Where To Eat Outside In Jersey City & Hoboken

"You don’t need a reservation to eat poutine sausage or a fried chicken sandwich on the outdoor patio at Wurstbar. All you have to do is show up anytime after 12pm and choose a cider to drink with your meal. Stay updated on their outdoor dining specials by following their Instagram." - hannah albertine, nikko duren, matt tervooren

The Jersey City Delivery & Takeout Directory

"Wurstbar serves fried cheese curds, poutine, and sausages topped with spicy chicken skins or ricotta and mayo. In other words, when you order delivery from this downtown bar, you should already be halfway through a stein of beer." - matt tervooren

The Best German Restaurants and Beer Halls in NYC | Eater NY

"The menu at this fun-filled spot isn’t limited to German influences as the sausage menu runs to kielbasa, chorizo, and a hot dog dressed with bulgogi. In similar fashion, the sprawling burger menu offers a Swiss cheese number with mushrooms and a rodeo burger with barbecue sauce before giving way to a chicken sandwich roster, including one featuring a Nashville hot chicken cutlet. Finally, there are fries and poutines channeling Buffalo, Philadelphia, and India. The beer and cider list, however, is mainly German and Jerseyan." - Viktoria Muench

Würstbar Review - Jersey City - New York - The Infatuation

"We used to want to spend snow days sledding and pouring snow down the inside of people’s jackets. Now we want to spend them at Wurstbar in downtown Jersey City. The long, narrow space feels like a middle-ground between a bar and biergarten, and it’s a great spot to come with a group and spend a few hours ordering from the long lists of ciders, poutines, and sausages - like our favorite that’s topped with roasted pork and char siu sauce." - Matt Tervooren

This restaurant has the best hot dog I’ve ever had! The ingredients are always fresh, the flavor is amazing, and the Maui Bow Wowie is a must-try. On top of the incredible food, the service is excellent – the bartenders are super attentive and fast, making the experience even better. If you’re looking for a place with outstanding hot dogs and a great atmosphere, this is the spot!

Google
The food was good! Went there on a Monday afternoon at 1pm and no one was there.. I recommend! The service was great and the server was really nice. Poutine I recommend and the bratwurst!

We came here for dinner and had an amazing experience. Service was great and food was delicious. We tried the Mexican corn dog apps, highly recommend! We also tried the Norcal and the Hot Diggity Dog which were fantastic. We can’t wait to come back to try more off the menu!

Google
My party of 5 sat outside and each got a different kind of dog and cocktail\beer. Everything was wonderful! I highly recommend the poutine and the dog with the fig jam and goat cheese! Our server was so friendly and had such a great attitude!

Google
I travelled to Jersey City for the first time to eat here after hearing friends recommending it and boy, they do not disappoint! The mini corn dogs and brussel sprouts were probably my favorites but the hot dog was also delicious. The chicken on the fries was juicy as well. Service was fantastic, they regularly checked up to make sure everything was okay, they were very accommodating and the food came out pretty fast. I will definitely come back here!

I went during the happy hour on Friday evening and on spring. I ordered the wine on top and I also ordered the price the everything was very good. I really like that Osphere the ambience is also very good. It was a very typical German bar. I was surprised the quality of wines which are pretty nice and during the happy hour at a very good deal as well I would highly recommended I would like to add that I saw a lot of young families there with babies, so maybe if that’s something that you want to consider in the area it’s great for that as well, overall I would highly recommended

Google
Delicious, fairly priced and original! Würstbar is among my favorite places in jersey city, love that they are open during the day time. Their food is priced properly and their Mac and cheese and burgers are among my go to choices! The salad selections are great as well. Love the ambience and outdoor place. So far, no complaints about this place, each visit has been great. Not to mention they’ve got a great happy hour!

The staff is very warm and accommodating at this place. I love the decor and the food smells so good. Excellent price point too.

