Staff and management very rude. They mess up your order then wanna get smart with you for their mistake. Watched a the grill cook bully a customer into ordering something he didn’t want because the cook didn’t want to cook anything else. Soda machine was out of every option. Only person actually working in there was the guy running around emptying the trash cans. Don’t waste your money literally go anywhere else

A failure of a franchise location. Never have I seen so few options on a Coke Freestyle machine. Quite literally only had Diet Coke, Aha sparkling water, or Peace tea. Preordered through the app at 5 for 5:45 pickup, food wasn’t ready until 6:20 and only ordered a 444 (cheeseburger, nuggets, fries). Isn’t properly staffed to handle customers on top of food delivery apps. Would not recommend whatsoever.

Please send a secret shopper here and you’ll know why I made time to make a review… no drinks in fountain machine for more than 2 weeks… person at the register keeps leaving 20-25 min wait with no drive thru. One of the few places in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood where you can have a decent meal at an affordable cost. The service is decent. I love the breakfast meals, but coffee isn't great. The restaurant often has a lot of trash lying around, but that's not entirely the management's fault.

The workers are so sweet and attentive. However the one downside is it is always busy no matter what time you go because this place has such a huge demand and not enough workers. The food takes forever to come out because there’s not enough people working, please Wendy’s get some more people or add some of those kiosks to this location where you can place orders and I’d be back more often. I rarely come here though because of the long wait times.

Perhaps I caught them on a bad day, however after a wait on a very long line in a Saturday, they were out of salads & chicken tenders. They didn't have enough tables for us (their extra dining room downstairs was closed for some reason). Despite this, the food arrived quickly.

I checked Google for hours and says they close at 1am. As all other establishments I assumed that I could go purchase a meal until 1am. Imagine my surprise to find out they stop taking orders at 1230 and will only deal with mobile orders. No where is this listed. Not in store, not online. I had to download the app as quickly as possible just to get some food at one of the only places still open in the area. What a disappointment. And the amount of items that they didn't have or "didn't have" was astounding. I don't know how they stay in business with so much product out all the time. The only good thing I can say is the employee working the register wasnine of the nicest and kindest employees I've ever had the pleasure of working with this visit. She deserves a medal for all she put up with and handled it like the pro she is..

What a step up, it was such a nightmare on esrth for a while I couldnt even rate it until now!!! It honestly WAS the WORSE Wendy's ever from slippery floors to moody employees to toxic crowds which they had to cater to and slow ordering. There were times I did not get my order and they didnt even give my money back and it wad a nightmare. I ended up not getting my salad which showed on my reciept and ordered but they ran out. Instead the Wendy's employee told me they could not refund me nor exchange it with anything else even though THEY were the one out of the salad and charged me. This literally was not the case this time!!! Everyone was moving at a good speed and very polite. There was a cop in the store this time that patrols which makes me feel much safer too. There was no flies bussing around the drink area. It's crazy to think how much has changed. The floors was clean even on a Friday night, not sticky or slippery. The it's too bad I'm so addicted to their fries and nuggets, it's always so freash and crispy it's so good! Some days I order and I wait 15minutes for FRIES but this time took a record of 2minutes. Bravo. I love a good come back story.

I've never write a review, but this place is just a full mess. Food was really bad, chicken no cooked enough. Service is the worst part of the this place, I came in wanting to place an order and one of the many teenagers working there was fighting with a customer, idk what they were fighting about but I can tell the customer was just calm trying to explain this girl that he never try to disrespect her in any way. Long story short, this place need to take action on what's actually happening in this location. I have experience in restaurant management and trust me when I say, this is the worst Wendy's location in PA!

I ordered my food and went to get my drink it was a little flat for soda, I'm standing partially in line waiting on my food clear as day you can see a mouse running back and fourth. I then got back in line and said I thought it would be up sooner and asked for a refund. The manager had an attitude which I think was unfair because I did not make a scene and I could have.

