Xian Sushi and Noodle

Updating to 5 stars after my second visit. The Dan Dan noodle were amazing. The fks it was phenomenal. The waitress recommended then and the spaghetti size noodles. It was a great recommendation. Fast friendly service. The sushi was different than I have had before but it was delicious. The waitress was very friendly and helpful.

The Domain location: ALWAYS great food and atmosphere. Service is impeccable. Fried rice is too die for, along with other items. Cost is family affordable and huge servings to share with others. Family/couple/self oriented. A place one can go and feel comfortable eating alone, and so forth. I visit it every time I am in Austin and it is usually my first place to dine, in other words, it is always my first thing on the list to go to.

Great home made noodles. I loved the Dan Dan noodles. My favourite are the green beans, though, as a starter! Decent fresh sushi

Food was ok but place looked kind of unclean. I would love to give a huge shout-out to our server. We opted to order through our phones, and our server noticed some discrepancies in our order regarding allergies. Some dishes we indicated peanut allergies and others we didn't so she came to check on us. She also clarified if I meant to order a children's portion and informed me that it doesn't come with any veggies and I ordered double meat!

Teriyaki tofu was okayish because they had to make substitutions on their dish because they ran out of soft tofu! I would not expect an Asian restaurant to run out of soft tofu on a weekday lunch hour!! Also, they had ran out of the appetisers that we wanted to order… that was disappointing! Other dishes like Dan Dan noodles, dumplings were good and service was good too!

Ate lunch here with a group of co workers on a Friday and it wasn't too crowded, the food came quickly. The translation on the menu is pretty funny but we get the gist. The noodles are pretty delicious especially the signature beef hand pulled noodle. Would suggest stopping by if you're in the domain area.

These lobster dumplings 🦞🥟 were packed with flavors and I enjoyed the concept as having them tempura style over steamed was a delight and fit with the overall flavor profile. For my entree, I ordered the Shoyu ramen soup with pappardelle hand pulled noodles. The noodles were soft, springy and chewy—the perfect pairing for the crispness of the bok choy and bean sprouts with the addition of the pork belly. I am certainly a lover of hand pulled noodles now.

Loved the shrimp cilantro pancakes and the stir fry with noodles and chicken! Noodles are homemade there and you can choose the size of them!! Loved the flavor and the noodles were so good! Waitress was also very attentive and sweet

Love, love, love this restaurant. Me and my boyfriend just decided to stop by on a Thursday night, he is a vegetarian so we tend to order a lot of vegan/vegetarian dishes. Luckily, this restaurant had a ton of vegan options. Some of the dishes we got were - crispy rice with kani (12/10, sooo good) - vegan tonkotsu (8/10, very flavorful) - tofu Dan Dan noodles (9/10, spicy and fresh) - Vegan sushi (6/10, could've been more flavorful) Overall loved it & would definitely visit again.

I was passing by and thought I'd check out this place since it's been a while since I've been here. They were pretty busy that night, with only one waitress running around while the other was at the bar. I ordered my usual stir-fry noodles with beef, char siu bao puff, and fried salt and pepper tofu. When the food arrived, I realized that something was off. The char siu bao puff didn't look like the picture, and it didn't taste like it either. It was just shredded meat and onions inside. The stir-fry noodles were cold when they got to me, which wasn't great. The salt and pepper tofu was fried nicely, but it was missing the seasoning. I can't help but wonder if the restaurant has lost some of its original owners. It seems like they're focusing more on their other restaurants around town.

The food is always magnificent! I ordered Tekka last time and I always get the veggie dumplings which are delicious ! The service is always good. The ambience is pleasant (it's always busy) and the location is center of Domain. Great place!

Best happy hour for miles around! Great prices on both food and drinks, with plenty of vegan options. You MUST get the salt and pepper tofu and edamame gyoza, minimum. Their mapo tofu is fantastic, one of the best I've had in a long time, complete with mala Sichuan peppercorns and silky soft tofu. Their hand-pulled noodles are a specialty, and you can even watch them making it through a large picture window looking into the kitchen. It's dinner and a show! I can't recommend the whole experience highly enough. (Just skip the sushi; Blue Sake Sushi Grill next door will do you MUCH better for that.)

