The Best Hotel Restaurants in Minneapolis and Saint Paul - Eater Twin Cities

"With a fresh, local, sustainable, motto that’s visible from appetizer to dessert, this l restaurant is the place to experience creative takes on Minnesota classics. Housed lobbyside at the Radisson Blu Minneapolis Downtown, FireLake showcases the work of local farmers and fisheries—like crisp walleye fritters with a jalapeno tarter sauce, or Peterson Farms prime rib served over a rotating selection of locally sourced vegetables." - Julie Zhou

The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was fine. The food was not good. The skillet cornbread tasted like it was microwaved about three hours before it was served. It was room temperature and bland. We got the half chicken and the duck stroganoff. The best thing on either plate was the potatoes with the chicken. The crème brûlée was undercooked but they corrected that when we asked them to. Everyone was nice. The food just wasn’t good. Especially at the price point.

Visited Wood + Paddle for a business group dinner. Service was prompt and attentive for a group of 25 in a private dinning room. Food was served family style and there was plenty for everyone to enjoy. We enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms last the appetizer. Bib lettuce salad and Ceasar salad were both fresh and tasty. We enjoyed a mix of proteins and side for the main course that included a nicely cooked NY strip, salmon and chicken with broccoli, fingerling potatos and roasted vegetables. The NY strip stood out but all were very good.

Google
We had dinner here before the Pantera concert at Target Center and it was above and beyond amazing. I had the local seared salmon and my fiancee had the NY Strip. Service was outstanding! And the creme brulee at the end was divine!

I will say we showed up late for our reservation. We are from out of town so gauging traffic and distance on top of trying to find parking set us back quite a bit. So I would understand being annoyed. Our service was not great to say the least. We had an assortment of dishes off the menu. The food was pretty good. Everybody enjoyed for the most part. However while we were still eating the server came and asked if we needed boxes. I was never asked if I wanted another beer nor was my partner asked if she wanted another wine. While still eating a bit later we were asked if we wanted our bills together or split (there was 8 or 9 of us). We were being rushed out and I’m not really sure why. Either way I will jot return on our next trip to town. 1.5/5 service. 3.5/5 food

Google
We initially parked out front and asked the hostess if that was okay. Without hesitation, she kindly walked us outside and personally showed us exactly where to park—such a thoughtful gesture! I wish I remembered her name so I could give her the recognition she deserves. The rest of our lunch was just as impressive, with genuinely friendly service and absolutely delicious food especially the wild rice soup. We truly enjoyed our lunch and highly recommend this spot!

My group had a variety of dishes as shown in the pics. Fine enough, however, a bit pricy. Service was now super expedient, still above board. The specials look amazing, but again, on the pricier side. May, return if someone else is paying.

We were a table of 12. We had one server. I do not like to say bad things about servers. They work hard. Our server was very attentive and polite. He was overwhelmed. However, some of our party ordered appetizers. Soup for instance. Never came until our meal came. Is that a Minnesota thing? Our food took 45 minutes at least. Half of it sat on the counter waiting to served for a good 10-15 mins. I guess he was waiting for it all to come out? We had no clue. We didn’t realize it was our food or we would’ve asked him to bring it out. Instead it sat there getting cold. The server totally missed putting in one of our party’s order. We had five smash burgers. One came out cold. The other 4 were burnt to a crisp. I realize that smash burgers are supposed to be Caramelized, these were burnt!! Terrible!!! They needed an expeditor to run the food to help this guy. Of course they were quick to add a 20% gratuity to our order because we were a large party. Again I don’t like to punish servers or use tips against them, especially when you could see he was overwhelmed. He needed help. One member of our group researched places for us to go to for dinner. This place was highly recommended. Why??? I would not waste my time or my money. Look at my other reviews. Very rarely do I blast places. This was well deserved. Again… avoid this place if you’re looking for dinner in Minneapolis. Save yourself from a horrible meal!!!

Keng L.

