Except for one visit, I’ve generally had a really good experience at this Wendy’s. The dining room is consistently clean and inviting, and more often than not, the drive-through moves along quickly, making it a reliable option when you're in a hurry. It's a solid, dependable choice in the area.

Hands down Wendy's is my favorite fast food burger joint! The burgers are super fresh as are the fixings, I prefer to get the deluxe burger and substitute a lettuce wrap for a bun, and they fix it up nice and fresh. The fries are delicious too - natural cut fries with sea salt ftw!

I asked for 10 spicy nuggets via the drive-thru. I got home and saw I did not have 10 spicy nuggets and had regular nuggets. They need to train their staff better and double check orders.

Placed and order in early January and talked to a manager and another worker about my order containing a meat I do not eat. I was told I would get reimbursed with a free meal afterwards and never received what I was told in return for the messed up $50 order I had paid for. It was snowing and I could not return to the store and after returning the next day, they did not honor. Took a risk to get the food and ended up getting wrongly made order and no food. Today is the worst Dave's double burger ever I experienced in my life. Unable to even have one bite. They burned the meat or it was sitting in the table for weeks. Not going there anymore. Worst experience.

This place sucks, I ordered a ceasar salad, and they gave me chicken sandwiches instead of what i just ordered. I ended up paying 40 dollars just for 2 sandwiches, I don't have problem with the money. it is just that I feel like they overcharged me with prices and the lady who took my order didn't do a good job. 👎

This is the best Wendy's that I have ever been to. It is on my way home, so I stop here for dinner sometimes. My orders have always been right with friendly service. No complaints.

The service of Wendy's in this location is excellent. I'm vegetarian. I love the egg and cheese sandwiches from Wendy's and they've got good coffee. I've been to other Wendy's location and the cream and sugars were only placed inside the bag. In this location you just tell them the number of cream and sugars and it's already mixed and prepared when you received it. It really helps a lot when you're in a rush. I love the breakfast potatoes too. Thank you.

This is my first time here. I was hungry and wanted something quick and cheap. This shopping center has grew so much, I'm sure there were other options, but this was the easiest to find. Although I have been to Wendy's many times in general, I had no idea what to order this visit. I made the mistake of going through the drive through and blurted out the first thing I saw, which was the 4 piece chicken nuggets kid's meal. As I was pulling up to the window, I saw the bottom corner of the menu with the value combo deals. I got to the window and asked if he can make it the $5 combo meal, which was basically a kids meal plus a burger. The employee at the window, simply said "of course!" and asked them to make the burger. Then the manager walked by and said, "don't worry! It should be out soon!" They were all so pleasant and friendly. The food was typical Wendy's food quality, but it was freshly made.

Parking is great. Food: received it lukewarm for a mobile order pickup. Service: I'm not sure why my mobile order took over 30'minutes. Staffing is bad. Customers were starting to get very angry.

This was my night spot during my time living in Ashburn. Pull up in the drive thru and order your eats then park in the lot and scarf down your munchies. Always enjoyed items such as the Jr Bacon Cheesburger and Frosties. That of course was years ago when I was younger and prone to getting sloppy on some nights. Now I'm a morning guy so breakfast is more my thing. Got to try the sausage egg cheese sandwich and the honey butter chicken biscuit. Both are part of the 2 for $4 which is a sweet deal for breakfast and value. And both are delicious of course. Not sure why the negative reviews. I guess people take fast food service seriously.

Got my order quick and it was nice and hot enjoyed my meal. Watched another person spill their drink on the floor by accident and told the lady at the register who could of cared less by the way she didn't even acknowledge it. Ate my food in about 20 minutes and still had no one even come to clean it up, I get it if it was busy but it wasn't maybe like 2 cars in the drive through. Kinda took it upon myself to take one of their wet floor cones and put it by the spilled drink cuz god forbid anyone even attempt to put something there so no one slips and falls

+Dave's Double cheeseburger was good. +They are not stingy with sauces. -The Spicy Chicken was not good. It was a small piece of chicken that was quite thin and flat. -The fries were over-salted.