Stopped in just for a drink. They make the best lychee martini! I always get the martini made with gin. Food is always good here, too. Staff always pleasant. If you are need of a good happy hour, check this place out in the Domain. You will not be ddisappointed. Now that the weather is coming off, I cannot wait to enjoy their outdoor seating.

Soup dumplings were pretty good! I ordered a red braised beef noodle soup with extra almost everything. It was pretty good, especially the texture of the hand-pulled noodles. A pot of hot tea was small and pretty expensive for what it was ($6) but it was good tea made from real tea leaves, not tea bags. The service was ok, a little on the slower side. One part of our party's order did not arrive until we had almost finished our meals. There is plenty of seating space and great for different group sizes. The space is clean and has a nice comfortable feel to it.

After walking around The Domain (#1) and feeling hunger pangs, a place that stood out for my group and I was Xian Sushi & Noodle. While the name had me thinking of Xi'An cuisine, I realized that A) we're at a mall B) any place with a Chinese name followed with sushi is practically a dead giveaway for a watered down experience. The end result wasn't a total dud, but it wasn't a win either. It's not hard to see that this place is popular, especially during lunch time. The seating is spacious enough for semi-large groups to come in but intimate enough to make it work for couples or solo dining. I love the large murals and fun decor. The service is bustling and had a hard time keeping up with our table. Having sampled the number of items, the food is kind of an Asian hodgepodge of Chinese interpretations of westernized sushi, a smidgen of Sichuan inspired dishes, and a total abomination of dim sum style offerings. I think this is a solid option for anyone who can't leave the mall, but certainly a far cry from any destination. The sushi rolls that we tried were fairly mediocre. The rice was packed on a little too much, and while the presentation was somewhat on point, the textures sort of all felt like mush. We should have known better than to order soup dumplings, our group regretted the order as soon as it arrived. The skin was a little thick but the broth was the true disappointment. The stir fried noodles were a hit with the youngins in the group, but the portion was lacking a bit. Dim sum is a bit of a crapshoot, but the fried dumplings, siu mai, sesame balls were a big thumbs down. It wasn't all bad. The steamed glutinous rice wrap was a solid effort, the red oil dumplings actually had some kick, and their noodle soups were hearty enough to be a good solo portioned meal. Pork belly bao buns are a bit ubiquitous at this point, but the slabs of pork we had were solid enough to consider ordering them again despite being a little overpriced. At the end of the day, this is an option for people who don't want to leave the mall but want Asian food. Decided to come here on a Thursday evening. I didn't realize how deep into The Domain this restaurant was-parking was definitely a nightmare. You can either find street parking (not close to restaurant) or use the parking garage (also far). The food was definitely worth the wait. The waiter was very helpful and attentive to our table. I really like how they bring out a water carafe to the table! I ordered the Dan Dan noodles and my boyfriend ordered General Tso chicken. We ordered both dishes spicy and they were both actually spicy which was nice. I loved the Dan Dan noodles, the noodles were fresh and the broth was spicy and tasty. Overall I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The only thing I didn't like was how humid it was inside. Other than that, I loved the food.

Great little spot for a quick but filling lunch. They have a simple lunch menu, which will satisfy your taste for some quick, basic sushi rolls, like spicy salmon and tuna, or regular tuna and salmon. They also offer bento boxes on their specials menu. Those looked very tasty and filling. The General Tso chicken on my lunch date's plate had huge chunks of chicken, smothered in sauce. This served my needs for a quick, impromptu lunch date.

You can pick the type of noodles you want for your dish. The red braised beef noodles soup is a classic. I got the Shoyu Ramen with Parpadelle and was able to finish it all! I think the portions and pricing are super reasonable and it's a good place to also drink some tea after shopping at the Domain. Haven't tried the sushi yet.

