"A near-impossible reservation and the ritual of lining up are part of the appeal here; once inside, the sense of camaraderie makes the meal. I loved the 10-ounce double wagyu smash burger with thick slabs of bacon (optionally topped with an egg) and the titular 4 Charles Cut, over which we poured beef jus and paired with horseradish cream.
