It features digital wayfinding screens, modern gate areas, wooden plank recliners with numerous outlets, and even robots in the United Club lounge. The terminal serves 15 million passengers annually, with 60 self-service kiosks and 16 TSA lanes. Amenities include a sensory room, shops like Tumi and Boss, local favorites such as Tonnie’s Minis and Bang Cookies, and a United Club lounge with local art. It has won several awards, including a five-star Skytrax rating, UNESCO Prix Versailles Special Prize, and LEED gold certification."