Yelp
(8/8/2024) Torrential rains. Big reunion. Rustic picnic bench tables. Fun restrooms. The kielbasa with beer deal was great $10. Wait staff Ali was very attentive.

Yelp
JERSEY CITY: the Würstbar is actually the best bar with a fun combination of sausage, beer & cider, and dog friendly outdoor seating! They are famous for their sausages where you can choose the type of protein you want: German bratwurst, Spanish chorizo, polish keilbasa, chicken wurst, smoked Vermont cheddar brat, beef frank, and even a vegan frank! They also have burgers, chicken sandwiches, poutine, and more! There is a nice selection of beer and ciders on tap and in cans, including local NJ brews and regional offerings. Our server, Joel, was very attentive in taking our order and checking-in on us. Leashed and friendly dogs are allowed at the outdoor seating in front of the building.

Yelp
Interestingly enough, I was craving a hot dog recently and when searching the area, we found Wurstbar which is a much fancier option since their dogs are dressed up! We decided to order delivery and opted to try the following: Picnic Table (Beef Frank, Creamy Coleslaw, Onion Frizzle, BBQ Sauce), Maui Bow Wowie (Beef Frank, bacon, pineapple jalapeño relish, chipotle mayo, cilantro) and The Puppy Dog ( kids menu), mostly because I wanted to ensure that my craving was met and this was the "traditional American" hot dog on their menu. For delivery, the quality translated well and the Puppy Dog was a decent portion size for a kids menu item (there were fries as well). The Puppy Dog hit the craving I was having so I was super satisfied with that! The Maui Bow Wowie was pretty unique and we liked the different flavors overall. My one takeaway is that while I am a fan of BBQ sauce, I didn't love it in the picnic table hot dog so I'd probably opt for a different one next time. Pictures of the place look chill so we'd definitely be interested in having their food at the restaurant in the future! Definitely looking forward to trying out some of their other food items as well!

Yelp
Always a great time here. We've tried most of the dogs, and they can all sub a vegan sausage. Bartenders are very nice. Last time we watched a couple ask for everything and the kitchen sink, and the server was so accommodating. Nice vibes for a date or dinner alone at the bar with a book.

Yelp
I want to downgrade my previous review from a few years ago. I've since gone to Wurstbar several times since then and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME Wurstbar takes what seems to be an unreasonably long time to be able to make our food. I usually shrug it off, but my latest visit is the reason I will never return to Wurstbar again. When my partner and I walked in on a random Monday, we advised the host that we wanted to make an order to go. So we looked at the menus, figured out what we wanted, and then no one took our order for a good several minutes as we stood at the bar. So we called the bartender to ask if he could take our order, he nodded, took our order and put it through their computer, and then we were advised that it would "take about 45 minutes because they're busy." Not a problem. We said we'd be back and we walked around the block until our 45 minutes were up. I came back in thinking the food would at least almost be ready. After walking in, I was not greeted by the staff for some time. Then I had to stop an employee to ask if I could inquire about my take out order. They asked for my name and I said that our order was made in the restaurant, and not using an app. The bartender confirmed and mentioned our order was listed under "TO GO". Another ten minutes pass, and I had to stop another employee and inquired again about my order. Another 15 minutes pass, and I had to stop the same employee, to which he responded "it's not ready" and I explain that I've been waiting an additional 20 minutes than when I was told my order would be done. He kind of just shrugged and walked to serve another party. Then another 10 minutes pass, then another 10 minutes, and I have to stop ANOTHER employee and ask about my order. Five minutes later he comes out of the kitchen and hands me my order and all he says is "here." My order was not an order for a large group, it was for a party of two and it only included THREE ITEMS - Haus Poutine, Maui Bow Wowie (which changed their ingredients), and Rancho Grande. Maybe there were a lot of customers, but I cannot fathom why it would take TWO HOURS to make these three items. As a worker, you should have a much better understanding of how long food will take to be made. If you are off by 10-20 minutes, I can understand, but to be off by a whole hour? And these are sausages with a few ingredients and fries with gravy and cheese. Maybe I am missing something, but these dishes are not something that would take long to make. And to add to this, I had to stop every front house employee that evening to ask about my order (some of them on more than one occasion), and not even a single apology from any of them for wasting my time. Two stars for the food because I enjoyed the taste and quality of food, but not good enough to endure that again.

