I did takeout but it looks like they had about 8 seats for dining in.
google avatar

Kris L.

Yelp
My favorite sushi in center city! (but not my favorite venue) Vic Sushi Bar on Sansom street is tiny with no space for outdoor seating (Sansom is narrow with constant nearby construction). The inside has a sushi bar and barely any tables. Best to try to squeeze in just with one other person OR take out which is what we usually do. Their fish is always fresh, no matter what i order! My classic favs are anything salmon and white tuna. My kids love the fried sweet potato roll and they have a strong seaweed salad. Will be back frequently for take out!

Gregory K.

Yelp
I eat here once a week. The amount of fish they go through any given day is amazing, always fresh fish. Try the tuna dumplings, you wont be disappointed
google avatar

Amanda S.

Yelp
Decent sushi with delivery within the area. I can't say anything about the nigiri because I just get a spider roll and 3 roll special all spicy tuna.
google avatar

ted z.

Yelp
great value and fresh fish always love take out and their tuna dumplings are awesome. pretty tight space inside but take out is great
google avatar

Elle K.

Yelp
I get this sushi every time I'm in Philly, and it is the best sushi I've had anywhere. I've been ordering here for years, and consistently it's always great. I like that they're smaller rolls and smaller pieces. Not expensive at all for what you get. Shrimp shumai, Vic sushi roll, best friends roll, and Volcano roll are my favs, but all rolls I've tried are really good. Free delivery is a nice plus.

Yelp
This place is one of the best deals in the city for pretty high quality sushi. The first time I got Vic's sushi we got a sushi platter for two delivered. It was such a good price for the amount of food and the quality that we got. It was the perfect treat after a tough week. The next time we went, my friends and I tried to go to the restaurant and dine in, but the place is extremely small hole in the wall kind of vibe. They also don't take reservations so it was hard for my friends and I to get a seat (they only have bar seating). So we ended up just getting a bigger platter for takeout. Their bigger platters aren't as worth it I would say because there are a lot more filler pieces compared to the smaller sushi platter. Overall, this place is really good for takeout and probably good if you go with a party of two. It's a very cozy date night spot. It's also BYOB so bring a bottle when you go!
google avatar

Yelp
This is my go-to spot for sushi in Philadelphia! For the price, it's impossible to beat. As of October 2021, you can order the 3 Roll Special (anytime - including for dinner) for $12.75, which comes with 24 pieces of sushi. This would easily be $20+ in almost every other restaurant. Oh, and they do free delivery for any order $15+ (but don't forget to tip the deliverer)! To be honest, the taste of Vic's isn't on par with any high-end, mind blowing sushi restaurants out there. But if you're craving sushi and don't want to break the bank doing so, Vic's is hands down the best spot in Philadelphia. They'll be ready in 20 minutes if you call ahead for pickup. I usually get the spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and alaska roll (salmon avocado). It's exactly what you'd expect from a mid-priced sushi establishment.

Yelp
A sushi bar for all kinds. I love it. You've got rolls to satiate all your gluttonous fantasies, and they also serve traditional nigiri, sashimi and maki for the purists like me. Only downside is they have no kitchen in this small space, so the menu is half as big as it could be. Recently repaired toaster oven properly goes Ding Ding now, and your unagi won't be beep beep any more. Thank you, chef! Ask about specials, and you'll be rewarded. The key to a successful sushi spot is you've got to keep the fish MOVING. And they do. It's fresh, fun, and fast. Bests: 3 roll special for $15. With all the choices, you're sure to find something that suits, and with all the rice, you'll be full. Great option. Sunomono. Creative and varied. Loved he mixture and the pickle flavors. Super win. Nori is dry, smoky and great quality. Anything with it is a win. Sushi rice is perfectly prepared, on temp, right moisture, right portion, just RIGHT. MMMM! And I mean that in a Ggrrrrr baby! Kind of way! Yes!! This is not a place to bring your large group. Limited seating, and it's busy. Bragging. On very special request, I got my favorite, Yellowtail Cheek hamachi kama ($30). It's not on the menu, and I had to order a week in advance. Oh my goodness it was like I was home at Hana (Phoenix). Thank you so much guys. So far, this is the finest sushi I've found in Philly CC
google avatar

Natalie C.

