We popped by for some cold drinks and were super impressed. The decor is beautiful, the selection of food is great (from pasta to tomatoes to sweet treats to wine - they have a wide range) and the staff were really sweet. It’s well worth stopping by. We’d have love to try the coffee as it smelled great. We did pick up some of the tomatoes and they were delicious. What a fab place!

Came here for breakfast, their flat white was magnificently done. Loved the craft, friendliness and everything in here. Can’t wait to come back for a Negroni or 2

Great neighbourhood place to visit for drinks, along with a good deli and drinks to go. The outside area is good anytime of the year and their house red wine is👌 I recently took home a bottle of the red house wine, along with fresh mushroom pasta and a jar of meaty sauce, all of which was SO tasty 😋

Google
Amazing local spot for drinks and snacks, I recommend it to everyone visiting the area. The only reason I give it 3 stars instead of 5 is that there is one member of staff that is quite rude, she's very skilled in making you feel like an unwelcome burden as soon as you open the door into the shop. But when she's not on shift, it's a lively, friendly, social hub for the local community.

I love this place. Great atmosphere, high quality ingredients, great wine selection. The staff is absolutely lovely. Always a pleasure to go there for a drink and a cheese board after work. They also do pottery lessons that are great fun!

I’ve been a regular here since they first opened, visiting almost every week. It’s a lovely, family-run business with a huge selection of wines and delicacies. The staff is always friendly, and the vibe is great. While some items are a bit overpriced, it’s understandable given that many of them are rare finds in the local area.

Yelp
I'd briefly dropped in here before during the winter and it was a very cozy little space but after some serious DIY the husband and I decided to check it out again as it is within crawling distance of home and my my hasn't it moved on. They now have a couple of tables outside the front and the back opens on to the cutest modern garden, all charcoal wood and purple flowers. It's such a lovely little space that we doubled our intended order to soak up the ambience for a little longer. The guy who served us we really nice and seemed quite knowledgeable about everything on the menu. I was curious about a drink which he explained and sold to me which was prosecco and some kind of lemoncello that was related to bethnal green somehow!?!? Regardless of the provenance, it was very tasty and a nice change to the blackcurrant/ raspberry liqueurs that normally accompany bubbles. Hubby had a very local lager that was possibly the best larger I've tasted, light and smooth but kicking at 5.2%!!!! It's not trendy in a hipster way but a little piece of a more sophisticated life tucked the back street of leyton. We have decided that it would be a great place to take the parents when they visit so whoever you are, i think you'll like this place.

Yelp
My favourite type of place of all has to be places which are a mishmash of different things - and they're doing a great job of it here. The front of the shop is small but has a large selection of great looking wines, and actually a good selection of craft beer too - some common favourites but also a few I hadn't seen anywhere before. You can also takeaway wine in a refillable bottle for £6 which is cheap & cheerful out of the box wine, there's something about filling up a refillable bottle and taking it home which somehow feels so much more fun than just buying a bottle that can be drunk now or saved for years! Who knows, maybe it's the obligation of having to drink it then and there which makes it feel somehow special - ,even when it's the cheapest wine in the shop! The back then is the wine bar, which is exactly that in that there's a bar and they serve wine. But it's not a wine bar in the trendy glitzy sense that usually comes to mind! You can also get coffee of course, I tried a croissant which was ok but not fresh. From the fridge at the front there's a few deli things like cheese and meat, and happily also a few beers so you can get them cold! Overall it's a great addition to the area and brilliant that they're so adventurous with what's essentially a little shop on a high street!
