There's a broad choice of bush rums, which the bar staff uses to mix excellent bespoke cocktails, but you can also get a classic Guadeloupe-style Ti' punch. I had a divine red snapper stuffed with shrimp, served with vegetables and crinkle-cut taro chips, delivered by Williams herself."