Yelp
Wurstbar has got to be one of the best happy hour places in all of Jersey City (or in the greater NYC area, dare I say). Their happy hour goes from 4-7pm Monday-Friday, which is great within itself. The drafts during happy hour are $5 which is such a steal. For this particular happy hour, I got the Czech Yourself, which was a Haus Kalibasa and Green State Lager all for $10. The Haus Kalibasa was incredible and the pairing of these two were perfect. I also decided to get the house fries with a side of chipotle mayo (as recommended to me by the kind server). All I can say is YUM! Of course, I came here on a beautiful day and got to enjoy my food and drinks on the outdoor patio, which it all the better. I can't wait to come back here during happy hour and suggest you check it out too!

Yelp
Nice place to come for hang out, drinks, and relax. The ambiance is nice and chill. The food is tasty and the beer selection was good. Apparently they seem to have german beer selections, but for some reason didnt feel the german taste on them... Would definitely come here more for hangouts

Yelp
So so so good. I've gotten the Poutine Fries, the Uh Huh Honey chicken sandwich, and the Bread Pudding via Uber eats. The chicken sandwich is probably the single best chicken sandwich I've put in my mouth. The fries were incredible and the bread pudding.... I had to take a moment after the first bite. Just perfect in every way. I need to stop in after work one day for the full experience! Highly recommend.

Yelp
Loved my first time here! Came on a Friday night, didn't need to wait to be seated! Ambient noise and light. Plenty of tables inside and outdoor. Service was great but the waiters did seem to be super busy! I loved the guy who helped out get seated, super nice! I'm usually not a sausage person but it was so so so good that I want to come back again and bring my friends as well. Price was definitely fair. Portion size was good for the price we paid for! I been to quite many places people recommend to try in NYC, but they were okay. And this place, is definitely a comfort food spot for me!

Yelp
Food was amazing and so fresh! I'll be honest I didn't go in with high expectations but I was really shocked at how good everything was.

Yelp
This place was a cute little chill spot. Came on a Sunday afternoon and it was perfect! It was not overcrowded at all and we were greeted upon entrance. We were told we could sit wherever we felt comfortable. Our server was very attentive and polite. We were given water without having to ask and given silverware before getting our meals. we ordered the brotherly love and two chicken sandwiches. Brotherly love was very filling on its own , I can see why it's one of their favorites here. It was very tasty and flavorful not too salty. The fries were a little dry for my preference but it didn't take away from the taste. I had the sandwich which is spicy and it was delicious and huge. These sandwiches don't need any side orders because they're that filling. my friend had the honey sandwich which also was a big piece of chicken. She said it was tasty however, a little bit spicy. Overall, I would definitely come again, especially because it seems like they're known for their hotdogs !

Yelp
The sausages here are amazing! The service is a bit slow which is the main reason for it not being 5 stars. The ambiance here is very casual. Some long wooden tables for groups or sharing and some 4 seater tables. My group of 4 started with the beer hall pretzel (large but a little dry), fried cheese curds (not a lot of cheese inside - they were basically hollow), and Brussels sprouts (delicious but small portion). My boyfriend and I split the rancho grande, John popper (subbed kielbasa for the chicken sausage) and hot diggity dog. All of them were delicious and huge but our favorites were the rancho grande and hot diggity dog. The hand cut fries were also thick but still crispy which I loved. I loved the topping combos for the sausages and can't wait to come back to try more and the poutine!

