My first time at the Wells Fargo Center and first time at an NHL game. I was impressed! I took my wife and three teens. It took a little walk from the lot but with the Phillies playing too this night I was expecting that. The Flyers did a great job with entertainment throughout the game. The Big screen was amazing. I didn't buy any food but did see giant slices of pizza for $11 and a super awesome milkshake for $20 or so. I sat in seat 210a row 11. The place looked like every seat would have had a good view.

I was last here in 2011, and the arena is now much nicer than I remember. They obviously have renovated since my last trip. We sat in club seats this visit and have to say that we were both a little underwhelmed with the food options and the lounge area. Also, one of the ushers in our section was extremely annoying as well about keeping the aisle near our tables clear. His behavior was totally unnecessary as he patrolled the C 10 and 11 area of the arena. Having experienced more than a dozen club or suite types of seating at sporting events, this experience from a food and lounge perspective was probably the worst club experience at any stadium or arena we've had so take that for what it's worth as you make your decision to buy seats within this part of Wells Fargo Center.

I attended the NCAA Wrestling D1 Championships over the weekend at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. This is the second time I’ve been here, first time was for a comedian. I think for where it’s at to get in and to get out of the arena is pretty easy. The first time I was here, I was down on the floor, this past weekend I was in Suite 56. I’ve been in a number of suites before, and these are very roomy, have a bathroom inside the suite and they offer full bar service in catering. The service was phenomenal as they were constantly in their checking to make sure everything was topped off and the simple things that make all the difference in the world Like making sure there was enough ice for mixed drinks, plates, napkins, etc. The food was outstanding. We had their breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings and everything was really good! Overall, this was a great experience and I will definitely be back for concerts, championships, or other events that they might have at this arena.

Beautiful venue. We saw Theo Von here and really enjoyed the show, it was hilarious. Loved how clean and updated the venue was, from the bathrooms to the food venues. We really enjoyed our visit. Will definitely attend another show or sporting event here.

My family and I went there to watch the Indiana Pacers vs. Philadelphia 76ers Basketball game. We loved the venue, and the game was very entertaining.

Google
Updated and spacious 28 year old arena. Access accessible from highways and rapid transit. Multiple dining options available in and outside the arena. Walking distance to Xfinity live. Concourses are wide and spacious on the long side of the arena. Narrow on the ends. The ideal seating location is above row 10 in the lower bowl. Anything below lower 10 can be obscured in some areas by the glass when attending a hockey game.

I went to see Keyshia Cole on 7-2-25 for THE WAY IT IS 2025Tour. The arena was nice and all but them seats was horrible. Most of your audiences are plus sized people. You need better seating to accommodate.

Google
Pleasantly surprised by this arena! Very clean, shockingly comfortable (padded) seating, and big parking lot which was easy to get in and out of. We came to see Theo Von and it was an awesome experience.

Yelp
We just got into Philly on a pretty chilly night about 30 or so degrees coming from 80° weather.. and as we passed the sports complex off the highway, decided to see who was playing tonight, because I LOVE the support of ALL Philly teams fans We ended up searching tickets on StubHub and Ticketmaster and they were $15 each. Plus $12 each service tax and fees and decided to go to a Flyers game. They played the LA Kings. We did not purchase parking online because it also has service fees attached to its charge of $25 which ended up at like $55 There was ample amount of parking and the people at the gates were helpful enough to tell you where to go to purchase parking. The game started at 7:30 so I'm assuming doors opened at seven we got to that side of town by 7 and and get parking (3 rows from the entrance) Inside is HUMONGOUS! I don't feel like there's a bad seat in the arena! Enjoy. Get your snacks and be merry!

Yelp
My sister certainly scored with getting us tickets to see Disney on ice during the holiday! My little one is 4 and now that she had the opportunity to see most of the shows highlighted in the presentation it was that more meaningful. The layout and the seating was perfect, especially for kids and parents alike. I was initially worried that they (kids) wouldn't be able to navigate narrow seats and high seating angles but thankfully the seating sections available was very kid friendly. And with that we were able to enjoy the show. Our party of 6 had also previously attended the arena for a 76ers game with my little one and again we didn't have any concerns or issues during that game either. Anything higher might be a problem for kids. We had great times! For kids events I do recommend buying the Disney light ups on Amazon well in advance if you don't want to break the bank because any cool toy sold in the arena was EXPENSIVE!