Went for lunch on a Friday at noon. Restaurant was not very busy so service was very quick. Ordered the Xian Noodle on the lunch menu. It was delicious! Noodles weee chewy. Pork was very flavorful. Service was fabulous!!! I will definitely visit again and try the many other delicious sounding menu items.

Food is good but there's a strong bathroom smell when you enter the restaurant. Kinda spoils your appetite

Love this place! All noodles are made in house which is really special & you can watch them make said noodles through a huge window! All tables come equipped with soy, vinegar & chili oil- which tasted AMAZING Our server was so friendly & communicated throughout the meal. One would hope that a noodle house would have excellent noodles & this place definitely hits the mark. Spring rolls were light & super crispy, we ate two before the photo! Teriyaki chicken was juicy, the sauce was tasty & the broccoli was cooked to perfection. Whatever dressing is on the house salad is so bright & beautiful. A great place to take a break from shopping if you're in the mood for some Asian cuisine!

Not that great. Fish was edible but lacked quality. Shu Mai was tiny for $6. Service was great the gal brought the food nicely. They say it's authentic chinese food but I beg to differ. Overall skip this place.

I've given this location multiple chances to improve service and food quality, and each visit is worse than the last. The Domain location was closed for quite a while, I was excited to see what'd changed while there were closed. Unfortunately, absolutely nothing. Ambiance: Tucked into a corner of the domain next to Zara and CPK, this small Asian eatery serves up soup, wok fired dishes, sushi and hand pulled noodles. Offering a dimly lit dining room with table and booth seating, it's usually a packed house. Service: Is a joke. They are and have been short staffed. Be ready to order as you may not see your server again for a while. The servers are not attentive. Depending on your order, especially cocktails, you may need to remind them of your order, as I've had multiple items never come out. The goods: I've had a bit of everything from the miso soup to the ramen, sushi and stir fried dishes. Nothing stood out. The breaded chicken is usually very dry and over cooked. The fried rice is super egg based, the noodles are sometimes good, sometimes under cooked and bad. The sushi is mid at best. After 6 plus visits, I can say it's just okay. If you're craving Asian and at the domain, I'd pass.

Very interesting Asian Fusion restaurant near the North Domain shopping area. Steamed pork ribs were different and delicious once you get past the colour. The service was quick. The restaurant was large and clean.

We had been regulars and loved the location they had in Northwest Austin on 182 and 620, it was only recently that I tried Xian's Domain location. I had avoided trying it fearing the hassles that sometimes come with the Domain, mainly the parking and navigating the different zones of the Domain. We lucked out and managed to park nearby and were pleased that we were seated quickly. The layout of the restaurant and decor didn't do much to highlight what they are most known for - making your noodles fresh by hand when you order - the way their location in NW Austin had. We happened to be seated where we could see him but the view into the kitchen was happenstance and most of the seats weren't in view of it and there wasn't really a place you could stand to watch if you wanted to see them make the noodles. I ordered my former favorite Cold Sesame Noodles with chicken for the protein and spaghetti for the noodle. The taste of the dish was spot on but there were less veggies and protein than I'd had before and the noodles were not of a consistent thickness with some closer to the thick spaghetti than the regular spaghetti. It was still good but not as good as I knew it had the potential to be based on previous experience. I was happy that they had sesame balls for dessert for while it was on the menu for the Northwest Austin location they never actually served them there. The service was fine and our waitress was nice and reasonably attentive although we did have to wait awhile to order when she got to talking a long time with a table who'd already finished there meal. She did deliver our food timely and refilled our water regularly. All in all it was a good experience and good food but not lacked what had made me a regular at their now shuttered location in Northwest Austin. Although I never reviewed it we had a similar experience at the Mueller area location as the one at the Domain, but I am still hopeful enough that I'll likely give their Round Rock location a try in the hopes that they have more of what made the NW location one of our favorite places.

