It’s the place for traditional ice creams and velvety sorbets in interesting flavors like mamey speckled with cacao nibs;matchawith dried cranberry; avocado; and jícama with ginger. She captures the best in seasonal produce with small batches, held in buttery, shatteringly crisp homemade cones (or a cup; but why?).