Google
Stopped by for a bite after exploring downtown MN and I probably had one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. When they brought to the bar top, just the aroma of the seared meat was incredible and mouthwatering. And when I bit into it, it was just done beautifully, moist and juicy and flavorful. Best 15$ I spent on this trip. The drink itself, Naked in Minneapolis, was meh and it was another 15$. I so wanted to go there the second night but decided my waist and wallet would complain

Yelp
I was in town for a conference and a group of 8 of us wanted to eat for a dinner outside of the conference. We were seated in a private room that had velvet drapes we could close for privacy and noise abatement. It was a perfectly sized room for our group. The restaurant was also lovely with an upscale decor. Our group shared some plates of cheese curds, which were delicious. We also had a variety of cocktails and mocktails, all of which were fresh tasting and creative. I had the hibiscus mocktail, which had a complex and not super sweet taste. It was delicious! We all ordered a variety of food, and everyone liked it all. Some ordered the duck stroganoff and said it was delicious with a complex taste. I ordered the pork chop, which was perfectly done. Others ordered the fish and said it too was delicious. For dessert, I split the creme brulee with a friend. It was the perfect size for sharing and had a wonderful, browned sugar glaze. The service was on point and a fine balance between taking care of us while also being invisible. If I ever find myself in Minneapolis again, I'll for sure come here again.
google avatar

Amber G.

Yelp
The cheese curds were delicious. No idea what the sauce was that came with it. The hot honey chicken sandwich was ok. HUGE AND JUICY! But it didn't have much flavor I would eat here again

Yelp
Such a great brunch spot -- everything we had was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done. The Minnesota Malted Waffle with chocolate chips was an instant favorite: crispy edges, soft center, and just the right amount of sweetness. Perfect with a coffee on the side. I went with the Veggie Omelet, which was packed with cremini mushrooms, tomato, onion, and spinach -- super hearty and well-seasoned without feeling heavy. Also tried the Quiche Lorraine, which was rich and creamy with a flaky crust, served with a light and refreshing side salad. Both the veggie and quiche options were generously portioned and really well-executed (Quiche Lorraine - $18, Veggie Omelet - $16). The space has a warm, modern vibe -- clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxed brunch. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Definitely a spot I'd return to when in the area!

Yelp
This place is great for a quick bite or hanging out for dinner. The vibe is laid back, the food is good with an affordable price point and the bartenders mix up some of the best Old Fashions around. There is a full bar in the rear with stools and table seating. The front dining room has a view of the open kitchen. Located in the Royal Sonesta Hotel, a great option for grub without leaving the premises.
google avatar

Meredith M.

Yelp
The restaurant is on the first floor of a hotel, but it's definitely not a typical "hotel" restaurant. There is a view of the chefs in the kitchen and the seating is pretty comfortable. There are tables and booths. We were able to get in on a busy night without a reservation. The host seated us quickly, our waitress was lovely and helpful, and the food came out quickly. I had steak bites and they were super yummy! They served Pepsi products though, boo.
google avatar

Karina U.

Yelp
Had lunch here and got the salmon salad and an iced tea. The salmon was a touch undercooked (rare instead of mid rare) but they corrected it so quickly and it came out perfect and hot so it was barely disruptive at all. It was tender and I would highly prefer under than over any day. Good amount of salad dressing and everything was fresh. I do wish they had more GF options but it was a little limited.
google avatar

Bridget A.

Yelp
The menu is fairly limited. We did enjoy the wild rice soup and one of my friends really liked the beer cheese soup. The Cobb salad is no longer on the menu but the waitstaff was able to get one made for my other friend which was so nice. We tried the Sunny bites which were ok and the beef tip appetizers were just ok too. There are a lot of different beverage options, including mocktails which were good. The dining room has a nice ambiance. The bathrooms are in the hotel lobby and are locked, which is somewhat inconvenient. Parking is available in ramps downtown or at parking meters. We were there on a Sunday before a show at Pantages, so we ate and rushed out.

Maryann H.

Yelp
The ambiance of this restaurant was wonderful. Mario (our waiter) was extremely pleasant and kind. We waited no longer than 10-12 mins before our food arrived. The Smash double-patty burger was excellent. Great tasting meat and the fries were perfection. The chicken and wild rice creamy soup was delicious. The mascato was some of the best I've had. Overall ...on a scale of 1-10, I give Wood+Paddle a 12.
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped in for an early dinner before a show at the Orpheum. Service was good, good was great, and really enjoyed the vibe. Looking forward to visiting again.
google avatar

Stacy A.

