Much of that translates into new condo projects, but along with them are new boutiques and restaurants, including Le Bon Vivant which opened at the end of August 2014. This restaurant which is open for breakfast until late at night (till 10, Monday to Wednesday, and till 11, Thursday to Sunday) has already attracted a following with crostini, sandwiches and other simple dishes heavy on roast meats and vegetables. All are served in a space that embodies the design trend of the moment, complete with poured concrete floors, a chalkboard wall with the daily specials, and an abundance of Edison bulbs.
