"Amid the ancient royal gardens and historic structures of Jaipur, a 350-year-old palace and vineyard have been transformed into a heritage restaurant. The space, known as the erstwhile Neel Mahal, sits at the top of Vidyadhar Ka Bagh. As you traverse through the arched pavilions, Mughal gardens, chhatris, and fountains of the place, the walk itself sets the mood for a regal dinner. The multi-cuisine menu leaves you spoilt for choice with a variety of dishes from Chinese starters to Mughlai kebabs and Indian gravies. The outdoor pavilion, known as Jalsa, offers gazebo-style seating, while the indoor area, Jyamati, is painted in blue and white in sync with the palace’s original aesthetics. For a romantic evening, you can pre-book the entire terrace on a “maharani package” and savor the sunset surrounded by hundreds of candles."