Yelp
Totally unassuming and wonderful. Small inside with only a sushi bar that can hold about 10 people (side by side), so either come early or order take away. Wide variety of rolls, plus great quality that won't break the bank. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back.
google avatar

Shirley Z.

Yelp
Vic's is great if you stick to the 3 roll special. The 3 roll special pricing is unbeatable here in Center City - you get 3 rolls for roughly $13. Unfortunately, it's not very filling. I've also tried their tiger roll, spicy combo, and the Samson roll, all of which are highly rated. My reaction to them all is, 'meh'. For that pricing, I don't think the flavors are strong enough. In fact, I don't think sriracha mayo and eel sauce are enough to bring the flavors together. I was quite disappointed by the mediocrity of the taste of the speciality rolls. I would come back, but maybe I'll just stick to the 3 roll special.

Yelp
I got lucky with parking but I imagine it to be difficult to find a spot regularly. The spot is not super fancy but it has a certain charm to it in my opinion. I can see myself coming here by myself when I'm not feeling great, not to cheer me up but to have some time to myself and process the emotions. Kind of like eating Taco Bell in your car past midnight. I like that they have self serve hot water and tea. I like that they had sparkling water. I thought it was a funny/fun experience interacting with the sushi chef behind the counter. When you begin to give him your order he kinda just looks past you and you're not really sure if he's listening but sure enough when you finish speaking he says "alright" and gives a short nod before proceeding to complete your order in a timely matter like the consummate professional he is. Shout out to that guy. First thing I tried was the tuna dumplings. I thought it looked really neat and tasted pretty good. Would recommend. Second I got the three regular roll combo for like 15 bucks. Pretty good price in my opinion. The rolls were not bad. I thought that the rice was a bit lacking in terms of both quantity and seasoning. The rice didn't have as much "sushi rice" taste that I really like. BUT my girlfriend actually loved the rolls and she appreciated that the rice took a backseat to the actual fish, which is a very valid point. I think for the regular rolls how much you enjoy it is going to highly dependent on your preference of rice to fish ratio. All this is to say that I would still recommend. The nigiri platter was my favorite out of everything. The eel and white tuna in particular were really good. The fish to rice ratio was on point for me. If I ever went here again I would probably just get a bunch of nigiri and pass on the rolls.

Yelp
Vic sushi is a small restaurant along an alley that you wouldn't really expect a good sushi restaurant to turn up. But luckily enough, I stumbled in, and it was amazing. This is by far the best value for sushi that I have had in Philadelphia. The rolls averaged less than $1/roll ($0.50/regular roll & ~$1.50/specialty roll). Despite the cheap prices, each roll tasted really fresh and delicious. Vic could easily double the prices of their sushi, and I think the meals here would still be worth it. I am always a sucker for tiger rolls and shrimp tempura rolls, and I think Vic did these rolls justice. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for affordable sushi places in Philly to come here!

Ryan C.

Yelp
I got the all clear to go. However, the dining area is really a small room. nor to go out on a date, nor to go talk to a buddy. The cuisine was excellent.

Mae P.

Yelp
5 stars! Love the tuna dumplings, I can't find them anywhere else. Small place but good food.
google avatar

YJ L.

Yelp
Quick service Rice is not the best sushi, but the fish is pretty good quality. Stop in kind of spot
google avatar

Cheryl L.

Yelp
Vic's is my go-to place in Philadelphia and their 3-roll special can't be beat. Seating is limited, but I've never had a problem when I go (usually weekday lunches or dinners). Best for small parties (2-4 people) to make seating more flexible. You self-serve your drink (hot water, tea), which I personally really like. They also have other drinks if you want to purchase. In terms of food, their 3 roll for $11 deal cannot be beat. I typically get the Alaskan, Shrimp Tempura and Eel rolls for variety, but Futomaki, Spicy Salmon, and Spicy Tuna rolls are also great. You typically get 5 pieces of Futomaki since each roll is bigger/ more complex. These 3 rolls are definitely enough to fill you up -- and at a great price too!
google avatar

Steve B.

Yelp
Loved the food I got here. The sushi was tasty, the miso was fresh and the service was quick and direct. That was until I noticed them using the same knife they used to cut sushi to open plastic bags. We have enough micro-plastics in our gut biome and we definitely don't need salmon plastic as well. Yuck!
google avatar

Kathryn W.