Yelp
Cute place and great service. The food was sadly just mediocre, nothing I would want to eat again. The mushroom stuffing was bland and the mushrooms weren't cooked enough. The slaw with the chicken sandwich had an odd flavor, and the cheese curds had no pull to them and a weird spice.
google avatar

Tea J.

Yelp
The customer service wasn't that great . The food wasn't that great they need to take the Hummus Plate off the menu. Skillet Cornbread & Stuffed Cremini Mushrooms was good could have been better if both were hot. Chicken wings were ok. I wouldn't go back .
google avatar

James M.

Yelp
This is a great restaurant. Easily findable and a large spacious place. Nice seating. The menu is very creative and the staff were really nice. I like the ability to watch the kitchen staff. Everyone worked together. Loved the stuffed mushroom, Brussels sprouts, sunnies bites. I had only small bites, but the rest of the menu looked good.
google avatar

Kristin S.

Yelp
Cocktail: Seven Cinns was delicious! Tasted like an apple pie cocktail. Appetizer: The skillet cornbread was not my favorite but the fried cheese curds were yummy! Entree: I had the Blue Cornmeal Crusted Walleye and I really liked it with the sweet corn relish and the green pea cream. It made the dish! I tried my husbands Duck Confit Stroganoff which was also very tasty!
google avatar

Ahana D.

Yelp
The servers were just amazing- so kind and attentive. The bartender made us delicious cocktails and we had small bites because we went in around 2 pm where they were serving a limited menu. We had the jalapeño cornbread a side of fries and the Hummus plate with fresh vegetable vegetables. Everything was delicious and tasted very fresh.
google avatar

Ken A.

Yelp
In town on business, we came to Wood + Paddle after our initial restaurant was closed for a private event. We lucked-out, because WPE was perfect. Service was friendly and attentive, drinks were well made and the food was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to eat light, so I had garlic wings and an order of sunnies, along with my W+P Old Fashioned. Cooked perfectly, well seasoned and nice portions.

Sarah W.

Yelp
The atmosphere is cozy. The cocktails tend to be on sweeter side, and by that I mean overly sweetened. We went two times since it was in our hotel and we were tired. The waiter we had the both tomes was veryyyyy slow. The first night we were one of 2 tables so it was crazy for her not to be able to check on us a little more. She also took forever to get our checks and then we she did they were wrong The food is just okay. Sometimes parts of it come out cold and I can tell they microwave their cornbread because the center was cold but the outide was warm
google avatar

Yelp
I would come back just for the duck confit stroganoff. The stroganoff had a generous helping of duck which was so tender and delicious. The stuff mushrooms were also soo good. Just juicy and stuffed with deliciousness. The ambiance was nice for dinner, but being in a hotel it did give hotel bar/ restaurant vibes. The service was attentive but a little off. My husband agreed afterwards that the server kind of acted like he didn't work there. When I asked for recommendations he didn't have very confident recommendations.
google avatar

Yelp
My husband is a sucker for bone marrow so I took him to Wood + Paddle eatery for his birthday. I made reservations a few days beforehand & we arrived to a really great table with an adorable reservation placard on the table. We went mid-week though so there were a lot of tables available & we could've easily walked in. Of course we had the marrow toast to start and then I ordered the steak and my husband had the pork chop. Everything was so incredibly well cooked!! My steak was so crispy from the grill marks and perfected by the flavored butter. My husband loved the marrow and his pork chop! The mixture of cranberry blended beautifully with the pork - sooo so good!!
google avatar

Melitta S.

Yelp
Came after the Twins game. It wasn't busy yet. Decided to get take out for the room. We were staying at the Royal Sonesta. The Smashburger was great. Cohort loved the pork chops and asparagus
google avatar

Kristen M.

Yelp
This is a hotel restaurant so set your expectations accordingly. The prices reflect a hotel setting, not a high quality boutique restaurant. We started with the sunfish appetizer which was decent. Very heavily breaded so if you're hoping to taste sunfish, you won't. If you don't like fishy things, it has no fishy taste. We had the smashburger which was surprisingly very small. The bun looked straight out of the bread aisle of my local grocery store and could easily be served to my family for sloppy Joe night. I've had better burgers at drive through joints. I paired with a side salad which was nice. Our other entree was steak frites with filet mignon (medium rare). It was cool and near raw in the middle. To each their own. Plan accordingly. Fries were thick cut, pretty good. We shared broccolini. Good portion. Had a (sun dried?) tomato sauce with it. A bit of spice. Quite good. We had Nikki (?) for our server. She was delightful, attentive and kind. Probably not a repeat for us. For the price would have hoped for better.

