I don't normally leave reviews; though I do read them. But I have to speak to the fact that I recently visited this location while in town with my family. I used to Wendy's app to place an order for 1 sandwich, 2 orders of nuggets, and 2 fries at approx 12:40pm EST. I selected a pick-up time of 12:50pm, which was an option, and it worked because I was at a retail store checking out a couple of blocks away. I arrived at the Wendy's at 12:51pm to a chaotic scene of several people waiting in line to order, some off to the side waiting on their orders, and others sitting at tables many waiting for their orders. Their were multiple workers attending to the guests from different points. At approx 1:00pm, a young male worker came to the side door and asked out loud, "If there are any other mobile orders?" I raised my hand and approached him to confirm my order. He asked my name, and I showed him on my receipt. He just said "okay" and went back in. I assumed that meant my order, which was already a little late, but nothing crazy. That did not happen. I proceeded to wait while observing people who were either there before me, and those who I saw ordering after I had already been waiting get their food and leave. Finally, after waiting patiently for approx 30 minutes until around 1:20pm so I approached the counter, as I had seen some others do, so I could ask another employee about my order that same male employee who was at a register tendind to new customers turned to me and told me I had to "wait over there." That to me was completely unacceptable and unprofessional considering 20 minutes earlier that same person had engaged me about my order without so much as giving me any sense of whether he was going to be accommodating my order or giving me a time frame; nothing! I just grabbed the stroller that had my daughter and left at that point. I don't know how it normally is at this location; but this to me is the worst experience I've had in a fast food establishment. I'm normally a big fan of Wendy's more so than the other big 2 franchises. This was a very bad representation of the already not-so-high expectations one should have at such establishments.