Yelp
We come in for the Sixers games, we have season tickets. While the staff is mostly wonderful, a few things could improve... 1) whatever is happening with staff compensation - this needs to stop and the company managing the place should pay the employees living wages. 2) better/healthier food choices - all but the salad place are over salted, greased or sugared.. 3) in the coldest nights (including with snow), they somehow think it's a great idea do have us out asap, and block internal paths of movement. I go for a game, not a pneumonia...

Yelp
I have gone here many times over the years for concerts and most recently have attended a few flyers games. The security goes pretty fast and the staff is always generally very nice. There really aren't many bad seats due to the size of the arena as compared to say the linc or citizens bank park. I haven't gone to many of the different food stands but I know there are a few and only certain stands sell certain drinks as well. Overall, a decent venue and not a bad one to navigate! Ample parking options for all the Philly complexes.

Yelp
Attended the Sixers vs Spurs game on December 23rd. Lots to love about the venue. *Prepaid for parking. Just scanned my QR code and we were in. Super easy. *Outdoor security area was heated with heat lamps. Lines moved quickly. We were through security in a short amount of time. *Love the Flyers/Sixers holiday decorations in the lobbies. *Dancers doing acrobatics as soon as we entered. Cool touch. *Seats were easy to find and super comfortable. *Great views of the court from the higher seats. *Exiting was quick. Out of the parking lot in less than five minutes. So why not five stars? Only because of the food options. I wish there were more vegan options. As it was, I settled for fries and soft pretzels. Could we get a vegan cheese steak or bialy here? Otherwise, great venue!

Yelp
Attended Flyers game ...game was exciting but Utah won ... We had sears in VIP box area at center ice. There is a private entrance for VIP box area which is awesome. There are private bathroom too ... QR label to order food & drinks as delivered to your seats.. Open area has 4 or 5 frozen tables with a hockey rink..net ..players 7 year loved this & enjoyed playing with rink/ players between periods.... I recommend highly VIP box seats because of many sweet perks !!

Yelp
I was at Wells Fargo for a Flyers game. Love the way it's decorated for the holidays with both Flyers and Sixers trees. There are so many places to grab something to eat whether you want a full meal or a snack. Insomnia cookies and Federal donuts add to the sweets available but nothing beats the Turkey Hill soft serve ice cream. We were lucky to be in a suite with excellent seats. The only disappointment is the ice cream cart is no longer available :(

Yelp
I had to update my review since the last time I saw a show here because clearly the seating at this venue is not created equal. I did not even realize how good our seats would be when I was purchasing because tickets were selling like hot cakes to see this musical icon. The club level is where you want to be on either side. There are not one but two bars, high top tables and the view from your seats is so close to the stage. There's also a jumbo trim right in front of you so yeah. And the seats themselves were super comfortable. Complete 180 from my last review.

Yelp
I've been here many many times but most recently came here with 4 friends to catch the ELO concert for the Over and Out tour! We got tickets online and had a seamless check-in. The security area was quick and while parking is $35, we didn't have much of a problem finding a spot/leaving after the show. There are lots of food and drink options, which I usually pass up due to the expense and we choose to eat elsewhere. The show itself was, of course, amazing! The spectacle of lights, screens, audio quality, etc came through for a great show. I was honestly surprised at how well organized the traffic in and out of the stadium seating was since there were so many people! The area we sat in had some pretty steep seats so it felt lowkey precarious to get up and dance, but we had an awesome view. I went to see this show in MSG last week and it's a big difference seeing a show in NYC vs Philly. It's really great that it feels like every seat has a good view of the show and it's not a million dollars to attend.

