"I view this new modern Italian-American concept from brothers Bryan and Michael Voltaggio as a personal, family-focused restaurant: the menu is meant to reflect what they cook for their families and serve as an homage to their Italian roots and love of mountain sports. Located in The Village and opening around late January 2023, the spot is designed to welcome guests still in their boots for a hearty meal and après drinks, with the slopes essentially letting out at Vulcania's front door.