I don't normally leave reviews; though I do read them. But I have to speak to the fact that I recently visited this location while in town with my family. I used to Wendy's app to place an order for 1 sandwich, 2 orders of nuggets, and 2 fries at approx 12:40pm EST. I selected a pick-up time of 12:50pm, which was an option, and it worked because I was at a retail store checking out a couple of blocks away. I arrived at the Wendy's at 12:51pm to a chaotic scene of several people waiting in line to order, some off to the side waiting on their orders, and others sitting at tables many waiting for their orders. Their were multiple workers attending to the guests from different points. At approx 1:00pm, a young male worker came to the side door and asked out loud, "If there are any other mobile orders?" I raised my hand and approached him to confirm my order. He asked my name, and I showed him on my receipt. He just said "okay" and went back in. I assumed that meant my order, which was already a little late, but nothing crazy. That did not happen. I proceeded to wait while observing people who were either there before me, and those who I saw ordering after I had already been waiting get their food and leave. Finally, after waiting patiently for approx 30 minutes until around 1:20pm so I approached the counter, as I had seen some others do, so I could ask another employee about my order that same male employee who was at a register tendind to new customers turned to me and told me I had to "wait over there." That to me was completely unacceptable and unprofessional considering 20 minutes earlier that same person had engaged me about my order without so much as giving me any sense of whether he was going to be accommodating my order or giving me a time frame; nothing! I just grabbed the stroller that had my daughter and left at that point. I don't know how it normally is at this location; but this to me is the worst experience I've had in a fast food establishment. I'm normally a big fan of Wendy's more so than the other big 2 franchises. This was a very bad representation of the already not-so-high expectations one should have at such establishments.

While ordering online is quick, easy, and provides a plethora of customization, actually going to the restaurant is absurdly atrocious. The food is fine as well, but man are the actual store and its employees dirty and incompetent respectively. When you order online, there's a tiny area by the kitchen door where you have to stand. It's right in front of a disgusting trashcan. There's always some sticky liquid in front of the soda dispensers and the first dispenser is always out of order. Makes walking in the restaurant so irritating and hazardous. It also stinks all of the time in there. There's always only one person that runs the register at a time making the line slow as all get out and on top of that, all of the staff and miserable and disrespectful. You have to tell them that you have a mobile order even though they clearly see you walk in and pass the line and obviously have not seen you that day. But fine, whatever. Today, I ordered online and told the guy running the register. He told me to hold on. A couple minutes later, my name was called, but that was someone else's order with the same name. At this point, the guy who was giving out orders told me that I had to tell them I had a mobile order which, is just dumb as you are serving the customer so you should ask what they need, especially since there is a sign that says "Mobile orders" right above the people that stand there. Anyway, he gives me my food and I tell him that I did tell the guy at the register, but he never said anything to let anyone know what I was here for. He kept reiterating the fact that I needed to tell them that I was picking up a mobile order without them addressing me first. To which I responded and told him that I had told the cashier but was told to wait. Obviously they don't care. He just ignored me and walked back into the kitchen and started laughing as if I'm the one in the wrong. Go here if you want to be disrespected. Of course it's be people like this that work here lol

Finding places to grab some food with curfews, pandemic, and peaceful protests all at the same time is quite the challenge, but I must say that Wendy's is managing VERY WELL. Wendy's has done a FANTASTIC job of adjusting to the pandemic's restrictions by enforcing safety precautions throughout its restaurant. The co-workers were super polite despite the stress and it was very clear how to navigate the restaurant in a safe manner. The food was prepared quickly and was fantastic! I have to say that I have never had such amazing spicy chicken nuggets before from a fast-food restaurant. SO worth the try if you have never had them from here!!

I put my order for a breakfast croissant with sausage through the Wendy's app a good 15 minutes before my arrival at the store. The lone counter person informed me that the system just received it. When I reminded him that I had a coupon for a $2 breakfast sandwich, he just pushed it towards me and informed me that the coupon was only valid for walk-in customers. I was stunned.

Don't go to the location at 1515 Chestnut St. in Philadelphia. The guy behind the counter in the morning is horrible. Horrible customer service, slow, bad attitude, and can't get the orders right. One lady was complaining about the service one time...and he said whatever. He needs to go! I did a mobile order for breakfast one morning, and he still screwed it up. I ordered 3 combos that come with seasoned potatoes, and one extra seasoned potato for somebody who didn't want a combo. We showed him the receipt, and he was denying we ordered 4. It clearly states on the receipt there should be 4, and we even had an extra $1.89 charge for it. He argued we were wrong...but I don't think his eyes were working too well (literally). This wasn't the first time we had a problem there...or items missing. My co-workers and I banned going there for a while...decided to give it another shot...and nothing changed. A few mornings, they didn't even have any coffee! That is crazy! Luckily they are right next door to a Dunkin Donuts. They need to put someone more delightful behind the counter in the morning. I'm gonna tell everybody I know not to go to that location unless something changes.