Yelp
Full disclosure: this wasn't my first, or even second choice dinner, but sometimes circumstances lead you to unexpected goodness. I'd wanted to venture out a bit for dinner, but a monsoon volume of rain convinced me to stay within easy range of Nicolett Mall. Wood +Paddle is housed within a Sonesta. I thought Sonesta was a low budget brand, but the lobby's lux 60's vibe makes me want to rethink anything I might know about the chain. Likewise, the Wood + Paddle space surprised and exceeded my expectations. A very vibey, low key, warm space. A very welcoming host, and our server was just the epitome of service professionalism. Oh, and the food? The French Dip I ordered was on point, very enjoyable. And a good craft beer selection as well. All in all, sometimes a forced choice turns out to be a great choice!

Yelp
We had an amazing meal here tonight. The Duck stroganoff, Pork chop and Salmon were all amazing!. I would definitely eat here again in town. Amazing food and great service.
google avatar

Stephanie D.

Yelp
I visiting for the first time. At a conference at the Marriott across the street. Decided to venture out for dinner and went across the way, so glad. I sat at the bar and ordered the olds fashion and the bison meatball. I highly recommend both. Service was amazing. Cap it off with the crème brule.
google avatar

Donna T.

Yelp
Amazing food! Rather upscale - even for breakfast - and wonderful service! Would definitely return when in Minneapolis from sunny California!
google avatar

Lisa S.

Yelp
We were looking for a dinner place before the Wolves game and landed here. We had a reservation but it wasn't super busy on a Monday so plenty of tables to choose from. It's a nice cozy atmosphere with some high backed booths, a separate bar area and nice 4 person tables. Their menu is not extensive but we found plenty to choose from. I chose the lighter soup (minestrone) and Caesar salad. Both were good. I also had a bit of Husband's white fish (paddock) and that was tasty as well. This restaurant is part of a hotel. Service was well done and he got us out on time for our game . Good stop.
google avatar

Jeremy S.

Yelp
I'm not sure about the other menu items, but this was by far the worst burger I've had in a long time. When you order a bison burger, it usually is one of the top burgers on the menu, however this patty definitely came from a freezer. It was cold in the middle and yet still cooked??? We sent the first one back, simply wanting hot food, however that didn't fix the taste, needless to say it didn't get finished. Perhaps I should have ordered a steak or perhaps not. The restaurant definitely had a hotel vibe, which should have alerted me that this was going to be hotel restaurant food
google avatar

Zain K.

Yelp
Staying at the Sonesta and not wanting to deal with the cold, rainy weather on this late evening, I decided to try W+P (only to realize that I'd been here years ago, when it was called Lake-something-or-other). Got the bison burger with a side salad. The burger was nicely cooked and presented, and the ghost pepper cheese was legitimately fiery, but the whole thing was too salty to be really enjoyable. (I'm glad I asked for the smoked ketchup and the bacon jam on the side; neither was needed, and neither was particularly compelling.) Disappointment with the food notwithstanding, service was attentive and professional, and I will try this place again on a future trip (but will order differently).

Yelp
A group of us, mostly from my wife's work, had dinner at Wood + Paddle on a Saturday before seeing a show at the Ordway. There were about 10 of us all together and the waiter did a great job of taking orders, answering questions, and getting our food out. At the end of the meal, he asked about dessert. We felt we might be crunched for time, but that the creme brulé sounded good. He asked when the curtain was and let us know if we ordered right now he would guarantee we would have time or he would take it off the bill. Turned out he was right and we are glad he was. The brulé was delicious and we had plenty of time to walk to the theatre. Everyone in the group.was impressed and very happy with the dinner choice we made.

Kaye K.

Yelp
The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The food was very good and what we expected.
google avatar

John D.

Yelp
Food and service were great. The restaurant has lots of seating options, including a private room for a larger party.
google avatar

Ellie B.

Yelp
Great ambiance, service, and food! Would highly recommend Wood + Paddle Eatery if you are downtown. We had the W+P Smash Burger + Fried and the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, both had great flavor, and the fries were fresh and crispy. Look forward to going back!
google avatar

Vanessa G.