Yelp
I came here for a Janet Jackson and Nelly concert and it was a really fun time! The stadium is much bigger than the one in my hometown and I liked how the food & drink stations were setup. Everyone seemed to be in good spirits so the mood was upbeat and lively. We were totally squished in our seats and could still move around if need be. We got a little confused finding the rideshare area afterward, but we figured things out eventually. I got a t-shirt to remember the moment and wouldn't mind coming back again.

Yelp
I've been to the Wells Fargo on different occasions...Basketball Games; Disney on and various concerts! The past visits were adequate, but this visit was for a 'Chris Brown' concert! I had the pleasure of being invited to attend the concert, but I was told we were in a suite! Let's Go!! Premium seating is on the 'Broad Street' entrance! The escalator to the suites is on the right! If you have mobility issues..walk to the elevators..across from 121 seating area! The suite was great! The view even better! You are assigned a room attendant to take food/drink orders! Tip: Food/drinks are at least 60-70% higher...if everyone in the suite are together...ordering food in the suite may work for the group..but if it's a mixed group...take a walk downstairs to purchase food! Now...the concert was great! Breezy and was Sold Out and this guy is energetic and a great Entertainer! Bonus: Comedian Bill Bellamy was in the Suite next to our group..super nice dude!

Yelp
I like the Wells Fargo Center. I've been here for basketball games & attended the Usher concert here as well. Getting in was easy and fast. No issue with security. Seats are comfy enough. Would recommend & return.

I went here the other night and it was great. Really nice stadium and the acoustics were great.

Yelp
I was just visiting to see Stevie Wonder. I love that the arena is accessible by subway which made traveling to and from the show a breeze! The arena is great! We had great seats but I don't think there was a bad seat in the house. I would definitely return! Great experience!

Yelp
Visited Wells Fargo Center for Flyers Game in February. Follow the instructions on your ticket to ensure you are going in the right lot. You will also be validated for parking, and attendants will guide you as well. Once you park, based on a ticket, you can enter regular or premium entrance and go through security check and then enter this beautifully maintained Wells Fargo center. the place is maintained very well and colorful with nice lighting, and the temperature is maintained well for the ice hockey game. Some goodies were distributed as you entered the stadium. There are a ton of food options available in the stadium. We will visit this place to catch the 76ers game.

Yelp
Attended the Kirk Franklin gospel review on September 6. It was wonderful. Absolutely awesome. I think the Wells Fargo Center could do better with posting signs, etc..

Yelp
Pretty cool arena. Went for Future & Metro Boomin' show. Easy entrance/exit. They have lots of different options for food. I'll never forget the XL pizza there lol

Yelp
Adrian restaurant at the Wells Fargo Center by the James Beard Award winning Stephan Starr is touted by Aramark/Wells Fargo Center/Stephan Starr as "world class dining" Aramark vice president & Wells Fargo should be ashamed on how mismanaged it is. It's an expensive "tourist trap". The food is comically bad. The worst in memory. Stick to overpriced concessions. Hey it's a captured market right? Beautiful decor that must have cost a fortune. The obvious attention to detail that was given to ambiance was not given to the food & service. You don't eat decor.

Yelp
Came here for the bad bunny concert last weekend and it did not disappoint!! Our seats were amazing and it was PACKED. The energy was insane, and it was truly exhilarating. I had low expectations for this concert because I didn't listen to this album much but it truly was a once in a lifetime experience! I loved how he had 2 stages and was also on a floating beam that rotated so everyone had a good view of him at one point. I also loved the special effects - pyro, floating balls, light up necklaces. I will definitely be back for future concerts!

Yelp
Came here to see a Flyers game tonight. They were giving away free beer steins. There was NO MENTION that it was only for the first 10,000 people that entered the building. You had to of received a coupon to receive the stein upon exiting the building. I am so upset because I bought these tickets thinking my partner and I would be walking out with a free stein. This has made me very sour and has increased my dislike of this venue and this team. Minnesota Wilds gained themselves a new fan. Goodbye Flyers and shame on you Comcast for promoting this as a giveaway night and then being shady limiting your giveaway to a restricted number of people. There were not even 10,000 people in the building! Also, I watched many people walk away with 2-3 steins per individual. How many people received coupons for more than one stein? SHAME!!! I want to also take time to mention how pathetically small the seats and leg room are here. This is worse than any airline seat. You don't even have room to twist and turn in your seat without risking hitting your drink in the adjacent cup holder and spilling it everywhere. Also, your $15 beers are whack.

