"Opened during the pandemic, I found this harbourside restaurant to be something very special, notable for its sweeping views across the harbour and for sourcing ingredients from farms, foragers and fishermen across the island; signature, impeccably tweezered dishes include a grilled brassica salad and a stuffed grouper with black courgettes and watercress.
