"Already signed to open in January 2023 in the former home of Fleishers Craft Butchery at 192 Fifth Avenue at Berkeley Place, the full-blown butcher shop is planned as the flagship operation that the Crown Heights 'satellite' will support; Marcelo Argueta of Cochonneries will be involved in both butcher shops.
