"Converted from an 1884 train depot by a preservation-minded family into an events space in 2018, this adaptive-reuse project emphasizes working-class architectural stories that often get overlooked: salvageable out-buildings were repurposed (an old lime shed now stores antiques found during demolition and restoration, and a lumber shed serves as a bandstand), and the overall restoration later earned a state chapter American Institute of Architects excellence-in-design award." - Nicholas DeRenzo