Yelp
Classic hotel restaurant ambiance, but fast and polite service and surprisingly large portions. I can't recommend the Brussels sprouts highly enough!
google avatar

Jamie O.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed at the hotel attached for some Holiday shenanigans and stopped in the bar for drinks before heading out. We chatted with the bartender and another gentleman at the bar who ended up being the Chef. He mentioned the recent changes to the menu and when my husband heard Friend Sunnies were on the menu, I knew we had to come for dinner during our stay! The next night we arrived for dinner, sat at the bar and started with Fried Sunnies. I swear my husband was transported back to his childhood! They were very good and extremely nostalgic for that MN boy inside. We also enjoyed steak frites and roasted chicken as our entrees. The menu is a great MN menu with definite French influence. We were very pleased!
google avatar

Nick B.

Yelp
Great meal for all 3 in our party. Cocktails were delicious and promptly served despite dinner rush. Don't let their location in a hotel deter you.
google avatar

BJ B.

Yelp
I was visiting from out of town and ordered food from Wood + Paddle for dinner. I opted for takeout. When I called in they were not rushed to help me and the food was ready when I arrived. I ordered the cornbread and a smashburger. Both were amazing. The burger was so juicy and flavorful. The cornbread was moist with jalepenos (not too hot), peppers and honey butter. It was the best cornbread I have ever had. Great place, good service (even for takeout), friendly staff and I will definitely be back on my next trip to Minnepolis!

Cary C.

Yelp
Our server, Morgan, was friendly, personable and attentive. We only had appetizers, including hummus, which were solid. Location was great for where we were staying.
google avatar

Meldria E.

Yelp
This restaurant is more for picture purposes as the food was mid at best. Wings had little to no flavor and the only thing carrying it really was the sauce. The burger was the same way. The lemonade tasted like tap water and was barely sweet- kinda tasted like flavored lemon water without the sugar. The ambience is nice and I like how we can see the kitchen but to be honest I don't see myself back.
google avatar

Rich S.

Yelp
Wow what a gem of a find. Staying at the Marriott I didn't want to venture far. Wood +Paddle had nice reviews so I hoped over for a late meal. Old fashioned outstanding. Corn bread app, amazing. The pork chop with a Chardonnay- Perfect. I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend. And it's a nice setting too. Glad for my server's recommendations!
google avatar

David W.

Yelp
The food was some of the best I've had. The beet salad is sublime, and the duck was perfect. However, the service was abysmal. My girlfriend and I arrived for our reservation, we were the only people there. The waiter took no time explaining dishes, drinks or anything else. My girlfriend has a condition that prevents her from eating very much at any one sitting. We ordered 2 appetizers and one entree to split. From that point on, we were ignored, with the waiter not bothering to check if we needed anything. He even dropped the check off without asking if we wanted dessert. The only reason to not give 1 star is the food quality.
google avatar

Lindsay S.

Yelp
We were desperate for somewhere to go eat prior to seeing a play at the Orpheum. Everywhere around that area wasn't accepting any additional people 1.5 hours before the shows. This made it tough... we stumbled upon W+P eatery. It was inside a cute boutique hotel and only has limited hours. We were excited and ready to eat. They were serving breakfast and a few lunch items on a Sunday morning. I was really excited for the food because of the atmosphere. It was super charming inside and comfy chairs. Food was ok. People have said... "you eat with your eyes first". It wasn't that impressive... I'm not sure if it was the size of the plates or the bright white circle plates but it didn't seem as fancy as the inside looked. The chicken sandwich was on a fancy plate, but the bun felt store bought and not exciting. The fries were decent. Nothing impressive about this sandwich. Normally at a place that looks like this, there would be a unique sauce and a fancy (not squished) bun. Maybe a pesto aioli or something jazzy with some freshness? The two breakfast plates felt very lackluster. They did have turkey sausage though... so that was cool, but sadly nothing felt like it was prepared fresh. It all felt like it was frozen and cooked. Nothing wrong with that, but typically at a dive bar for half the cost. Not trying to be super critically as I still rated them 4 stars. My mom got a free beer because I check in and they got us fed and out in time for our show. Super grateful, but I wouldn't stop here again if the menu stayed the same.

Mike G.

Yelp
Excellent food and outstanding service in a very good hotel Light dinner once and breakfast once, both excellent Highly recommended

Dennis K.