Yelp
Updated Review! This place is so amazing it is legit worth doing a 2nd review on. The details of the place itself, can be found in the 1st review. The food....the food was so good our friends were dancing in their chairs eating it. Not from music, but from Food Joy, lol. We had Hot Diggity Dog, Picnic Table, Maui Bow Wowie, El Cubano, Truffle Loaded Fries, Bitburger Pilsner, Elderflower Euphoria, & the Oak Barrel Aged Old Fashioned. EVERYTHING was perfection!! There was no "weakest link" in the mix here. Grades: Hot Diggity Dog: A+ Picnic Table: A++ Maui Bow Wowie: A++ El Cubano: A++ Seoul Rebel: A+ Mexican Corn Dog: A Truffle Loaded Fries: A Bitburger Pilsner: A Elderflower Euphoria: A++ Oak Barrel Aged Old Fashioned: A+ Already planning a return trip for next week.

Yelp
Really spacious bar, with friendly staff. We came for a couple of drinks and ordered some wings. Drinks were nicely made, the wings were good but didn't like the flavor that we chose. We ordered the Thai chili wings, and it was on the sweet side which we didn't expect it to be. They have a barcode for the beer menu. They also have a (4p-7p) weekday happy hour which we are hoping to try soon.

Yelp
Indulgent and delicious! Wurstbar is my go-to when there's a big event on TV. It's indulgent enough to feel special but doesn't leave you feeling gross or weighed down after. I highly recommend one of their chicken sandwiches. They're hands-down one of the best you'll find in the area. They're massive too - in size and flavor. Another great menu item is the Brussels sprouts. I know a lot of places have them. But, Wurstbar has some of the best. Then again, peanut sauce usually makes everything better. Also try their delicious dogs. Each one I've tried has been stellar. The only knock I have is that they forget our bread pudding in the order. Not a big deal. We just can't wait to give it a try one day.

Yelp
Great time here! The server we had was super nice and patient with all of our questions (my friend is gluten free and had a bunch of questions about which specific ingredients make it not GF and if she could alter etc), we also were not rushed at all but the server was always available which is just ideal. We got the mini corn dogs, fries, Brussels sprouts and a pain sausage (no bun to be gluten free). Overall everything was really great.
google avatar

Micah J.

Yelp
Went here on a Friday night for a quick bite and drink, it was tasty. I ordered the the chili dog but after tasting it, the chili was not needed on the dog. The chili would possibly be okay by itself with cheese and sour cream. The hot dog and bun were so flavorful you could literally eat it by itself without much on the dog. The poutine was good but the gravy was a little too salty. The drinks were really tasty and refreshing. I'll possibly come back if I'm in the area for a drink.
google avatar

Kristine L.

Yelp
Came here for happy hour and ordered the haus kielbasa, Haus poutine and Haus cut fries all from the happy hour menu. The kielbasa was not bad but definitely very filling. The poutine was quite salty so I would probably opt to get just the fries next time. My friends ordered the ciders which they really enjoyed. Would recommend coming here for a quick cheap bite to eat and drink after work! The interior is quite simple with wooden tables and benches. We went at 6:30pm on a Monday and the restaurant was relatively quiet. The waiters were really friendly and recommended different drinks for our table. Excited to come back!

Yelp
Second time at the Wurstbar. We came around 6pm on a Sat and luckily there was still a 2-top open. Service was good. We had Mexican corn dogs to start. There are 3 dogs to a portion and I really like queso fresco and chili lime sauce. My husband had the El Cubano dog which he said was very tasty albeit messy to eat. I went with the wurst plate - choosing german bratwurst and smoked vermont cheddar brat. I love the cheddar brat. Next time I might just get 2 of those. They serve with housemade kraut and carmelized onions. The waiter told us the 1st time we went the sausages were made in house. They are good. We also got some fries with garlic aioli. Overall, a nice meal and very reasonably priced. We will be back!
google avatar

Darsha M.