We visited on a Saturday night-it was not too crowded but it was a louder atmosphere. The waitress was very sweet. I had the oolong tea which she brought out with honey. I wanted to try the green beans side and wow was I happy I did! So so delicious. Very flavorful. I ordered stir fry beed noodles and honestly was not a huge fan but the leftover sauce from the green beans helped it. I tried the veggie spring rolls and they came out super hot and they were good. I wish I had tried the sushi! My friend tried the wonton noodle soup and said it was very good but it did come with cilantro and she didn't know- so if you aren't a fan of cilantro make sure to say so! Overall a pleasant experience here.

I'm late to put in my review, but I LOVE the hand pulled noodles. My husband and I discovered the location on 620 years ago which was 2 minutes from our apartment and we were there on a weekly basis. It was a serious addiction. That location closed after the pandemic which absolutely broke our hearts, but we traveled over to the domain to satisfy our cravings and were not disappointed. Also, Asia was a wonderful server and we appreciated her friendly personality and attentive service. I've had everything on the hand pulled noodle menu over the years, but the Dan Dan with triangle noodles, extra pickled veggies, and extra chili oil is TO DIE FOR. I would eat it every day because it's that good. The portions here are smaller than the ones on 620 were, and the prices have gone up... but that's true everywhere so I try not to lower my rating based on inflation. Get the hand pulled noodles. Run don't walk.

First time at this location, as we've previously gone to the one at Mueller. I loved that the a full pot of chili oil is already waiting at the table, and that my glass of water came with a carafe of it for convenient refilling. Unfortunately I did not love my stir fried noodle dish. It was overly salty and drenched with extra sauce, most of which pooled at the bottom of the plate. Disappointing. The helping was also smaller than what we're used to. Due to rising food costs, perhaps smaller portions may now be the new normal? Stir fried noodle is one of our go-to dishes... when Xian does it right, the dish is absolutely delicious. One extra star for the outstanding service, which was friendly, prompt and courteous. The young man who seated me also took my order and generally kept an eye on things. Thank you!

What a GREAT happy hour! There lots of great options on the happy hour menu and it includes Friday evenings as well! The food was pretty good; nothing in particular stood out, but nothing was bad. The service was wonderful. Our server was so attentive and patient with us. Overall, I would definitely come back and eat here again when I'm in the Domain area.

For dumpling places this restaurant is awesome, if you are gluten free its even better. They have gf dumplings and they make them all by hand. You can watch from the glass window as they create these delicious dumplings. We had the shrimp Har Gow which is gf but you would not even know that from eating it. Very tasty. We also had the soup dumplings which were amazing with just a touch of vinegar to bring out the taste. The veggie dumplings are also gf and were one of the tables favorites. If we were not full enough we had the fettuccine stir fried noodles, so tasty, this place is highly recommended and we visit each time we are in Austin.

Very good Asian restaurant with a wide variety of options to satisfy most tastes. The soup dumplings aren't the best I've ever had but they are quite good and flavorful. The Bao buns were good. The Chicken and vegetables in garlic sauce were really good and our favorite. Service was friendly and prompt.

This was my first time at Xian and I can start off by saying I'm definitely returning! I got the creamy veggie noodle soup and it was absolutely delicious. You get to choose your noodle shape and you can see them be freshly pulled through the window into the kitchen, which was a really cool touch. The noodles were absolutely perfect and the broth was incredible for a vegetarian broth. The toppings were generous and we definitely had to pack some up to go, so the quantity was fantastic too. The service was quick and friendly, and the ambiance felt like a family owned Chinese restaurant, even in the middle of the Domain. Xian is being slept on, y'all need to check it out (especially if you love a good veggie noodle soup).

Tucked away between Macys and Zara are at the Domain, Xian has delicious noodles. We came on a weekend for shopping and found this restaurant just before the lunch crowd. I ordered Dan Dan Noodles, while others at our table had the Pork Noodles, Braised Beef Soup Noodles and Eel Sushi. All satisfied our hunger after a few hours of shopping.