Kicked out of the drive thru after waiting ten minutes for trying to order more than 2 meals. No signs saying anything amount a maximum drive thru order, but they told us it slows down service too much.

It was ok the food was a little cold and I asked for no pickles because I don't like them but they were on my food which was a little annoying but overall it was ok .

*** Drive Thru Only Review *** I had a craving for some chili, probably due to the cold weather outside and decided to come satisfy that craving, because after all the chili never let me down. I actually walked inside to order because the drive thru line was hella long but the line inside was worse so I got back in my car and pulled up to the drive thru. The service was slow and it was peak lunch time but that may explain both lines inside and out. So needless to say patience was fully needed. Once I received my food, the chili was nice and hot but the fries were lack luster, barely salted and three steps below hot. They were not ice cold but they were not as hot as they could be. But you know how it goes, after waiting that long you have to weigh the pros and cons of either parking and going back inside or waiting thru the line again just to request hot fresh fries. Yea, not worth it today. At least the chili was still hot when I was ready to eat it.

Thank you for the one pack of crackers and 10 packs of hot sauce with my chili, what a waste

Could you be any slower? I don't think so. I ordered from home and it took me a good 15-20 minutes to get to the store and they didn't even start my order. When I asked what took so long, the manager responded with an attitude "WE GOT A LOT OF ORDERS TO FILL. YOU DON'T SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE WE HAVE IN THE DRIVE THRU. THEY HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEIR ORDERS, TOO", which implied that those people were experiencing the same slow service as I was getting. Never again, Wendy's.

I agree with what a few others have said, this place is hit or miss. The last order from them was great--hot and made the way I wanted. The order I received yesterday was AWFUL. I ordered a BIg Bacon Classic combo with no lettuce on the burger and extra cheese (which I paid extra for). It arrived with lettuce and no cheese at all, not even the cheese it's supposed to be made with. It was very small and flattened, not worth the $14 I paid for the combo. The fries were cold and tasted very old. Mello Yellow tasted very off, like detergent. I had also ordered 4 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers for my kids. I ordered with no lettuce, they all have lettuce. One of them had someone's hair in it. It was just an awful waste of money and SUPER disgusting. We won't be ordering out for a good while.

Worst place ever. Don't mind it. Tried to order but nobody cared, I felt so ignored as a costumer that I decided to leave. They didn't want to take my order and didn't want to answer my questions as well. And it's junk food so what else can you expect. Go somewhere better, it's the same price anyways.

This place is totally trash, I got food poisoning from it plus the customer service is below zero, i have always been a wendy's customer but this location!! Dont even think about it. The manager called me 3 times to discuss the incident and i missed the calls because i was sick from the food and when i called back he said he doesnt know what am i talking about and he never called, I was going to take a legal action towards it but wendy's is a good place its just this trash location

Nicest drive through staff!!! Don't know who needs to see this but I honestly just felt very positive after being greeted and taken care of by the staff ... Wendy's in Ashburn your employees need a raise

This Wendy's is hands down the best one i go to. Sometimes they forget a ketchup or a salt pack when i ask, but meals are always right, food is always cooked perfect every time, everything always comes fast. Place is top notch when it comes to quality.

Every time I tried to eat here they got my order wrong. I could understand if it was one or twice with the same cashier, but it was every single time and I never got exactly what I ordered even once. Are the registers broken? I ask for extra lettuce, get charged $0.30, and it's just a standard amount of lettuce. When I don't order the extra lettuce, it doesn't come with lettuce. Awful. I don't go here anymore.

This is the Wendy's of failure. Check your bags before you leave, not kidding at all. I've had multiple issues at this location with getting the wrong order or not getting something I had ordered. The late night manager is incredibly nice though.

How bad? So bad I chucked it without asking for a redo. Unclean. Unprofessional. Scary. Never ever coming back.