Yelp
Wurstbar has been on my list for a while. My friend and I stopped by during happy hour on a Friday night. It wasn't too packed and we were seated immediately. We shared fries and each got a glass of wine from the happy hour menu. For my entree, I got the vegan version of New Delhi curry wurst and my friend got the rancho grande sausage. I loved the spice and aroma of flavors in my sandwich. I liked the incorporation of cashews to add some crunch to the meal. The rancho grande also had a nice spice kick. My only issue was both of our sandwiches fell apart so fast and we had to eat with a fork.
google avatar

Rosalie C.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I always see this place on the food ordering apps and finally decided to order from Door Dash. For apps we got the brotherly love poutine and cheese curds. The poutine was beyond delicious. Sometimes takeout fries are soggy and gross when you get home but these were still good. The cheese curds were also good but super disappointed in the portion - only 8 curds. I got the bacon mac dog and my boyfriend had the uh huh honey chicken sandwich. My dog was pretty good. Im not the biggest fan of hot dogs but I liked this. I'm a sucker for anything that has mac and cheese. My boyfriend enjoyed his sandwich. He added avocado and they didn't skimp out. The chicken wasn't super thick but was a nice cutlet. I really want to come back and dine in. The interior is nice and I was eyeing their cocktail menu. They have a wide selection from hot dogs, chicken, burgers to salads. This is really a great neighborhood hangout.
google avatar

Lina K.

Yelp
Came here for happy hour and really enjoyed my visit. I tried the lychee martini which was delicious. My friends ordered the different ciders that were on HH for $5 and were very happy. We got a couple of the huge poutine portion also on HH special for $5 and it was delicious! I got so full from the poutine that I ended up splitting a hot dog. I can't remember the name of the one that I tried but it was really good. Really great and friendly service. Def on my list of faves for JC.

Yelp
This place kicks ass. What more can I say? Heeeeeeey-yaaaaay-yaaa-ya ahhh Heeeeeeey-yaaaaay-yaaaaa I said Hey!!!!! What's goin on????
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing spot in downtown jersey city for dinner or happy hours. Reasonably priced and great happy hour deals ($5 beers/ciders and heavily discounted fries and poutine for HH). When I have been there, there has been only one server and it can get quite busy. Despite this, the service has always been great, especially around Happy Hour times. Bartenders are also very friendly and always down for a chat at the bar. Ambiance of dimly-lit, with mostly large picnic table styles seating. Great for parties of up to 8! Reliable spot, and definitely a go-to to bring friends to when they visit the area.
google avatar

Amit K.

Yelp
Lovely place. Their beer and cider selection is delicious. Just good stuff. Known for beer. The hard liquor selection is basic. The food was great. Large helpings for the price. If I lived closer it could be a good place to visit often.

Yelp
Wurstbar was absolutely fantastic. This was my first time there. The staff were very welcoming and informative about the food and drinks they offered. The timing of appetizers and then entrée was so on point. I didn't get them both at the same time which happens at a lot of restaurants. I started with their Mac n Cheese and it was just amazing. For my entrée I had the Norcal with a side order of Haus fries. I chose the Mojo Mayo and the Gochujang Ginger Aioli. I tend to be critical with my opinions from my day as a waiter and cook. I highly recommend Wurstbar for all of their amazing service, food, and wonderful decor! The ambiance was a bonus also. I look forward to returning numerous times to try their craft beers and more of their menu!!
google avatar

Omkar H.

Yelp
Great place near grove street. Both sandwiches were perfectly cooked and freshly prepared. Servers were very friendly, and the service was quick.
google avatar

Ally C.

Yelp
The first time I came, I ordered a Haus salad and the Haus poutine. The salad was too sweet for my liking (I missed the part where it said they drizzled honey on it; even though I asked for the dressing on the side, the honey was still in the salad). I never ordered salad again and never had any problems again with my orders. The poutine was amazing! Always pleased with the portions, and it's just such a filling and hearty comfort meal. I love this place for their happy hour and ambiance, in particular their outdoor seating. It's a great place to sit and work on my laptop, while being able to order food and drinks at the same time. Cafes aren't the only places suitable for that, I guess!
google avatar

Eunice K.