Yelp
Vics is my favorite sushi place in Philly! They are great value with the 3 rolls for $13 special, and the food is always very fresh. My go to order is the alaska roll, spicy salmon roll, and the eel roll, and I would highly recommend them all. The yellowtail scallion roll is also one of my favorites. They make their rolls with really tasty rice that makes it different and better than other sushi places. They are doing takeout only now due to COVID and it was super easy to call ahead to order and pickup!
google avatar

Mary S.

Yelp
Amazing little hole in the wall literally. Place is small and can fit up to maybe 10-12 people. They have a nice small selection of certain rolls, 3 rolls for $13.95. I've tried most of the rolls and feel it's good quality. I've also gotten sushi platter for parties from here and it's pretty good. Give it a try and see how you feel. But be advised seating is very limited but take out is pretty good so if you can't get a seat, order to go and if the weather is nice have a nice lunch break at the Rittenhouse park.
google avatar

Vanshika A.

Yelp
Tried Vic for the first time for a last minute lunch with a friend and absolutely adored it! We planned to pick up takeout to eat in the park but got lucky with available seats on a hot day and decided to eat inside! We both got the 3 roll special which is a fantastic deal! I tried the salmon, spicy tuna, and crab roll. My friend got the salmon mango, tuna avocado, and cucumber rolls! Everything was very fast and so fresh! You order directly from the chef in front of you. Sitting at their counter feels like an intimate cooking show! Watching the chef make each roll is art come to life. I will definitely be back soon! Have heard rave reviews about their non sushi items and have got to try them!
google avatar

Carmela A.

Yelp
One of my absolute favorite affordable sushi joints. I came here recently with my partner and we sat down in the very small space! Think mom and pop shop. You can fit maybe five or so patrons indoors at the counter but most people do takeout. On this night it was busy but still a cozy atmosphere. The staff chat with you and even joked about us finishing our food when they saw how much we ordered. We got an assortment of the very bang for your buck three roll special! Salmon, white tuna, shrimp tempura and eel, along with salmon nigiri, a lucky roll, and a spider roll. Even just the three roll special can be filling if you weren't starving and walking around the city like we had! There's fresh tea for you to drink and grab yourself for the meal, as well. Overall the flavors were good and tasted fresh, and I'll be back again soon to eat more!

Yelp
Now that I eat raw fish.. my perspective has changed on how I feel about Vic's! After ordering from a small sushi chain on Grubhub for my sushi craving yesterday, I still didn't feel satisfied so I made my way to Vic's the very next day. My go-to's: Sansom Roll and Happy Roll. Honestly they taste pretty similar, I like my shrimp tempura, eel and avocado but the Sansom roll has tuna and shrimp atop drizzled with their nice sauce. Sometimes if I reallllllyyy want more sashimi I take the raw pieces off and eat them separate from the roll. Sashimi sampler: $9 for 6 pieces. Happy Roll: $12.95. Sansom Roll: $13.95. Also, I'll have you know that someone who worked for Double Knot recommended the Sansom Roll to me. That's how you KNOW it's good~
google avatar

Jenny Z.

Yelp
It's ok. Small place with just bar seating but can be a homey environment. The sushi imo is mid but cheap ~$5 per roll. Tbh have been to small hole in the wall sushi places like Sakura in Princeton but this doesn't impress even with the price. Perhaps need to try more rolls lol
google avatar

Soojin J.

Yelp
Yay Vic's! Three sushi special is a classic and I usually get salmon, tuna, and either spicy salmon or spicy tuna. One time, a friend and I went overboard with specialty rolls bc of finals stress and #treatyourself vibes. The sushi isn't anything amazing, but it's conveniently located in rittenhouse and good for ordering ahead for pickup/delivery.

Yelp
Cute sushi "hole in the wall" restaurant! Was in town for the weekend and wanted sushi without the expense or frills. This place was just that! Small on the inside but had enough counter space for A handful of folks to sit at. Seems like they do mostly take out. I was comfortable going in and eating by myself! The menu is great and the combo deals are so cheap for what you get. I got the 3 roll combo and was so impressed with how fast it was ready. Originally was worried it would be too much food for myself but the pieces were perfectly sized such that it was the right amount of food. The flavors were great and the fish tasted great. They also have free hot water for tea available. Overall, really enjoyed this place and will be stopping in again or ordering for take out next time im in town!
google avatar

Gloria E.