Their dimsum items were so yummy . I love the rocky shrimps they were so flavorful while the har gow and shumai were so phenomenal. My friend ordered the Dandan noodles in a bowl with shrimps while the steam rice with chicken was underwhelming which is why I only have gave out a 4 star . I also love so much the Milk tea mango with lychee jelly . It was really one of the best milktea I have tasted ever

Second time here, extremely disappointed once again. Ended up here with the family because someone else wanted to come after a first so-so experience. Apparently other locations are excellent but I've only had very average food and really slow and meh service each time. Aside from sitting next to a table that is stacked with plates from all the other tables, the fact that we were basically hostages waiting for our check secured me kindly asking anyone else that want to eat here if we can try somewhere else. Food, value and service is just not at this location.

Rating: 3.5/5 Food barely meets the standard in terms of taste. I've eaten much better, authentic Chinese food elsewhere. The service and ambience is fine albeit the inside can get a bit packed. 1. Beef Braised Noodle Soup- 5.5/10 Good portion of meat but the broth was lacking. 2. Clear Beef Noodle soup- 5/10 3. Sesame Noodles - 5/10 4. Mongolian Beef- 5.5/10 Good if it wasn't so salty.

Xian Noodles is the kind of place where you have to know what to order. It's an interesting spot because you'll look at the menu and think wow it looks so authentic (they've got items like chicken feet) but then when you order the items, they're not necessarily prepared in the traditional way you might think. For example, the Cumin Beef definitely tasted like cumin and included beef, but it was a bit saucier than I was expecting. Similarly, the hand pulled Dan Dan Noodles (which I love and would give five stars to) requires you to choose a noodle shape out of options like fettuccine, pappardelle, and my personal favorite triangle. Be careful with these Dan Dan Noodles though. They pack some heat!

Great food. The Dan Dan noodles were so good. Had a wonderful fresh flavor and just the right amount of Spicy. The Xian noodles were awesome as well. Tastes similar to jajangmyeon but more flavorful. Service was also very friendly and fast. Would definitely recommend.

We've only been here a few times previously, but walked in and the waitress instantly recognized us. She remembered my son's order and that I was a vegetarian. :) We absolutely love the hand-pulled noodles and have enjoyed every dish we've had from here.

They really provide best hospitality here, very warm, friendly and nice. We didn't have to wait long to get sit on a Thursday night, but I can tell they were very busy. Food was great, we were a bit confused about noodle types and the waitress explained everything very well and gave us great suggestions. They also have reversed happy hour that is pretty interesting. I love that idea, got to try their dimsum with very reasonable price and we walked out with belly full of delicious food and happiness.

Eh I hate to give bad reviews, but this one just doesn't have very good food. The quality is bad- gave me food poisoning unless it was gluten. The waitress was very nice and tried but didn't really seem to understand what gluten was even though she tried. Seemed very disorganized there, but people were nice is all I can really say... Overpriced and low quality.

I hadn't been here in years, and I think unfortunately they're suffering from a downhill turn post covid. I witnessed a bunch of food being sent back because it was cold, an extremely confusing over vinegared spare rib fish, and a strange, long scream in the kitchen. VERY unfortunately, I think someone on the waitstaff badly burned themselves. However, when a lot of us eating at the restaurant were concerned and looked around, we got yelled at to mind our own business. Not very kind, considering we had no idea what was happening and had just heard a very loud scream. Wish it was different!