Yelp
Ordered through DoorDash. Ate at the restaurant once and it was good Tried the chili dog and the bread is soooo soft and yummy! It's a good combo :) would get a hot dog again. Ordered the wurst plate and got the German brat and chorizo. I can't tell what's what but didn't think it was worth it. Maybe I got the wrong thing. I wanted some spicy sausage... but not sure they even have something spicy. Hand cut fries were okay. Asked for garlic aioli and didn't get it.
google avatar

Jon D.

Yelp
One of my go to places when I'm in JC. I love poutine and they offer a great happy hour deal for $6. Their wursts are good, try the Mac and cheese one it's satisfying!! Their burgers are also great too, try their burger with mushrooms. Service is accommodating, typically you can just walk in and sit wherever there's a seat. If you're looking for chill vibes and good food, check this place out!

Yelp
Decided to try out the wonderful Würstbar for a weekday dinner. Everything, from the interesting decor to the customer service and food, was satisfactory. Took myself on a solo date to Würstbar. Street parking is of course close to impossible (circled the blocks several times), but luckily found a spot across from the restaurant. Sat at a cozy table with a candle lit and requested a mocktail (Shirley Temple). For my appetizer, I went with the freshly made, delicious cheese curds (one of the best I've had). I asked the waitstaff which was his favorite sausage and went with the rancho grande w/ an order of truffle loaded fries. Everything was tasty and full of flavor! You can taste that the food is freshly made at the restaurant.

Sarah S.

Yelp
Incredibly delicious is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I ordered the rancho grande a couple of days ago and came back because it was so delicious. The fries are also great with a plethora of dipping options. The vibe and service in here are a huge plus as well! Definitely a must visit when on this side of town (or not, it's WORTH THE TRIP)!
google avatar

Julianne L.

Yelp
Came here on New Year's Day and ordered the Norcal, Rancho Grande, and the Brotherly Love loaded fries for two people. As a heads up, the fry portion is delicious, but very large, so come with an empty stomach. The wursts were juicy and flavorful, especially the Rancho Grande. Service was quick, the ambiance is lovely, and would definitely come again.

Yelp
I keep going back and forth about whether to give 4 stars or 5. I'm mainly having trouble giving 5 because I wish the wine selection was a little better and I lowkey hated the glass that it came in. The glass felt like a wine glass from an old Irish pub. I'm more of a long-stem bubble glass person. But I gave 5 because the food is great, the location rocks and their website has beautiful photos. I was visiting Jersey and came here with some friends. It was a really hot day and JC is usually less crowded on the summer weekends cause people are away. Anyway, we sat at one of their outside tables (they have about 8-10 tables outside in the front). This was probably a mistake because there were no fans or air conditioning. Not the restaurant's fault, we just should have opted for inside. I have eaten lunch inside before and the place is cute and really nice. I actually prefer the inside now that I'm typing this lol Anyway, our server was extremely kind and helped us move an umbrella closer to the table to get some shade. I ordered 2 appetizers (Mexican corn dogs & brussels sprouts). The sprouts were the bomb. My friend ordered a burger, which was cooked as she requested with fries (which were delicious). I've been here before and ordered a hot dog and I remember it being one of the most delicious things I've ever had. I think it's good to note that my friend ordered a cocktail, "Her Name was Lola" with regular tequila instead of Mezcal and it looked gorgeous and she said it tasted great. Overall, a great spot if you're looking for some good food in a nice atmosphere where you will leave very fu*king full.
google avatar

Anuja K.

Yelp
The 1 star is for the fact that they dont allow service animals. By law they are allowed to do that however we didnt want to fight them about it. Will have to continue out search for good hot dogs somewhere else :)
google avatar

Sama C.

