"I had lunch next door at Alpinn restaurant, a glass box spectacularly cantilevered over the edge of the crest, with wraparound views over the Puster Valley to the heights of the Zillertal Alps. The design was breathtaking and as local as the ingredients, the risotto was divine, and room gave the sensation of being airborne, like the paragliders sailing past the window."
