The terminal serves 15 million passengers annually, with 60 self-service kiosks and 16 TSA lanes. Amenities include a sensory room, shops like Tumi and Boss, local favorites such as Tonnie’s Minis and Bang Cookies, and a United Club lounge with local art. It has won several awards, including a five-star Skytrax rating, UNESCO Prix Versailles Special Prize, and LEED gold certification."
