Owned by the British Columbia–based Sayani family, the 201-room hotel occupies eleven floors of a 30-story building. Even the smallest rooms (the Boutique Studio is 240 square feet) are so well-designed that they don't feel cramped. Triple-paned windows let in lots of light, and heated bathroom floors are a welcome touch.
