Doe Bay Wine Company opened in August 2017. Owner Cole Sisson is an Orcas Island native who returned home after fifteen years to realize his dream. The bottleshop and tasting room is located in Eastsound on Orcas Island, and features wine, beer and cider paired with cheese and charcuterie boards. In addition to our specialty services we produce a series of wines called “The Orcas Project.” This is a collaboration with friends and features a handful of acclaimed winemakers and vineyards in the Pacific Northwest, paired with labels designed by Orcas Island Artists. Our second location opened on Phinney Ridge, in Seattle, in 2023

There's a fireside cocktail lounge, a casual bar/grill and a sophisticated, waterfront restaurant situated inside an old mansion on the resort's grounds. The mansion itself is open for self-guided tours. Additional amenities include a full-service spa, a marina and a general store.

Set on 82 scenic acres with 3 lakes, this low-key resort is 5 miles from both the Friday Harbor Ferry Dock and the Whale Museum. Serene lodge rooms and suites have Wi-Fi, whirlpool tubs and fireplaces, plus balconies or decks; upgrades add lake views, minifridges and/or wet bars. Log cabins add kitchens. A 3-bedroom house, "glamping" tents, a vintage trailer and campsites are also available. Children's age restrictions may apply for different accommodations. There's breakfast for lodge guests. Other amenities include a general store, a giant chess board, sports courts, BBQs and boat rentals. There's no cell phone service.