I've been here twice and both experiences were good. I've tried a variety of their items and overall have not been disappointed! The noodles definitely have that hand-pulled/handmade thickness and taste to them, so your expectations will be met there. The dishes are pretty good portions for the price, and overall I'd recommend a stop in for lunch or happy hour! The restaurant is small and both times I visited, they seemed pretty understaffed - so be sure to be patient and to tip! Our service was nothing less than wonderful even with the light load of work staff on duty. Individual food ratings: - Soup dumplings (4 count; 5/5): Pretty solid soup dumplings, flavor is great and they're fresh. - Tempura appetizer (3/5): Decent portion, perfectly fried, but sort of leaves you wanting more flavor. - Dan Dan Noodles (5/5): Highly recommend getting the pappardelle noodles for perfect thickness. Flavor and spice are perfect. I tried it with chicken, but you can't go wrong with any choice (vegetarian options available!). - Shoyu ramen (4/5): Pretty solid broth. Egg is decent. Pork belly is good. - Bento box (5/5): You select a dim sum item, entree, and then it comes with the salad and fruit. Pretty great size for lunch, and I love bento boxes!

Honestly, we've made Xian into our official dumpling spot. We throughly enjoy visiting this joint every chance we get. The servers and the food is delicious and never let us down! We've got our basic order: Crispy organic Tofu, Creamy Veggie Soup, & Veggie Dumplings. It never lets you down! I urge you to go check it out, and Jade is phenomenal! P.S I recommend getting the hand pulled papperdelle, It's a dream!

First of all, this place is actually open. It shows permanently closed on Apple Maps but I was really craving noodles and so glad we walked by just to see if it was truly closed but found the restaurant and patio full! Started with the spicy chili wontons. These were okay, the skin on the wontons were a little thick for my taste. Here's a tip: anytime you see Red Braised Beef Noodle Soup on a menu, just order it. This bowl did not disappoint. The broth, so flavorful, I could have just drank it all. Pro tip for this bowl: order it with the triangle noodle (no, they are not short triangle noodles like shells like I thought, it's the perfect slurping noodle to soak up the rich beef flavorful while giving that nice noodle "bite". I got the parladelle noodle which ended up sticking together a bit. Dan Dan noodles: these are spicy! I thought this was going to come with soup but it barely had any in the bowl. I ended up scooping some broth from the red braised noodles in this bowl which helped tone down the spice. The beef was a little fatty but overall, good. I hope this place is able to update their status on Apple Maps so people don't miss out on a gem!

Absolutely delicious! Great service! The noodles are freshly made for every order and the flavor is stellar, I would 100% recommend going here. Went on a Saturday during lunch and there wasn't a wait, service was quick.

While visiting the domain on Saturday decided to have some lunch. What a great choice. Both my bestie and I ordered the Dan Dan noodles. On the menu, it doesn't say it but we had it with pork, omg it was so good. Our server recommended we have the triangle-shaped noodles. For the appetizers we had the spicy Chilli wonton I forgot to snap a pic. Those were so tasty. An order of the pork gyoza. I also had a small roll of spicy Suzy sushi. Service was great, the staff was friendly and the restrooms were clean. If I lived in Texas I would frequent this place weekly.

I'm going to call this place a hidden gem, even though you can easily see it, but if you blink - you can miss it! We came on a day that, unfortunately, they didn't have sushi. It's okay though because seriously everything we ordered was phenomenal and totally made up for it. We didn't have one thing we disliked. The pork belly in the bao buns was cooked to perfection. The soup dumplings are some of the best I've ever had. We also got pork Dan Dan noodles and rocking shrimp! Everything get 5 stars from me, will def be back soon to try the sushi! It's inside the domain so parking garages are your best bet.

This restaurant suffers an identity crisis. It wants to be a Japanese/Chinese fusion, but all of the Japanese items are just not good and it should stick to what it's good at: being a Xian noodle house. We sat there with no waiter or drinks for about 8 minutes even though the place was only half full. The waiters walked around yelling at each other while sweating profusely since the Doors were open on a 95 degree day. The Bad: The Takoyaki were boring, especially for being the most expensive item on their "dimsum" menu. They mostly tasted like fried dough and were missing the usual tanginess. Do NOT buy a Thai tea. It's 95% milk. The XLB soup dumplings... did not have any soup in them?? Why even bring a spoon if there's no soup? The bbq baos also tasted like they're steamed from frozen. The Good: The chili wontons had a great spicy flavor complimented by a sweet crunchy peanut sauce. They actually did the Dan Dan noodles well here. The stewed beef was very flavorful and tender and with some vinegar, made for a really great bowl of noodles. My only complaint was how dense the noodles were for being "hand pulled". Overall, if I was in the mood I'd snag some more noodles, but everything else wasn't great. The sushi they had also looked very sad in the corner.