Yelp
I've been to this location when it was under a different name. I assume it was also a different chef, but the decor is more or less the same with the open kitchen and views to things being roasted. My last visit was before a show at the Orpheum Theatre. It's one of the few restaurants within walking distance that isn't a chain, for those of us who avoid Crave. In the current iteration, I thought it was really good food. Perhaps a bit overpriced for the quality of service and the portion size and the ambiance. Is it just me or are the tables a little low? The Brussels Sprouts are an exceptional appetizer. Our table had the Smoked Cauliflower entree and the Walleye Schnitzel. I'd probably pass on the cauliflower in the future, although the cheese curd grits that accompanied it were great. Maybe smoky vegetables just aren't my thing? Everything about the schnitzel and the sides it came with were great. We also had the Grilled Broccolini side and didn't have any complaints, although it also didn't leave much of an impression.

Yelp
Disinterested service, mediocre food but expensive. At one point it was hard to get the waiter's attention because there was a lengthy conversation facing away from customers with the manager. I wonder if they were talking about customer service. When I'm staying at a hotel I like to have a couple of meals at the hotel restaurant(s) but the first meal has to be good enough for me to return and breakfast is not the Wood and Paddle's forte. It's the most important meal to get right at a conference hotel. I don't get the name either, it sounds a little kinky to me. The hotel across the street has a much better overpriced breakfast.

Teresa L.

Yelp
Ambience was nice & bustling during happy hour on a Tuesday. Morgan was an enthusiastic & attentive server, especially when dining solo, which is so important. Duck stroganoff was yummy & steaming hot, maybe a bit over-sauced, but worth it for good comfort food. Morgan recommended a raspberry cheesecake that was rich, decadent, & tasty. Overall a really good experience. Just need a nap afterwards!

Yelp
I came here for breakfast with my friend. I ordered the eggs Benedict with a side of fruit. I love eggs Benedict, however, it tasted like the cook accidentally dumped the whole salt container on the food. Typically if things are pretty salty I don't mind, but it was so salty to the point in which I ended up not eating half of it. My friend let me have a bite of her pancake which was really good! I liked the way the restaurant looked. It was really cool on the inside and had comfortable seating. Our waitress wasn't very kind. She may have been having a bad day. I try not to judge servers as I know it's not a easy job, but she was a bit rude to my friend when we were ordering food, and seemed irritated to be there. I wanted to ask for new food because it was so salty, but I was nervous too because our server was in a bad mood. The hostess was super sweet and she ended up bringing us our food, she was really kind to us and everyone. I don't think I'd eat here again solely because it's a bit pricy for the quantity of food you get. 2 people for breakfast was 45$ and 55$ after tip.

Yelp
Breakfast on Mothers Day before a baseball game! Bloody Mary's were nice. My eggs, bacon & hash browns were perfectly done. Hubby's pot roast hash & eggs were tasty! Friend's French toast was good, but only came with 1-2 tablespoons of syrup. Service prompt. The place is modern & bright.

Donna R.

Yelp
Great spot for breakfast. Close to our hotel and friendly service. Clean and fresh food.

Yelp
Recently visited this gem of an eatery nestled within the Royal Sonesta Minneapolis and strap in folks -- cause you're about to go on an epicurean menu ride. The space is modern, posh, and intimate, almost what you would expect from an ordinary hotel bar and restaurant -- but I gotta stress "almost" because your experience will be far from ordinary. Exec Chef Niki Heber greeted us at the table with fervent enthusiasm for his new American cuisine using seasonal MN ingredients. When I inquired what his favored dishes are we received a playful response of "how do you pick your favorite child?" Heard, Chef. So we ordered a few things and let him surprise us with a few others. What we ordered: Seared Whitefish ~ cucumber * radish * potato * green broth Wild Rice & Mushroom Croquettes ~ paprika * herbs * creme fraiche Fried Sunnies ~ buttermilk marinade * lemon aioli * togarashi Rye Flatbread ~ cultured butter * herb powder * sea salt Spit Roasted Lamb Shoulder ~ zah'tar * sesame yogurt * grilled zucchini * lemon Old Fashioned * Hot Honey Bee Lemon Custard ~ chamomile shortbread * summer berries **all of these dishes are completely resplendent with masterful flavors.