Lucaa P.

Yelp
security guards are very rude they handed out free sweatshirts got kicked out for sitting in the wrong seats they yelled at us and took the sweatshirts they gave us who knows what they did with they do not recommend!!

Yelp
This place must be by a bunch of communists I'm here to see Justin Timberlake an this will be my last show here 300 on tickets/ 35 on parking 117 on 3 drinks And no re entry So if you want to have a smoke on a party night forget it No vapes either This place sucks anyway you look at it
google avatar

Yelp
Great place ! Came here for a basketball game it's nice and clean inside easy to find your seats. The food is expensive $11 for an icee drink is insane $5 makes logical sense for the size you get. We spend almost $40 on an icee , popcorn and a bottled drink. Seats were regular size sat in the 108 section not a bad view at all. We got there maybe around 615 and got a great parking spot. Parking is a bit more reasonably priced compared to everything else
google avatar

Elizabeth P.

Yelp
On our mission to see the NY Rangers in different states, we decided to catch a game in Philly. Arena is nice, the staff is excellent. My only suggestions are no smoke during game, that machine had me worried wondering what I was breathing in. Also maybe a shuttle between lots...i hate walking lol. Other than that, the bathrooms were supper clean. The staff by 219A at the concessions all really nice and friendly. Good food and drink options.
google avatar

Yelp
The WFC will show you where you should park based on the tickets you selected. With this information, once we found the lot (it was not clearly marked), we parked and were inside in a quick 5 minute walk. Our seats were right around the corner. This is very convenient and something everyone should make use of. Otherwise, getting through the traffic light into the parking lot will take some time. Carefully review the parking map so that you know where you are going in advance. Our seating for the Sixers' game were great, fans were excited, and a great time was had by all. I had to go out for popcorn as the barcode scan on the armrest was not functioning. However, there were vendors walking around selling different items, including ice cream.
google avatar

Yelp
Paid 35 for parking, 10 dollars for drinks, and waited in our cramped, too small, only half an ass would fit into these seats for 3 hours, ONLY for the concert to be CANCELLED an HOUR past show time!! The Wells Fargo Center "made bank" tonight bilking 21k people out of their money all the while KNOWING Andrea BOCELLI would CANCEL because he cancelled in BOSTON last night! Thanks for putting PROFIT over PEOPLE! I flew in from FLORIDA for this NONSENSE! Shame on you! GREEDY Wells Fargo and PHILADELPHIA! You don't even deserve ONE STAR! I flew 1000 miles for a concert that never happened! #NOTHAPPY #AndreaBocelli
google avatar

Marissa N.

Yelp
Seating is ridiculously uncomfortable. I don't know how anyone over 5 feet tall isn't eating their knees. Parking is ridiculously expensive. Avoiding this venue as much as I can for the rest of my life.
google avatar

Cynthia F.

Yelp
I saw Carrie Underwood her for my 40th birthday and it was a blast. Our seats were pretty good and the staff at the drinks bar were courteous. Tickets were reasonable also. I would definitely return to see another band.

Yelp
This venue, known for its ice rink arena, offers a solid experience. The ice rink is well-maintained and suitable for both professional and event use. The facilities are as clean as this type of venue can afford and manage crowds effectively, ensuring a comfortable visit. The food and beverage stands inside offer a good variety of options, catering to different tastes. The quality of food and service is decent. Overall, the venue does a good job of balancing practicality with entertainment, making it a reasonable choice for various events.

Yelp
Came here from Md for a Tim McGraw concert. Really easy to get to off of 95/495. We reserved a parking spot via SpotHero in LotB, closest to the exit. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and very quick to get out once the concert was over. A short walk to the venue, small wait for the doors to open and walked right in. Walked thru metal detectors but our bags were not searched even tho I fully expected them to be. The security just kept saying go right in! All employees were curteous and helpful. We found our seats to be comfortable and loved the arm rests that we were able to lift up to make a little bit more room. We noticed employees at the floor level were dumping drinks from cans and bottles into plastic cups which we thought strange but figured it was a safety precaution or easy clean up option. Bathrooms were spacious and clean , even after the concert was over. All in all it was a great experience and we look forward to returning for another event!
google avatar

Payal P.