I grew up in Guangzhou China and this restaurant's flavors are great for me! Haven't had a bad dish here, tried a bunch of the apps this time but also love their noodles so much! Service is great, always super nice waiters! Recommend 10/10!

I drooled from seeing my pictures again when I uploaded them here. If you are ever in the Domain and are craving some authentic Chinese noodles, then please respect your tastebuds by giving this place a visit. There's just too many choices and combinations to try since you can choose your noodles, toppings, and style, but not enough time for one night to try everything I wanted so I'm definitely coming back in the future. Oh, and I I've actually had dan dan noodles before that were way too spicy for my liking, and I remembered being so sad that you'd think I'd stop and give up on those noodles altogether. That's when I saw that the number one noodles here were the dan dan noodles and then I decided TODAY WILL NOT BE THE DAY I GIVE UP. So being ridiculously brave, I ordered them to give them a second chance. It was super duper addictively tasty. Perfect amount of spice for me while also enjoying the taste and texture of the noodles and I thought the tofu meshed perfectly with the soup. Maybe the lack of spice makes it slightly less authentic? But it's perfect for a spice wimp like me. The entire meal was just so satisfying, I kept thinking about it for the rest of the night up until I was staring into the ceiling in bed. That dish truly made my night. Ok now to the rest of the stuff. Soup dumplings - Depending on the place, I would sometimes not bother with ordering these because sometimes the soup turns out cold, the meat tasting real funky, and an overall sense of bitter disappointment. Well, being an soup dumpling addict that was enthralled with the atmosphere, I decided to give it a chance. Turns out the quality was one of the best I've had in a long time. Very tender, soupy, and spectacularly delicious. Beef noodle soup - Lovely dish. Reminds me of the good ol' days of eating this with my grandma back in the days. Also, I ordered a non-caffeinated tea that my fiance described as "earthy" and we both thought it was very delicious. I wish I remembered the name, but it was extremely delightful and refreshing to sip on. Enough to share this with the entire table, but they had already ordered champagne so I had an entire kettle of tea to myself. I definitely didn't mind this turnout, but my bladder did. Anyways, I've said it earlier in my review, but I'll say it again: I'm definitely coming back here to enjoy everything else there is to enjoy. Wonderful!

Best Asian Fusion hands down in the Domain. Order the DanDan on your first visit. After that close you eyes an pick anything or ask LEO - He's was amazing. Thanks Xian Noodles

Just right bites I don't like to eat heavy in the evenings. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. I typically nibble at night or, at the very least, eat early. Xian Noodles works for me in that regard. I regularly hit their happy hour for dim sum and the drink special of the day. The food is flavorful and well presented. As with many establishments these days, they are understaffed. (Let's hope we can get our lives back to "normal" sooner rather than later). I enjoy the atmosphere here, but will say, I think the place could benefit from a good scrub down and neatness in the kitchen (you can see through a glass window where the fresh noodles are prepared). As cleanliness is very important to me, it's not bad enough to keep me away- just a strong suggestion. Xian Noodles is tucked into a corner, but well worth the effort to find it. Check it out. You may become a regular like me.

Food was great and so were the margaritas surprisingly! The hand pulled noodles tasted delicious and authentic. The wait staff was also attentive and very nice even given the fact that we came a little bit close to their closing time. I would recommend if you're in the area!

Been here twice. Comfortable and casual environment. Food and service always incredible. Servers are relaxed but professional, quick to check in (not intrusively) and ensure cups are full. I've yet to try an appetizer that didn't blow my mind. You can easily treat Xian appetizers like tapas and fill up before the main course. Don't skimp on the hand pulled noodles though!