Now this place is one of the worst fast food experience that I have ever had, I stood in a very very I will say again a very long line, close towards the drink machines. I ordered a chicken sandwich fries and a drink. Now I'm not sure about their process but it took a while for my food to come out, not only that their customer service here sucks. Seems all of the people at the registers had an attitude, I understand that the long lines was long before I came, I get it. but if you cant give a good customer experience with a smile, you might need to find a job where people don't have to look at your face. I won't be back to this location

Order 2 large fries for 1$ each and two jr cheese burgers. Fries came burnt but the manager replaced them with fresh fries no problem. Both burgers where under done however once again manager stepped in and gave me two fresh chicken sandwiches that where perfect. Free refills on soda is always a plus Huge tv on ESPN was the highlight of my visit will be back just not for burgers. Not the cleanest Wendy's (they are extremely busy) clean enough that I ate in the restaurant. Great for children and quick meals

Ordered food last night via door dash. Door dash did their job but the food from Wendy's was a failure. Ordered cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, and onion. I received a cheeseburger with ketchup and onion. Baked potato was old and cold. No butter or sour cream which I ordered....threw both out...horrible!!!!

Came here to grab some dinner quick. The place definitely could use some cleaning and revamping, looked like the whole shop was starting to fall apart. I got the 4 for 4 deal with the free Dave's Single promotion this month for downloading the app. The chicken nuggets were only a little warm, and not exactly tender. The fries weren't too fresh. The sandwiches were pretty okay, though I was given a drink instead of a frosty I ordered originally. Yeah ..this place could really use a little better management and help.

I feel embarrassed just writing a review for this place but it should be excluded because it's a chain and it's fast food. Horrible doesn't begin to describe how terrible this place is. 1. The staff is terrible, did they go to a local high school and just pick at random who works there? Sure seems like it. The males behind the counter are too busy checking out every single female that walks through the door OR too busy flirting with the cashiers. The females are too busy chit chatting with everyone that works there and can't take your order until THEY are done with their conversation. 2. I've been here twice, I didn't get anything but went with my boyfriend. He got a frosty... it literally took us OVER 20 minutes to get it. I don't care if there are other people waiting for food, make a frosty... it should NOT take that long, stop talking and do your job. The second time he wanted a sandwich, grilled chicken... it took the cashier/cooks about 15 minutes to let him know they didn't have chicken... uhm, wow, thank you? 3. It's always crowded, loud, filled with obnoxious high school kids who can't say excuse me or are just completely rude. There is no reason why any one should ever step foot in this place... I don't understand why it's still open.

Don't get me wrong I enjoy Fast Food every once in awhile and I think wendy's chicken nuggets are the best of the big fast food chain but I would avoid this particular Wendy's at all costs. Everyone in this establishment looks miserable, from the workers to the people just waiting for their food. This must be where happiness comes to die. The scene in here is always interesting to say the least. On any given night you will have people passed out at the tables, yelling, altercations, or any other nonsense you could possibly dream up. The lines move slow, and the food isn't too "fast" but its your standard Wendys food. You will have to put up with a good amount of nonsense though to get it.

I want to enjoy Wendy's, I often think of it as my favorite fast food chain. In spite of this, the 15th St one has a way of wanting to be avoided. They say open til 1 or later, but I've been locked out early before. So their late night operation is apparently hit or miss. The clientele here is very young, loud and obnoxious, and so messy that the establishment has taken to blocking off areas of the seating so that they stay clean enough for the next shift. You don't have to do that, at most other places. But this one is notoriously messy anyway, and I'm not sure I'd be willing to revisit this when a real good burger place, Five Guys, is less than a block away and open daily from 11a-10p.

The non-responsive cashier couldn't be bothered with my order and the idiot putting my 2 simple sandwiches together must be illiterate because he couldn't have messed it up more if he'd actually tried to. Can't say I'm surprised - I knew what I was getting into when I peered through the window at the staff and clientele, but still. At least they care about safety, however, because the big dude with the "security" shirt standing by the soda fountain will definitely take care of business - once he's done posting that Facebook message.

Why do I even write a review for a chain fast food restaurant? Luckily, for them, I checked in on Yelp (yes, I was clearly drunk since I checked into a fast food restaurant) and managed to remember a small glitch in my weekday festivity. When I asked the manager (who was working at the register) for my Frosty, he said, "that's not my job." Do not deny a drunk girl her Frosty.