Yelp
One of the integral stadiums in South Philly. They have amazing hockey games there and concerts. The seats are ok and they have a good selection of food/drink options available. Also who would want to not miss Gritty in action (especially since he haunts the Wells Fargo Center).
google avatar

Cynthia A.

Yelp
I had a great experience at the Wells Fargo Center. It was pretty simple to get into the building and we went though security pretty quickly. It was a bit tricky to find our seats and there wasn't an attendant standing near our section but we eventually was able to find our correct seats. The cookie milkshake from toothsome was delicious. The cookie was hard but the milkshake was sweet. I would definitely purchase again and try other flavors.

Yelp
Went to a concert last night, GREAT SHOW! A few things they should have invested in when planning and building this structure. First, some type of sound absorption substance on the wall. When listening to heavy metal, not having the sound bouncing off of all static surfaces, walls, floors, etc, would have been beneficial. I read of some tranquility room, damned if I saw ONE single sign. I really could have used that for the opening band as they were simply AWFUAWFUL!!! Heavy metal sung in mongolian with Mongolian throat singing interspersed!!???? Shades of Sheldon Cooper. After they were finished that period of quiet before Iron Maiden helped a ton. No idea where they could have put them, but more tables selling T-shirts, etc. A shirt, hoodie, or hat was absolutely not worth the line. It was sold out, so you had to expect that, but, you don't have to wait. Anyway, the saving grace was Maiden, a show I've wanted to see for 40 years or so. Yeah, they're older, but, don't seemed to have slowed down.

Yelp
Been to more Flyers games than I can count as well as a handful of concerts. The venue is decent for both! I've had great views no matter what I've sat. Typical stadium concession process, $$$. If going to a flyers game, lower level can be cold!

Alexis M.

Yelp
The seating is nice, you're never trying to look over somebody's head and while its a little cramped cause its a stadium, its not uncomfortable. I was there for three hours and my butt never hurt from the seats.
google avatar

Karen F.

Yelp
Seems better than I remember it from years ago. Fairly clean and decent (though pricey) fast food and alcohol options. Saw a Flyers game. It was fun - but they lost.

Yelp
Saw trans Siberian orchestra here. Interesting show. Lots of special effects. Christmas theme.

Yelp
Absolute madness before during and after this game. But what sports venue isn't. Kudos to the food service workers for holding their stuff together, ha! Let's go Knicks!

M S.

Yelp
I've been here for two concerts now and waiting in line is a horrendous experience. There are no signs for where to go and the staff does not help other than say "this isn't a line idk what yall are doing". Waiting in the wrong line for a hour and many people were denied entry for being in wrong lines. There needs to be some organization. One line we were in was just a giant circle. WFC needs to make up a plan for this. However. The arena itself is very nice and you can see the artists well. Food is very over priced. $30 total for a soda and fries is a little extreme. Once inside it's very nice!!!
google avatar

Maestro L.

Yelp
This is a great place to see a venue, the parking is somewhat easy to get into and leaving is probably the task so plan on a little bit of weight when leaving. The venue is very clean and there is lots of security and the seats are good.
google avatar

Yelp
Waiting patiently in the Suite line. Can't wait to get in. So excited to see what's gonna happen at Monday night RAW
google avatar

Zanna H.

Yelp
Great as a sports venue. Terrible acoustics as a concert venue. Seeing the Flyers play here recently was a great experience as sport spectating was what this arena was designed for. So on that front 5 stars. Having seen a few concerts here at this point it is terrible. The set up is terrible from other end. Unless you are on the floor, your view is either at a bad angle or too far away to see anything. The floor seats have their own issues as the it is seated your "seat" you are paying premium dollars for a basic folding chair. If it is not seated are going to get crushed in the crowd. The sounds echoes around and quickly becomes distorted so you lose any nuance to the music itself. So my recommendation is to enjoy sports here but avoid for concerts unless you just absolutely need to see the band live.
google avatar

Michael N.

