The food is a masterful showcase of contemporary Japanese izakaya-style cuisine, with the spicy beef tenderloin stealing the show—perfectly grilled over the robata, it’s tender, succulent, and bursting with a harmonious blend of sesame, red chili, and sweet soy that lingers delightfully without overwhelming.
The fish offerings are equally impressive, particularly the miso-marinated black cod wrapped in hoba leaf, its flaky texture and delicate balance of sweet miso and citrus making it a standout dish.
The sushi and sashimi, like the seared tuna with ponzu, are impeccably fresh, with vibrant yet refined flavors. For dessert, the special sweet bouquet—a stunning deluxe platter of exotic fruits, house-made ice creams, sorbets, and cakes—was a visual and culinary masterpiece, balancing rich peanut toffee and coconut ice cream with refreshing sorbets for a perfect finish.