They suck its always something wrong at this location. Out of food, rude, cold food wrong drink and the one woman always says whatever I ordered 'is no good" and to get aomething else. Byewendy

Best Drive-Thru Experience Ever! The lady at the drive-thru that takes your money is always so nice. She is smiling and happy. She always finds something to complement like my tie or something. It just really stands out. Fast food is Fast food. I rate them based on service and cleanliness and I have had a great experience at this location.

An irritant more than anything, but the drive through cashier does not give change back if it's less than a nickel. This has happened to me at least four times at this location (the most recent being today). When I asked her if she was going to give me my change, she looked at me and laughed and told me to drive to the next window. (I'm now infuriated.) I wonder if they would have a problem if I paid less than the amount due and told the cashier that would make us "even".

Mr.Costa is the man!!! He helped me with an order and made my total overall price less than what I expected! Great customer service

As with other reviews for this Wendy's, this place is a hit or miss. I have to say that the dining area is always clean. However, depending on when you get there (lunch, after lunch, before dinner rush, late evening) "it's like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get." I have had some good experiences if my order is small (order a combo meal, order a large frosty, or just 1 burger). But if you have more than one person in your order, be careful. Speak clearly and as long as you order off the menu with no special order (no onions on my 1/4 lb single, plain - no ketchup, or extra mustard) you should get your order fine. Unfortunately I had a bad experience this week and got my family's order but waited an extra 15 minutes for a 1/4 lb single burger (and I didn't ask for anything special on or off it) and I was 1 of 3 people on the restaurant at the beginning of the dinner hour. It's the only Wendy's in an approx. 4-5 mile radius from my house. The place is okay.

Good Wendy's location. They make their joints with love!

I love Wendy's, but this location does not have their stuff together at all. After late sports practice, it is easy to stop by and pick up a quick order. But even upon checking my order at the drive through, when I get home, something is always wrong/missed. It is so frustrating when you are in a hurry, you cannot depend on good and accurate service. On our most recent visit, we ordered 2 taco salads, and a kids meal cheeseburger. The taco salads did not have "taco chips"...WHAT?, and the chili was water and beans....NO MEAT at all....I kid you not. It was like eating a salad soup. Also, the cheeseburger had nothing on it, even though we asked for certain toppings. I called the management to let them know that their team may need additional training, and his solution was for me to drive back and he would remake my order. Although it was a nice offer, when you order from a fast-food restaurant, you expect it fast and accurate due to being in a hurry, not that you have the time to drive all the way back to have your order corrected, that should have been right in the first place. I am so disappointed with this Wendy's. I hope they are able to improve in the future.

Drive through was a bit slow. My son of a Baconator was good, but my fries were a bit cold and had no salt. My frosty was great.

I took my mom to have a procedure done and the wait was super long. So I decided to check Yelp for the closest fast food restaurant. I didn't want to be to far just incase something happened. Wendy's popped up perfect the kids love Wendy's. We get there it doesn't look crowed inside or in the drive thru. I stood in line for 35 minutes and there was only 3 people in front of me. Than when I ordered our food it took them another 15 minutes to get my food. This is ridiculous I could of went through the drive thru. We wanted to eat inside but by the time I got the food I was like let's go we need to check on grandma. The cashier wasn't very friendly, he just seemed confused. The manager was helping him but it didn't speed up the process. Its lunch time why do they only have one cashier? And no one apologized for the wait! This establishment needs better management and hopefully that will improve their organization and productivity. Just sayin ...

I haven't been to this Wendy's in a few years. But unfortunately we had food from there last night because of their new chicken sandwich. Not only was it dry food (indicating it was cooked a few hours ago) but my 4 year old got sick from it. Vomit and diarrhea. I don't care if I get sick, but you don't mess with my kids . The boycott continues!

Worst place and quality of food, entire family got sick after eating food. DO NOT GO HERE I will never go to any Wendy's again.

Service is always good, which means quick. Food is always fresh. I always order inside and usually eat in the restaurant. The guy who took my order saved me a couple of bucks by fitting my order into one of their specials. He didn't have to do that. Lobby has always been clean except once. I probably caught them right after a rush.