Yelp
Really enjoyed the tuna dumpling. An explosion of avocado inside a tasty, savory tuna wrap? All I could ask for! The other rolls, though, didn't really make me too excited. Average freshness and flavor, but at least they are cheaper than other places nearby in Center City. Could've also been effected by turnover during these all take-out days, but would have to try again and compare at a later date. Very small store front, but looks ideal for a quick bite alone or with one person, or take out in general.

Yelp
tl;dr this neighborhood hole-in-the-wall serves up fresh fish, filling the niche for low-key, affordable sushi in Rittenhouse In Philadelphia, I've found that sushi restaurants here are polarized between dives and fine dining. But Vic offers the perfect balance between better-than-average seafood for modest prices. Specifically, it's known around the neighborhood for their 3 Rolls Special: any 3 non-specialty rolls for $11.75. Vic also offers free delivery around Rittenhouse for any orders over $15, perfect for your takeout needs. If you're looking to get out of the house for a cheap BYOB, you can try your luck at nabbing one of the few seats in Vic's cramped interior. A single table lies immediately through the entrance, while a handful of chairs line the wooden sushi bar. Japanese knickknacks and photos of Vic's many regulars line the walls. As a note, Vic does not offer free ice water but instead has complimentary hot water and green tea packets. During our last visit to Vic, my partner and I shared 6 rolls and the Tuna Dumplings appetizer. While not particularly friendly, service was prompt -- our sushi chef prepared our entire order from memory as he meticulously sliced each piece of fish and rolled them with the other ingredients. Within 5 minutes, a huge platter with each of our rolls was laid before us. Nothing was was particularly over-the-top, but the fish tasted fresh, and the portions were generous. As we finished up our rolls, the chef handed me another plate: the Tuna Dumplings, a dense core of crunchy tempura, masago, and avocado wrapped within a large slice of tuna and drizzled with spicy mayo. Each ingredient offered a distinct flavor and textural profile, blending together into a tasty completed product. We finished up our meal full and satisfied, eager to return the next time we get a sushi craving.

Yelp
Since I last left my review, I have left Philly and now live in Seattle. I have expanded my knowledge of sushi and Japanese food on the west coast with fancy edomae type sushi (from that documentary Jiro Dream's of Sushi), chef counter omakase, chirashi, and kaiseki-style dinners. After eating my way around at some of the nicest and authentic Japanese restaurants in the PNW area, I still reminisce about Vic's in Philadelphia. The sushi at Vic's is cheap in cost and it's made by Chinese people (not Japanese) but the taste is very well balanced and true to the basic ingredients. It doesn't have the qualities of bad cheap sushi: rice heavy, hard or cold rice, overly cloying topped with greasy tempura flakes, or drenched in mayonnaise. The tempura batter they use at Vic's is among the best I've found anywhere and their shrimp tempura has a nice "meaty" texture to it. I stand by Vic's mackerel (saba) nigiri and spider roll (soft shell crab). These two items are hands down among the best I've found in the US. I've only found similar in more expensive Japanese owned sushi restaurants where the mackerel is $5 a piece and the spider roll is at least $14 a roll. Vic's may not have fancy Alaska king salmon, otoro, or sea urchin flown in from japan but wow for the price and quality this place is a hidden gem. I can't wait until I go back to Philly later this year to have some Vic's! Y'all are lucky being able to eat this every day!

Yelp
My go to take out sushi spot. I usually get the 3 roll combo and order online, and it is fast. The only downside is that the space is super super small, can fit maybe 10 people in the actual restaurant. Highly recommend takeout from here though!

Yelp
Hello yummy and delicious sushi for reasonable prices. I didn't realize how tiny this place is: 1 table of 4 and maybe 8 bar seats. We decided to get 3 special rolls to share, white dragon (white tuna on eel avocado), spicy roll, and the shrimp tempura. I enjoyed the white dragon the most while my friend enjoyed the shrimp tempura. We also got their special otoro 2 piece nigiri which was delicious! Unlimited tea. Next time will do a 3 roll special, but a great option
