The next new meal to share with your friends is at Momofuku Ssäm Bar - AFAR

"Chef Max Ng’s newest offering at the popular Manhattan mainstay, Momofuku Ssäm Bar, is a three-course feast centered around seven pounds of king crab. The first course includes poached, grilled king crab legs served with lettuce and shiso leaf for wrapping, along with various condiments. The second course features steamed and batter-fried king crab body with a salted duck yolk sauce. The third course is a special version of Kuala Lumpur–style hokkien noodles with crab knuckles, claws, mushrooms, and broccoli. The meal is available on Mondays through Wednesdays and requires reservations at least two days in advance." - Kate Sommers-Dawes
