they have a very generous subscription service for meat that includes high quality items. They also have great to go items such as sauces of all kinds. I really love their rotisserie chicken. I’ve also purchased chicken liver to make mousse, which I enjoyed. was hoping to find pork belly for adobo but couldn’t find last time (also was in a hurry and didn’t ask, so it’s my bad.) The ground meat is gorgeous- great for keema (Indian curry.) great addition to Brooklyn’s Fifth Avenue. UPDATE- the jerk chicken is divine, so sublime, spicy, juicy, magical. The dry-aged burger may very well be the best burger I’ve ever cooked at home- possibly the best I have ever had, even!