This Wendy's is a good place to enjoy lunch . The dining area is clean . I visited this Wendys location and the woman Michelle at the cash register is professional and fast . She takes your order and is very helpful. I will continue to patronize this location do to great, fast , and accurate service from Michelle at the cash register. Satisfied Customer

Not a good experience. Ordered the apple pecan chicken salad without bleu cheese. I'm deathly allergic. I got home with the drive through salad and found the cheese all over it. I drive back and got it prepared correctly. Then ate it. Within 15 minutes I had a blowout. It was the first thing I are today. So something was very wrong with the ingredients.

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Then, went there again thinking it was just a bad day....wrong! Run by a bunch of adolescents, poor service and dirty. If you are whatsoever attractive, all the guys come to the window to check you out. Seriously, won't be back.

The bald manager never fails every single i time come through I get two #2's. And ask for some chili seasoning.. he gives me two every time. I ask for a few more please and he hands me ONE... EVERYTIME... stop being so greedy and stingy chili seasoning doesn't bring any revenue to your store so just stop. I used to stop there once a week now it's like once a month. And I'm a restaurant manager I know how guest should be treated .... and sir you are not doing a good job at all of that

I had no problem with this wendy's but today that changed. Not only did I wait in line for 15 mins but they gave me a half empty soda and it wasn't coke. Gross! They actually have me someones drink and they had drank out of it! I called the manager and all he said "I'm sorry miss" ugh I was beyond pist I hung up on them.

This Wendy's is always quick with the orders, and the gentleman who is usually taking the money at the drive thru is extremely friendly and polite, wishing you a good day. I have had to ask for hot fries a few times when we eat in, and they always oblige. Dine in and take out, they have got our order right pretty much every time. The one problem I have with this Wendy's is that there are NO changing tables for babies in either bathroom, so if you need to change your little one's diaper, you have to go out to the car, which is terrible particularly in the winter. Please get a changing table!

This Wendy's has good service especially the drive thru. The order has always been right when we get it to go. The restaurant is clean and we love the drosty.

I didnt liked the taste of the food here in this location. All the prices of items are priced higher than the advertising campaigns.

Called asking for them to make fresh cookies, they hung up on me..... called two more times. Someone finally picked up and said that they will make it and it'll be done in 5 minutes. I get there 15 minutes later, they didn't make it because apparently some kids have been prank calling them earlier that day. They told me it would take 20 minutes for them to be done. TERRIBLE service. RUDE employees. Go somewhere else.

This drive thru employee was EXTREMELY rude to me. I could not understand the employee through the speaker and I had 2 of my friends in the car as well. I asked her, "what?" many times and each time I would not get a response back. We ended up completing our order SOMEHOW and pulled up to the window. She asked me, "card or federal reserve note?" AGAIN, she said it SO fast I could not understand what she was saying. I asked her "what?" again, and she sighed and YELLED AT ME, "CARD OR FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE? DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT IS? A FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE? A 5, 10, 20. YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS." Like what are you, my economics teacher? I am in a WENDYS drive thru. JUST SAY CASH. I am literally 16 years old, JUST SAY CASH. She also did not put the sauce I asked her for either. Just extremely rude and unwelcoming. It was literally a 1 minute interaction, and she gave me a terrible first impression. I do not think I will be buying from this Wendy's again.-

Very ample and spacious seating. The bathroom location is a bit odd as you have to walk through the dining area doors as if you were leaving and turn left. Staff was friendly and happy. It got a bit weird when two employees started singing loudly in another language in the dining area right next to a customer who I'm pretty sure doesn't understand the language. :) Jr. cheeseburger deluxe is scrumptious.

Food sucks, always leave without something. Never know how to use coupons. Rude!! Never go here!

They aren't bad for fast food, but they are priced like a full service restaurant. I like Wendy's for the food, but I NEVER eat there, because their prices are so far out of whack.