Yelp
Whoaaaaa!!! What did I walk into?!?! One of the best menu I've ever seen for a hot dog joint! BUT, it offers more... more great food options and the best part is BOOZE!!! Yes, this place has a bar to go along with their exquisite menu. I could live here and never go anywhere else if this was the last place on earth. As long as I have a gym to go to and a cardiologist then I'll be fine. This is by far one of the best menu's I've encountered. When you look at a menu and think to yourself that you have to come back again to try more of their dishes is HUGE to say. Then when you eat here and say, you REALLY have to come back again to try more of the menu- it's a blessing... not many establishments have a menu that speaks to ALL your tastebuds. This is truly a booze driven menu with items that will hit your drunk tastebuds... no shame, just put in an extra hour at the gym.
google avatar

Vince H.

Yelp
What a delicious meal!!! The chicken was cooked to perfection, so crispy, and had a great peppery seasoning. The fries were fresh, crispy and tasted phenomenal. The cheese curds had a great Panko batter and was nice and stringy. Quick and great service as well, and as you can see a ton of food!

Yelp
I've been dying so give this place a try and it did not disappoint! The people that worked there greeted me when I walked in, which is a plus for me. I only ordered the chili dog because I was in a rush but it was sooo good! The bun was sweet and perfectly toasted. I found the chili and beef Frank to be really enjoyable especially because it wasn't salty. Next time I'll go for cocktails, poutine and hotdogs. For now, I'm still giving it a 10/10!

Yelp
Wurstbar is my go to when I'm desperately craving comfort food. Their poutine varieties are yummy but i will say just a bit on the salty/soggy side for me- still hits the spot. Their french onion poutine is one of my favorites on their menu. Pair it with a lager and it will instantly brighten your bad days :)

Yelp
The best fried chicken sandwich in JC- the batter is seasoned to perfection and the chicken itself is always tender and not dry. Also love the chili cheese dog and the truffle Parmesan fries. I usually do takeout, but the vibes inside the restaurant are great when you sit down inside.

Yelp
Ate too fast and didn't get pics! Awesome beer selection! Had the el churro pastry stout. Delish! Had the Seoul Rebel dog, buffalo wings, and fries with some sauces. Best dipping sauce was the simple cheese sauce!

Yelp
My partner and I have become such regulars at this place and don't even live in JC. Every single thing we have tried has been great. I will admit we are not fans of hotdogs but even so, we have faves from this place and I have just added another. We typically order the cheese curds to start, then the wings, mac and cheese, kale cesar salad, and fries to share as our main. Today I came alone and tried their Poutine and MY GOD. To DIE FOR. They have a list of sauces you can order which I really appreciate because I'm a sauce girl. Their portions are super filling so either come extremely hungry or be prepared to take some home. I will say, the Kale Cesar Salad is something I crave on the regular. BUT I love garlicky croutons and these are sweet. Just an fyi because I didn't know that until after I tried it. Every time we come here the service is great. My favorite drinks are Elderflower Euphoria and Bankok Daisy but I'm sure they are all good. Also, they have an extensive Cider list which I love and its super helpful that their menu tells you what the cider is made of and some even say what type of food pairs good with it. For someone who likes to know what something tastes like before trying it, this is perfect. Lastly, their playlist........DOPE. Not sure if it depends on the bartender or not but every time we come its a Vibe.

Yelp
Recently moved into the city and been wanting to try Würstbar. Finally got there and by far exceeded every expectation! They play music that brings back so many great memories, service is fast and friendly! Food: The fries are absolutely amazing and the dogs were popping with flavor. Can't wait to go back and try more!

Yelp
The best hot dogs around. I recommend getting the Haus Dog if you're uncertain of what to get. The Seoul Rebel is one of my favorites. The cocktails are surprisingly good. My girlfriend enjoyed the Elderflower Euphoria. Perfect for a date night. Casual dress code. Enjoy!