Yelp
If you go to Philadelphia's Wells Fargo Center to see the Flyers take on the Rangers (and openly root for the Rangers) expect to learn some new twists on some very old four letter chestnuts or rue the day you didn't update your life insurance. I survived, so all I'll say is Wells Fargo remains an excellent venue to see a show or event that largely depends on the crowd. The monied elders at Simon & Garfunkel were tranquil to the point of narcolepsy while Roger Waters, The Who and Springsteen brought out the much more energetic pharmaceutical brigade that were making short work of the crab fries and were very loud doing it. The sightlines are multi-purpose arena "decent" and the staff, like everywhere else, will show you the respect that you show them. Parking was a four on the hassle scale and priced as you would expect, for pain. I keep coming back so it can't be that bad. Four stars for the crab fries.
google avatar

Atavier G.

Yelp
went there to watch a basketball game two days ago and it was really good. The staffs were completely nice very helpful and friendly and the food there was great. The only thing I didn't like was the prices of the food but i wasn't completely upset i know that when you go to place likes these food is always expensive.

Yelp
I've been coming to the Wells Fargo center since it first opened, but after two recent visits, for a concert and a Sixers game, I was inspired to write a review. The recently completed remodel is very impressive. The inside looks better, the seats are more comfortable, there are more food options and areas to eat other than at your seat, and the scoreboard is huge and retractable. The retractable scoreboard means it's completely out of the way when you are there for a concert. I bought a James Harden shirt at the sporting goods store at the arena. The price were reasonable. There is even a QR code at your seat in the lower level that pulls up a food menu. Now that I've showered the arena with praise you may wonder why this review is only 4 stars. The problem is that the food isn't as good as it should be. The Chickie & Pete's fried chicken tenders are so thin you can barely taste the chicken. And the fries were underseasoned. The federal donuts are smaller than at any other location. And the pizza is really an oily mess. The food is designed for maximum profit, taste be damned. You will have a good time at the Wells Fargo Center for an event. Just don't plan to eat too much food. It would be best to eat elsewhere before you get there. Maybe stick to drinks at the arena.

Yelp
Attended a concert seeing Dua Lipa recently here for the first time at the Wells Fargo Center. Only a short drive from home in Delaware, this venue brings in a wide range of entertainers, sport games and other events for a wide range of patrons. Purchasing tickets online were pretty simple and we were on our way for a night filled with music and good times. Pretty easy to get to off the Delaware express, the Center has its own parking lot. For our first time and not sure of the area we definitely wanted to make sure we were in an ok spot. Getting out was the harder part but it is what it is. The concert check in thru security was pretty simple as long as you know how to navigate a crowd well. There were souvenirs spots scattered around along with food vendors. You can see those that are there for Dua Lipa and those that need an excuse to drink for the night. To each their own. I would say the concert was as good as the price you pay for your seat. We were far up and has to rely on the TVs for the show which is to be expected. I guess maybe upgrading the screens more. We will continue to expand on our experiences at the Center and see who else plans to play there.

Yelp
Villanova basketball at the Wells Fargo Center is a must-see for any college basketball fan. With a winning tradition, passionate fan base, and an electric atmosphere, it's an experience that truly captures the essence of what makes college basketball so special.

Yelp
The Wells Fargo Center is an integral part of South Philly! I've seen many great flyers games here throughout the years and most recently attended for Flyers Grateful Dead night. $25 bucks parking is steep but I was happy to see that credit cards are accepted. The band, Splintered Sunlight, was awesome! Box seats came with a mini fridge, heat lamps, and bathroom. Awesome seats too!

Yelp
Awesome experience for my first NBA game 76ers vs warriors. We had suite seats and the parking was right next to the arena. We didn't know that we could go in a different door due to being VIP so we waited in line with everyone else...we know for next time. The food was soo good. The staff also kept checking on us to make sure we were ok. Truly an amazing time.
