"Yield is pretty unassuming as far as SF wine bars go, but that's a good thing. There are some comfy seats by the windows, some not-so comfy stools at the bar, and an awesome wine selection, all of which were picked “with the environment in mind.” This means all of the wineries from which the wines come are sustainable in practice with a few being certified organic and certified biodynamic. There are also bar bites, slightly less substantial now than pre-pandemic, but still offers cheese plates, stuffed dates, and warm artichoke, kale, and Parmesan dip." - Daisy Barringer, Eater Staff

Great selection of wines. The little bites menu is nice. Sometimes wish there were more options but this place is awesome overall. Oh, if you're lucky, you might get to meet the dogs too!

The wine is good. People are generally nice and the venue is dog friendly. But today my friend and I got scolded for not donating to the art exhibit at the venue. I wish it were clearer that donations were due in order to be a patron at the venue during the event because that was different from how we were led to believe initially.

The wine was great! The owner is really friendly, they have put together a really good wine selection. Also, they have cute dogs that you can pet for free 😁

When I lived in Dogpatch, this was my "cheers" bar. Beyond having great wine in a cute shop, the ambiance is so relaxing. I love that I can bring my dog, and the staff treats you like family. Even though I have moved to a different part of SF, I still will make the trip to Dogpatch just to visit my fav wine bar!

Very impressed by how good the food and wine were here (cheeseboard with manchego cheese and Asian pears = delicious!) My wife and I came on a Saturday early evening and it wasn’t packed at all. The outside admittedly doesn’t look very flashy, which is all the better because the ambience and food/drinks inside are great! Our server was quite nice and humored my attempts to try ordering in French, which I much appreciated.

Had such a great visit here! Their locally sourced food and wine selection are fantastic- plus the dog scene/dog friendliness of the outdoor area was very happening! Can’t wait to come back and you’d be missing out to overlook stopping at the Yield Wine Bar.

Friendly folks and tasty wine. I'm so happy Yield is finding creative ways to continue to stay open. It is a hidden gem in dogpatch. I do miss trivia nights, and hope someday we will have the opportunity to enjoy in the future. I also appreciate the wine delivery services they offer. Thank you Chris!!

It's going into a wine bar and feeling comfortable. This isn't a place that's going to make you feel bad for asking about wines either. They know it's a casual joint with some great wine and that's exactly what makes it so attractive. A good place to come after a day at work to chill.
